All right, Trev. Can we do the third round in 23 minutes?
23 minutes. Why 23 minutes?
Because that would get us three hours into the mock and three rounds,
because the rounds are going to get longer.
Yeah, but for a lot of those, you know, like we'll be able to,
wow, hold on, Tony Lee really quick, $200 shoot the chat,
just jumping in to drop the donation for charity.
Works been crazy. You guys are the best.
Tony Lee, you're the man. Thank you so much. We appreciate it.
which hits our 10K goal.
Amazing.
Unbelievable.
Like truly unbelievable.
We went into this with 5K for the entire thing.
5K doubled what we earned all of last year.
Right.
All of last year.
And we're two rounds in and we hit our second goal of 10K.
You guys are incredible.
We are blown away by y'all's generosity.
your kindness.
And Kyle Crabs, those, is three more grand.
He does.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That mother amper's going to pay.
So we're at 13.
Yeah.
The chef's got to update.
He's got to update the screen.
He's got to update the screen again.
We're going to 15K, I guess.
We're going to 15K is, I guess, the goal.
We'll go 5K every single time.
Let's rock.
Seriously, we appreciate you guys so much.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you, everybody who subbed to the channel as well.
that's definitely climb and we are well over 65K subscribers here that we have on the show.
Let's knock out.
Let's do 15 picks pretty quick here before we get to our next guest because we'll get a couple in
and then I'll send it to the next guest who we got here coming on in a second.
But Arizona Cardinals, can I see the...
Yeah, let's see their draft.
Let's see what the Cardinals drafted here.
Okay, so it's Sunny Stiles and Caleb Lomu.
Man, 65.
Anybody jump out to you right away here for them?
Well, a spot does at pass rusher, but...
Oh, okay.
All right, so let's see.
Let's see what edge rushers we got.
I like Kear and Crawford.
I was just saying, I think this is a good...
I think this is a good value.
Yep, yep.
He started playing football senior year of high school?
Or I know he's really late to football.
I can't remember when it was exactly,
but I think he is a really nice,
pure pass rusher type of a player.
I like him there.
So let's go with,
let's go with Kear and Crawford there for the Arizona Cardinals.
Titans? Anybody come to mind here for you?
They have Jeremiah Love and Jacob Rodriguez.
Could also use a pass rusher, but...
Could use another pass rusher after...
So this is the scheme for Romelo height.
This is the one.
Okay.
When you think of Bryce Huff, all those years,
Sala found him as a UDFA out of Memphis.
Undersize, bendy speed rusher that can rush as a wide nine.
They traded for Germain,
who's a bigger pass rusher and plays with more speed to power.
You get height in a DPR role,
and he could actually be a good.
guy that gets you off the field on third and longs for Salas.
So let's go with Romelo Hyde here.
So for the Raiders, ah, ooh, this is where a fan favorite is coming off of the board.
I love it.
Are you guys ready for it?
Are you ready?
Do it to them.
Big Citrus.
Come on down, baby.
Let's get Dominique Orange, who feels like he's had the same sort of vibe that Alfred
Collins did when we did this exercise a year ago.
But there we go.
Dominique Orrin's going to the Las Vegas Raiders.
Josh just gave us a $500 super chat.
He said, and I will say it in the Chris Bourbon voice,
The Raiders.
I'm so glad that I found you guys this draft season.
Shout out to Brett and E.J.
Thanks for all the great work.
I can't wait to be singing Fernando on draft night.
Josh.
You're the man, Josh.
Thank you so much.
We really appreciate it.
Charities appreciate it as well.
And we are glad to have you.
as a member of the addicts.
Wow.
Well, Peter,
Peter in the chat said,
welcome to the 500 club.
The big dogs.
Welcome to the board of directors, Josh.
You, Peter and Bryce.
Do you remember,
do you remember,
Connor in high school?
I don't know if you did this.
So our football team in high school,
which I was not a part of
because my mom thought
that I would get killed
and she was correct.
If your bench deadlift squat
could get over 300,
400, than 500,
pounds, you would get a shirt that said like 300 club, 400 club, 500 club.
And so, obviously, I wouldn't moving like that in high school.
I don't know.
Could I do that now?
Could I do that now?
Yes.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, you could do that now.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I could do that now.
Yeah, yeah, quickly.
Quick math.
Yes, I could do that now.
Yeah.
Very easily.
But you're in the, you get the 500 club t-shirt.
I remember that's basically, that's basically what Peter is saying is, is like, you're
getting a 500 club t-shirt that's like the big dog t-shirt yes we'll get them made the stock exchange 500
club club yes with the bar with the barbell and it says 500 club NFL SE and it's a barbell but then it's like
it but it's then it's like a pit bull dog who's like jacked who's got like pop-eye arms you know what I'm
saying somehow like shoulder pressing like 315 for reps you know that's basically what we're talking about here
Eagles what have they done so far that's I don't remember at all lemon and Rutledge is a good
Great draft for the Eagles.
I'm going to look at the tight end class because Goddard's on the one-year deal and we're getting to the end there.
I am going to go.
We're getting to the end.
Is he all right?
I'm going to go with Sam Roush here for the Eagles.
Wait, over.
Oh, no, stowers off the board.
Stowers off the board.
I'm going to go with Roush, who is tight end two for me.
Good blocker, good after the catch, big, good size.
And a nice underneath target as well for Phil.
Philadelphia.
For the Houston
Texans of 69,
where are we at
with Houston Texans
who have they taken?
Because they have a handful of
picks.
Okay, so they did go center.
Deering Price.
Ooh,
they,
yeah,
let's see all here.
Oh, man.
This is,
I think this might be
an Anthony Hill spot.
To play,
maybe.
Because what's tootos?
I think he's up
after this year.
Let's see.
He is up
after this year.
Yes.
And Hill's kind of still developmental.
He is.
Yeah.
Let's go Anthony Hill Jr.
You get some speed in the middle.
I like that.
I like that there.
All right.
The Cleveland.
Can I make this pick for Cleveland?
Yeah, please.
Go ahead.
Yeah.
So can I actually see who to make sure that we didn't,
that I'm not like double dipping on the pitch here?
Can I make this pick?
Oh, he's gone.
Oh, you did pick Boston.
Yeah.
I was going to pick, I was going to pick, I was going to pick Elijah Surat.
But I mean, you still, what are you acting like they have this great receiver room?
No, no.
But, like, Boston.
Austin's going to do a lot of the big slot stuff, you know?
So, like, that's sort of similar to me.
So we're back on you.
It's on you, brother.
Yeah, I'm going to go center.
Okay.
And this class is still looking good because Logan Jones is the only one that's gone off the board.
They signed Elton Jenkins, but he could also play guard.
Right.
And he's older.
So, and Elton Jenkins has missed some time.
So I'm going to go with the guy that unfortunately missed some of this year with the torn ACL,
but had a lot of hype coming into the year.
And that's Connor Liu.
Okay.
Who I think is a damn good player before he got hurt and is only falling in this draft because of the injury.
All right.
Washington.
Wow, Bryce gave us a $200 donation again.
He said, we're getting T-shirts.
Count me in, Bryce.
You're getting the custom shirt.
You are absolutely getting the shirt, my man.
Yeah, you're at the small batch.
Yeah, the small batch T-shirts.
We will make some exclusive merch for you guys because we appreciate you so much.
um ball knowers academy who has a picture of of it's just mike renner shout out to mike renner which is
very funny that's amazing is this elijah sarat here for washington they need another receiver
i i kind of like that a lot and they took pass rusher yeah i'm gonna go elijah sarat here
i'm gonna go sarat sarat is a he's he's a top
40 player for me. So to get him at 71, I mean, I think that's huge value. I think the compliment
that he can give Terry McLaren, man, I like that a ton. To me, he's the best version of what
Traillen Berks was kind of like supposed to be for you as like this big slot type of receiver,
but he's much more reliable in it. So let's get to 75 before we, before we bring in our next
gas. So we rapid fire these next four. Bengals at 72. What's their draft looking like? I know they got
Ruben Bain and Jake Golda. So we're probably going to look to, let's look at D tackle for
first because that's an area that let's see some of yeah it's okay I feel like we
could wait a little bit though with that group man interesting for them let's
look at guard I know we took a lot of the good ones though farmer's not bad
I like I like shroud a lot he's just hurt a lot do you okay all right yeah he's just
been hurt farmer's a good player though
Let me pull up my rankings.
This is 72, so I want to be careful of how early we ultimately go here.
People are saying corner for them as well.
That's true.
I know they're a little bit more veteran heavy at corner right now.
Oh, Abney's still there.
Abney is the best value pick.
Avney for me is probably going to land somewhere at like player 51 on my board,
and this is pick 72.
I didn't see him there.
I'll definitely take Keith Affney.
Physical man corner needs to cut down the penalties,
much like Aibbenosin that's next to him there,
but I think he can.
Okay, so who did we have the?
I think they got, oh, Tate, that's right.
Cornell Tate and Cassius Howell.
Okay, all right.
Abney is an outside corner.
I see Luigi asking.
He's a physical man cover corner on the outside.
A little undersized where maybe they'll bump him in,
but he plays physical and has,
he has speed to open up and run.
He just has to trust his legs.
Can I see linebacker here for the for the Saints?
Oh, Kyle Lewis.
Oh, yeah.
Kind of like it.
Give him some speed.
Did they lock up Pete Warner?
Not for crimes, but contractually.
Doing time.
Maybe he is doing time.
I don't know.
Maybe.
So he signed a three-year extension two years ago,
so he's on the last year of his deal.
And then he's got some void years afterwards.
Yeah, I don't care.
Give me Kyle Lewis.
He is one of my favorite players in the classic.
He play in the nickel for you.
I think he can play the linebacker stuff.
He's super fast.
He's really instinctual.
I like Kyle Lewis a lot.
So chiefs, let's do the Chiefs and the Dolphins real quick.
And then we'll bring in the next guest because I think it's very appropriate.
Perfect.
Two picks that follow.
Okay.
Chiefs at 74.
What have we done for the Chiefs to recap so far?
Caleb Downs, Kenyon, Sadeek.
Look at this draft.
Oh my lord, what a draft.
Need a little beef.
Need a little beef, but...
Could use just a little bit of beef.
Just a little bit like a pinch beef.
Just a pinch of beef.
Also could use some pure pass rush, right?
With that group.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Could go Grayson Holden if people are into that.
I don't love Halton.
Especially when you take Omar Norman Lot last year.
I feel like you're just doing the same thing.
I liked Omar Norman Lot much more than I did too.
But then I would just play Omar Norman Lot.
Yeah, right, right, right, right.
Let's look at their depth chart here.
We're up to $11,000 in charity, by the way.
It's unbelievable.
So we got Sadiq.
They signed Kenneth Walker.
Oh, wait, we didn't take a receiver, though, right?
I don't think we have taken a receiver for them, no.
We took Sadiq, but no.
Okay, let's look at the receiver board.
I still think they need more pass catchers.
I think I'm going to do it.
You're going to get Brazloff on board?
Yeah.
it's Chris Brazell.
I like, to be honest with you, man,
would you take Ted Hurst over Brazell or no?
Would you take Bryce Lance over Brazil or no?
There's a lot to unpack here.
Truly from the tape, no.
I would take Brazell.
Okay, let's get, all right, all right.
Truly from the tape.
All right, all right, all right.
Most chiefs pick ever.
Dolphins, let me see what kind of damage Kyle did.
We're about this here.
Well, he only took Falk.
Okay.
I'm going to switch my lights for our guests come on so they don't crap out.
Let's see.
Who would make sense for the dolphins?
All right, wide receiver, right?
It's got to be wide receiver.
For his best.
It's funny because Dionne Burks is the one that I like the most,
but he's kind of the players that they already have.
It's a little bit like the Malik Washington thing.
Perfect timing.
Okay.
It's going to happen.
I'm going wide receiver with one of these picks.
Okay.
Or with this pick here for Miami.
Fields?
And their mission to get bigger and stronger?
Maybe so.
Maybe they just love Fields.
Yeah, let's go Malachi Fields.
Malachi Fields or Ted Hurst, actually.
Which one?
Fields.
You think Fields goes higher?
I think it's going to be really close.
Hearst definitely has more upside.
All right, let's go Ted Hurst then.
Let's take Ted Hurst.
The chat's begging for Ted Hurst.
Cool.
We got Ted Hurst on the board.
And with that, folks,
we welcome in our next esteemed guest.
There he is.
Hey, audio listeners.
I know you guys are more audio than YouTube,
but we're making a big push right now
and a big campaign to reach 75K subs on YouTube
by the time the draft rolls around.
If you have a YouTube account or even if you don't
and you would love to support the show
by just creating one and subscribing,
it would really mean the world to us.
We appreciate you guys.
Thank you so much for listening to the show on audio.
Let's get back to the episode.
You know from the audibles and analytics substack and podcast.
another member of the TDN alumni.
It's our good friend John Ledier.
John, how you doing, my friend?
Fellas, I'm doing well.
I heard that you gave Ty Simpson to the Steelers,
so I had to come in and save this thing.
So here we go.
Yeah, baby.
Yeah, baby.
Hey, it's a good draft.
It's a good draft.
It's a good draft.
It's a good draft.
It's a good driver.
They bullied me into it.
It's Jeremy Bernard right there.
Sure, sure.
You're putting on other people.
That's all I do.
That's all I do.
Well, what do you think Aaron Rogers is going to say when he does eventually let this team know that he's coming back in the year of our Lord, who knows?
And they have Ty Simpson breathing down his neck.
Do you think he's going to be happy about that?
No, he's not happy about anything in life anymore.
So you just got to roll with it.
The guy hates everything.
That's a great point.
Competition breeds the best results.
Most of his teammates, yes.
There's a great point.
It's a great point.
Maybe you'll hate the head coach again by month two.
Now you tell them you don't need them.
We don't need them.
Hey, I'm being honest.
I really like Blake Miller.
I don't know that they'll take a tackle,
but I really like Blake Miller.
So good pick there, good talent there.
What the heck do we have on the board here?
That's great question.
Still some wide receivers.
There's a lot of tight ends,
but I feel like you guys collect tight ends at an alarming rate.
That's true.
It is actually very alarming.
But that was Arthur Smith's thing,
and it's a new era.
We're moving into 2026 era football,
not the Stone Age.
So who are the wide receivers that are the board?
Because I think wide receiver and guard are the two biggest needs for the team.
And both are still needs, I would say.
And, you know, I mean, obviously Blake Moe is going to play tackle.
So we'll see how anything else gets shuffled around.
But I'd say those are still left guard and wide receiver.
You have options.
You have options.
Even guard, I know there was a couple guys left, like Farmer and one more that stood out to me.
Oh, yeah.
Shrout is weird, John, because I don't.
I like the tape, but he's just been hurt a lot.
Yeah, yeah, I don't know that that one would be the direction they go.
Jalen Farmer is an interesting one here.
I mean, I think it's a little high for him based on what I have.
Insanely well built for a guard.
Like the craziest, the first snap that I watched of Jalen Farmer, I went,
no, that can't be the right number.
Like he looks like a tight end.
Like he did the way that he, because the first play that I watched was an outside zone.
play where he was just in a three-point stance and then he fired to the outside and I was like,
that can't be the guard that I'm supposed to be watching because I knew nothing about him before that.
I mean, tools-wise, he's for sure worth the pick year.
But some of the processing stuff and the way the effort ebbs and flows give me a little bit of
a concern with him.
So, okay, so the guards, I'm looking at Wider Sears and guards here.
Who's up above Jake Slaughter there?
Dionne Burks.
Oh, Dionne Burks.
Okay, all right.
Yeah.
Hold on.
Hold on.
I don't like how you said that.
I don't like hey said, oh, all right, okay.
I don't like that.
I didn't like that.
For the steel, right, fit.
You know, honestly, I think there's a guy in Antonio Williams who complements the skill sets of the
guy's currently there.
Now, Mike Tom, I never would have drafted Antonio Williams.
Not a million years.
He'd be taken to Zon stribling or something like somebody like that.
But I think Antonio Williams makes some sense here for them.
Think about what they need, guys.
They have these big guys in the outside.
They need more of a possession option or reliable thing.
And Antonio Williams can play.
There might not be much upside there.
but statistically it wouldn't surprise me if he gets off to a pretty hot start.
Eventually, the other guys will catch up in this class.
But I think he's a pretty solid pick.
They need a third guy who can play.
They don't have one right now.
So I think we'll go into Tony Williams here.
Is Roman Wilson just cooked?
Is he cooked?
Was he ever?
Yeah, I don't know.
Didn't even start the stove.
Damn, damn, man.
Is he ever actually been a product?
I liked Roman Wilson's last year at Michigan.
I really did.
So, and then, but clearly he got to Pittsburgh and they're like,
this guy's a bum.
He still has talent.
No question about it.
I wouldn't rule it out.
Think about the offenses he's played in.
Matt Canada, Arthur Smith.
No, I'm, I'm having a, I'm still thinking long term there that there could be something there.
So if you're trading, I'd look for you.
Okay.
Are you taking Antonio Williams here?
I'm taking Antonio Williams here.
Nice.
The Buccaneers is 77.
So we had.
Look at the way you timed it up.
Yeah, this is real good.
I know.
I know.
So Mansour Delane was the pick in the first round.
And then I think.
I think R Mason Thomas was the pick in the second round.
They called the-Benzor-Dohen went to 15?
They called him the regular.
He did.
They said that I rigged the draft here.
So they're calling me the regular.
Give Jason like the executive of the year award right now
if Mancer-Dalane and R-Mason-Thomas of the buck's first two picks.
All right, well, the edge and linebacker are the two big needs.
So let's just at least start there from a starting standpoint.
They don't have a linebacker yet and they need a starter.
Who's left?
Just out of Trotter still on the board?
Yeah.
Wow.
That's, that's pretty tough to pass up.
Yeah.
I really like Keishon Elliott.
I don't know if you guys are in that boat or not.
Not many people are.
Dane Brugler's with me.
I've seen, I think Fran likes him too.
So I do, I do like him.
I just think that he's small.
So like I think, like third round, I'd start to consider him.
Like, I think he's, he's in my top 100.
Yeah.
Which around here, it basically means, like, I just told you he's undraftable.
Yeah, I was just saying it was the untraftable.
When I, when I caveat that, yeah, yeah.
I mean, he's, I mean, it's my top 100.
Yeah, he wouldn't take it.
That's fair.
That's, that's good.
That's prior to the most people.
I think on the consensus board, he's still later, although he's moved slowly up.
But, I mean, Josiah Trotter is like the, by far the highest ranked consensus
linebacker left in the board, right?
And he fits everything that the bucks like at the position two and they value in player types.
So I, if he's still here, this is like the home.
home run of all home run drafts for the bucks but uh this would be a great pick at 77 he's
grown on me throughout the draft process they said that i rigged the draft and they might be right
they might and they might and they and they might be right they might they're definitely not wrong so
you can say that they're for sure raw who do we take for the colts i think they only had one pick right
it's the second round pick we got gay bacchus gay bacchus all right what do we think in here
connor what do we think i'm i still want more offensive line depth on this team
team, but I don't know what that board looks like at this point because I wanted that last time and it was already gone.
Well, this is a spot where you're seeing an offensive tackle specifically for it?
Yeah, right tackle. Yeah, tackle in general. Yeah, can we see?
Yeah, it could be because, I mean, obviously, you know, Braden Smith's moving on now.
Right. It's Jaylon Travis. Right. Exactly. And how do you feel about that?
I, uh, okay, by the way, all right, we got to read this one. This is a $500 donation.
here from Maxin said need the 500 club swag that smells like that smells like Trevor or Connor
whomever has the best musk you know that Connor's got the better musk you guys know that also lobbying
for cole Wischnewski seventh round pick for the bucks I can tell you he's not going to get there
but I'll see what I can do in the middle of day three to maybe get Cole Wishnewski there for the
Buccaneers thank you so much max for the thank you max for the $500 donation we really really appreciate it
By the way, were you listening to the 500 club conversation that we were having, John, or was that before?
Yeah, yeah, the T-shirts.
The T-shirts.
Yeah, I've been listening for about an hour.
Yeah, so that's what we're, we're thinking of having some exclusive merch there for anybody that does that.
It's just, uh, well, my favorite part was you not being sure that you could get the 300, 400, 500, 500.
It's like, what?
No, yeah, yeah, yeah.
You got, you can move weight like that.
I think you could bench 100 pounds, deadlift 100 pounds, and squat 100 pounds.
On one leg.
Well, I'm thinking, oh, I'm thinking five.
I'm thinking 500 here, which again, when the last time I've thought about this t-shirt proposition.
Yeah, it felt like a mountain to climb.
I probably weighed like a buck 15.
Right.
And so like I didn't even, I barely had a prayer.
So thankfully, thankfully I can actually order the 500 club.
I'm going to walk around the house actually and my wife's going to have to stay.
I'm just going to like, like, hey, 500 club member.
500 club member.
Yeah.
What do you think of that?
I mean, you've earned it, brother.
You've put in that work.
I know.
I know.
I've got the lower back pain to prove it.
So, okay.
What do we, what do we thinking here?
Yeah, Bryce says, hold on, Bryce says weighs 145 now.
Yeah, thank you, Bryce.
Thank you.
Yeah, Peter says still do, buddy.
Yeah, right, right, right, right.
Yeah, that's our board members, shitting on us.
If you're thinking about tackle for the pool,
that's our board members.
They fund the podcast.
Trevor's gone
The Sherald
They can say whatever they want
We can't call them that
We can't give them more power
That's what we can't do
They deserve it though
Okay
Hey if you're thinking about the Colts tackle prospects
You're thinking developmental right
Because I mean a lot of the guys
They've taken over the years
Who has the tools
Who has the upside
Who can eventually form into a starter type of player
So that's where this board gets pretty tricky
Because I agree
I don't know.
I actually really think Jude Bowery's are pretty interesting fella
in terms of developmental,
like just looking at the traits,
but I don't know if they take him this high.
He's my highest ranked tackle on the board.
Who is this?
Jude Bowery.
I had him at tackle eight,
and all the top seven are gone.
So.
He's solid.
Smart man.
Somebody said Diego Pavia can play linebacker.
Probably could.
Fucking Pavia jokes never end.
Diego Pavia Tori in York.
Oklahoma drill who wins.
Does anyone?
I mean, it might never end.
Yeah, I was going to say, yeah.
It just goes on forever.
Right.
What does safety look like?
I know they lost cross and free agency.
I like Wheatley.
I do.
I think it's a little early.
I like Wheatley better than Ramsey and Smith.
I don't like at all.
Either of them.
I like Bud Clark, too.
But.
It's like, the lanky safety boys draft.
Genesis Smith's a cute.
It is the lanky safety boy's draft.
I didn't, I didn't meet Ramsey, but I had Genesis and Zaki back to back.
Zaki felt so much like he could add so much more weight wider.
Okay.
Like just a better.
You think he's in the 500 club?
He smokes the 500 club.
I'm just wondering.
You said he's got to put on weight, so I just, you know.
Did you tell him that I was in the 500 club?
I didn't.
I told him you're right now in the 400 club.
Yeah,
yeah,
right, right.
We're getting to the...
I'm not sure.
I'm not sure Genesis Smith believes he's in the 500 club the way he tackles.
Yeah,
that's the combo.
I'm going to take Wheatley here.
Okay.
The Atlanta Falcons.
Ooh.
We didn't take nose tackle for them.
I think,
uh,
yeah,
Kyle took Brandon C-Sysay for them.
Is there a redo off-season button for the Falcons on this thing?
Start from scratch.
There is a redact.
year's draft. There's a redo button. Actually, you can do last year's draft on the stick to the model website that we're using here. Wow. Yeah. It's amazing. It's amazing. It's amazing. Jack did an unbelievable job putting it together. And like we said at the beginning of the stream, very happy to support somebody who's, I mean, this is just their passion project, man. He's just like, yeah, I just wanted to do this. And it's, I think it's really cool. Unbelievable. So can I see nose tackles here for Atlanta? We've got to save Rooka Roe, Roe, Roe. We've got to get this man.
off of the nose, you know?
I mean,
Chris McClellan.
I mean, could I do Chris McClellan here?
This is early for Derell Jackson Jr.
for me.
I just think he's too hot and cold,
even for the size of strength that he plays with.
Ray Sean Benny,
I love him as a run defender,
but he's more of like a three, four end
than he is like somebody that I play at the nose.
Any thoughts there, John,
on like any of those guys
who potentially play nose for him?
Yeah, this is a good question
because I'm not sure.
they just like to move everybody gaps.
That's how they play fast, aggressive up front.
It's not so much a hold the point.
You know, we need a traditional massive nose tackle.
That's not really how Atlanta's been playing.
So if they keep moving the same way,
and I think that they will with Keepin-Allwork,
I think that they will.
So I would say like the getting a true like space eater,
you know,
necessarily doesn't fit as much.
I think they're trying to get everybody just,
they're going to play a ton of games,
blitz heavy.
So I think Grayson Hulton,
just the scheme he comes from in Oklahoma.
He's not the traditional, like, set him, forget it knows.
No.
That scheme at Oklahoma is super pressure-based, super blitz-heavy,
moving gaps all the time.
He just fits from a schematic perspective,
the type of stuff they like to do.
So we can think about Halton here,
and then the other pick that I would shout out
is the chat's saying wide receiver as well,
just because they need wide receiver so badly.
Like, Zachariah Branch, Dionne Burks.
Like, I would be very comfortable with Dionne Burks here.
I think Dionne Burks is a stud.
They signed Olmeid Zechiaz.
They've got Jahan Dodson, but I think Berks is somebody who is going to be a much better or more productive pro than he was at Oklahoma.
What do you guys think?
He does have upside, I guess.
I mean, he is a super athlete, no doubt, and he competes too.
I like that.
He's tough.
I think he learns to learn a lot about playing wide out.
I liked Branch better from the small receivers.
Did you?
Yeah.
I thought Branch was just a low movie cost.
Low movie costs, too.
Yeah.
George is just only throwing him screens.
He's going to be a big.
better pro okay let's take Zach branch here let's get Zach branch off the board at I also
have a branch higher than burkes okay all right you're both wrong but it's fine I mean we we got
we got you got you guys have years to cope with it that would be the first time Trevor that would be
yeah I yeah no it would be it would be that's crazy hey you know what you had a great run but
DL it's finally over it's it's a shame that Dianne Borgs had to do it to him eventually washed
the Ravens we had them taking Vega Yawane and then who is the next pick
oh Chris Johnson here this has got to be from the center the center the
class, right?
Oh, yeah.
It might need to be.
It might be.
Is this where we're getting Sam Hacks Center one,
it feels like the same board?
Yeah, right now.
I would not agree more.
Right now, Corey Bullock is their starting center.
This was like the one of the,
that's not a real person.
Rare, yeah, whoever that, yeah.
This is a rare no brainer.
I checked the, I checked the 500 club and you know what,
never mind.
I just clicked on his picture and saw the neck width.
Yeah, he's got it.
He's got it, actually.
I was,
I was going to,
I was going to make the joke, but I don't even want to make the joke now.
He's a part of the Tekeos Bikes Club.
Not quite, not quite, but I bet this guy's got the 500 club on squat alone.
So, yeah, let's.
First line in the strengths of his scouting report just says Adam's apple on this fellow.
You wouldn't believe it.
Breatthaking Adam's apple on this fellow.
Adams' apple scouting.
Okay, let's do, let's take Sam Heck, let's get him off the board.
What a draft there for the Baltimore Ravens.
Wow.
That is a.
So we got the Jags back on the board.
Lee Hunter was the first selection there.
What do we think in next for the Jags?
Because this is a team that very clearly, I mean, they're hitting the gas pedal.
They're trying to compete, right?
Do we feel good enough about their offensive line?
Are they trading Brian Thomas?
They're keeping them.
I think it's what it goes back to, right?
I think they're keeping them.
They're keeping them, I think.
By default.
I just don't think.
I just don't think that the value matches what they would be able to get for him, right?
Because if he's on the trade block, Connor and I've talked about this before,
if he's on the trade block, he's on the trade block for a reason.
And that's a reason that you're probably going to be like, all right, well, is he not
motivated?
Like, does he not love football?
And then all of a sudden, you know, what team is trading a first or a second round
pick for somebody that might not love football?
Nobody.
So is he worth more as a flyer to take a chance on to even, I'm just speculating.
Like if that's why the Jags, you know, think that they might want to get rid of them,
you're not doing that for anything less than a second round pick.
So I just don't think that the value matches up them trading him.
But yeah, that's where I'm at with that.
What's, yeah, that makes sense.
I mean, I agree with you.
It's just too talented in the window they're in.
Like if he blossom, and it's hard to replace the type of player either.
Even if he's just a splash play guy low volume, hard to replace that type of player.
You're selling low on that at that end.
Yeah, yeah, which I don't think that they would do.
You can't do that on a player that talented.
No, no, no.
What's the edge group look like?
Not the best.
Yeah.
Ah, man, Joshua Joseph's has insane upside.
He does.
But it's just, yeah, is he?
They really don't have anybody behind Heinz Allen and Walker.
No.
They really don't.
First of all, please know Dennis Gardak disrespect.
Is he on the team?
He is on the team.
I'm sorry, they have him listed as a will lineback.
Oh, you're right.
They do.
They have him listed as a will.
Ventral Miller, which is pretty amazing, by the way.
Hey, Gator Great.
But you're right, Trevor.
They need another guy who could play.
Like, Gardex's a fun situational player.
But, like, if somebody goes down, they need a starter.
Like, they need somebody who has that capacity to develop into at least.
Yeah.
Which would be Joseph's out of this group.
I agree.
It's just a matter whether you trust the profile, the player, guy who barely's played.
He's very confused on the field.
The Tennessee Special.
The Tennessee Special.
Every year.
Not ready for the staff.
Both sides of the ball.
both sides it's unbelievable
and damn it we fall for it every year and it never works
never works I really do fall for it every year
and the one good one got arrested now so all right let's let's take
let's take Jonathan Joseph's and then we'll do
we'll get you we'll get you out of here with Pittsburgh's pick so let's pick
quickly here for the Minnesota Vikings at 82
oh David McDonald and Peter Woods yeah beef beef beef beef
Beef.
Well, they did cut all their detackles or trade them.
Right, right.
Safety?
The King Jalen Redmond.
Yeah, definitely could be safety.
Can we see safety here?
I think, yeah.
I think Clark's better than the two guys in front of him.
Okay.
All right.
We could take Bud Clark.
Or VJ.
All right.
Yeah, we just say, yeah, we're whatever.
Yeah, he's a game.
No, no, no, no, no.
We're good.
We're good.
Bud Clark, Bud Clark, 82.
Bud Clark, 82.
Bud Clark, bud.
McCloark, bud.
McCoy and Bell.
McCoy and Bell for the Panthers.
What are we thinking now for Carolina?
What, would they do it?
Yeah, what they do on the front, on the defensive front?
Nothing yet.
Because they drafted a bunch last year, but they haven't actually gotten really good.
Yeah, they really could use a defense.
Can I see defensive tackle?
Chris McClellan?
I do like McLean.
Yeah, yeah.
I do really like Chris McClellan.
But if they need pass rush, I mean, I just think.
No, I don't think they need pass rush.
I think they need reliability because Bobby Brown was up and down for them last year.
to Sean Wharton really couldn't stay healthy.
Cam Jackson didn't get into the mix as much as you wanted them to.
I think Chris McClellan gives you dependability,
which I think is what you need most for Carolina.
So let's take McLean here.
And then Green Bay, we went with Avion Terrell.
Hmm.
Do they need an interior lineman?
They need offensive line help, I think,
just because a lot of the guys they have now aren't that reliable as starters.
Right.
So, I mean, you could talk about interior lines.
Offensive line.
Farmer?
Yeah, definitely look at that.
I feel like he's their type, too.
Yeah, they have been taking him and develop him.
Farmer.
Yeah, Farmer.
Let's do Farmer.
There's the pick here.
Yeah, let's take Farmer.
That's a nice high ceiling type of a guard pick to take a chance on.
All right, John, we'll get you out of here on this one.
Pittsburgh.
Who'd we have for Pittsburgh?
So we're looking at guards now probably, and Jalen Farmer just went off the board.
Yeah, you played yourself again.
Couldn't rig it.
Couldn't rig it the way I wanted to.
The regular works in Missisbury.
You got to get better at that, baby.
You got to get, I don't know what to tell you.
I don't know what to tell you.
Can I see the tackles too?
Because a lot of these tackles are going to play guard,
so I just want to see who's on the board.
Great call.
Yeah, Cage Casey is one of those guys that's a tackle
that'll probably also play guard.
Yeah, yeah, true.
I don't love it, boys.
I don't love it.
We might have to just go best player available.
I don't love it.
Okay.
Let's look at, have we taken a corner yet?
No, I don't think so.
All right, and the D-Line corner.
Miller Simpson, Antonio Williams.
Okay, all right.
Yeah, this is interesting.
Malik Muhammad, I see you, brother.
I see you.
Yeah.
Interesting fellow here on the board.
I see you.
I definitely do you see you.
You don't want to deal with 14 pass interference calls on Nick Benosin?
Bryce, by the way, said,
think that Dunker would have been available at 86, Trev. No, I do not. No, I did not.
Imagine Igbenosin and Joey Porter Jr. together getting past interference
penalties. Amazing. Jersey's are just hanging off of the receivers. They're fixing shoulder
pads every play. All right. If we're taking a corner, I think I know who I like, but I want to
see the interior D line because I think this run is going to happen at some point here.
And they've got to start thinking long term at this position. I don't even know if this is a
This isn't a very Steelers pick at all.
But dangan, I'm running the draft for the Steelers right now.
I'm taking Caleb Proctor.
He's just not going to be here, I don't think.
He's too much talent.
Whoa.
Not going to be here at 85.
Not going to be there.
Wow, you heard it here first.
Wow.
Not going to be there.
We heard it here last as well.
Because no one's ever going to speak like that of Caleb.
No, I'm kidding.
I'm kidding.
I'm kidding.
I'm kidding.
It's done.
It's done.
It's done.
If he doesn't call out the board before it.
We'll see, buddy.
We'll see.
Big Tonker.
You got hit with a buddy.
500 club ball.
It's over.
The 300 club.
Get your Adams Apple up, brother.
Oh, man.
That was a buddy and then hit with a 300 club.
That's about as good as it gets.
That's tough to come back from.
Folks, if you're a member of the 500 club or you want to be there someday,
make sure that you are subscribed to audibles and analytics is the podcast that John does with Dolly Conley as well.
And then obviously he covers so many drafts.
prospects in, I mean, honestly, I know that we didn't get the chance to get Ali on today because
he's doing a different show, but John, I was going to call you guys, um, Bormir and Legalis
of the fellowship of the film, honestly. Like, that's what I was going to introduce you guys
as because y'all are so in the weeds with watching these guys and understanding so well of
just not only what they do, but where they fit, the schemes of all these different teams, because
it's not just like, oh yeah, this guy plays corner. Every team might play their corners differently.
and you guys do just such a great job of being so detailed and all that.
So shout it to all your work.
Everybody,
make sure that you are going to follow everything that John's doing over at the Audibles
and Analytics Stubstack.
And we appreciate you joining, my friend.
Hey, appreciate the heck out of you guys.
Two great friends doing great jobs here with the content and everything that you do.
I'm literally laughing, reading the chat during the show.
I don't know how you guys ever focus or ever.
It's incredible.
The funniest fans of the business, no doubt.
I love listening to this show.
So absolute pleasure for me to be on it.
And good luck with the continued money that you're raising for great cause.
It's an awesome thing.
Appreciate it, brother.
Appreciate it, man.
Take care.
All right.
So I'm going to, Connor, I'm going to.
What are you going to do?
I'm going to, hold on.
Hold on.
Hold on you going to do.
I'm going to fire off this link to our next guest.
Okay.
And then, sadly, I'm going to go use the bathroom.
Yeah, you need a break.
I've already walked the dog and change my lights.
So I am, I am sending.
the link to our next guests of another esteemed show that covers the draft as well as fantasy
football. You guys know you love them. And, um, all right, it'll be here back. You can run through
either super chats or however many picks you want, like all that stuff. Oh, I'm going to keep the draft
rolling here. Okay. All right. Um, 86, the Chargers. Let's see. That was a gnarly
sound there from Trevor's headphones that might have just came unplugged. All right, chef, let's cook here.
Zion Young and Jennings Dunker.
Oh boy. What have you done, Trevor?
Hopefully he doesn't wash his hands so he's back fast enough.
Am I the only one hearing this?
I'm just going to power through.
It happens.
All right, so Chargers.
We had Jennings Dunker and one more for the good people here.
Zion Young.
So we've gone Edge, we've gone Guard.
Let's look at, I feel like the value is in the tight end class.
I could also look at D-Tackle again as well.
So good.
The chat says I'm normal.
That's good.
I'm the only one getting awful feedback.
So that's fine.
All right.
Let's look at interior D-line here, Chef.
So, man, more of the same.
We've talked about Halton, Jackson, and Benny a lot.
Okay.
Let's go tight end.
I'll make this pick.
Then I'm going to welcome on our guest.
Damn, the tight end, this is the best value between Claire, Delp, Raritan.
They signed Kohler.
So this is actually a team that could afford to take Claire, who's more of an undersized guy,
a lot of upside in the past game, was so much better at Purdue the year before Ohio State.
I'm going to go with Claire to the Chargers here at 86 to round out that tight end room.
And let's welcome on our guests to power through more of these picks here.
And there they are.
boys from Underdog, Hayden and Josh.
How you doing, fellas?
Thanks for joining.
Hayden, go first.
Is my mic working?
All right, I'll talk until Hayden's is good.
Okay.
We're working out some...
I'm great to be here, man.
Dude, it's great to see you.
I've got to agree with Ledgert here.
I think Caleb Proctor locked in to...
Under pick 85.
Yes, I'm with him.
You know, with guys like that that are...
smaller school flashes of dominance at an important thing,
like simply getting after the quarterback
with like freaky movement skills.
I'm never surprised when there's a team or two
that just put the premium on them
so much different than everyone else.
Yeah.
And I mean, his game versus LSU, I thought was awesome.
That's the key.
And like when you're going through this
and you know this, you know, evaluating all these prospects,
when a guy has that flash
and he's coming from a smaller program,
at times,
I understand people gravitating towards bigger programs, but,
Connor, let's be realistic.
Sometimes you kind of gravitate to the better story, the smaller stuff, you know.
And so I can totally see that.
I think he is locked in the day too.
Yeah, I guess I would not be surprised.
Trevor, we were talking about Caleb Proctor going before pick 85.
Okay, yeah.
I guess, I guess we're setting the line here on this show of 85 or would it be 85 and a half
or would it be 84 and a half?
84 and a half.
Technically it would be 84.5.
That sounds good now, by the way.
This is great.
That's the line, which, by the way,
hello, fellas.
Hey, it was a long time content creators
not knowing how to turn on microphones.
It's all right.
We've had a lot of these today.
It's a long stream.
Of course, I feel like everybody knows you guys,
but to properly introduce you, of course,
from Underdog Fantasy Football,
please go subscribe to them on YouTube.
You just search, of course.
How many subscribers you guys got now?
170.
You're building.
an empire over there.
170,000.
I tip my cap to you, fellow, is well done.
Yes. Trevor, I have a big question.
And chat wants to know as well.
Yes.
Hands wash, yes or no?
Squeaky clean.
Squeaky clean, baby.
Squeaky clean.
Connor, are you a hands wash guy at home?
Yes or no?
Oh, God, who would even admit to it?
Even if they weren't, you would admit to this?
Josh might have, Josh almost.
I will admit to if nothing gets,
you know, out of place here
or if I have good, or if I have
good aim, then I do not wash
my hands at my own house.
Wow. Wow. Wow.
So, wow.
Pea on the walls. You get in the solo cam?
I mean, this is ridiculous.
This is a wild admission.
This is crazy. Back me up. Come on.
No, I can't. Look,
look, I would love to throw you a life route. I really would.
No, I can't. But if, but if I,
even if that were true, if I were to admit it,
the chat wouldn't let me
like it would it would nuke our entire content strategy for the next 365.
This is no good.
This is not a good luck.
You could have just found this out?
You could just talk about Proctor.
Like you didn't have to go to pissing on your hand.
Yeah, it didn't.
Like, you could have to talk ball.
The point is, I am not pissing on my hands.
Right, right.
I think that's what he's saying.
You got good aim.
I'll give you that.
I think that's what he's saying.
That's the reward even, you know, where it's just like, hey, you know,
if he's got the right aim, he doesn't even have to waste any more time in that room.
He's just got to get back to watching prospects.
He sat down.
I've been my part for the show, Trevor.
I can back out now.
I think I've accomplished the time.
You did. Thank you.
That's all we really needed.
Chat clipped that.
Yeah, that's all we needed.
Yeah, you're in the trailer for next year.
I am the only honest person here on this program.
And this has now to be asked to every single other guest.
Peter says send him to the sink.
Man, this is ridiculous.
Man, this is, I don't know how underdog is going to feel about this.
It's not good, look.
It's lacking sanitary.
So you guys are on team.
Caleb Proctor goes before 84 and a half.
Yes.
Sounds like.
I am too.
Okay.
All right.
This is now the biggest story of the draft after Ty Simpson.
I mean, I guess I got to re-up.
Like I felt like him getting into the top 100.
I was like, hey, you know, that'd be pretty good for Caleb Proctor.
I guess I'm selling myself short there.
Fellas, I would love to ask you before we kind of get into some picks here.
Just honestly, like, favorite players.
You guys do such a great job, like watching a lot of these guys and having specific scouting breakdown.
which everybody could go see on your channel and all that.
But are there players that you have watched where maybe it's just not the consensus,
like top 20, top 25 guys?
And you're like, dude, okay, I'm going to have them in my top 30, my top 25,
because I like him a lot more.
I'd love to hear if there's some names that you've come across in your study that would fit that.
And you go first.
Okay, I'll just attack the entire Tiden class.
I think Delp, Claire Raritan are all awesome starter prospects.
So I think all of them could block a number.
enough and they all have glimpses where they can really boogie after the catch.
I still can't get to the bottom of the Oscar Delp usage,
but I think Claire did that at Purdue.
I thought even the tape at Ohio State was passable,
and then Raritan,
if you only look at it as best routes,
some of these quick out routes initially,
I think he can get out of his break pretty well and boogie himself.
So I think all three of those guys,
I have like near the top 50,
and Josh was bringing this up on our show where there's a lot of bad tight-end picks
in the 50s.
I think worst prospects than these guys.
I would not be surprised if there's kind of a rush to get these guys on the field
ahead of like the slot only wide receivers that are projected go in the third round.
I mean, just on that note, Trevor, like, yeah, the NFL has really told us that
they want to load up on tight ends from round two through four over these last few drafts.
And while you might not hear a lot about them and, you know, immediately in terms of pass
catchers, you have like your tip Ryman's and even like the schoon makers of the world,
like both those guys went, what?
Top 60?
Yeah.
Well, no, sorry, Rhyman was 82, and then Schoonmaker was 58.
Yeah.
But then, like, that area right now is just a gold mine for teams to take athletic traits
and hopefully develop because we already know that and how long it takes for a Titan to develop.
So I think, like, the Oscar Delps of the world, somewhere in those three rounds is an ideal pick.
Connor knows that I'm a big fan of everything that Oscar Delpe brings to the table.
What was it?
Was it this summer or last?
summer that I had him. I had him tight end two, like going into the college football season,
the 2024 college football season. Because Hayden, it sounds like I saw him very similarly to what you
did. I saw him before these last two years. And I was like, okay, this guy's about to break out.
And for whatever reason, I agree with you, Georgia just really hasn't trusted him in the passing game.
But he feels like a player who he's not the biggest dude, but he'll give you everything he's got
if he's in line. He's great as a wingback. You can play him as a slot. Heck, you can play him
even as like a fullback in eye formations to give you a lead blocker for you.
He could just do so many different things from a physical perspective.
So I love that shout out there.
Yeah, Raritan is one that it's finally turning.
He's been tied in three for me for a really long time.
Two weeks ago, I saw he was 192 on the consensus board.
I just checked when you brought him up, Hayden, I just checked.
He's now 142.
I think people.
Rairden?
Yeah, I think people just totally missed on him.
No, he's at least like a fringe top 100 type of player.
Yeah.
But that, I mean, two weeks ago, he was.
around 190. So I just think people just weren't watching him. Yeah, I mean, we at least
have to flip that Michael Trigg and Eli Raredon. Oh my God. That was just nuts.
To answer the question, I can talk about Casey Concepcion. But instead, haven't we talk about
Logan Jones? Okay. Okay. Two guys who very early in this mock draft, by the way.
Oh, okay. He was the first center taken. We had Casey going a little bit later. We had him early second
round to the Raiders. And then I think it was the Houston Texan. I think Brett Coleman took Logan Jones at
59 to the Houston Texans. Yeah. Yeah. That's the highest we've ever seen at Logan Jones go over
Lou and Hecht. Yeah. Trevor knows all about the 20-yard short shuttle list because he's the only one that
hit that number this year with a 4-4-5. You know, if we go back 20 plus years, if you run better than
4-47, you have a great chance of not just being a starter, but a starter for a very long time. And that
goes rounds one through seven.
And now we didn't do it at the Combine.
He was a Combine invite.
So at least, you know, we have that talent cross check there.
But he did it as Pro Day.
And man, I just follow those guys.
And we'll go back and even watch their stuff after a few weeks,
even if it doesn't come up on like naturally going back and rewatching these NFL offenses.
So I am all in on Logan Jones just for that fact.
There we go.
I love it.
Love the Logan Jones shout out.
Love the Raritan shout out.
Love the Oscar Dell shout out.
Those are great.
So why we have you guys here.
All right, you want to get to a handful of these picks?
Yeah, yeah, let's go.
All right, Miami Dolphins on the clock here at number 87.
We have the Dolphins to take.
Francis Malinoa, then Colton Hood,
then Celtic Falk, and Ted Hurst.
We're rounding it out here.
I mean, Ted Hurst to that wide receiver room is a fascinating one
where it's 2-2-at-well, Jalen Tobert,
and Ted Hurst and Malik Washington.
He needs to develop.
You've got to get him on the football field.
It's actually not probably the worst running spot.
Yeah, no, he's going to get his reps.
He would absolutely.
get his reps there.
Who's left on the...
Could we go with the tight end here?
I mean, it's Greg Dulcich,
Ben Sims.
Good call.
You know, add some past catchers
to this group.
Is this an Oscar...
I mean, is this...
The Delp's right.
Yeah, it might be your guy.
Yeah, Delp would be great here.
Okay, all right,
let's get Oscar Delp off the board there.
I like that.
Jacksonville.
We've picked a couple of times
for Jacksonville recently.
Who did we have them taking last?
Lee Hunter.
And then Joshua Joseph's.
They need another running back
eventually. Now, fortunately, they have picks in this draft to do it. Yeah, right. It's fun when the first two go.
I like Jonah Coleman. I like Jonah Coleman a lot. I know it's Mike Washington is probably more
their type, though, just from the athletic standpoint. It feels like this team has been drafting big athletes. Do you guys like Mike Washington?
I do. He's all right. Yeah, he's all right. I would draft him in the top 100. I wonder if they need like
Jonah Coleman to like go beat out Chris Rodriguez if they're trying to replace that. That's what I'm worried
about yeah more than like right Mike Washington plus facial two and that's a lot of like boom
busts a lot of high variance yeah yeah it is it is it is the Mike Washington profile's fascinating
where I thought he showed a bit more like nuance to his running than anticipated but then for his size
he was leaving a lot to be desired on contact totally which is kind of the opposite of what I was
expecting just seeing his size and his athletic profile but man I know the Seahawks aren't on the board but like a guy
who took Kristen Michael and Rashad Penny and maybe John Schneider has changed his ways,
but I can't get out of my head that he's like, I still like my type.
And Mike Washington to Seattle to kind of fill in that high variance nature,
despite being a very different runner than Ken Walker would make sense to me too.
Does another tight end potentially make sense to here?
I know that it would be three tight ends in a row, but like not Brent Strange Slanger,
because Brent Strange is awesome.
But outside of Brent Strange, it's Quentin Morris, it's Hunter Long.
It's Patrick Herbert.
You know, Strange got hurt last year.
Right, right.
And they really love to have the tight end involved in the offense.
And when Strange got hurt, like, they just didn't have the ability to do it.
I also think, like, safety, too.
I think all these things make sense.
But safety is one that I see that there be reporters always mentioning.
Could you see safety over one of the tight ends here, Connor?
I just don't like the safeties that are left.
I feel like I picked it clean because we've been going back to it.
I like Kilgore.
I like Kilgore for what he is.
Smith doesn't tackle Ramsey was one of the biggest
to this group that I watched.
Kilgore and Ramsey,
the problem is that they're too much like Antonio.
That was my Johnson.
There's not a spot for them in this defense.
Yeah.
I like tight end.
I like honestly going tight end.
What's where the good players are right now?
Yes.
On the board.
I mean, Roush, yeah, you can just get a full blown blocking type.
Was Roush on the boards?
You take the mind.
Yeah, yeah.
He's the only one that went besides Stowers.
Give him Rareddon then.
I think Raredin, Kachmerich.
Yeah, let's get after it.
Yeah.
Okay.
All right, let's do Rarden.
I think Rarden goes first over him and.
And, you know, sometimes this happens where there's like a little run in a position.
For sure.
Right.
Everybody gets scared.
And this, they got to get their guy.
I think is going to be it in this tight end class.
Right.
I really do.
Chicago at 89.
Yeah, who do pick for Chicago?
They need a center.
Is this slaughter?
And defense align, too.
And D-Line.
do need a center.
Is this slaughter since the other three went?
Caleb Proctor, defensive line.
Here we go.
It's already off the board, brother.
He's gone.
I kind of wonder, and maybe they want a bigger type,
but Grayson Halton is intriguing to me
as like an upfield disruptor.
Disruptor.
Yep.
He's one that I kind of has my heart a little bit.
And there was that one play we ran
like sideline to sideline 40 yards
and chased down the quarterback too.
But I think he's one of the best interior disruptor,
interior defensive line that I've seen this year.
If that's what they're going for, I could absolutely see it.
Like their run defense wasn't good in the middle,
and I kind of worry about that.
But if they're just trying to get better,
it's sort of more of an attacking style.
Like, if that's what Dennis Allen wants to do,
I could see it.
Now, the other part is they already brought in Contavia Street,
so that's almost like a one for one.
And Neville Gallo more.
Yeah.
What edge?
They need Edge 3, 4 help.
Do we get them an edge or no?
I can't remember.
The first round?
Oh, no, we didn't.
No, we didn't.
Ooh.
Okay.
Oh,
then he doesn't,
Dennis Sutton for athleticism.
He,
I feel like he would actually be,
uh,
Dennis Allen type of a player.
Because he wouldn't have to play that many snaps for this year.
No,
right.
But he can mix it every once in a while.
Yeah,
yeah, yeah.
A little development.
He'd be next up from that group too.
Yeah,
let's go,
let's go deny Dennis Sutton.
Let's get Dennis Sutton off the board here.
Miami is third round maxing because they have three.
Yes.
Four.
Four.
Jeez, it's illegal.
I thought they have four.
That's another developmental player we can give.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah.
Who did they?
I mean, they could probably, I mean, corner, right?
I mean, they could double.
They're corner, 100%.
Yeah, their whole secondary needs to be reworked.
Oh, yeah.
Because we gave them, Colton Hood.
You gave them Colton Hood.
Have you get them, yeah, we already picked apart the safeties.
Okay, yeah, corner makes sense.
Did.
Yeah.
I guess another outside corner, technically,
because Jason Marshall Jr. now plays in the nickel,
which as a Florida Gator fan who watched every one of his snaps,
I could have never told you that that was going to be the case.
But sure, why not, man?
Whatever makes the best NFL career.
Would they double-dip at wide receiver?
Is there anyone left?
A very different type than Ted Huron.
You Bryce Lance?
Oh, Lance plus Ted Hurts in the same draft class.
I'm hilarious.
I was trying four verts every snap with Malik Willis.
This team doesn't.
care about winning next year though let's see let's see why receiver let's see why
receiver so let me say oh dear Brooks is kind of like who they already have but he's
better how about like stripling here would that be oh yeah mentioning stripling's going to go like
in the second round yeah I get to be honest totally forgot shriveling was here okay
well let's just I think he's going away earlier than this you know take
you're here yeah but it's also not egregious to talk about stribling at 90 no I think
that's appropriate, but for whatever reason, he runs 4.3-6.
Who goes first? Is Sean Stribling or Caleb Proctor?
This is a good guy.
Wow. Wow. Wow.
I think he's going to go ahead of Ted Hurst.
Stribling over Hurst. I think so, too.
Yeah, I agree. Yeah, I think so too.
All right, let's take stripling.
See, Shribling. Bill's at 91.
They've only made one pick. It was Malcolm Lawrence.
Oh, yeah.
Wow.
Try to get some athleticism on the edge.
They need a nose, though.
They do. Yeah.
I wouldn't rely on Dion Walker to be that.
Nose or a linebacker?
Maybe.
Well, the nose tacklers would be rotational-wise, Capehart.
Do you really it's kind of buffalo-y to me?
Yes.
He definitely is.
Yes.
Yeah.
Yeah, you are right.
Yeah.
I don't hate that.
I just don't love the noses that are there.
No, it feels like we can wait.
Like Corleone's got the foot thing.
DeMontta Capehart just, he was never super impactful while he's at Clemson.
I think Tim Keenan's better than both of those guys, as a true nose.
Yeah, yeah.
And shoot, I would take Albert Regis, honestly.
I would take him over those guys too.
Let's go Keishon Elliott, though.
I like that call out.
That's a good one.
He's good.
Yeah, Keeshanen-I.
I just think he's a little small, but that's about it.
You know, he's just a smaller player, but he's a really good player.
He wants to get at least.
Dallas, we had them taking Dylan Thineman and the key mess door in the first round.
Now what are we thinking?
Corner?
people got so mad at me for not picking Delane for them at 12,
and I had to tell them that I had Dylan Theeneman ranked ahead of Mansour Delane on my big boards.
Okay, question.
Would they be a second running back team?
It's just Giovante Williams, because after that, it's Malik Davis.
It's Jaden Blue, and we know how that one went.
That's hard to your, yeah, that one might not be on the team.
Yeah.
Washington be great next to Chivante.
They're complete opposite.
I think so, too.
I mean, if you do Jonah Coleman or Kate Ron Allen, let's like, all right, you already got that on the roster.
Like Mike Washington.
number two guy would be like their Tony Pollard.
And Jerry,
Jerry is an Arkansas guy.
Wow.
Let it together.
It's true.
It's true.
Let's go Mike Washington.
Okay.
All right.
Hayden and Josh are efficient drafters.
I know, I know.
This is great.
Trevor is like,
he doesn't know if we should keep moving along or he wants to stop and talk about something else.
Wait, wait, me?
Me?
You're like, yeah, yeah, you.
I'm trying to put out the best content.
We got three, we got three thousand people watching.
That's really
I'll just say
When you're buckling in
For an eight hour stream
And you bring on Matthew Barry first
Then we're trying to
We're trying to consolidate
Some of the time
He elongated a little bit
You know Matthew well enough to know
I had no idea when he was joining
We just sent him the link
We just said the link
You got eight hours
Unpins the grenade and just
throws in into his DMs
Yeah he could be picking at one for Mendozer
He could be making
Mr. Rellowing for us
We just you know you never know
Yep.
Oh, that's good.
All right, what's, I know we had the Rams taking Omar Cooper and Trayton Stooges.
Good draft.
Good draft.
Good draft.
Yeah, I love.
Good draft.
Good draft.
Hmm.
Now what do they go with?
This is a team.
This is always when it gets hard.
This is a tough roster.
Are there any linebackers?
Ah, man.
Kishon Elliott would have been good for them.
Cowboys fans will be irate with us for taking a linebacker right after they wanted one at, I know.
At 92.
That's how it goes.
The Rams as well as, we know Haventstein retired.
Obviously, Warren McClendon took his spot last year,
but I do wonder like some type of swing tackle is a possibility here.
How do we feel about Demetrius Crown over here?
Because I was initially, oh, or Markell Bell, one of the two.
Markell Bell would be higher for me.
Did we take Jude Bowery already?
No, he's right there.
Bowery as well.
Okay.
Bowery.
Bairke played by tackle too.
He's getting some of hers.
Who did you say, Hayden?
Burke.
Burke.
Yeah, Burke would be in this spot as well.
Is Bowery, Bell, and Burke almost in a row?
Burke would be the highest for me.
I don't know how you guys feel about tackles, but I just, I think the arm length, the
power he plays with, I'm worried about the feet, but this is a, as weird as it is to
say with Sean McVeigh now, this is a downhill run team.
Like they want to beat you up.
And if there's one thing that Travis Burke can do, it's get downhill.
Yeah.
And the thing what Burke is that you could talk yourself into if you're, you're,
of McVeigh staff.
He really doesn't know how to use his length yet.
Where it's like, man, if you learn how to use your 34 plus inch arms, you might be even better
cover up for some of your lower body, you know, slow feet aspect of the play.
So yeah, Burke, you can talk yourself into easily.
Okay.
I'm cool with that.
I like Burke here.
Let's do that.
Miami again.
I told you.
There's a lot of picks.
Their third round maxing.
I told you.
I already told you this.
They've gone all the offense.
We need to go corner.
Who's the corner that's left?
We thought about corner for them before.
Muhammad.
I think Chandler Rivers is a better cover guy
than most of the guys on this list.
He's just small.
Yeah.
So it's a matter of if they want to,
and it's green bay regime.
Did you go safety?
Would that be a potential here too?
Since you took.
They definitely need one.
Did we not take one?
It's just not.
Oh, yeah, we don't have a safety at all for them.
I mean, is this potential Camari Ramsey spot?
I think Ramsey would be next for me.
I don't know how you guys feel about the safeties.
Oh, Kilgore too.
Next for me would be Kilgore and then Vijay Payne.
Oh, VJ Payne.
No, I think that Payne's probably the next pick here.
Because Payne, funny enough, I think he's got the athleticism
to be an outside corner.
Like, I genuinely think he might play more corner in the NFL than he plays safety,
but that gives you some flexibility there.
So I think we should take Vijay Payne, who is a crazy athlete.
That's nuts.
6-3, almost 34-inch arms, 4-4 wheels.
Yeah, and it's show, there's moments on tape
where he looks like the best athlete on the field.
He's just the eye discipline and awareness
is not good for a safety.
I agree with the Patriots.
Can I give you a,
we might take a tight end here.
Can I give you a Josh McDaniel story real quick?
Sure.
I would love one.
Absolutely.
All right.
So I was fortunate enough in 2011
to be in the Rams draft room for all seven rounds.
Okay.
That was the lockout year.
That was also.
the only year that Josh McDaniels was the offensive coordinator for for the Rams.
They were going into day two.
And that was the first time it went all three days.
They were going to day two with this board stack that had all these other names on it.
Like McKell LaShore was on there.
Who was the Kansas state running back Daniel Thomas?
Daniel Thomas was on there.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah, this was coming to the end of the Stephen Jackson era.
But earlier that day, all the scouts.
got word that like, okay, Josh McDaniels, two tight ends on the offense, you need to watch
DJ Williams, remember him out of Arkansas, and Lance Kendrix.
Yes, definitely.
Yeah, of course, of course.
And so, because he wanted to run this, you know, 12 personnel stuff that he did with
the Patriots.
And so they're watching it, blah, blah, blah, and they get on the board and they get
in the clock.
And Lance Kendricks is like 20 spots down after all these scouts did, you know, months and
months and months and work.
And General Manager gets up because Josh McDaniels walks in like five minutes before the pick.
And he's like, we're taking Lance Kendricks because we're going to turn Michael Ho-Ho Manaw-Nooey and Lance Kendricks into the next Rob Gruncowski and Aaron Hernandez.
And we all know how that one looked.
And we're the director of college scouting went irate.
He's like, you have to be effing kidding me that we're doing this.
But they did it.
And that's incredible that you got to be in that room for that.
To piggyback off of that, I heard back then the Rams in their scouting department had some very vocal old school guys that would stand up in like MF people in those scenarios.
Oh, totally.
I mean, the top two people with the lions are there in terms of Brad Holmes and Agnew were in that room.
They were not the ones speaking.
But yeah, there were a bunch of old school people that were not afraid to share their opinion of why do we do all this work if he's just going to be able to get the pick.
Yep.
That's, it is fascinating.
it is just so fascinating how like stuff like that could happen.
You know,
where it's just like the biggest eye opening moment is when they went to,
and this was just every team,
it's different.
And obviously like Spags to the head coach at that point.
And Billy Devaney was a GM.
But they got to the later rounds in like round six and round seven.
And it's like they just went around the room to like coaches or like area scouts
and be like,
oh, we haven't taken someone from your region.
How about you just make the pick?
And like there was no process to it.
It wasn't like,
we're going to focus on athletes.
were we need whatever this there was just no process to it at all uh so yeah everything
if fans knew that can you just imagine if fans knew that today yeah and there's more stories
from that weekend but i can save them for another time i think in josh mdander's honor though we should
look at tied end here for the okay all right i don't hate it i don't hate it going back to the
position that hayden was praising as well when you guys got on who's next they're all gone yeah all the
guys I like you know who I kind of like is Nate Borkerker yeah he Borkerker's good he's in that
same mold as uh Casmeric from Ohio State yeah I feel like that would be classic Patriot yeah
Big Y tight end what's the other the only other the other the other position because uh can I see
really quick who we picked for the Patriots oh we did pick here and it okay okay so yeah yeah this could
be a tight end I was going to say Markel Bell here but we can we can pick a tight end here so you want to go
Or in his 12 personnel mold with Lance Kendricks, he can also take a less athletic, athletic,
tight end in Justin Jolly.
Yeah.
Oh, boy.
I don't know about that.
I don't know about that one.
I really struggle with Justin Jolly.
In fact, just to peel back the curtain here, we record these prospect profiles before they go up.
I am asking to redo the Justin Jolly one because I was too negative on it.
Interesting.
Oh.
I remember halfway through that, I'm like, all right, we got to move on.
Like you don't like him.
Okay, let's get it.
I just think he's Chetian Sanders like all over again a little bit.
Oh, okay.
Athletic specimen.
But hopefully not being picked at 49 or wherever Sanders was picked.
Yeah.
I'll leave this one to you guys.
Go ahead.
Let's pick Vorker.
Let's take him.
Okay.
Yeah.
Get a tight end here.
We'll hang out with you guys until pick 100.
And then we'll be, we'll be done with the, uh, perfect.
The third round there.
Seattle, who'd we have?
I think you just had it on.
the screen and I just missed it who we go with oh yeah pregnant on Derek Moore I'm going to pound
the table for Jonah Coleman here okay I this backfield let's please be serious with this
backfield for a team that built their identity on running the ball I'm cool low moving costs I'm cool
low moving costs agreed which we love around here yep yeah yeah yeah got to save some money
Minnesota I think we had them going Caden McDonald's peter woods bud Clark I think they need a
center, right? Is Slaughter still there? He's the one that's been hanging around. That makes sense.
Yeah, I think that makes way too much sense for me. Let's go down that road. Yeah, Slaughter, if you guys
are cool with that, like that, Philly, who we take for Philly? MacIllum and Keel and Ruttledge and
Sam Roush there. What a group. Yeah, that's a, that's a group. That's a group. Shocking,
Howie now the draft. There aren't any, but obviously, Edge Rush is a big need.
here. What is Josh? Edge? I was going to say like even a situational guy. Man, it's just
man. This draft just falls apart here. It's ugly quick. It's kind of tough. It's ugly
quick. I mean, yeah, I mean, I'd rather wait and get edge a little bit later for them.
Yeah. But at 98? No, I know. I'm that's just makes someone like signed jadavian clownie for whatever.
Yeah, right, right. So I don't have to hand in a car.
Yeah.
Man, who else?
I mean, could they go guard?
Oh, no, we did go guard with Rolage.
I forgot.
We picked tight end already for them.
Safety, maybe.
Who were the, would they double-dip at wide receiver?
I was thinking that.
Maybe they would if there's the right wide receiver.
And wide receiver seems pretty robust right now with who's on the board.
Yeah, I mean, this is an easy pick for us, you know?
For Malachi?
I mean, I just mean, compared you.
other position. Oh, okay. Is you can make the case for Malachi field. You can make it for
Deion Burks. Yeah. Yeah. What do you guys think? I would go with them. I would go with a bit. I wouldn't
take two small receivers in one draft. That's like a personal rule. Um, I would go fields.
I'd take fields. Just knowing he could block on the perimeter for me. Right.
be a way at this point of this draft. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Let's do it. Sick fields.
Pittsburgh. Oh, this is the. Oh, Antonio Williams is such a Steelers pick. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
You could tell Ledyard made that pick.
He knows what he's doing.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Such a Steelers pick.
Aaron Rogers is going to take him under his wing and he's just going to get like 130
targets in his rookie season, but it's going to be an average step to target of like 1.7 yards.
Question.
Yeah.
Quarterbacks available.
Oh.
Well, we took Simpson.
Oh, you took Simpson.
Okay.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah.
That's all.
Yeah.
I don't know if you saw the report today from Shafter where, and Connor, this will not surprise you at all.
where at first the Steelers gave Aaron Rogers, you know, 30 days to say if he's going to come back.
And they said, well, then we're here around free agency.
And then they're like, well, we're here around the draft.
And he still has yet to tell them what he's doing.
That's why.
Ty Simpson, baby.
We're on to Ty Simpson.
I mean, Mike, it's just.
We're on to Ty Simpson.
It's insanity.
That's all I could say.
It's not like he should have that clout right now.
He is driving the entire organization still.
It is wild.
It is wild.
That's what he does everywhere now.
Can I see the picks one more time?
We didn't go guard for them, did we?
No.
No, we could guard.
Yeah, they definitely need a guard.
We need a guard here.
Your boy, Shrout is right there.
Yeah, Shrout.
Yeah, absolutely.
I mean, there's risk because he's been hurt,
but he's better than, I think, this slot.
Yeah, back to back to Notre Dame, the top 100.
Final pick of the third round here, fellas.
You fellas make this one.
Send us home.
Where are we at here?
Let's, uh...
Boy.
Preuthers on.
Let's see.
So we got Rairden off the board.
man, it really is kind of a
you can do whatever here at this point.
I don't know if you love any of the safeties
that we still got.
We talked a little bit about that.
Plug in a safety.
Okay.
All right.
Let's see what we got here.
I would just like not draft a USC defensive player.
It's pretty good strategy.
After watching this team the last couple of years.
Over the last couple of years.
I wouldn't make Genesis.
We do have this running bit for our profiles
where like every time I turn on the best performance from these prospects it is against USC's
defense like going back how that works welcome to the Lincoln Riley era
Tajay Spears that was this year he bawled out well today in price returned two of his
three kickoff returns against USC as well like it's just every facet they can't stop
I think the chat's talking about corner potentially for them you know you're adding
Travis Hunter obviously to that list with corner um
They have Jerry and Jones
who can kind of play a little inside out for you.
Any off-ball linebackers here?
Because they lost one.
Oh, yeah.
That could be a good pick for them.
I'm curious what this board looks like right now
at off-ball linebacker.
Betcher?
Betcher's probably the guy that I would pick
if you're going to pick one around 100.
I don't know how do you guys feel about that.
He's like former baseball player, natural athlete.
Drafted.
Drafted baseball player.
He started his career at Orrador.
on the baseball team played his freshman year played baseball and then he walked on to play linebacker
like two years after that and then he was started this past year so i think betcher is absolutely like
in range for the top 100 so if you guys are thinking like off ball linebacker could make sense for him
i think betcher probably is the next guy off the board i'm sold not going to pretend like i've watched
him but i like there we go there's got it's right there all right go watch the go watch the third basement
tape from him uh this afternoon to make sure that we can
round out the scouting report fellas thank you so much for joining us we really appreciate it

They're there.
Great dudes.
They put it in the work.
Oh,
oh my lord.
Look at this one here.
Cain gave us a $500 donation.
Said,
What's up, Rugrats?
Here to represent the big AFC West in the Las Vegas Raiders.
We have had,
Connor,
you realize we have had $1,000
donated by just Raiders fans,
today? That's insanity. Incredible. Shout out to my boy, Bryce, and the NFLSE Madden slash college
football boys had to show the motion and put myself in the 500 club. We love to see it.
There you are, big dog. Thank you for taking absolute speed and keeping the tradition with Casey
Concepcion. Keep up the good work, lads. Got to see myself out to go crash planes if you know,
you know, I don't know if I do know with the crashing the planes. Hopefully, uh, do you,
do you understand the reference here? I don't either. Maybe I'm, maybe I'm not cool. Don't actually
crash the plane. Don't actually want that. But Kane Owens. Thank you. Shout out. That was awesome.
Shout to Raiders Nation. Raiders Nation is representing. So, guys, we are over $12,000 donated today on this
stream. We are four hours into this and we are $12,000. Our goal, initial goal was $5,000. Then it was
10,000. You guys blew by both of those. And we are still at over 65K subscribers there on the channel
as well.
