Starting point is 00:00:00 If you want to pump your body and expand your mind, there's only one place to go. Mite, op, mite, op with your hosts. Salda Stefano, Adam Schaefer, and Justin Andrews. I'm sorry, that's my fault. I know when it's your fault, we're letting you know when it's your fault. Because I'm fucked, it's just an terrible to be like, Hey, you know what? We're just all happy and joky and like, guys, I don't want to ruin the vibe or anything.
Starting point is 00:00:24 But I'm gonna get like, but I'm going to very serious because for this moment, and I'm expecting you to come out of it. We can't come out of that. No, we can't. No, because then I'm serious. He's fired. I do. Then I get all like, you know, I get on the whole move. Here's the thing, like, I'm under, you know, I've got some life changes going on right now. I'm going through transition. I'm gonna become a woman. I'm just gonna say change. You say you beat me, dude. I'm just waiting them for, I'm waiting for them. I'm waiting for them to find each other fast enough. I know, he's just tucking it between his legs.
Starting point is 00:00:50 I'm waiting for them to invent a saw strong enough to cut. Anyway, so when I'm under that, when I'm going to stress like that, I'm just more passionate and like serious. So if you guys are waiting for me to have a fun episode, you're going to be fucking waiting a long time. It's up to you guys. Yeah. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:01:07 He's our straight man, right? They call it. Yeah, you guys are the gay ones, I'm sorry. Yeah, right. No, I don't even think, we're happier. I don't even think it needs to be like, you know, obviously we don't organize or formulate anything. But I just, I felt like we've been heavy,
Starting point is 00:01:18 hammering our programs, hammering the fitness industry, hammering science, like lots of hammering. Yeah, a lot of ham, arms tire. I am, I mean, you know what though? Here's off topic a little bit. You mentioned SudaFed the other day. Yeah. Okay, so remind me of your random stat,
Starting point is 00:01:35 your fact that you're like, man, this is the type of shit I tell you guys. This is a bad part about how to photograph a memory is I remember this most random, and how to do with semen. The seminal volume. Oh, yeah. Well, so I want you to repeat it and I'm gonna share something funny with you. Yes.
Starting point is 00:01:50 So, suit of fed reduces the production of certain fluids in the body. So it kind of dries you out. That's what works. Okay. And it'll reduce, it might reduce seminal volume. So you might not, you might not come loads. So, like you normally do. Okay.
Starting point is 00:02:04 That was gross. Whoa. I was drinking a shake. How dare you? You brought that up in an episode. That's what's in your shake. Right? Yeah. And you made a big deal about like random episode. I've got this random, you know, information like this and I don't know why it's just part of this, this whole photographic memory. And you know, that's the funny part about that was literally the next day I'm with a client and she listens of course to my pump and she's telling me she goes oh my god She goes sales random fact about suit of fed and seminal volume here and I'm like So I dated this guy I did I dated this guy forever and he's got and he has allergies and I you saw
Starting point is 00:02:44 You always say it Why don't you take suit if that it'll dry you all dry you all up And he's like oh no then I can't get it up and so he made that he made that comment or and he used to always make that reference And she didn't understand I guess that's different That's different. I think the reason why he couldn't get it up was because She's unattractive now that's I'm just kidding way to go. I'm just kidding. Way to go. She's kicked an enough out one.
Starting point is 00:03:06 No, this is why because of fans. Because a fedron can be a vasoconstrictor. I don't think it's because of the drying out effects. But you know, it's interesting. Here's another interesting fact about a drug that's related, that helps people with allergies. I hope I'm pronouncing it right. Guifenison, I think it's called, it's mucinx,
Starting point is 00:03:25 which thins out mucosal secretions, supposed to help women get pregnant. It makes their... Adam, can you repeat that? Well, he just said... Yeah, you just said nothing. He is. With finisin.
Starting point is 00:03:37 Okay, thank you. Okay, so mucinx helps you get pregnant. It's supposed to help pregnancy, because it thins out the fluids and allows the sperm to travel through this. It sounds like some of that information, like, you know, other guys' wives are like, yeah, well, I hung upside down and then I held this position for like five minutes and then I got pregnant. So that's nice. I took Mucin X.
Starting point is 00:04:00 Yeah. Yeah, I don't know. So what do you guys think Doug's doing outside right now? Well, somebody just knocked on our door. Someone knocked on the door. And it was kind of a, it was like a little bit of a feverish knock. It wasn't like a normal knock knock. It was like a,
Starting point is 00:04:14 just so we're being loud like always. You think it's because we're being loud? Yeah, of course. Oh, that's great. No way, no way. We're recording. We don't do this on Fridays typically. Oh.
Starting point is 00:04:24 Oh. I had to remind everybody, everybody's worked around our schedule. We don't do this on Fridays typically. So. Oh, yeah. I had to remind everybody. I forgot. Everybody's worked around our schedule. I'm gonna wrap this. Sal's actually working today. I forgot. So it's usually not my, yeah, my loud as voice is probably
Starting point is 00:04:35 the one that's pissing everybody up. So I think because knowing that. I'm not even talking that loud. Because you know how mad Doug gets when people like fuck with a shit. Oh yeah, no, I'm sure he's here too. I just, I just hope he doesn't hit a bitch. No, I can't wait.
Starting point is 00:04:47 Let's see if I get I'll get the camera ready. So when he comes in, I can get a shot. I realize there's nobody here to filter us, right? Look, it's duck because we can say hearing this when we talk about Doug. Is he doesn't know? Oh my god, yes. Yeah. He will only find this out when he's editing it.
Starting point is 00:05:01 It's you know, you know, I would know what happened. Oh, here he comes. Oh, what the fuck? Hold on, hold on. Wait till Doug gets on the mic. I want to hear about it. I want to hear what's know what happened. Oh, here he comes. Hold on. Hold on. Wait till Doug gets on the mic. Does anyone hear about him? I want to hear what's going on here.
Starting point is 00:05:09 Oh, he's securing the door. We missed our opportunity here. We never get gas, so it's extremely interesting here. You know, so what's it? Yeah. You switched. Do you can't want to carry an interview, Doug, today? Doug, was that the Jehovah Witness?
Starting point is 00:05:19 The Jehovah Witness knock on our door. No, here's the situation. We're too loud. Yeah, we're loud. And that's the nature of the show, right? And we're in a professional office building. And our neighbors are therapists, the shan's therapists, that type of thing.
Starting point is 00:05:37 And our... What a bad combination. Yeah, so I mean, I feel for these people because they're trying to run their business and we're like a bunch of hyena and apples. Yeah. The crazy's in here.
Starting point is 00:05:49 Well, here's a perfect opportunity to mention the fact that we're looking for a place. No, I let them know that we are looking for a place. Here's a thing. But I also let them know that I can't control what comes out of your guys' mouth because the person next door happens to have a client on the table. So they hear say things like, fuck shit, can't. Well, they can hear those things right now. Yeah, of course.
Starting point is 00:06:13 They can hear all that stuff next door. Yeah, so if you say the words, fuck shit, and can't, they'll hear it. See, there is a trouble I have, which I, you know, conveyed to. There is nothing that I can do well here's here's a thing how is her attitude about day I mean she's a cool she's cool she's cool yeah it's not a little less is the bearded one or something no no no it's not the
Starting point is 00:06:35 bearded right here's the here's the problem god here's so bad here's the problem she's for sure a listener now too who the bearded lady yeah absolutely listen if she comes in your pissed off you just we'll just have her look at you naked at him. Like we always do. That's always binks people happy. When they get pissed off. It's like Adam drop your pants. Just show that. That's that's right. He's just been blessed. It looks like a baby's arm. Yeah. So this is here. What is that call with the Christening? I'm gonna Christening. Come over here. You have a lady, I'm gonna christening her. We give you the mushroom step of a prune.
Starting point is 00:07:08 You can go now. No, here's a parkly, delicious. Here's the thing, let's just imagine this was my office and I was, I don't know, a lawyer or anything where I talk to customers. This is my voice. Like a professional. I can't fucking do anything about it.
Starting point is 00:07:21 I, as a matter of fact, I, this is my inside voice. As a matter of fact, I should have a disability sticker on my car because I can't do anything about it. I'm loud. There's nothing I could do. do anything about it. As a matter of fact, I should have a disability sticker on my car because I can't do anything about it. I'm loud. There's nothing I could do. This is me whispering.
Starting point is 00:07:29 You know what we went wrong? I'm horrible at telling secrets. We put all the sound dampening tiles on the wrong wall. Yeah, I know, the wall is the one. Yeah, it's all the people behind us. We have a whole bunch of them that we haven't even used. Yeah. What are we gonna do with all those sound dampening tiles?
Starting point is 00:07:44 Well, we're gonna put new stuff. We're gonna put new stuff. Oh, I was wanting to make one of those things that haven't even used. Yeah. What do we do with all those sound dampening? Well, we're moving to new studios. Oh, I was wanting to make one of those things that they do with the fantasy factor. And we can jump into it, a big pit of foam. Yeah. Let's use it for that. You can put it in your, your no mercy room. I don't want all your whips and chains. I don't, I don't know. Nobody will hear your sound for the whole thing.
Starting point is 00:07:58 You think we can, we'll use these, Doug? I don't know. Chains. We take them down and they look beat up. Maybe you will just throw them in your pit. I feel like when we're getting a new studio, I have a feeling I know you with your new toys that you're gonna want a pretty tricky.
Starting point is 00:08:12 We're gonna deck it out. I feel like you've earned that. Guys, you guys feel like a burger temp. Can we get a laser beam? Ooh. Something like that. Just a random laser beam? Just a laser beam.
Starting point is 00:08:22 I've always wanted a laser beam. It has to make a noise. Laser beam is cool, actually. Yeah. Well, you can like shoot space. True. What if, here's a deal. This is what I want.
Starting point is 00:08:31 It's not gonna happen because you guys are assholes, but this is what I want. I've always wanted a hot tub. Yeah, a hot tub in our studio. That's weird, and creepy. Why would that be weird? Because what are we gonna do? We're gonna get the hot tub with you.
Starting point is 00:08:43 We're gonna get the hot tub together. I'm halfway open-minded to this. You know what I mean? you got a shave before I do but the thing in my life I don't only floaters to be a few floaters yeah man if this isn't we're all under this whole new bush movement we go in there we go worried we go in there we stretch we relax we you know rub down this it's perfectly normal see I'd rather have a I'd rather have like a sauna you know like a little a little hot a little hot, a little hot. Yeah, that was nice when we did that.
Starting point is 00:09:07 Hold on a second. I did that yesterday too. It was so nice. Hold on a second. Damn my meditation. You're getting grossed out with a jacuzzi, which would be a relatively large jacuzzi. But you were perfectly fine with me and Adam.
Starting point is 00:09:17 We were literally sitting, asked, cheek to ask, cheek, and I have tiny ass sauna at that time. There's a difference. I wasn't touching you. There's Kate and you were floating things on me. Well, I mean, correct me if I'm wrong here though. There is, there is, I don't know, there's a difference. I wasn't touching you. There's Kate. Can you be floating things on me? Correct me if I'm wrong here though. There is, I don't know, there's unsaid rules here. Like when you ask, like if you ask a girl,
Starting point is 00:09:32 like let's go hot-telling, you know, it's totally different than that. That's not gonna happen. Yeah, right, that's what it, but nobody goes to the sauna to get, to make something. Really? Yeah, it's too hot. Yeah, you go to this, I don't have any energy for me.
Starting point is 00:09:43 It's totally normal for business men to go in there and sit down and send their son on the talk business and stock and stuff like that. That's it. My club we do that all the time. That's what happened in there. You're telling me. You're telling me if you took a girl into the sauna, that wouldn't be like one step closer. The one step. No. No, no. Jacuzzius. No. There's something about the water. I've never had an intimate conversation with a girl in a sauna. No, because nobody allows. Nobody allows co I've never had an intimate conversation with a girl in a sauna.
Starting point is 00:10:05 No, because nobody allows. Nobody allows co-ed sauna. That's why lots. I mean, it's. But Adam just made it acceptable. He just made a good point because the water and the jacuzzi hides what happened. How many times have you been in a jacuzzi with a girl with no shorts on it? Nobody else in the jacuzzi.
Starting point is 00:10:19 Right. That hands happen. Wait a minute. You've been in a, you've been in a jacuzzi with a bunch of other people. No, no. No, I'll doing things. And you're naked underneath. Yes. Wait a minute. You've been in a, you've been in a jacuzzi with a bunch of other people? No, no. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, there before and then you got to climb in and then I would just stand up and walk it all the time you've been sitting there naked like you're the thumb grew with the oh that's disgusting we do that we totally do that we did this okay true story true story this is we must have been true visuals 21-22 or what I don't know don't don't know. Don't you guys weren't into that.
Starting point is 00:11:05 I remember I remember like in high school. No, I wasn't into hot topic with big kids with guys. That was actually a nudity was like a like streaking and nudity that came back a little bit when we were in our early 20 late teens. Well, it's always funny. It is right. And that goes, I remember my my dad streaked
Starting point is 00:11:20 his high school when he was a kid. That was like a big deal. And I remember it came and made its way back when I was a kid also. And like a big deal. And I remember it came, it made its way back when I was a kid also. And I remember I had a couple. I had a couple buddies that we were crazy like that. And we would do crazy shit where when we had a house party
Starting point is 00:11:33 where there was like a pool or a jacuzzi, we would, we'd get naked and then we'd come walking through the house party like 60 people in there and just like get a beer. The refrigerator just asked naked nothing. Just like yeah, then sit down on the couch. I just like that and just freak people out. Dude, just what the dude just what the fuck you gonna do that oh totally I'm that guy I'm so it's my buddy we totally do yeah I don't know if I can do that I'm gonna be pretty drunk tequila you know you're gonna have to do stuff like that oh the lady's right now writing
Starting point is 00:11:58 notes I want I want you to be honest now though where were you would you like get a little ready you know what I mean like you don't want I mean? Like you don't want to go out. Yeah, you don't want to go out. I would go I would go in the jacuzzi not the pool. You get the ocean. You lose some things up a little bit. Yeah, warm, warm. Yeah, little vasodilator. I wouldn't swim in a cold pool first of all. Nice ring on the end. Yeah, yeah, we're good. Yeah, you want to you want to go out a little healthy. But you don't want to walk to you sausage. Yeah. Well, you I mean, you know, I. You want to walk through sausage. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:25 Well, I mean, I know you were a nerd in school so that what did you do? Oh, damn it. I wasn't dude. Yes, you did. You admitted it already. No, no, I was the nerd who could kick your ass and the girls like, which is a cool nerd.
Starting point is 00:12:36 I'm not saying you're not a cool nerd. Being a nerd is, I think being a nerd is a special thing. I know. It's, I think being a nerd is a, I'm not trying to back pedal, but go ahead. I'm not trying to back pedal. Same, but now did you partake in like all the the high school parties? Did you go to house parties and so that never really? No, wow, I never once no, I went I focused on high school super like not memorable for me
Starting point is 00:12:57 I I have girlfriends and I'd but I would I would work out you the music though I was no Yes, please cue the music. No, I would work out, I would work out, focus on my workouts, and then I got a job at a young age, man. I think a first, I was 15 when I got my first job. So after school, I would go, I would get dropped off at this pizza place
Starting point is 00:13:18 and I'd wash dishes in the back and get paid under the table. So I always had a job, but no. I didn't know that. I had a job at 15 also, but mine actually didn't know that did you, I had a job at 15 also, but mine actually allowed me still to go to party zone weekends. Yeah, I can still go. I found my way to parties. So let me ask you the job is what provided the alcohol and stuff. That's what I was just going to say. So how old were you? Older cheerleading. What was the first time you got drunk then? Must have been pretty early,
Starting point is 00:13:40 huh? I was a sophomore in high school. Really? First time you got drunk. Yeah, first time I got drunk. First time I drank. I ate the green. That's different. A-thraith for you? Oh my god. Did you get it? I know.
Starting point is 00:13:51 Fuck you degenerate. But I wasn't like, you know, crazy about it. Do you do it very frequently? Do you remember the beer? Thunderbird. Was that a beer? That's a few questions. That's about it.
Starting point is 00:14:00 What was it for? It was a 40. Oh my god. It was horrible. It was like Mickey's or something that was I we We went through a 40s kick where we used to drink Mickey's all the time my my buddies fraternity used to do this thing called They call like Edward scissors hands where you would tape the 40 you tape your 40s to your hand and you couldn't on tape them till you drank Oh two of them two 40s and you'd have they duct tape them to your hands
Starting point is 00:14:25 and they had to walk around. It was Edward Forty hands or something like that. So I've never had a 40 before, but I'm, I, oh my God, who are you? Why would I have a 40? You're like almost 40 years old and you've never drink a 40 before? Why would I have fun ever?
Starting point is 00:14:37 Yeah. Could you hear it's my turn? It heard my tummy when I was little too. All right, next time we go on a commentary. I'm gonna feed you guys some psychedelic mushrooms. We'll see you guys at the time. See? That's the problem.
Starting point is 00:14:48 You're into it. I totally, I can't go down that rabbit hole. You're right. You know what I did, you got me on that. I didn't even think to ask you that. I'm like asking about me at a different path. He's like, no, I was too busy doing heroin and cocaine. That's not true.
Starting point is 00:14:59 He's not even harder than us. That's not true. He's like, you pussy's, we're drinking beer. I was, I was pretty, I was pretty, I was legal. I was pretty square. I, I, the first time I got drunk, I was 21. I didn't, I think I tried marijuana twice in high school.
Starting point is 00:15:14 And that's it. I didn't do anything else. But yeah, the first time I got drunk, I was 21. I went to Vegas for my birthday. You waited till 21 to drink. And people like, no, I, you shots are worth. No, I drank and stuff, but I hate the taste of alcohol. I still do. just don't like the taste of it and I never drink enough
Starting point is 00:15:28 I don't think anybody does I never drink enough to feel it you know, I'm saying went to Vegas First time ever drank to get you know like oh, I'm 21 I can drink as much as I want and like an idiot You know you get to that drunk stage where you're having fun and you don't realize that Most of that drunk alcohol hasn't hit me yet and I continue drinking I'm really sick so that was my first time drinking out. I just peaked up my brain. How would you start saying more in tune? More in tune with a long time.
Starting point is 00:15:54 Wow you waited until I waited that long time. That's assholes. Yeah see that's weird. That's weird though. You waited till you were 21. 21 to half seconds. I thought I was gonna wait till I was married. Yeah I was.
Starting point is 00:16:04 I signed a purity card. Did you I was gonna wait till I was married. Yeah, I was I signed a purity card Did you really I did I was waiting and then the girl that I thought I was waiting for broke my heart How did she break her? I should she don't banged all our friends did she cheat on you so much music in this episode kind of she cheated on you Well kind of yes, of course she did you want fucker your virgins though. No, she was she didn't like she wanted to Hey when you're when you're a high-speed When you're you don't you feel stupid now obviously You feel stupid out girl left you because you wouldn't have sex with it I didn't think I was still scarred until you started talking to me
Starting point is 00:16:35 She's got emotional right now I guess she did on some dick this is The dick with all due respect that I love you bro, but here you are, you're fucking 21, so like you're like a peak of your horningness. You're with another 21 year old chick, she's probably hot. She left you cause you'd have sex with her. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:16:53 She's rough with you bro. She's a money. It'd be like a cop giving you a ticket for not speeding. Like bro, you got this fast ass car. You're driving speed limit. You deserve a ticket, you dumb shit. I'm bored just watching you drive by. When you're a kid like that like that doesn't work like that.
Starting point is 00:17:05 Your mind, your brain doesn't folks that way. She was like, she was uncertain what she even wanted if she wanted it. She definitely didn't want that. Of course she was unsure. Poor girl was trying to convince herself but why she's with the dude then? Does it mean she's with the dude then?
Starting point is 00:17:16 Why is it the one who wants to do this? There must be something wrong with the whole thing. Oh no, I want to do it. I know you don't defend your, or Adam, Adam's defending itself now. It's like, no guys. I swear to God. He's a prime. I got handball time.
Starting point is 00:17:27 He's a pure. But then you win a ship. Yeah. Yeah. That's what happens. That is what happens. That's why I'm not a fan of a lot of things like that. That's why it's, but you know what the God how hard you know parenting right and you guys
Starting point is 00:17:38 are about to come up on this with these kids. I'm sorry. I fear for you guys the next five five to six years. You're gonna be fucking fun for you. Fun for you. You talked about this. You will you guys the next five five to six years. You'd be fucking fun free fun talk about this They'll be real lots you little girl. It'll be fine. I know I have a little girl I've always said if I have a little girl, I'm gonna have to give it back Well, I mean you got we're all bros now, so you're gonna have to help me kill people. Of course I mean we got I got the runaway car. It's part of the mind pump off you dogs got the body back
Starting point is 00:18:00 What's cool about running in a mind pump off you like that? There's a good chance that we don't even have to do it We could probably have somebody do it for yeah, we could just do a little social media post. Hey this guy just broke my daughter's heart Here's a social media Here's his address, but hey, hey nobody mess with them. Okay, the power wink wink Destroy his life is destroyed 16 year old boy death threats on social media. You know what though? You know, that's a real thing There is a real this whole like social media bullying
Starting point is 00:18:26 and then like they're trying to figure out all this, these anti-bullying campaigns, they're trying to run against it because it's just, it's out of control, where, and I didn't realize, I don't know if I shared this with you guys or not, but I didn't realize how crazy it really was until I was hanging out with, you know,
Starting point is 00:18:43 Anis and Nefee of mine who are 20 and 24 years old. And they're all on social media, of course. You know, if you're at that age, I think everybody has as all the Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, everything, right? And we were all like some family thing and that we were taking everyone's pictures and celebrating. And the brother was about to post a picture. And the sister was like, what are you doing?
Starting point is 00:19:07 Like really mad at him, like right away, he's like, I'm gonna post it on Instagram. And she's like, wait, let me see. And so she wanted to inspect the picture of herself before. And it was like very serious. And then I talked to my, my little sister, and they're like confirming like, oh yeah, no, you don't just put any picture up on Instagram
Starting point is 00:19:25 or I'm like, oh fuck up and doing this wrong the whole time. Like, you just, you mean you like, you, oh yeah, you have to make sure it's the right air and I'm like, whoa dude, like, right. So you know where they're like this whole photoshopping thing, right? Took off, yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:39 Yeah, because it's, it's people have taken it to that level where they're, where they are so in particular about what they put out there because they want to make sure they're so concerned about how many likes it gets or doesn't get so insecure. That's why the secret that's why the secret to this. Here's the secret I figured out the secret already. I'll be putting stuff so when you see me in real life
Starting point is 00:19:57 like oh shit, this one is one good one. And that just and not just that but but but but make funny yourself you make fun yourself before they can make funny and it's all I've told this like I'm the most Unfoto Janet did you saw it happened when we had Ben Zorn in here. I was like fucking Java Hey, you are the most you know why it's all these anger head you think about it. Thank you Adam You you get this weird pose and you stand a certain way like it's a picture for my chin tux in And a certain way like it's a picture for my chin tux in Like noises happen You know, I mean like it's just like my arms all this figure
Starting point is 00:20:33 How did you swap thing picture happened me Adam's the cat Adam's a complete opposite. He's like he does is like three quarter I know that's why I'm like I'm slick it and I'm like oh my god I have to try every single time. I have this, you know, I can't just let my buy, just go, uh. Depends on the lighting in the room, but sometimes I'll take a picture of people and have a vein in my head and I look stupid.
Starting point is 00:20:52 I'm like, oh, fame. That's not going on Instagram. That's not going on Instagram. No, you just gotta make fun of yourself. You've seen some of the memes that the frickin' would make fun of. The forum is creating with my face on them. Oh my God.
Starting point is 00:21:02 Come on now. You saw the one that they created with this big cucumber and like put my face on it. That was a creepiest thing I've ever seen. Oh my God. What was that? We were dying of laughter. I was dying.
Starting point is 00:21:13 I have to be careful on how much time I spend on that. I can't tell you. It sucks me in so bad because it's going like. I was funny to you. Nonstop. And you know, there's great information. So there's ones I'll be reading a study, and I'm like, oh, I'm all into what they're talking about there.
Starting point is 00:21:28 And it's some sort of like a healthy debate. And then also there'll be like a humorous one that's hilarious. Like, somebody always does like the stripper one, right? Your stripper name. What was the last one? Your stripper name is the color of your underwear. Underwear, and what you just ate. Yeah, color of your underwear,
Starting point is 00:21:39 what you just ate last. So, and just reading what everybody did is just hilarious. I don't remember what I was. I don't know. I was. I don't know. I think I was green burrito. I'm like that. Green burrito. And welcome to the stage.
Starting point is 00:21:51 I just that. Green burrito. Hey, we should, you know, we haven't been in hot. We haven't shared with you guys. Justin kind of mentioned it lightly when we first started is we, so I'm going to put it out there because we haven't actually signed a lease yet. We're looking for a spot.
Starting point is 00:22:09 We don't need much space, like 1,500 to 4,000 square feet that we're looking for. It's a big range. It is a big range because we'd be open to that. I mean, obviously for the right price would be open. We don't need more than that, but I mean, hell, if I had a space that's double that for make it more awesome. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. Because ultimately, because this, to me, this is the step before the next step, which is
Starting point is 00:22:31 going to be the fantasy factory type place. I want that. That's what we're doing. That's the ultimate goal for my impomp is that we have a place like that that literally is just a big fucking playground for us. Because I don't want to grow up. We are kids. But anyways, real note that we are in the Bay Area, so we're looking in the San Jose area, we're looking somewhere in Campbell, Willow, Gland, downtown San Jose, that area. So if anybody that's a listener,
Starting point is 00:22:57 if you are into real estate or you have a place, or if you just have a big fucking house in your rich and you have this big garage, that's what would be great. That would be even cooler actually renting old house Renting a house building out a studio in there and building out a gym so we can film in there would be perfect I would love that we thought about that. Yeah, that was a great idea a house in the hills. Yep Mm-hmm. So it would be ideal just putting it out there letting you guys know that so that's the next no hidden cameras next
Starting point is 00:23:21 Don't be an asshole Well, it will videotape us portal.o, why I want to bring this up to, because I feel it's important. So our new listener, somebody who, if you've only been listening to us for like maybe a month or two, and you know, maybe you like the content, you've picked up a programmer too, or maybe you're on the forum and seen the website,
Starting point is 00:23:38 you know, you may not realize it. I mean, we're still in our infancy of this business, and we're not, we're not in the place we want to be to finish. We have still tons more coming out in a lot of content that we want to produce. One of the things that is slowing us down is that we are not all together five days to seven days a week in a place where we can produce content. We're all in different gyms and different settings on a daily basis, and we're about to make
Starting point is 00:24:05 the transition to where we are a mind pump full blown. So what you guys have seen so far? Full blown. Well, I mean, if you like what you've heard, you like what you've seen so far of what we've put out there for you guys, you ain't seen nothing yet. Because we're way too we're together five days to seven days a week in a facility where we can produce. My goal for us is to be able to literally daily be putting out
Starting point is 00:24:32 content and information to help people out. And when we're in a place where we have cameras set up 24-7 and we can shoot, it's gonna get so weird. Yeah, demos for exercises and like that, for now, I really want to give that experience of what it would be like to train with one of us one-on-one and give that service to you guys in a virtual sense and we're nowhere near there yet, but we were getting there and we knew that building
Starting point is 00:24:52 the programs and the guides and things like that was the foundation, but by all means, is it not the end all? You know, there's much more coming to this and once we get in our place, we're going to be able to rip out some serious consciousness. I think it'll get weird. I think being around you guys all the time. Of course. We just get weird anyway.
Starting point is 00:25:10 We were talking about this the other day, besides the weird part. There's a certain level of creativity that I can call upon. And it's not always accessible for me. I'll get inspired and boom, I get creative and come up with ideas and concepts. But when I'm around you guys, it's like, I don't know, it's like something happens. It's like you guys are drugs.
Starting point is 00:25:30 I just explode with ideas and we start coming up and it just gets crazy. It might be exhausting to be around you guys more than two or three days. You have a wizard and you have a unicorn. Are you the unicorn? Yeah, fuck yeah, I'm a unicorn. What? But your horn's not on your head. Hey, what I will tell my head. What I will tell my head.
Starting point is 00:25:49 It has been a humbling experience to watch Justin just put the smack down on the fans on us because first he calls for the reviews. He smokes us both. Then somebody posts something other day about like, you know, who do you guys relate to as far as your host that I wrote that on the forum. So everybody starts chiming in about each one of us and everyone's complimenting saying nice things. But it was pretty much everybody
Starting point is 00:26:09 on Justin. I mean, there was like a couple of sprinkled people saying like, oh, it's out of there. Cool. And so that put Justin, I totally relate to just. I don't just get back here. Oh, it's very accurate. Do you read the, I saw that thread. No, I saw it was just everybody was on there Trying to be so humble away. Do you want to come over the house? Me and Adam at least I got one person had him had him had a meeting. We're like fuck bro We're totally doing something wrong. I don't understand. What do we need to do just writing riding on your coat tails. Yeah, and then people are coming and then always just and always gets the You're so hot by like somebody always
Starting point is 00:26:51 You know what it is. It's the conservative girl. Yeah Like where's all the nice I get all the sluts is out your So too much sell gets all the sell gets hold underage girls He's show too much. Sal gets all the, Sal gets all the underage girls. I get. Hold on a second.
Starting point is 00:27:05 Hold on a second. Don't say that. Like I know what Adam's nipples look like. Listen, they know what my nipples look like just from back when I did that transformation, but they wouldn't have. If it was a fun thing, I wouldn't show nipple. It's they look like I got standard. They look like pink Hershey's kisses.
Starting point is 00:27:22 No, they're big, but they're pancakes and shit. They are not that overly huge. Well, pretty kisses. No, they're big, but they're pancakes and shit. They're big. They are not that overly huge, bro. They're pretty big. No, no. You're doing both of that. They're very nice. They're very nice saucers.
Starting point is 00:27:32 Oh, you got to do, you see what I mean? You see that ice cold coffee you have in your hand there? Yeah. Just rub the tip of them with it, and they'll shrink right up. Just just, yeah, because I think they're just racers. I think it's always hot, so they're just kind of spread out. Yeah, that's it. Dude watched on the, another thing. So for the, the three of us, the most random episode
Starting point is 00:27:48 that you've ever run. You know, you know what, though, why don't stop it? I don't, I hate when we do all the same shit all the time. It's just, it's like, Captain Structure over here. Yeah, right, refreshing to be talking bullshit for a little bit. Says, you know what, we hanging out so goddamn much. Sometimes I feel like I don't even get a chance to do this. It's all business.
Starting point is 00:28:03 It is. It's work all the time. So for the 300th episode, Doug did something really cool. I thought it was a neat way to kind of give back to our private community and stuff was. He took our very first recorded episode and he posted the video of it on the forum. Yes. And it's it's very embarrassing. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:21 Back at my house before we even got to Doug's house. So it's even it's like the pre-pring Craig Caperso was on there with us. Uh, I was excited to talk about this. Yeah, I was excited that he did it. And then I watched I watched. I couldn't watch. I watched Grand Total two minutes. I was so embarrassed. I was like, could I have been a bigger douche on here? I didn't even say a word. I was like, it's so scared. So, Pervete's that right? So we're talking about. We're having to get nervous. Adam says, hella douchebaggery shit. Justin gets all quiet.
Starting point is 00:28:53 It looks down to the crowd. Yeah. What was South? You weren't so bad. Did you do pretty good? Yeah, that's how I was just leading the conversation, like always. Yeah, whatever. You know what you sound past it all. You sound very formal.
Starting point is 00:29:04 I think when you, when you get, when you sound past it all you sound a very formal? I think when you when you get when you get when you get by was my seminar seminar Yes, yeah that reminds me like when we were at a orange theory their first time you get very Dark dark Craig was getting up to eat you know Yeah, that's what he does bro. I you know I when we were recording the first time I we I mean I barely knew Craig right and we're recording and while we're recording This fuckers getting up so down and he's getting up, she'll be after him. He's getting up to grab food.
Starting point is 00:29:26 And I'm like, this is my mouth. He's like, I'm like, if this motherfucker wasn't so goddamn strong, I'd say something, but I'm just gonna let him do it and just think about what a massily is to myself. And smile. So it was just like, goddamn, he's handsome. Well, he's gonna sell us all the way to the finish line.
Starting point is 00:29:46 You know what I mean? I was like, let's ride this golden pony. You know what I mean? I was like, Adam, don't blow this for us. Adam's talking about why could he's asked the whole world. I'm like, dude, don't scare everybody off. Bro, I know he's the best. Let the gorgeous guy go.
Starting point is 00:30:02 Oh, he's shaking hands on it. Exactly. But like Conan, fuck you, man. Get us millions of dollars. I know he's the best let the gorgeous guy I was like yeah exactly Like Conan fucking Get us millions of dollars. You didn't say that you didn't say that you fucking sat there I didn't see anything. I didn't know where to go with it You know, I'm trying to feel everybody out if you don't know me dude It takes me a while to figure people out like I sit and I just I analyzed I didn't realize how quiet you were though until I watched That I was like, whoa, you're just, pre-ass absent.
Starting point is 00:30:27 One of the number one comments I get from people who've listened to the show for the whole time is how much more developed Justin is, how his personalities come out, how he's more comfortable on the mic, how he's funny and all these different things. Because yeah, in the beginning, I don't have a trainer bra anymore.
Starting point is 00:30:40 In the beginning, yeah, in the beginning, you were a little bit, you know, a little bit scared. Well, you admit it, you admit it was. Well, you admit it that it was, I mean, it was uncomfortable for everybody because it's new, right? It's new territory. He's not a natural big mouth like me and you are. Right. So this has been a learning process for him. However, his, he's, he's become like, I mean, obviously what he is now, it's amazing, amazing part of the show. It was, you were, see, here's the thing though, you were a great part of the show from the, in the beginning, too.
Starting point is 00:31:03 You just weren't as vocal, but when you were, it was such a great thing that you added to the show, even from the, even when you were nervous. Yeah. Well, yeah, like, like any of us though, we're harder on ourselves, you know what I mean? So it's hard on you guys. What? That came out wrong. No, part of it is just, it's all of us though, right? Because even though maybe Justin came off that way, and maybe you or I don't have as hard of a time
Starting point is 00:31:28 with opening our mouth, but I feel like nothing came out wrong to me. That's hard on us. That edible mouse. That edible mouse. I mean, I know. I really, I think that, like, I have to, I've caught myself, right?
Starting point is 00:31:40 So because you and I can talk over each other so much, Justin is not like that. So I'm always like, I'm watching him, like if he's gonna have something to say, I make sure I shut my trap, you know, because easily I can part something out. Yeah, like he's about to get to the stage. There is part of that.
Starting point is 00:31:56 That's a skill right there. Yeah, did you catch that skill right there? You did ninja me there. Yeah, no, there was part of that too, is you guys feeling me out too because I like you know It's a dance like I don't normally do that in conversation outside of this, you know like having to like oh Oh my god, you know, it's moving so fast like to be honest. You guys talk really fast, you know I had to like ramp it up
Starting point is 00:32:19 Like I gotta compete here. I'm very competitive. That's why they addicted to speed now Yeah, seriously, and I've been doing lines and now I'm riding line with you guys You know what I hate like one thing I hate about myself is I'll listen to episode sometimes and when you guys will be talking and this will be me sometimes I'll be like I have this great point. Yeah, the fuck up. So I'll be thinking my head as I'm listening You're the fuck up, Sal. That's what I'll be thinking in my head as I'm listening. I'm thinking about us. Because I'm constantly like, it's like, what is that called double dutch
Starting point is 00:32:47 with the jump ropes? And I'm like going like this, and I try to put my foot in there. Shot the fuck up. That's my life. Well, the hardest part for me is actually when you like, this happens a lot, when you're saying something that I want to chime in
Starting point is 00:33:00 and say something, and then I forget. It comes back around. It does, and then it comes back. Or it changes topic completely. That always happens. That's what happens. And that's. And then I forget. It comes back around. It does, it comes back. It changes topic completely. That's what happens. That's what happens. And that's the reason why I forget. I did contribute is because when I wanted to say something
Starting point is 00:33:12 and like, for example, like we're talking about fit your macros, right? And you'll be talking about fit your macros and you'll be going on about all this science and then there's something that I either want to object or ask more questions about or say and you just keep going. And then you transition from that into like a study
Starting point is 00:33:24 about runners and like what it does to your knees And it'll be like fuck how do I get back to the future back? I can ask you to fix your back Great. Let's go back to that first thing. Yeah, that's actually a very very good technique Because what happens is you you talk about a subject you go to a different subject nobody debated you that first subject What you said was correct? Yeah, I know that's what. That's why I've also learned to just blur it out sometimes on you. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. I'm gonna call bullshit there.
Starting point is 00:33:49 Just steam rolls his way. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Let me go ahead and explain that. But see, when you do that, you sound like an asshole because we talked about a five minutes ago. Oh, remember that thing you said? Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:57 The room's the whole floor. Remember that thing you talked about 30 minutes ago? Like everybody's like, I don't know. Shut up, bro. Here we talked about that. Someone was asking me, or someone was telling me the other day that, you know, I mean, I really like when you guys debate stuff and you guys disagree.
Starting point is 00:34:09 And so do I. I think I think it's very healthy and I think it's important that people say it's just sometimes it's, it's, we can't force it, you know, and believe it or not, we agree on a lot of a lot of stuff. That's the biggest problem. Yeah. And I try to, yeah, I try to And I try to disagree as much as I can. And I try my best to, like, even if I agree with something that maybe Sal or Justin
Starting point is 00:34:31 saying is to, uh, you do a great job of it. At least, at least giving, like, you know, a counterpoint in there just so we talk about it, even if it's not something that you're like, you know, I wonder how many people pick up on that. I wonder how many people will do that a lot, which is good. We realize that, like, when I say stuff like that, like, it's, I wonder how many people pick up on that. I wonder how many people would do that a lot, which is good. We realize that like when I say stuff like that, like it's not that I disagree with the boys or say it's I want everyone to hear probably what a lot of people have
Starting point is 00:34:51 thinking, you know. Exactly. You gotta say what you know other people are gonna think. Yeah. You know what it is, it's effective communicating. It's no different than sales. You're just anticipating objections. You're trying to give them to me so I can overcome them
Starting point is 00:35:02 because I can't meet these people in person. I'm doing a show or if you're doing it, you know, you're doing it or vice versa where I'm doing it to you or whatever. Yeah, you know, we're just trying to what's the word? I can't think of the word anyway. We're trying to overcome the objection before it comes. Well, we just did one about protein, right? And I feel like that's probably one of the most hard things for us to explain because I know I know we come off as like, you know, oh my God, the industry is just totally telling everybody they need way too much protein, way too much for an, and it's true, especially from all the supplement industry.
Starting point is 00:35:34 But I also always think it's important that I always come back and tell you guys to that, hey, on the flip, I've had a lot of people that I have coached most of everybody I've ever trained. Yeah, the everyday person. Yeah, everyday person who doesn't follow anything nutrition, they eat whatever they want, and they're over consuming carbohydrates and grossly under consuming protein. So, really, ever do I have to teach those people to stop with the protein. It's always the bodybuilding industry. So, and we have a very wide range of people that we were talking to.
Starting point is 00:36:00 So, these aren't just competitor type personnel. In fact, I think we have a larger majority of your, you know, middle-aged woman who's just trying to lose 20 or 30 pounds. It's a soccer mom who's just getting into fitness and trying to look for guidance and direction. So I always feel it's important that I don't want them to think that because we're, we talk so down about all these inflated protein intake numbers that she goes, oh, well fuck that. I don't even, I don't know. So you come out and you talk about that. Yeah, I can cover that. Yeah. Yeah, because people tend to swing the opposite direction.
Starting point is 00:36:26 Well, yeah, we've learned already from the short period of time we've been doing this podcast, when we say one thing, people do exactly what we were anti, which is take that one thing and then go to the extreme of it, just like, I think the first real big example that was when we did the ketogenic thing, right? When we talked about the ketogenic diet and all the health benefits and how we all do.
Starting point is 00:36:44 And we've probably said, I mean, we've probably said on every single episode we bring the subject up, it is not an official, that is not the official mind pump diet, is not what we think everybody should do. I think people do, they get excited about new things, you know, and so it's just like the first thing they think about, like if I'm,
Starting point is 00:37:02 if I'm like in such contrast to what I normally was doing, like if I'm shopping, like I want to show people, hey, this is how you can, you know, put more fat in your diet because like if you're not thinking in those terms, like it's, it's so like strange. It's strange to just like focus on that versus having me in, you know, everything else in balance when you're looking at that. But yeah, I think that people just get hyped on it and then it does, it becomes like every post
Starting point is 00:37:32 is about like Keto. And I love how even on our forum, like people call that out. Oh yeah. You just see it a lot, it becomes like the next thing, like oh yeah, well Keto, this, Keto, that. And it gets exhaustive hearing about it. But, you know, at the same time,
Starting point is 00:37:48 like I understand when people are trying something new, it's like, it's impactful, and it's becoming like the thing right now. You know, someone else also asked me, if, do we ever think we're gonna run a content to talk about, like, no. I find that sometimes that like that. Now that we've done 300 episodes of going by,
Starting point is 00:38:07 that's a lot. That's a lot of shit, dude. And I know we filled it in there with vaginas and cox and I think that's it. That too relaxed. And I like we're doing it right now. Well, it also, I think there's. Here's the thing, I'm not worried.
Starting point is 00:38:17 I'll tell you why. Do you know when we get the most content, when we go off on our retreats? You ever notice when we come back and record we're like fire. It's because we're hanging around each other. Like the more we're around each other the more shit we're going to talk about. This goes back to what I was talking about. There's a lot of its stories and experiences. And it's just okay. So and I just did it to Doug recently. I sent this sentence message
Starting point is 00:38:41 and he reminded me about the pseudofed thing thing with you But there was another one too every day There's something that I want to share with you guys and want to discuss because I a lightbulb was like, oh wow This is a great topic people need to hear about this is not the first time I've came and that's what it is It's nothing I come across I'm like, oh wow This is not the first time someone and we've never addressed this. Let's talk about it We're together five to seven days and all we have to do is go running our room real quick and fire the mics up like, oh my God.
