And so what we did is we kind of combined all of our steps and topics and points that we, we try and take our clients through. And that was the idea was like, okay, how could we do this for everybody for free? And then without obviously having to communicate daily and talk to us where they'd have
Starting point is 00:01:09 to hire us and pay that super high dollar amount to communicate with us daily. So this is where this came from. And this is kind of like the order of operation that we go through when we're trying to help people with nutrition and weight training and the relationship with food and cardio and health recovery, all those things. Yeah, I mean, you know, one of the biggest problems with trying to embark on a fitness journey or, you know, start improving your health is that there's a lot of conflicting information out there. Unfortunately, there's a lot of conflicting information. You'll read one article that'll say you should do this, and the next article says,
Starting point is 00:01:45 you shouldn't do that. And you're left thinking, which one is right? And then you got to try and guess and make a decision. It doesn't work, so you got to try something else. And we've been trainers for a very, very long time. And we know the most effective ways to communicate the right information. It's not just about getting the right information,
Starting point is 00:02:06 although that is a problem. It's also how to communicate it and the order of operation. It's the order in organizing. Yeah, we know that a lot of the common themes that people tend to experience day one, day two, day three, and kind of like as they're embarking on this process. And we know a lot of the challenges
Starting point is 00:02:23 that a lot of our clients face initially. So this is kind of where we started wrap our heads together and just kind of collectively figure out, okay, you know, what's going to be something impactful that they can just focus on that day. Well, we also realized too that, you know, mind pump now got a word, a little over two years old, as far as how long we've been podcasting for. And now we're up to like 450 episodes or so. And so there's a lot of the questions that I get now, somebody who just tunes into mind pump three months ago, huge fan and has all these questions.
Starting point is 00:02:55 And a lot of these questions we've already answered several times. In depth. Yeah, in depth, either on the podcast or the YouTube. And it's taken, you know, and the, the goal of mine have always been is trying to help as many people as we possibly can. And, you know, we only have so much time in the day. And now that we have all this content, now we're trying to find these creative ways to organize that and put it together for people and to try and help them out as much as we possibly can. And as many people as we possibly can. So I feel like this is going to be an excellent way
Starting point is 00:03:25 to do that is by, you know, day by day having a topic. Well, and to be fair too, like I know a lot of people, they wanna introduce their friends or family to mind pump and they've been a loyal listener to us for a long time. But, you know, this is one of those things that they actually have an answer now. They can give somebody like, well, why don't you just try this and kind of go through this process, kind of see what they're all about, you know, see that there is different information out there
Starting point is 00:03:57 to experience. And we've tried to kind of, uh, split out for everybody in a way that's more digestible. That's a great point. I mean, if you have a friend or family member that, you know, struggling with fitness and nutrition or health, this would be, this is a great way to get them started because we organize it. And we pray and you don't have to get them to invest. We all know that that's one of the next hardest things, right? It's one, getting them started and then two, oh, that's expensive or, you know, if you,
Starting point is 00:04:23 if you have a hard time getting somebody involved in health and fitness and their objection is money, this money, that, you know, here's a great free, and that's why we wanted it to be free is, you know, provide as much information as we could to help somebody who's trying to get started or know more about, and that's why we call it the 30 days of coaching. You'll log in, you'll get to, you get to eat once you email,

And each day you're gonna get dripped, you know, a specific topic, and we'll open up with nutrition. You'll go through nutrition and proteins. We break it down. Starting point is 00:05:15 to nutrition with also all the links to any YouTube or any podcast episode where we have discussed that exact topic in more detail. So if there is something that you get in your, you get, and you go like, oh, wow, I want to know more about that. Well, there will be a link that will take you right to episodes where we've discussed this. And then the second week we'll get into resistance training. Once again, you'll have a video.
Starting point is 00:05:42 Sal will come on, kind of give you an overview of what will be happening in that week. And then we'll discuss things like connectivity and balance, as aches and pains, phasing, strength, mobility, hypertrophy, power. All these topics will go through in that resistance training week where we're covering it. And then once again, below all these bullet points will be episodes where we go deeper into that topic if you want more information. So in other words, today's day one, I open my email, the topic is on the general topic's nutrition, but we're talking about protein. There are specifics that we talk about in writing,
Starting point is 00:06:17 and then there's links to episodes where we talk about protein in depth or videos. And then the next day you get another email, and that may be about carbs, and then the next day you get another email and that may be about carbs. And then the next day you get another email about fat and you do this and it's 30 days of coaching. It's pretty in depth. The episodes go very in depth. And the end of the 30 days you should have much, you should be far more informed than you were going into it. And you should have the tools that you need to get yourself going on your fitness journey.
