The link is in the description.
You need to get on it.
You need to be in here every day.
You're almost out of time.
You're 22.
You're late.
Because I realized I saw a lot of people that didn't have any sense of urgency in their life.
And when you don't have a sense of urgency, things aren't going to happen.
You need to make things happen as we already discussed.
They're not just going to happen for you.
You're not going to be.
become a good fighter unless you make it happen and you're not going to do anything in life unless you
make it happen emotionally to be able to put myself in a place where at practice when I'm training
and during games I switch my mind to something else switch my mode into something else so that was my
mental switch it was like an actor getting ready for a film you got to put yourself in that cage
when you're in that cage you are that character through my journey I figured out the
One piece I was missing, I thought it was cars, I thought it was women, I thought it was, I thought it was money, I thought it was everything.
The one piece I was missing was me having the courage to face myself.
Where I got my work ethic from was the hours I had to spend learning this.
And you realize through hard work, you can outwork anybody.
I remember how badass they are.
There's just been so many moments in the midst of things where like,
it's a workout or it's a diet or I'm starving or I'm doing check-ins or something and I'm just like
this is incredible like I'm peak condition in the world right now fighting to be the best in the
world and I'm living in that moment right now I'm doing this is what it takes when people see
something on stage this is what they don't see or that what I'm feeling in my mind when no one
will understand what it takes to get there I get to experience this every day and I think
it's just part of the human experience feeling in life that's just so beautiful
You don't have discipline, I don't care of skill for you or you're nothing.
It's not the physical aspect.
It's emotionally and psychological.
I put the impression that I'm gone.
If you feel like right now you're looking around with
and you're lost or directionless,
I would take about 15 minutes and figure out what the hell you want to do with your life
and I always start getting after it.
You got a whole lot more work to do and you should not quit.
And you should not quit until everyone at Affleck knows your name.
You should not quit until everyone at the million dollar roundtable knows your name.
You should not relent until everywhere you go into the insurance industry,
they stand up and give you a standing ovation when you walk into the building.
Go back and do exactly what you said.
Go get it, son.
I think that everyone has a personal brand that is unique and different, but everyone
doesn't look that way because they conform to what they think everyone else wants them to look like.
And so the fact that they are boring and they resent the fact that they're boring is because
they are living out reflections of what they think everyone else wants them to do.
And so all you have to do is start at square zero and be like, what do I want?
The stick to it and muscle itself is something that you work on.
Because if you started diets and you failed, you start working out and you failed,
if you just make it longer every time before you fail, you're still making it.
progress and you're still doing something that everyone else isn't doing. And that is the biggest
meta indicator that you possibly can is if, because everyone sucks. Like so many people are mediocre.
Like half of the United States is in debt. They don't even have a, like they, they're,
their negative net worth. And so like, just saying different than that, like the bar isn't high.
We talked about this. Dude, go for it. I know. I know, I know you're so low. The bar has never been
set lower to separate yourself out from the park. Never been set low.
Because if you're not in love with what you do, you're going to have to use a lot of discipline.
And I always say if you love what you do, the need for discipline will disappear.
Discipline is great in a lot of areas of life and you need it.
But when it comes to what you are doing for a living, you're excited to go.
You want to be excited.
You want to be like, okay, yeah, it's a grind and I'm working my ass off, but where else would I rather be?
So if I hadn't gone for it, which would be for me back in 2017 when I've been coming up,
college, drinking, parting, doing all the things, and being like, you know what, I'm not, I'm going to stop this.
My friends go out, I'm going to go to sleep. I'm going to wake up early, I'm going to go to the gym.
I'm going to eat six times a day. I'm going to spend my money on tuna and chicken breast, rather than six packs of beer and all these things.
And I'm just going to drop out of school and I'm going to travel and I'm going to try and get sponsors.
I'm going to try and win shows. I'm going to do all this. And I'm going to take every risk I can.
I didn't even think about it. You know, when you're young, luckily, you're at the greatest opportunity in your life to take risk and to take risk.
fail and you're like well I'm 24 now I can you just go restart I think that any artist or
athlete or musician that sort of pushing pushes the envelope of their genre so to speak is because
they've been able to tap into that flow state they're in the pocket they're in the zone
part of what's interesting to me is to chase experiences that put me in the zone put me in the flow
because that's when I'm at my most engaged that's when I'm inspired that's when I can be
actually present and silence that kind of anxious inner critic or neurotic inner Woody Allen
that's like worried about the future or melancholic for the past and so being in the zone being
means being in the moment it's a state of consciousness in which you feel your best and you perform
your best when it comes time to lock in you know it's an expression of football lock in and lock
out you know it's it's it's time to time to get to work what pissed you off the most what is it myself
Because I'm lazy.
When was the last time you did something?
A hundred percent.
I can't remember.
What are you afraid of? Tell me.
It's just screwed up at all my life.
I'm a failure.
You're not a failure.
You're not.
We all make mistakes in life.
Embrace, change.
When you're getting in there and you're overthinking and all these things come in too much of
like I have to do this, this and this, I have to do a four-signacred.
Oh my God, that's going to be so hard.
I should drop the weight, then like, no, just get in there, know what you can do,
bust your ass and get out of there.
Sometimes overthinking it holds you back.
People want to, they want to jump from day one to day 10 by getting some big seed money
or big investment.
And dude, I don't care how much money I've made.
I try to pretend like I'm broke every single day in the way that I think because it forces
me to create new solutions and innovate in my brain.
I had one of my sales guys who I said, dude, I don't see you at the gym.
And he said, you know, I'm just really busy.
And I just like, look to him.
And I was like, you will never have more time and less responsibility than you do now.
So I kind of used the James Clear thing.
I said, hey, if you can't make it work now, except that you're never going to be in shape for the rest of your life.
It was like, whoa.
I was like, think about it.
Rid yourself.
Right.
Yeah.
I was like, you're just never going to be in shape.
He was like, well, I mean that.
I was like, right.
So do it or don't.
But stop wanting it.
I promise you, you don't want to be that old person sitting on your deathbed looking back at your life,
filled with regret because you always made the easy choice.
Sting it!
Rast you go all in, embrace it.
Let it mold you, shape you into what you've always wanted to become.
You have to put the hours in.
You may have to raise children, cultivate your marriage, and work your side hustle all at the same time.
Everybody knows, if you don't go to the gym, if you don't get on the treadmill, put the cardio in, if you don't hit the weights and lift, you're not going to walk around with the physique that you see in your head.
It's going to remain a conversation, a vision, a dream.
Lazy people don't know how to start.
Weak people don't know how to finish.
Successful people don't know how to stop.
People demand success, but refuse to work weekends.
People want opportunity, but won't talk to strangers.
People claim ambition but sleep in every day.
We are the result of our actions, not our aspirations.
Let's say we have a circuit breaker.
And I'm loading everything up to one circuit.
Just load it up.
It's going to fucking blow.
And once that thing blows, man, the circle's all fpped up.
You got to have each thing plugged into the right spot.
Like a crowded garage.
You can't put anything in it.
Once your brain is crowded,
discipline is great
motivation is great
but if you can't fit
shit in your brain
because it's all
fucking cluttered with shit
there's no discipline
you may have it
sometimes when it fits in that
crowded garage
of your mind
but you don't have the consistency
that you need to have with that discipline
there's actually two human beings
in the bathroom every morning
there's you
and there's a human being in the mirror
and that human being is trying
and they've been there a long time
and they've been waiting for you to wake up
and to see them.
They're tired of your constant negativity.
They're tired of you beating them down.
They need you to be more encouraging.
They need you to be more celebratory.
They need your support.
And when you finally wake up
and create a moment with yourself every single morning where you look yourself in the eye
and you see yourself and you forgive yourself and you honor yourself and you say I believe
with this gesture in you it is this remarkably deep and spiritual feeling of connection
that you've been longing for for a very long time.
Your excuses will destroy you
and take everything that you ever wanted from you
if you let them.
It can seem like a friend,
just like your friend that keeps feeding you drinks at the bar
can seem like a friend,
but are they really helping you in any way, shape, or form?
No, they're not.
They're not.
So when your excuses make you feel a little bit better
about the fact that you didn't execute
on what you needed to execute on,
then they can make you feel better,
but they're not helping you.
They're not helping you at all.
400 trillion to one,
the odds of becoming a human being.
Being successful takes several different variables.
I think self-awareness is number one.
If you don't know yourself and you don't know what you're good at,
you've got no shot because you're going to be spinning your wheels.
I think work ethic is at the top.
Nobody, nobody watching this right now
knows anybody that's successful at all that hasn't put in serious amounts of work.
You cannot grow mentally, physically, emotionally, or financially in your comfort zone
and when avoiding pain.
It doesn't work like that.
If you want to build an ultra successful business, you're going to take 2x4 after 2x4, after 2x4,
after 2 by 4 to the face before anything becomes reality.
If you want to build an amazing body, you have to break down the muscle fibers in order to rebuild them back
How are you going to choose to show up?
Like I was talking about before, there are things out of your control.
What's in your control?
How can you take that power back into your own hands?
And what are you going to take from it?
What kind of meaning can you find from taking power out of what you feel powerless in?
Feeling stuck is a signal that you stop growing.
That's it.
And when most people feel stuck, since they don't understand that it's tied to a fundamental need for growth, we believe it's an
existential crisis and we blow up our lives. Learning anything gets you back in touch with a
fundamental need. It makes you start to feel like things are moving. And from that place,
of feeling a little bit more empowered, you'll be able to make better decisions about what
big things need to change in your life. You get to live life one time. And this is the time right
now to understand what's actually happening and actually map your behavior to something that
will impact you for the next 80 years.
Pay the attention to who's giving you the advice.
Who's giving the advice?
You should only take advice from people
whose dreams for your life are bigger than yours are.
You learn to pick yourself up on your own.
A lot of times these fights and these battles,
you gotta be your own coach, you gotta be your own motivator.
I could have saved myself tons of mental agony
because I could have reassured that, hey look,
this is just the way it goes.
And this is just part of the deal
and you signed up for this.
And nobody ever tells you this thing.
You know what I'm saying?
Like when you're getting your face beat in in business, right?
Like, nobody comes along and says, hey, it's going to be okay.
You don't feel like it's going to be okay.
You feel like the world's ending.
It could be a painful day emotionally.
It could be a painful day relationally.
It could be a painful day financially.
Are you going to complain?
Or are you going to use it to your advantage?
It doesn't matter if you go the hard paths or the easy path.
Both paths will make you suffer.
But at least the hard path leads to your ultimate goal.
The easy path leads to you suffering in silence and then dying with regret.
Imagine if you can use pain as a fuel.
Imagine if you can use the pain as a passport.
Imagine if you can use the pain to push you, to condition you, to prepare you for the stages
and the rooms you've got to walk into and the tables you've got to sit at
and the stages you have to stand on.
What if the pain can make you better?
What if the pain could build muscle?
What if the pain could cause you to retire to leap farther, to run faster?
What if the pain could help you?
Ten years to build my NBA career.
It took me seven seconds to lose it.
It's not lack of time that we suffer from.
It's lack of direction and commitment in our lives.
Who you spend time with is who you become.
It's time to focus.
You'll defeat the problem.
person you were yesterday. The person you need to compete with the most is the old you.
Identity is who are you beyond the problem. You got to lock in once you get to your spot,
you got to get focused. Once you get to your spot, you got to get stable. Once you get to
your spot, you can't move it. Do not give up. Walk on the court again, run on the field again,
step into the arena again, try it one more time. And after you do that, you're going to come
for more. You cannot be a champion without an audacious goal. It is impossible for you to be a champion
without an audacious goal. Go after what you want and go after what you believe in. Listen to the person
who matters most. You know who that is? It's you. You don't believe. You don't support you.
You don't invest in you. You don't believe you. You don't see it for you. I think when you achieve
things that comes from incredible obsessive focus, massive action and figuring out how to execute
and do things effectively and it's grace. And I never forget that that's a part of the formula
for where my life is today. When you don't believe in yourself, it's disempowering. It's self-sabotaging.
It's self-destructive. You got a whole lot more work to do and you should not quit.
There's something inside you that's bigger than anything that's ever happened to you that ever
could happen to you and tapping in and finding that part of yourself is how you get someone
to have sustained strength.
They have a reason to do it, a compelling future, something they're going for, and it's
got to be a compelling future about more than just getting by.
That's not compelling or surviving or doing okay.
You should not quit until everyone at the million dollar round table knows your name.
You should not relent until everywhere you go into the insurance industry, they stand up and
give you a standing ovation when you walk into the bill.
You are establishing a new nature, a new protocol, a fresh government of how you conduct business.
You are not a quitter.
You are not a one-hit wonder.
You are called to do something great.
And focus on what needs to come from you, to create, to pioneer, to trailblaze.
If you guys have an audacious golden, you keep it in front of you, I promise you one thing.
It's just a matter of time before your kingdom gets bigger.
and bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger so how does someone continue to
stay hungry the best way is get around where it's better and things will hit you who you spend time
with is who you become so you know when i started coaching all these billionaires you know there's a
part of me that said i you know i i'm a smart in certain areas as they are i got to step my game up
it's not about the money it's about how can i take the invisible and make it visible how can i
find a way to add more value to other people to such an extent less about legacy than it is about
doing what I'm made for while I'm here and maximizing it. I want the end to have me, I want
to be climbing them out when I die, not sliding. So to me it's about growth and it's about giving.
Those are the only things that fulfill human things. I always tell people, if you want to be happy,
it's one word, progress. If you can make progress, and if your progress is not only within yourself,
but it's actually doing something of value for more than yourself, you're going to be a damn
unfulfilled person.
Oh, I got nice and comfortable.
Oh, I got real comfortable.
I learned in life you have to be careful not to get comfortable in a place you don't want to be.
Is it possible you got comfortable in a place you don't want to be?
I mean, did you let your marriage get comfortable, but it's not where you want to be?
Did you let your body get comfortable?
But it's not where you want your body to be?
Have you let your checking account in your whole life that you dreamt about when you're a little boy,
when you were a little girl, just like me?
If you accepted your life, you've gotten comfortable,
and know you're meant for more.
But you've got to get into your spots.
You might be doing your own thing.
You've been thinking so long that you're an employee.
Maybe your spot is your own company.
Maybe your spot is your own business.
Maybe your spot is being an entrepreneur.
I don't know.
That's between you and your God,
but we got to get you under construction.
We got to build a better you.
We got to get your you position.
perfectly. You've got to stop waiting for the opportunity to come along and you've
got to learn to master the art and the privilege of creating the opportunity. Stop
limiting yourself to what can come to you and focus on what needs to come from
you to become a winner in every arena you walk into. A many can be enormously
important depending entirely on which side of the bathroom door you're
standing on. So when we start taking care of our minutes, now you know earthquakes and hurricanes
get all the publicity, but did you know that termites do more damage than both of them? And they take
such little bitty bites. But there's so many of them and they keep on biting and biting and biting.
Little things done on a daily basis as a habit will make all the difference in the world. The reason
on that day before vacation you get more done is you've got a game plan,
and accepted responsibility of the following throughout it.
It's time to focus.
You'll defeat the person you were yesterday.
The person you need to compete with the most is the old you.
Today, you're going to train harder than that person.
You're going to eat better than that person.
Sleep better than that person.
You're going to read and educate yourself and become smarter than that person.
You're going to live more than that person.
You know their strengths.
You know their weaknesses.
you know them all too well.
They're the old you and there's nothing they can do to stop you.
Go after what you want and go after what you believe in.
Listen to the person who matters most.
You know who that is?
It's you.
Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start believing in what could go right.
There may be a million reasons you're afraid to follow your dreams,
but that doesn't mean you shouldn't go after what your heart desires.
Even if the odds are stacked against you,
It doesn't mean you won't be successful.
There's no obstacle that you can't overcome
if you want something badly enough.
The greater the challenges you face,
the greater the miracles you'll create.
Go back and do exactly what you said.
You are going to do.
Go get it, son.
Remember that the most important decision of your life
is deciding whether you're truly committed
to being happy no matter what.
because life is going to throw all kinds of curveballs at all of us.
There's the one thing that's in common in this lifetime is extreme stress.
You're going to experience it if you haven't already, and even if you have, you will in the future.
How you like this positive thinking.
But it's just true.
Someone you're going to care about is going to die.
Someone's going to take advantage financially if you're not careful.
You're going to find yourself in a position.
The government might change the rules and you can't do what you're doing before.
Somebody call, like I've gotten the call saying you've got a tumor in your brain.
Those days alter you.
So the greatest gift you could give yourself besides making this life about love
and making this life about giving because to give you have to keep growing
is, I believe, to make that decision and say life is too short to suffer.
Step into your third quarter, step into your fourth quarter.
Be fully persuaded that it's your turn and it's your time.
I don't care what the scoreboard says.
You have an opportunity.
A warrior only means.
He needs one more opportunity to reveal to the world that he is more than just a dreamer.
Fierce debate has overtaken the country as to whether America's work ethic is dying.
And having these setbacks where I can't even run a mile, but I'm thinking about running a hundred thirty-five.
I can't run one mile.
And what if I can win it?
Wake up!
Stop sleeping on yourself!
The biggest problem that you have had is not that you don't have resources.
It's not that you don't have supporters.
It's not that somebody doesn't believe in you.
It's that you have not believed in you.
Stop sleeping on yourself.
Step into your authenticity.
Step into your intelligence and your brilliance.
Release your gift.
God has given you something great.
Release it.
It's a mental standard you must meet in life.
motivation has an expiration date.
And when motivation dies, discipline must take its place.
Pick something rather than nothing, or pick something rather than all things.
And then set yourself to master that.
You need to have a primary discipline.
It's absolutely necessary to succeed in life.
Now, once you have a primary discipline, then you can branch out and become a multiplicity in your disciplined approach.
then you're absolutely bloody unstoppable,
but you really need that initial disciplinary routine.
It's that, having a discipline every day to say,
for me to learn this one math problem,
it could take me 10 hours.
How bad do you want to get to that next level?
What are you willing to do?
What are you willing to sacrifice?
What are you willing to give up?
Who are you willing to let go to get where it is that you want to be?
there is a bridge from what you see in your head to what you hold in your hand and that bridge is called
discipline what people understand is that they live for themselves not knowing that you have the
power within yourself to change millions of lives by facing life by facing yourself
nobody wants to put in the work nobody wants to let off every single distraction here is my
My question, can you learn how to say no to what's hurting you?
No to what's stopping you.
No to what's hindering you.
No to the people that don't believe in you.
I now know that there is no cap on the human mind.
There's no cap.
We cap it ourselves.
Life is one big mind game.
And you're playing it with yourself.
You are the issue.
It's you.
Your issue is you.
Nobody has lied to you more than you.
My biggest fear in life is if there is a final resting place in this world, and there's
a final judgment, and you talk to something much bigger than you.
I don't want to sit down and have a conversation with someone with something that says,
you're in heaven, this is what you should have been on earth.
And are you really in heaven now, are you in hell?
It also makes you disciplined, and once you're disciplined, like you're like a sharpened sword, man, like a well-tempered blade, and then you can go out there and operate in the world.
So, and if you haven't found your passion, then I would say, well, don't wait around until you find the damn thing, because you may never find it, is pick something and focus on it, you know, and if you move strongly and forthrightly towards it for it for a number of months at least or even a number of years, and then you find, well, that wasn't the thing for you, it isn't going to be a waste anyways, because most of the time.
time the pursuit of any discipline knowledge pays off even if it doesn't pay off in the way that
you initially expect.
So toughness isn't something that you sample.
It's something that you live in every day.
So when something hard would happen to these kids, like in Hell Week, draw on something that
made them very insecure and they look for comfort.
Whenever hardness comes, and you don't know what it is, it may be different for you than
this for me, but you go back to your.
insecurities and then you go back to your insecurities you then look for
comfort within those insecurities and we all look for that cookie that your mom
used to give you right when you were sad when you were sick we look for our
wife or our husband we look for comfort it's in those moments you must
retrain your mind to think differently in hell discipline is found in our daily
routine our daily rituals
You may use discipline on occasion, but you're not disciplined.
And there's a difference between having discipline and being disciplined.
When you have discipline, you're selective.
When you have discipline, you're conditional.
It depends on how you feel.
When you are disciplined, how you do anything is how you do everything.
And everything you do, you show up at a thousand percent.
Everything you do, you execute with a spirit of excellence.
That's what discipline looks like.
I used to speak in hollow words.
I don't do anymore.
Everything that comes out of mouth has substance.
It's real.
And we all have these feelings in our bodies, in our minds,
and our souls.
I act on mine.
A lot of us who are afraid of something,
we allow our minds to choose the path
that least resistance so we go a different route.
And I'm afraid of something is telling me,
you must do that.
You must do that.
You must do that.
Yeah.
You have to go.
have to go that way and most of us don't understand that mentality. We go left and we wonder why
we haven't fulfilled something in our lives. People tell me all the time it's hard to get wealthy.
It's hard to grind. It's hard to be focused. It's hard to stay motivated. It's hard to stay broke.
It's hard to stay depressed. It's hard to stay governed by anxiety. It's hard to be inconsistent.
It's hard not to have daily disciplines. It's hard not to believe in yourself. It's hard to be
broke, it's hard to be poor, it's hard, it's all hard, so choose your heart.
You ought to go work for it.
You're gonna sit there and let life knock you down and dare you to get back up.
And no one saved me.
It wasn't like someone came down here and guided me through life.
When you figure this out on your own, the amount of pride and dignity and self-respect you have,
that's why I walk around the streets with the backpack and you know,
just like I don't need anything else.
Yeah.
You figure it out by going inside yourself, by callousing over the victim's mentality.
You're always a victim, even if you have everything in life until you realize what you've achieved.
One thing I've got to tell all of you listening is you got to kill the blame game.
Stop blaming it on the person that walked out on you.
Stop blaming it on the person that overlooked you.
Stop blaming it on the person that undervalued you.
Stop blaming it on the person that did not promote you, that did not see it, that did not believe it.
Stop blaming everybody and look yourself in the mirror.
And the thing you got to ask yourself is, am I going to repeat my history or will I blaze a new trail?
We live in a box and we don't want to go outside that box at all, ever.
outside that box is all these possibilities of life.
What we do is we shackled our mind.
We are a prisoner in our own mind that this is all I can do.
This is all I'm good at.
And we take away the possibility of you could be this, you could be that,
you could be all these things.
And I never thought at 300 pounds I could be negative soon.
So if my mind was shackled, me and you would never meet.
There'd be no book.
There'd be no book.
There'd be nothing.
If I would give you one last piece of advice
in order to understand discipline,
discipline is revealed in our daily routines and rituals.
Discipline unfolds.
If you want your future,
you have to cross the bridge of discipline.
If you want to get out of the room of ordinary,
you have to go through the door of discipline.
If you want to dig yourself out of discipline,
If you want to dig yourself out of murky, muddy water,
if you want to claw your way to the top,
you are going to have to climb the wall of discipline.
There is no other way.
I need you to tell yourself right now, there is no other way.
There is no other way.
There is no other way.
The future belongs to the discipline.
I just know when people go all in on the thing they love,
magical things start to happen.
Maybe it doesn't happen right away,
but magical things start to happen.
It's almost like what if you're obsessed and went all in on these things?
What could you create?
We're running at 40% most of us.
You know, because we're half in and half out.
And it's not surprising because life is difficult.
It's like, well, what if you were 90% in or 95% in or all in?
Because you're all in anyways, right?
It's a life and death game.
No one gets out of this.
Everyone dies.
You might as well commit yourself.
We all live in our bubble.
My therapist calls it the lifeboat.
We all live in our lifeboat, right?
But we're all on the same ocean.
So depending on how good your lifeboat is, you weather the storm or not.
Because if you're not willing to go in there and face yourself, I can find anything.
You can live right here on surface, man, right here on surface.
Don't half acid.
Don't half acid.
Boy, that never goes out of style, does it?
I mean, think about it, if you're going to do something, if you've chosen to do something, whatever it is, easy, hard.
If you give it your all and you don't have acid, win, lose, draw, get what you want, don't get what you want, whatever the outcome is, if you don't have to ask it, at least you're not going to have to wonder, oh, would the outcome have been different?
I feel like we spend too much of our lives waiting on life to happen.
Sometimes we need to start being in their life instead of trying to see it.
This is my belief. When you go all in on something and you truly believe in your heart that this is what you're meant to do and you let go of something, you're like,
but I don't want to lose this because what if it's what if they're going to be a great partner in the future?
What if they're be a great parent?
Well, they show these qualities that could they, maybe they could work out for me.
As opposed to no, going all in on the thing that you know you're meant to do.
So it's today of the day, right?
The biggest fear they have is making this thing, right?
They don't want to be seen stupid.
They don't want to lose status as a result of this decision.
And so when we're when we're dealing with that, it's making them understand that you don't need time to make a decision.
You need information.
But so many people are stuck in that.
same spot for why they're not taking action, whether it's selling a product or selling themselves.
Don't you get it? Through all the bumps in the road and the stormy weather, the heart of a champion
they can never measure. That's why you have to be all in. So there is an ending to this world
and there is somewhere to go and there's a judgment. You're going to get there and you might see a chart
and that chart may tell you who the you should have been. And that you know, and that you're
get the rest of your life to think about that.
Man, I could have lived a much better life.
If I just would have just suffered a little bit more.
If I just would have went in that shit and realized I had so much more.
But fear in the 40% in living here versus living here being afraid, stop me.
I struggle.
So that's the language I'm great at.
So if I can break down things into a struggle language, now I make it the game winnable for everybody.
And that's the goal to make the game winnable for everybody who's bold enough to step into the batting cage.
If you bold enough to do that, I was bold enough to jump in a goddamn 152-foot tank with sharks in Dubai.
If you bold enough to do it, there's an experience that comes from that.
And that experience is so exhilarated, it will take you to the next level.
Because now you keep chasing the next level of you.
And that is when you start understanding life at a whole other concept,
when you start understanding that, yo, for the longest,
I was just low-level living.
I was low-level thinking.
There's going to be days when you're aching and tired and sore,
and there's people in your family that are sick and you're cynical and bitter,
and you need a reason to get up and you think,
yeah, well, a little more heaven and a little less hell.
Maybe I can pull that off today and tomorrow and next week,
and that's worth struggling forward for.
Let's play this out, right?
It's not going to go the way you think it's going to go.
Because if you keep repeating this habit,
you're going to end up five years from now.
You're going to look at your life the same way you're looking at it now.
and hating it.
But I just want to remind everybody
that I didn't make a video to the world
about anything about business
until I was 35 years old.
I'm very excited about this.
I plan on doing this four to five times a week.
We're looking to put the video up
about 4 or 5 p.m.
There's a whole lot of talking going on.
How about more action?
Have a more execution.
How about more paying prices
for what your mouth is saying?
That is what I hope you do.
Give more.
Go all in, be all in.
Don't you get it?
The victory is already yours.
You just got to claim it.
You just got to stake it.
You just got to bring it into life.
And you cannot bring it into life if you're going halfway.
In order to get something we've never had, we need to do things we've never done.
In order to get something we've never had, we need to do things we've never done.
Right now, if you don't like your physique,
and you want a better one, what you are currently doing is not going to get it for you.
You can't keep sleeping in and doing the same day after day,
or you're going to look the same for the rest of your life.
If you want that supercar, but you're in a job right now that can't afford the supercar,
you need to get out of it.
In order to get things we've never had, we need to do things we've never done.
You've got to switch it up.
Oftentimes, it feels like it is impossible.
insurmountable feet to get past the beating.
And as long as I can feel it, I'm not in the state of paralysis.
If you can feel it, you can move it.
So I ask you the question.
Sometimes I've got to look myself in a mirror and ask myself,
is that only God?
Come on, you're prepared, your condition,
you've been beaten, you've been better, you've been broken,
you've been left a dead, but there's more,
because you're breathing and you feel it.
So if you can feel it, you can push you, so push past.
The truth of the matter is, that's not all you have.
there's more left in you.
Be all in.
Or be forgotten.
Be all in or be a nobody.
Be all in.
Or be somebody that has absolutely no opportunity to leave a legacy on this world.
Be all in.
Or be somebody that nobody respects.
Be all in.
Or be somebody that leaves this earth with regrets.
I said to myself,
Who on this earth would still be going right now?
You are.
You are.
I believed it.
I believe it today.
I believed it enough to where my body said,
he's not going to stop.
I took all the negative things.
I need to go to the hospital, this and that,
and I used all, who the hell could even get out of that chair?
You did.
Who the hell would even think about taping stress fractures up?
You didn't. All those things I use for motivation.
And having these setbacks where I can't even run a mile, but I'm thinking about running 135.
I can't run one mile. And what if I can win it?
Not that you don't have resources. It's not that you don't have supporters.
It's not that somebody doesn't believe in you. It's that you have not believed in you.
Stop sleeping on yourself. Step into your authenticity. Step into your
intelligence and your brilliance.
Release your gift.
God has given you something great.
Release it.
It's a mental standard
you must meet in life.
Motivation has an expiration
date.
And when motivation dies,
discipline must take its place.
Pick something rather than nothing,
or pick something rather than all things.
And then set yourself
to master that. You need to
a primary discipline, it's absolutely necessary to succeed in life. Now, once you have a primary
discipline, then you can branch out and become a multiplicity in your disciplined approach, and
then you're absolutely bloody unstoppable, but you really need that initial disciplinary routine.
It's that, having a discipline every day to say, for me to learn this one math problem,
it could take me 10 hours. How bad do you want to get to that next level? What are you willing to do?
What are you willing to sacrifice?
What are you willing to give up?
Who are you willing to let go to get where it is that you want to be?
There is a bridge from what you see in your head to what you hold in your hand.
And that bridge is called discipline.
What people understand is that they live for themselves, not knowing that you have the power within yourself to change millions of lives.
by face of life, by facing yourself.
Nobody wants to put it into work.
Nobody wants to let go off every single distraction.
Here is my question.
Can you learn how to say no to what's hurting you?
Know to what's stopping you.
No to what's hindering you.
No to the people that don't believe in you.
I now know that there is no cap on the human mind.
There's no cap.
We cap it ourselves.
Life is one big mind game and you're playing it with yourself.
You are the issue. It's you. Your issue is you. Nobody has lied to you more than you.
My biggest fear in life is if there is a final resting place in this world and there's a final judgment and you talk to something much bigger than you.
I don't want to sit down and have a conversation with someone with something that's a final judgment.
says you're in heaven, this is what you should have been on earth.
And are you really in heaven now? Are you in hell?
It also makes you disciplined. And once you're disciplined, like you're like a sharpened sword,
man, like a well-tempered blade, and then you can go out there and operate in the world.
So, and if you haven't found your passion, then I would say, well, don't wait around until you find
the damn thing, because you may never find it, is pick something and focus on it, you know.
And if you move strongly and forthrightly towards it for a number of months at least or even a number of years,
and then you find, well, that wasn't the thing for you, it isn't going to be a waste anyways.
Because most of the time, the pursuit of any disciplined knowledge pays off,
even if it doesn't pay off in the way that you initially expect.
Mental toughness isn't something that you sample.
It's something that you live in every day.
So when something hard would happen to these kids, like, in hell, we,
it would draw on something that made them very insecure and they look for comfort
whenever hardness comes and you don't know what it is it may be different for you
than this for me but you go back to your insecurities and then you go back to
insecurities you then look for comfort within those insecurities and we all
look for that cookie that your mom used to give you right when you were sad when
you were sick we look for our wife or our husband we look for
comfort, it's in those moments. You must retrain your mind to think differently in hell.
Discipline is found in our daily routine, our daily rituals. You may use discipline on
occasion, but you're not disciplined. And there's a difference between having discipline and
being disciplined. When you have discipline, you're selective. When you have discipline, you're
conditional it depends on how you feel when you are discipline how you do
anything is how you do everything and everything you do you show up at a
thousand percent everything you do you execute with a spirit of excellence
that's what discipline looks like I used to speak in hollow words I don't do
anymore everything that comes out of mouth has substance is real and we all
have these feelings in our bodies in our minds and our souls I act on mine
A lot of us who are afraid of something, we allow our minds to choose the path at least resistance, so we go a different route.
I'm afraid of something is telling me you must kind of do that.
You must do that.
You have to go that way.
And most of us don't understand that mentality.
We go left and we wonder why we have to fulfill something in our lives.
People tell me all the time, it's hard to get wealthy, it's hard to grind, it's hard to be focused, it's hard to stay motivated.
It's hard to stay broke.
It's hard to stay depressed.
It's hard to stay governed by anxiety.
It's hard to be inconsistent.
It's hard not to have daily disciplines.
It's hard not to believe in yourself.
It's hard to be broke.
It's hard to be poor.
It's hard.
It's all hard.
So choose your heart.
You ought to go work for it.
You're going to sit there and let life knock you down and dare you to get back up.
And no one saved me.
It wasn't like someone came down here
and guided me through life.
When you figure this out on your own,
the amount of pride and dignity
and self-respect you have,
that's why I walk around the streets

There is no other way. I need you to tell yourself right now, there is no other way, there is no other way, there is no other way.
The future belongs to the discipline.
Why are you so anti-social? Because I'm trying to get it.
I don't want to live in a hole anymore, and I'm going to do something about it.
I became obsessed with being the baddest motherfucker that God ever created.
I got my MTV out.
Savage! I'm a savage! Oh!
I'm not going to stay fucking lying down. I'm not. I can't do that, man.
You kept going. You pushed through. You kept your head held high.
Why was you working so hard? Because you were trying to get it.
How big would you dream?
If you knew you couldn't fail.
The only thing stopping us is our sound.
Come on! Get it! 17!
They don't know me, son!
Get it! 18!
They don't know me, son!
Get it!
19!
They don't know me, son!
Yeah!
That's not all you got. You thought you were empty,
but you got a half tank left.
And that's all you need to get where you're going.
You can fill up later. Keep going, keep going, keep going.
Sometimes you got to sit with the pain.
until the pain passes. Sometimes pain will immobilize you, but as long as you can feel it,
you can push it. Without pain, without sacrifice, we have nothing. Without pain, without sacrifice,
we have nothing. I'm not saying you should have gold, but you should be grinding for grinding
safe. You know, you should grind because that's what you do. You're passionate about what you do,
you know, and so you're waking up every day with this concept of I have 24 hours and they're
mind this 24 hours belongs to me right and whatever I do in this 24 hours will
determine where I'll be tomorrow and the next day and I think that's what people
need to focus on give me all that work give me all that work my friend because I
need I need it to make me stronger I needed to make me power I needed to make me
better my friend so give me all that work give me all that work my friend
and he's like well Cole what that means is that your grandpa
parents from living in a stone house with stone walls and a dirt floor and then us going into the
construction industry, barely making it by just so we can do 50% better than our parents, to you now
living in a million dollar home impacting thousands and thousands of lives, earning seven figures.
You've taken our name from sleeping on the dirt to million dollar mansions in the course of
three generations and our ancestors would be proud of you.
Like that is why I work so hard.
Like that, I literally got goosebumps right now.
Like that is why I fucking grind.
I'm not about this complaining bullshit.
People complain about their situation and they do nothing about it and it makes no fucking sense to me.
Please don't give up.
Remember, this is the grind.
Find a way to push through the suffering and discomfort.
And I promise you there is something great waiting for you on the other side.
Just keep grinding.
Don't give up.
This is not the time.
You don't live it like I do.
Like like like I lived it and I'm still living it.
Like do you know where I'm gonna end up?
Right.
The tippy fucking top.
You know where I'm now?
Upper middle.
So I'm patient.
I'm grinding.
I'm here.
I'm hustling down there.
I'm fucking hustling patient for where mine.
Like you know, final stop is gonna be.
You're just not patient.
Like if you're feeling any angst,
it's because you don't love the process more than the results.
You're thinking about $10,000 a month in AdSense
instead of loving the fucking dirt
and loving this grind moment.
And the second you fall in love with the grind,
for real, 19 years of it, not a month.
When you fucking really fall in love with the grind
and sit here and then your talent is going to take you
where it's going to take you.
Listen, can't nobody grind.
If you grind harder than the sister, if you grind equal me, let's do it.
But like Will Smith said when he was being interviewed one, you know what I'm talking about the...
I'm about to die on the treadmill.
I'm going to die on the treadmill.
So I had no wonder, there's no more time anybody can give.
I was opening the doors and shutting the doors.
I would turn the light on in the morning.
I would turn it out at night.
I promise you no, it wasn't that.
It was.
I know that I can touch more of me for me, not for anybody else.
I had no guilt if I left this planet and I had only done what I did, only my car, I'm cool, I play full out for you, but I didn't play full out.
When you are committed, you give everything you have.
every single week, every single day, every single hour, every single minute, 720 hours a month,
you are beating on your craft, even when you're at work, you're dreaming, you're thinking,
your vision casting, you're writing it down, making it playing, communicating to your destiny connections
so that it can become a reality.
If you can see it in your head, you can hold it in your hands.
But the question I want to ask you is, are you coming?
My truth and my experience has been, I have to jump higher.
I have to show up earlier.
I have to be the first person to turn off the light and the last person to turn off the light.
I have to make sure that every number is correct and every T is crossed and every dye is dotted.
The way that I show up is by being consistent, so consistent that people cannot doubt your capacity to succeed.
You have to work harder than the average person.
And if you accept those terms, you cannot complain about those terms.
I have only known success on the back of consistency.
Do I think you could be a success without being consistent?
Perhaps if you have other resources and tools that I was never given.
But coming for where I am, my perspective has only been.
Consistency and the discipline has been everything that I have ever gone on the back of doing it again and again and again.
It is what I teach.
It is what I preach is what I believe.
You've got to want to grind.
You've got to learn to love that.
You've got to learn to love to put in the work.
To be proud of yourself that you showed up and put in the work.
To be proud of yourself that you taught yourself how to suffer.
To be proud of yourself that you're developing a mindset where you believe I can do anything I set my mind to.
And by the way, once you believe that you can do anything you set your mind to without limitation,
how you spend your time becomes a spiritual consideration.
Know more about what you're doing than anyone else in the world.
and grind baby grind.
It's time to wake up.
Stop making excuses.
Stop justifying your laziness.
Stop choosing mediocrity.
Wake up!
Be better than who you used to be.
Be better than who you are right now.
Everybody else puts off everything until tomorrow, but not you.
You are going to choose to be better today.
You are going to push through the struggles and hardships that come up this year.
You're going to grind until you are exhausted, until you feel like you have nothing more and then grind harder.
When you get to where you want to go in life, you finally get there, you finally reach that point, and you're there, and you're happy as hell.
Realize this, you're not there yet.
When you get that feeling that you arrived, be afraid.
Right.
Be truly afraid.
Because now you start to do it.
do this. Slowly die.
