Would it be okay for me to guide you through this meditation
as we focus our intention on healing your body and directing your mind
so you can drift off into a deep, relaxing sleep?
Let's start off by finding a comfortable position where you can comfortably ignore the outside world and not be disturbed.
I encourage you to lie down on your back with your arms ideally resting gently by your sides as you allow your eyes to gently close.
I invite you to take a moment to reflect on your intentions.
for this meditation and for tonight's sleep.
You intend to embrace a sense of healing,
allowing your body to relax and to restore itself while you sleep.
Or maybe you intend to cultivate a deep sense of abundance,
trusting in the universe to provide for all of your needs.
by setting clear intentions before bed,
we can create a sense of peace and ease
that allows us to drift off into restful sleep.
Trusting in the power of your mind
to guide you towards a restful and rejuvenating night's sleep
filled with healing and abundance.
I ask you to bring your awareness
to the present moment.
Notice the sensations in your body.
The weight of your body sinking into the bed.
The feeling of the air that you are able to breathe in
and breathe out.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
I invite you once again to bring your intentions
for this meditation to the forefront of your mind.
mind. Is it for a sense of healing and abundance or is it to let go of any worries or stresses from the day?
Whatever it may be set your intention with clarity. Let's intentionally take some deep breaths.
You can breathe in through your nose and out through your nose or breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
whichever one is better for you now.
And with each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, letting go of any tension in your body.
And as you continue to do this, I invite you to take a moment and move your awareness to the power and nature of your mind.
mind is a powerful tool and if you become aware now that you have the ability to direct it
you're directing it by asking your brain and your body to work together in unity as you focus on
taking relaxing breaths now the mind also has a tendency to wander so if for some reason
It wanders then just bring it back.
To focus on your breath.
Right now, I invite you to intentionally imagine yourself as a conductor.
Just like the conductor who is leading an orchestra,
the conductor's role is to lead all of the people who are playing instruments
to follow his lead, to follow their.
to follow their lead.
I ask you to envisage that you are leading
and conducting your body
into a beautiful, peaceful and healing sleep.
The instruments in your orchestra
are all the different parts of your body.
They all are playing a different role
in your well-being.
and I ask you to bring your awareness now to those parts of your body as we focus on creating deep relaxation and bringing healing energy to your incredible mind and body.
Take a moment and intentionally breathe into your heart, sending calming, vibration, vibration, vibration, vibration.
to it. Take a moment and breathe into your lungs, sending a calming vibration to them.
Take a moment and breathe into your stomach, sending calming and healing energy to that part of your body.
Take a moment and breathe into all of your other organs in your body, focusing on them now.
Taking a moment and breathing into your bones, sending calming and healing vibration to the mall.
Take a moment and intentionally visualize a color that you feel is associated with a deep sense of calm and relaxation.
A color that heals your body as you move into your sleep.
Allow this color to flow right through your body,
bringing a sense of calm, relaxation, and the feeling of healing abundance.
Picture that color flowing through every part of your body.
From your head,
to your toes, from your toes to your nose and from your nose to your nose to your hands and your heart
as you spread this to every corner feel a sense of as you're healing your body from the inside
as your intention is to allow yourself to go to a place where everything works perfectly
with everything being in unity and in harmony.
And as you continue to focus on this colour,
allow yourself to feel more comfortable than you've ever felt before.
Taking that feeling to double, double the feeling of profound relaxation.
Profound healing, experiencing peace.
calm, tranquility. You have the ability to heal yourself from the inside. Success.
I'm positive, centered, hardworking, serene, forgiven, and positive, centered.
I am serene. I am goodness. Forgiven.
And positive, safe, hardworking, serene, are free.
