In this meditation, I'm going to be sharing with you what you can do to build your willpower each and every day. Willpower is the queen of all virtues. Willpower is your ability to get yourself to do the things that you need. to do regardless of whether you feel like it or not now as you begin to become even more aware of how the
Starting point is 00:01:57 simple act of breathing can affect how you feel feelings can sometimes be hard to control but our behavior we always have a choice as you make the choice now. The focus your mind, your mind is like a channel. If you point your mind in a particular direction, you can take control. And if your mind wanders, like it likes to do from time to time, just bring it back. And as you listen to my words, allow yourself to safely relax completely. Why is meditation one of the most effective ways to build curiosity develop in your mind? I've designed to all of us need to find the time to restore our bodies and mind. Meditation is a way of allowing yourself to gain some inner strength, some inner power.
Starting point is 00:03:54 As you find the will to focus your attention, positive daily action, want to go. Your breath, meditation progresses. You are your body connections that increase blood flow to the prefrontal cortex of your brain. The prefrontal cortex sits right at the front of your brain. And this is the part of your brain. of the brain that is responsible for you making decisions. Focus your mind,
Starting point is 00:05:58 allowing yourself to feel space as you become aware of your chest. To think of that circle. Always have a choice. Thank yourself right now for giving yourself this gift. That's what meditation is. It's a gift to yourself. to supercharge and restore, relax, as you bring your focus of attention back into the room, slowly, beginning to take a few deeper breaths, maybe even a little stretch. As we count up, one, feeling alive, two,
Starting point is 00:15:22 ready to strive, three, ready for more, four even more five feeling alive six no tricks seven let's go and be the very best that we can be eight it's time to go straight forwards nine to feel even better than fine and ten eyes open wide awake with every decision that you make you can move forwards into growth or back into safety but i challenge you look to make yourself proud be the very best that you can be take care lots of love
