Top 10 before you guys review yours.
Smith, Coleman,
Will.
Coleman Williams.
Okay, okay.
Wait.
No, because Coleman's later.
Who's Will?
No, Cam Coleman's five for him.
Ryan Coleman Williams is,
you are broken right now.
Am I broken?
Jeremiah Smith,
Cam Coleman, will.
Nick Marsh.
No, Cam Coleman is his fifth.
receiver. He said that in the chat at some point of the show. Nick Marsh, Omarian Miller,
Cam Coleman, Charlie Becker, KJ Duff, Junior Sherrill, Robinson, Duce Robinson, and then Matthews,
I'm guessing is the Tennessee guy? Mike Matthews, yeah. Who is Will? Ryan Coleman Williams is number two.
Oh, he shortened Williams.
First podcast. You know, in my defense,
Let's move on to Tony Lee.
Oh, look at this.
Jaywax said, glad I can catch alive.
Hope I hear some Elijah Green and Chris Peel propaganda.
So we didn't talk about Elijah Green.
Did you watch Elijah Green?
I did not watch Elijah Green.
Okay.
But hey, shout out, Jaywack.
Jaywack was the one who predicted me liking Jalen Mayo as much as I did as my sleeper there.
So appreciate Jaywack.
Watching the show, giving us a super chat.
He does a great job covering the NFL draft as well.
So go check his channel out as well.
And we'll get to Elijah Green.
We will get to that there.
All right.
We got, I thought we, okay, there's Bryce.
How much extra does Connor pay the chef to whiten his teeth in the thumbnail?
I've gone blind in my left eye after looking at it.
Hashtag thanks Obama.
Well, we got a hashtag thanks Obama.
I haven't heard one of those a long time.
That is a throwback.
There's no Photoshop involved.
Those are pearly whites, my friend.
Thank you, pal.
The chef is well compensated for all bias alterings of looks maxing.
When we get the chef, when we get the chef week next summer, he's going to be like,
it's the thumbnail, but every time
Connor's shine brighter.
Of the Rex Ryan's.
It's the, yeah.
Those are wild.
Have you seen the,
have you seen the tweet where it's like,
it's a meme of Joe Buck and he's like,
we're here at the bottom of the 37th inning.
It's like, yeah.
That's kidding.
Oh, yes.
Oh, God, yes.
I think that's a all-timer.
The sun's getting brighter.
Yes.
Oh, God, yes.
I it's so good
so good
uh
chubu chubu back in the chat with the
illinois propaganda she is saying uh let's see
uh... wither goats
with their goats apprentice
Xavier
just go
that is really good chabob
one of my favorite bits
on this show
oh it's good to see him that he's carrying it over
yes
Yeah, truly, truly.
Trinidad gave us a $50 super chat.
Whoa, all right, big buckaroos.
Wow.
Trevor reminding me that I'm a broke womanless cave dweller
inspired me to want to travel.
In all seriousness, I'm flying to Charlotte in a couple of weeks.
I was wondering if you had any tips, recommendations.
Love you guys and the addicts.
Yes, I mean, like, I mean, Charlotte has, like great food.
So if you're coming to Charlotte specifically for,
like barbecue if you want really good barbecue in Charlotte, Sweet Luz,
uh,
is my favorite barbecue place that's within the city.
John G is my favorite barbecue spot ever and it's like an hour and a half outside of the city,
but they're also only open on Saturdays and you kind of got to get there before they run out of
meat.
But that's not the point.
Um, Optimus Hall is a super great place with really great food.
That's sort of like a just a food hall that's really cool to hang out.
Um, if you're here on a weekend, Camp North End is really cool, like eclectic place to
get food, walk around, enjoy it, especially.
as the weather's getting a little bit nicer,
hopefully it's certainly going to continue to get a little bit cooler in Charlotte
because, like everywhere else in the country,
it's been brutal.
But those are a couple of my favorite places that I would say.
I'm not sure exactly how long you're visiting,
but I'd hit those two,
and you're going to eat pretty good there.
So those are two recommendations that I give you there.
Very nice.
And thank you, Trinidad.
Very generous super chat.
Do we do these YouTube gifts?
I don't know what this is.
Okay, I'm just going to skip down.
I don't know.
I don't know what any of these.
They send like six, seven.
Uncle alert.
Somebody sent poop because I think you said that your son, you know,
had a blow out right before you were watching this of your second to last corner,
you know?
Yeah.
I just, yeah, this really is uncle alert that we have here.
All right.
I'll go down to this one from Nick.
Is it just me or is the roller skating champion of the world?
Keith Abney about to see day one playing time as a day three pick.
Is he?
He's, Dan Campbell,
that's a big praise for him recently.
Really?
I hope so.
I thought Keith Abney was an all-day, day-two pick.
I don't know why he fell till day three.
It sounds like he's already playing above his draft slot.
I don't know if we'll get day one playing time.
It could by default with how injuries go.
But, man, Keith Abney, I thought he was a way better player than where he got drafted.
Dan Campbell said Keith Avney already better than Dorel Revis wasn't his prime.
I could see him playing inside an net.
No, I'm just kidding.
You didn't say that.
but I love for him.
I hope we see a ton of Keith Avenue in the preseason.
As long as he stays healthy.
Had to make sure that I said that.
Yeah, they want him to play inside,
which he obviously played a lot of outside last year,
so that's the little transition.
Late to the party,
but how do you all feel about Evan Johnson for DUIU?
I didn't watch him.
So I watched Evan Johnson,
and he's one of those guys that,
like, I can see the argument for him on the top 12 for sure.
Made plays on the ball.
He's,
sticky and man coverage.
He's going to be a fifth year senior.
And the whole time he's been at PYU, I believe.
So it's weird to say late bloomer,
but a little bit of a late bloomer
with how good he was last year
and getting full playing time.
I have him listed at
from his springway.
Hold on one sec. This was one thing that was like,
ah, man. So he's just a hair
under six feet tall, 183.
So if he can get a bulk up
a little bit,
and kind of repeat what he did in man coverage last year,
especially in some big games,
he'll definitely be on the radar on a guy that I'll watch more.
All right.
I got to watch him,
so I got to get eyes on him.
But, you know, I trust you.
A lot of people asked us about him during the show.
Yeah, truly, truly.
Yard man, $10 super chat.
Hi, guys.
First summer scouting I've caught live.
Hell yeah.
Love to hear you, man.
Been waiting to ask you guys,
if either of you know the name of the rivalry game
between North Texas and SMU,
if not please look it up.
I don't.
Rivalry game between...
I'm assuming it's something we shouldn't say on the show?
Oh, God.
Name.
Let's see.
It is something we shouldn't say on the show.
The rivalry game between the University of North Texas
and Southern Methodist University is called the Safeway Bowl.
Yep.
Tough.
How dare you?
That's actually...
That is actually an elite super chat to give.
Really good stuff.
That is an elite super chat.
SMU, by the way, leads the series, they're 36, 6, and 1.
Oh, geez.
That's not a rivalry.
It's a bloodbath.
That is, it's probably why they...
It's a scheduled ass whooping.
They haven't played it in a couple of years.
Jeez.
Interesting choice by SMU, though.
Show some pride.
How about SMU dodging Messdemaker last year?
Oh, did they?
They didn't play it last year.
Not that I know of.
scared
scared
sports debate arena
said who are you
who are both of your
puka
of the year predictions
a day three pick
who is a rookie of the year contender
said mine's key that wow okay that's fun
all right
let's see
I'll go with Jonah Coleman
you know just because you have the factor
of that's a good one that's a good one
I like JK Dobbins
but it's just every year
man, he misses time.
And I could see Jonah being in a good offense, scoring a lot of touchdown.
So I'll go Jonah Coleman.
Maybe Mike Washington.
Okay.
Wow, you already declaring Ash and Gentile a bust?
Yeah, that's why I just said verbatim.
I'm going to Mike Washington because I think they're already giving up on Ash and Gentie.
I think.
No.
Sneaky.
Ketron Allen.
Yeah, Fat Man is ready to roll, huh?
Could be.
Could be.
That's all I'm saying.
Eli, gave us $5 Super Chat.
This scouting cornerbacks can be tough for me because they don't see a ton of action every play.
What do you look for when they aren't targeted and playing in off coverage?
Movements, honestly.
That's it.
Like, you've got to be able to see, like, how confidently do they move?
Can they put their foot in the ground to really stick with receivers when they're putting their foot in the ground and cutting in a certain route?
do they feel comfortable in off coverage?
Are they second guessing a ton?
How quickly do the hips flip?
Like go watch the combine drills where they're flipping the hips a bunch
and you kind of get a good idea of like,
okay, what's a standard?
What should these guys be looking like and everything?
Acceleration to the ball.
There's a lot of things that you can pick up
when you're watching the All-22 without guys getting targeted.
And I think a lot of times,
good coverage warrants the no-throat.
So you've got to be able to understand what warrants a no-throw there as well.
So there's a lot that you can still take away,
but a lot of times it is just the movement of,
how you see these guys.
Dusk Wolf gave this one for me.
It's a $5.00 Super Chat.
So start bench cut for Trevor.
Under oath, census failed, Paramour.
Connor, if you've listened to any of these bands,
feel free to jump in.
Paramore start.
You can cut the other two.
Okay.
All right.
All right.
Easy now.
Now it is.
Under oath is probably my favorite band of all times.
Oh, wow.
I was very disrespectful.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
That was tough.
That was tough for you.
So I'm starting under oath.
I'm benching Paramore and then cutting senses failed,
but I do.
very much enjoy all three of those bands.
They shaped my adolescence and upbringing.
I just,
I feel really bad.
That was,
yeah,
you should.
Well,
it's an under oath or census fails.
So it's a really bad moment for me.
Yeah,
love Paramour.
Wait,
did you?
I'll take you benched Paramore?
Yeah,
yeah,
because I'm starting under oath.
It's my favorite band.
Okay.
Yeah.
Nice always get an unc alert.
Thank you,
unknown coat,
one.
Now I got to scroll through 95 of these things just to get to the,
uh,
okay,
here we go.
Brian.
Brian is the next one.
Yeah.
MJ Cannon, Xavier Lucas, and Damian Henderson from Harvard are my late rounds
fave for this year.
Ooh.
What do you work, Brian?
You're deep in the weeds.
Yeah.
Who's your favorite Ivy League NFL player?
Kyle, use check.
Ryan Fitzpatrick was.
No, yeah.
Definitely use check.
Harvard legend.
Ivy League NFL players.
Who's active that's still in the...
Oh, Foyce de Louocoon.
Nice.
That's a good one.
Went to Yale.
All right.
Justin Watson, Buccaneer great.
Andre Yoshivas.
Yeah, of course.
Princeton, right?
Yeah, I think you're right with Cowell Ushech.
I mean, Yushech had a sneaky insane pro day.
Yeah?
Yeah, he was basically 250 pounds and he had a 6-9-33 cone.
Nice.
Yeah, he had a crazy pro day.
Jeffrey said Derel Revis the goat, $2 Super Chesh.
That absolutely. Jeffrey, I would have put that one up for free.
You didn't he have to pay the two bucks.
Yeah.
Dorel Rivas, Jet great and Buckingier great.
So we're big fans of Gerald Rivas.
Yeah, they do.
My cousin doesn't because he bought the jersey.
And I'll always remember that.
What was it, two years?
Yeah, I don't know.
It could have been two seconds.
It really is.
It's funny with Rivas because he obviously was.
was truly when he was on the Jets, his corner tape is as good as it gets across NFL history.
And he won a Super Bowl with New England.
I totally forgot that.
But like the bucks, man, he was only bucks for one year.
It's just like a totally forgotten year of time.
It is.
It is.
Again, not for my cousin.
He had the jersey.
He'll always remember it.
You know, that's a sneaky, though.
I'm really leaning into.
I like obscure jerseys now.
That's a sneaky good.
good one because there are some NFL fans out there they're like Doreau Rivas was on the
box yeah yeah yeah if you blinked you could miss it what year was it do you have it up yeah it's
2014 that was the trade wait that was the year they went two and 14 wasn't it oh my god
were they that bad four and 12 Greg shiano um Greg shiano who I've told in this podcast
told me before nothing is guaranteed when I said Kyle Munangai's a guaranteed thousand
thousand yard rusher.
That's one that like,
it's good to see the ball go in the hoop sometimes for me.
Because I was right.
I was right,
but I was slightly scared in the moment.
You should have.
Should have feared for my life.
Josh, last one, $5.
Thoughts on Baccari Swain,
Jane Bellamy, Elijah Green.
So I didn't watch,
I didn't watch Bellamy or Green.
Same. I only watched Swain of that.
Yeah, who's a dynamic returner.
Yes, great special teams player.
I think he's got a lot.
I mean, he has to play.
He's got to play a lot more as a starting outside corner before I really start thinking about him there.
But I think great athleticism, ideal athleticism.
But I felt as though, I mean, anticipation, overall sort of like focus and instincts of where routes are going to go and where the ball is going to go.
I thought that that was, it's a major work in progress for him.
But certainly an athlete enough to play corner at the NFL level.
I think he needs to take a leap in that sort of overall,
just football and cornerback IQ before we start,
we start talking about him as a serious NFL prospect.
I think he returned three punts in the first two weeks last year.
No, he's an unbelievable athlete.
It's like, what's happening here?
But yeah, you're right, Trevor.
That was my problem when I watch him.
I'm like, oh, they're not ready for him to be correct.
You know, and this is the year.
So that's true.
Appreciate everybody for the super chats for watching the show.
We will be back with you.
Oh, would you have one for late at Tony Lee?
We can't miss Tony Lee's super chats.
Yeah, we can't do that.
Oh, start bench cut.
Moore.
Leonard Moore.
Or Travis Hunter?
Tony Lee, you got to pay us more and $5 to answer this question, brother.
No, I'm kidding.
Tony, you've given us so much on this podcast.
Please do not.
Please do not.
No, no, no.
Don't say this anymore.
I'm totally kidding with you.
I'm going to, and this is not recency bias.
I'm going to start Leonard Moore.
I'm going to bench Singley.
The thing with Hunter is I liked him more at receiver.
This isn't me.
backing away from how I had him ranked.
I liked him better as a wide receiver.
But what made him such a special prospect was believing he truly can contribute in both
ways.
That's why he's the cut.
I have to start Stingley just because I know how much you loved him.
Yeah, I had him as the number one overall player in 23.
So I'm just, I'm a huge, huge Stingley fan.
So I'm starting Stingley.
I'm benching Leonard Moore and I am I am cutting Travis Hunter, which is weird to say because
I loved Hunter at corner.
I think you'd be a phenomenal corner, but Leonard Moore is just a, yeah, it's a different breed.
Hey, everybody, hope you guys are enjoying the episode.
And if you've enjoyed anything that we've done here on the NFL Stock Exchange,
we would love for you guys to be a part of the NFLSC draft addicts.
And the way you do that is by subscribing to the show.
It's a free and easy way to help support the show.
And we've got a big campaign going on right now.
We're trying to reach 75K subs.
You enjoy the mock drafts, the player rankings, the team-specific mocks, the team-specific boards,
all that great stuff and so much more.
We would love for you to be successful.
I appreciate you guys, love you guys.
Let's get back to the episode.
Tony Lee, as he always does, the $50 super chat.
We appreciate you, Tony.
Good to see you guys live.
Yeah, I think Tony's poking fun at us a little bit
for the premiere episode that we had yesterday.
Episodes are much better when the chats are involved.
Going into the season, I think that the Jets have two top 10 picks.
There's in the Colts.
There's in the Colts.
They take a QB and the other pick around number six or seven.
see we did there, Tony.
Nice.
Would you take your number two edge rusher
or number two wide receiver?
Oh.
That's tough because both of them are,
it's funny because the number two edge rusher
and number two wide receiver are both from Texas.
To me, it's Cam Coleman or it's Colin Simmons.
Yeah, I had Stewart as my number two edge.
Oh, man, it's tricky.
You know what?
The beauty of this, and this is not a cop-out answer.
Right now, I'd say I'd take Cam Coleman.
I think I would too.
Not that my Jets' opinions
matter more than yours.
No, it definitely does.
I would take Cam Coleman now,
but there's a what if here of,
what if Adonai Mitchell,
who's having a great training camp,
and is talking about staying over at Gino's house
in the offseason and working out,
what if Adonai Mitchell breaks out into the player
that people have expected him to be?
And what if, not David Bailey,
what if Will McDonald doesn't,
become the player we know he could be?
Sure.
Then the combo instantly spins
around where the Jets have Garrett Wilson,
Adnigh-Mitchell, Omar Cooper,
they have David Bailey,
and they like Joseph Asai
and Kingsley and Annibarre,
but Will McDonald has regressed
from his double-digit sack season.
That's how this would turn.
So there's your answer.
Cam Coleman right now, though.
Garrett Wilson and Cam Coleman.
With Omar Cooper.
Yeah, I think
Cam Coleman's a lot of fun
on the offensive side of things,
but like our rankings are a little,
little bit different. So I think the conversation for me between Colin Simmons and Cam Coleman is a
much bigger conversation, whereas the people who watch the Edge Rusher episode know my thoughts on
Dylan Stewart. If it's Dylan Stewart or anybody else, like I'm picking Dylan Stewart. You have to take him.
Yeah. I just, especially if he has the year that I think that he can coming into this season.
I mean, I just think that that kid is so, so, so, so rare in the things that he could do.
Eli said, I only had access to nine tight ends. My ranking before you guys revealed yours,
Johnson Carter Green.
Ooh, he's got Carter.
Terrence Carter, a tight end too.
Peter Clark at 4.
Rapleet, is how you say that?
I don't know that tight end.
Yeah, I didn't have him on my list.
Vonami, he's got Vonami.
He's got Vonami.
That's right.
You got to be kidding.
Yes.
I'm pretty sure he's another Penn State guy.
Was he another Iowa State guy?
No, I thought he was there because I felt like I watched.
I felt like I watched.
He's in the top 100 at consensus.
Yeah, so people really like him.
Okay, I got to watch him.
I thought he was there last year.
Yeah, he was definitely there last year.
I saw him on tape because he played next to our guy that went to Virginia Tech.
Oh, Luke Reynolds.
Yes.
Okay.
All right.
Okay, I'll watch him and then I'll watch North Fleet as well.
Chris Corbo is in here, which is, he's, Chris Corbo is an interesting one.
Brody Foley and then Luke Reynolds as well around.
Foley will be really popular.
I think Louisville.
Yeah.
I like Fully.
I think fully solid.
Yeah.
Yeah, definitely solid.
One of those on the outside looking in.
That's how Eli had him as well.
Let's see.
Christopher, $5 super chat.
Sub shrimps.
Glad to catch a live after so long.
Not football related, but did you all see the video of Lamello Ball's Penhouse?
Looks like a 13-year-old designed at L-O-L.
I have never been more into seeing something immediately.
My algorithm does not feed me a lot of Lmello balls.
ball penhouse content so i did miss it i'm i'm actually not going to look it up and i'm just going to
watch your reaction to lamello balls penhouse design is it just your most is it just the most
gen z thing you've ever seen in your life yeah is is there a lazy river going through the
kitchen not yet it there's a lot of neon games like there's like basketball hoop with a
a glowing neon yellow net.
This on it, there's a random alien.
There's some pop,
I think it looks like Papa Shot.
This looks like some, like,
if they made a fun house for me to bring my three month old to walk through.
I think he would,
I think he would find this very interesting.
He doesn't speak yet,
but his eyes get very wide at interesting things.
Like, this would be something I would go do for an hour
with him. Oh, wow. Yeah. Interesting.
I don't think that's a place I'd want to sleep.
Alfie said, they're saying that he lives in a pizza planet from Toy Story.
That's literally what it feels like. That's kind of a sick poll. Yeah. Yeah, good poll.
Wow. Alfi, goat pole.
Wow. All right. I don't really know how to move on from that.
You know, Christopher, great super chat. I'm really glad you brought that to the table. I'm not even being
sarcastic.
Hold on.
Connor, do you get this reference?
Tonkin in the chat said,
didn't know that Connor shot that Dan flashes.
Do you get that?
No, I don't.
It's from Tim Robbins.
I'm not a tip.
I get it.
I'm not the biggest.
Wait, no.
No, no, no.
Tim Robbins.
Never mind.
No, Tim Robinson.
Wait, am I?
Tim Robbins is very different from Tim Robinson.
Tim Robinson is who I mean, right?
I am a big Tim Robbins guy.
I am not a Tim Robinson guy.
Tim Robinson is the comedian, right, from I think you should leave.
Yes, yes.
Okay, okay, yeah.
There is a sketch where he is very obsessed with interesting patterned shirts, I should say.
And the store is called Dan Flashes.
And he gets like very obsessed with it where he no longer, there we go.
He no longer like pays for food because he's just using his paychecks and his stipends just to buy expensive, interestingly patterned shirts from Dan Flashes.
I sadly have a golf shirt that is slightly designed like the one he's wearing there.
I'm not kidding.
I've worn it on the show before.
You're going to...
I've been caught.
You're going to shoot your lowest score ever if you're wearing that shirt.
I just know it.
I just have...
How low can one man go?
Let's see.
We'll find out.
Let's find out when I wear that shirt.
Texas takeover gave us $2 super chat said Cleve Lubin shout out.
That's it.
That's worth every penny of that $2.
Way to get your money's worth Texans takeover.
I'd keep that super chat up the whole show if I could.
But we got to move on.
Hayden made it 20 years in life, never having an uncrossable.
I don't know what's worse.
Having a peanut allergy or being a Jets fan.
I mean, that's tough.
Having a peanut allergy would be tough.
So you have the peanut allergy, but considering Bo Nix is your avia, you are not a Jets fan.
Yeah, yeah.
There are way too many foods.
I couldn't imagine having a peanut allergy.
I'm sorry.
And then you got to tell everyone,
you know when you sit down at the restaurant and they go,
they ask as a formality,
but they never expect anyone to answer.
And you're the guy that's like,
actually, yeah,
be on your game here, partners,
so you don't kill me.
I feel like places are well equipped for it nowadays.
Hey,
and if you still have the chat,
are places well equipped
to when you say like, yeah,
I got a peanut allergy.
Like, are they like,
you might,
this is the place for you.
Yeah.
I can say that.
It might be a hospital trip for you, but I can give you a menu if you want.
Oh, man.
I'm hoping.
I'm hoping for Hayden's case that they're up their game here.
Yeah, me too.
Let's see.
Josh.
$100 super chat.
Okay, Josh.
You've been traveling around the world.
Oh, wow.
Look at Josh.
Thank you, Josh.
We appreciate it.
Flex.
Said, wait, this isn't the special teams episode?
That's fine.
I've been hoodwinked, bamboozled, let us stray, run a muck.
Man, Stephen A. Smith's getting a lot of pub here in this show.
I mean, the meme god, even if not intentional early on.
That is true.
That is very true.
Jay Berg's 74.
Thank you, Josh, by the way.
Incredibly kind.
Jay Berg said, hey, guys, haven't been able to make a live show in months due to work.
Nice job flex, Jay Berg's.
I like that.
Trevor couldn't imagine.
Wow, yeah, we get it.
You're employed.
We get it.
I have benefits.
I collect a check.
Couldn't be me.
Thanks for all you guys do.
Connor, congrats on the kid.
Treb could have had some unemployment.
I didn't see that before I said it.
I guess.
Drake Bay.
Wow, he really jammed all the hits into that one.
No, he did.
Jay Berg's a very well- orchestrated 999 super chat.
Ryan in the chat gave us $5 and said it's pork roll.
It is not.
No, it's Taylor Ham.
It's Taylor Ham.
Ryan, I guess you revealed that you live in South Jersey.
Well, his AV is an N and a J.
Yeah, but North Jersey people don't call it pork roll.
They call it Taylor Ham.
Right, because my dad's from Jersey, but he's from the closer to New York side of Jersey, not the Philly side of Jersey.
There you go.
Yeah.
So he's cultured.
I'm just kidding.
We all of our ways.
Still lost in between.
Thank you, Ryan, for the super chat.
Appreciate what y'all do, gents.
I'll be at both of the Jags joint practices.
All right.
Who should I pay attention to for the Panthers and Bucks that might not be on people's radar?
So are you saying like for the Bucs?
and the Panthers, I'm guessing.
Because for the bucks, it's easy.
My buck's answer is
David Walker.
Yeah, I want to see what he can do.
David Walker's been on an absolute tear
all training camp. I love to hear that.
So I think he's going to be pretty sick.
And then for Carolina,
our boy Jonathan Brooks.
Man, the Jags are doing
different joint practices.
Yeah, they got to compete.
Usually like you get a couple days
against one team.
they're doing the one week
like they're doing the Panthers on the 19th
the bucks on the 25th they are all about
competing respect
so that was yeah you brought up
David Walker yeah yeah
um
how about
Lee Hunter
sure I mean they they need
without an escort in there
they need that defensive line to just be
waves waves of pass rushers
and I think Lee Hunter's got to be one of them
I'll shout out as to Keith Wheatley too who
Wheatley looked awesome.
Looked great.
Yeah, great call out.
He was sick.
So I would say that that's another one.
Jay Berg's back on his BS.
Connor,
someone who has seen more Big Ten,
any thoughts on Caden Fagan
at Illinois moving to tight end?
Yeah, this is moving to tight end.
Yeah.
What did he play?
Running back.
Running back?
Dude, isn't that crazy?
Yes.
Jumbo-sized running back.
They have a lot of guys, six three.
And he played running back.
He's 260?
Dude, he's a absolute house.
Get this man, get, no, get in the backfield.
We need this.
The country needs this.
A 6.3, 260 pound running back.
Don't take this away from us.
I know.
Well, they'll still use him on short yard situations.
I immediately thought of Riley Noakowski from Indiana last year.
Isn't that the kind of tight-end body he had?
How big was he?
No Kowski at the Combine.
I don't think he was that big.
6-2 and a quarter, 250.
I guess he was 60.
Indiana has him listed 6-1.
Well, they lied.
Oh, no.
Man, you show up to the Combine and you're like,
actually, no, much taller than that.
So, yeah, that's my thoughts.
I wonder if he plays that same kind of role offensively,
but they'll still give him the ball.
Brian gave us $2 super chat said thoughts on Dorian Thomas and Terrence Carter.
Well, obviously we gave you the Terrence Carter thoughts there.
Dorian Thomas is a tight end from Cal.
He is a redshirt junior this season.
I watched him.
So he's 6'4, 250 pounds.
I think he's a receiving only type of a tight end.
He's got high usage.
So I think that he's got a good feel for production, a good feel for being a receiver.
I think he's a decent mover for his size, some natural hands to him again.
Like a lot of the compliments of being a receiving tight end.
are there for him.
But I think he's a tight end only by name.
You can't put him in line.
And he just doesn't have,
he really doesn't have any success blocking,
even like those wing back alignments.
Like I think he's truly just,
if you want a bigger slot receiver,
I think he's somebody who could be useful for you.
But to me,
that's not really a priority type of player in the draft.
Right.
You know,
one of those past catching tight ends
that I don't know if he's a dynamic athlete.
He gets to move up
and play against even better competition
after being super, super productive last year.
So on the list, but not somebody I thought was, you know,
hovering even in this group.
I had like quite a few other guys that were sniffing around five.
Dorian Thomas would have been probably hovering around outside of 10.
Yeah, I'm with you.
I'm with you.
And then Brian gave us another one.
This is the last one, a $5 super chat.
He said, question for yesterday's episode.
What do you think of Melkart, Abu Jode?
I think maybe how you say this name?
and then Adam Trick as well.
Personally, I think are sleep hits or maybe sleepers.
Thanks for all that you do.
Sleep hits.
Sleep hits.
I could be. Yeah, I mean, we roll with that.
Brian, we appreciate it.
Thank you for the super chat.
I haven't watched either of those guys, but you are not the first person who has brought up Adam Trick.
So I need to watch Adam Trick.
No, that name I know for sure.
Yeah, I haven't watched him.
I think we had a couple of comments after the show telling us to watch him.
So I guess we got to get him on the radar.
Yeah, I want to look up if they have a list.
or spring.
For either of those guys?
Yeah, specifically for Trick.
He's obviously of where he plays.
Yeah, he is 6.3 and 3 quarters, 247.
Okay.
All right.
So a little bit later in Dresher, but.
Good grades from teams in the spring,
but that doesn't mean I've seen guys play so far above their preseason grades all the time
that I, that doesn't factor into how I do things.
Oh, Harry gave us one more here.
Did you watch Cooper Flanagan?
No.
The Titan from Notre Dame?
I didn't either.
I did not either.
No, we have a lot of suggestions.
Yeah, we've got a couple of new names here.
You got to get to.
Yeah, Flanagan, I'm trying to see.
No, I was going to say he didn't, he wasn't a, was he hurt last year?
Do he transfer?
Tony said, sure, Trevor.
I'm sure that you watched him.
What does that mean?
well flanagan what he played one game last year oh okay so he had four he had four catches the year
pure projection thing so this is just yeah i get it yeah okay he was hurt harry even said in the chat
i was hurt i was gonna say those are the ones that i always am like is it me and then it's like
well there's nothing to watch right right yeah who is who is that for me oh this year there was
there was somebody oh riley williams from mississippi state he's a red shirt
junior, but like, there's like no tape on him.
I just like couldn't really find.
He played two games last year.
And he did, he barely played and he transferred from Oregon State to Mississippi State.
There's just not enough on him where I just, I wasn't even comfortable putting it.
What did you think of his one catch for 15 yards last year?
I did it down.
Genuinely, didn't want that.
I'm just kidding.
I didn't even get to that in the tape.
I was like, yeah, we'll, we'll get to this guy eventually.
Eli with the first super chat here, $5 super chat.
This is earlier in the show.
I think this is in the pre portion of the show.
He said, I watched three games on 17 wide receivers.
Eli.
Nicely done, Eli.
That is a great.
Yeah, that is awesome.
Top 10 before you guys review yours, Smith, Coleman, Will.
Coleman Williams.
Okay, okay.
Wait.
No, because Coleman's later.
Who's Will?
No, Cam Coleman's five for him.
Ryan Coleman Williams is.
You are broken right now.
Am I broken?
Jeremiah Smith.
Cam Coleman.
Will.
Nick Marsh.
No, Cam Coleman is his fifth receiver.
He said that in the chat at some point of the show.
Nick Marsh, Omarian Miller,
Cam Coleman, Charlie Becker, KJ Duff, Junior Sherrill,
Robinson, Deuce Robinson, and then Matthews, I'm guessing,
is the Tennessee guy?
Mike Matthews, yeah.
Who is Will?
Ryan Coleman Williams is number two.
Oh.
He shortened Williams.
Hmm.
Mm-hmm.
First podcast.
You know,
in my defense,
let's move on to Tony Lee.
Tony Lee, $100 super chat.
So on behalf of all addicts,
welcome back, Trevor.
Scale from 1 to 10,
how hyped are you for Avengers Dumes Day?
I would say
Who is Will?
I would say
I'm an 8.5 at a 10
is the hype that I have for Doomsday.
What's the plot at this point?
How have they not run out of people yet?
No, they have. That's the thing.
Oh, they did?
That's why it's Doom's.
No, they ran out of,
they ran out of most legit people
after Infinity War and Endgame
and it was going so poorly
that they
That they...
New phenomenon unlocked in the chat.
All right.
In my defense, okay?
It wasn't easy.
No, no, no, no, no.
I'm reading the super chat
in our little box that we have
on the side of the screen.
And it says, it says Coleman.
And then on the other
the other line,
it says will.
So it looks like it's Coleman
and then you go to the other line below it
and that starts with Will.
Avengers Doomsday featuring Will.
Only Will can save the MCU now.
Yeah.
But eight and a half, Tony.
That's where I'm at.
I'm not even looking at the regular chat.
I'm sure I'm just getting absolutely.
Yeah, they're belayed.
They're getting your ass.
Yeah, it's all right.
It's all right.
That's the fun here.
That's why you got to tune in live.
You got to get to the after the episode portion of the show.
You just got to do it.
De Sauter, $2 Super Chat said,
Trev, is that hair slicked back or pushed back?
Phenomenal reference.
What's the Tim Robinson show?
I think you should leave.
They should leave.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So that's great reference for that.
Sloppy Stakes is your fondies.
This is pushback.
This isn't slicked back.
This is pushback.
Yeah, because it's got a little like...
A little movement to it.
Yeah, a little motion.
You and Cooper Barcate.
God.
forbid that me and Cooper Barcate get a little motion from the slot you know named after
Cooper Cup but dresses like Adam Thielen it's actually a great combo you you want to read the next
yeah uh start bench cut this from Samuel okay McDonald's BK and Wendy's this is pretty pretty
easy for me I think I'm going to go start McDonald's oh man this work it I'm gonna bench Wendy's
and cut BK.
Okay.
But it's weird because
you can make an argument
BK actually does have the best burger.
It's just nothing else moves me.
Man, I haven't had Burger King in like
a long time.
Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
So, I mean, it's an easy Wendy's Star
McDonald's, Wendy's Burger King.
This is an easy Wendy star for me.
Okay.
Yeah, yeah.
I'm a big, a big Wendy's guy.
Wendy's, Wendy's, and then Benchame McDonald's
and Cutting BK.
Yeah, BK.
Unless BK wants to sponsor the podcast.
In which case, of course, you know, it's start and bench BK, you know.
This one I have no problem with the order of McDonald's and Wendy's.
I just think BK has to probably be the cut.
Yeah, yeah.
And chat, chat agrees.
Wow.
Okay.
They're not.
Okay.
Nemo gave us another start bench cut.
Receiver edition.
Okay.
I'm worried here.
Shifty undersized slot.
Why is it?
Why is it?
I keep losing it.
6-4, 220.
pound contested catch spammer.
Okay.
Four to two,
40 yard one dimensional speed merchant.
Okay.
It's a nightmare.
I mean,
give me the 6-4-20020-pound receiver as the start.
Because just look across the NFL,
the hate rate is always going to be the highest on that three.
I agree.
The slot receiver is next for me.
Yeah,
because they can get open.
Yeah.
I just,
how many times do we have four two?
Ross.
Yeah, how many times do we have 14 players?
The third option is John Ross.
So I'm cutting John Ross, who was a colossal bust.
Yeah, I mean, yeah, correct.
You're correct.
I'm with you.
I'm with you there.
Scepter YT.
So I heard Super Chats are back.
I want to jump back in and donate to the NFLSC Pimp Our Yacht Fund.
Oh, yeah, there you.
Thank you, Sector.
Oh, yeah.
Appreciate it, Scepter.
Thank you.
It keeps, dude, it keeps bumping me to the very end of all ways.
It's all right.
Matt Holmes.
What's the ceiling for Roma Dunesay after his odd foot injury?
Question mark.
First four games, Rome last year looked like he was going to ascend,
then obviously the injury.
Strange one.
We know he's insanely talented,
but I mean, Trevor, the health was a thing.
Let's see that Bears' depth chart here.
You got Roma Dunez, you got Luther Burton.
I mean, Colston Loveland's obviously going to be a target monster for them as well.
But, like, Rome should be the top target getter on the team.
do you agree
I don't think it's that cut and dried
but they
I don't think it's like a landslide
but I think if Rome plays the full season
he should have the most targets
and then it'll be Loveland
and then it'll be Loveland
Burden's coming
no I know he is hey you don't got to tell me
burden was a top 15 player for me but I just
Jesus I just
what what
sensitive topic
yeah yeah I mean look
I thought the Luther Burden hate
was insane
And it looks like you'll be proven correct.
Yeah, I think I'll say this, Matt.
The only thing from the outside you could say is they're clearly confident in Rome's help this year
because they wouldn't just not only trade DJ more, but also not make a big effort to replace them.
So they think Rome's going to play a lot of snaps for them.
Axel Rho said Trevor's been in New York.
Has Connor been to Tampa?
I have been to Tampa, but I've spent more time in St. Pete.
Okay.
That's fair.
I don't know what...
Right next to each other.
St. Pete's got the beach, so it makes sense.
Yeah, good fishing.
Oh, that's true.
A big fishing guy.
Actually, I loved St. Pete.
Oh, St. Pete's cool.
Yeah.
It was phenomenal.
Yeah.
Big fan.
By the way, Rangers Lightning is one of the team's home openers this year.
I don't remember...
No way.
Really?
Yeah.
I think it's the Rangers home opener.
Let's look.
NFL SC.
Live meetup.
Yeah, I mean, could.
Genuinely.
All right.
Rangers home opener October 1st is the lightning.
Okay.
All right.
When's October 1st?
What day is that?
It's a what?
That's a great question.
I don't think it's a weekend because I think the Rangers open on the weekend before.
It is a Thursday.
Mm-hmm.
It's almost perfect.
Instead of Thursday night football?
Well, the garden, depending where you sit, has TVs.
Mm-hmm.
So you could go to the hockey game and still.
watch the Thursday night football might have to do it might have to make it happen yeah chat let us know
this uh this next super chat's for you from andrew Andrew uh said Connor any thoughts on the theoretical
jets trade making the rounds I've not seen this of two first for CJ Stroud I think it makes
sense but the 2027 class looks so good mm that's a weird one right because you're talking about
an organization that hasn't had a quarterback in forever but all Trevor and I just did for two hours
was talking about how sick the 2007 draft class is.
Yeah.
And the Jets have three first rounders to spend on it.
Yeah.
So this might seem totally insane.
I don't think today I'm jumping at that tree.
Would you do it if it was a 2028 and 2029?
Oh, yeah.
Okay.
All right.
Obviously, you have to pay him.
So you're totally...
Well, you're basically just renting him for a year to see if he's good and then you pay him
and then you still have your 2027 pick to do it.
Now, it's harder to hit on the 20207 pick,
but if you do, you have the rookie wage scale of that quarterback.
Wait, hold on.
Don't the Jets have three picks, three first round picks?
Mm-hmm.
Oh, brother, just get, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Just get rid of one of them.
Just draft like an adult for once.
All right, yeah, I think that that makes sense.
But I get it.
It's a good combo.
I guess both sides.
Exceptor said, how much would it cost us addicts to hire Jackson Darts,
a little bro, diesel dart.
to be Cameron Rogers personal trainer.
We will fund it challenge us.
I feel like this is a YouTube series.
This could be, yeah.
Cameron and Diesel.
That's pretty great.
That's actually our spin-off channel.
Yeah, I love that.
Yeah.
Wait, Donnie.
I don't know.
Donnie sent the corgi.
I don't know what that means.
No, we just got a corgi.
Fascinating.
I mean, it is like the, is it our pet now?
Like, I don't know.
I have no idea.
We need a name.
What's the name of the corgi?
Oh, man.
No, that's up to the chat.
That's up to the chat.
Let us know in the comments.
Makes the big decisions on the show.
What's the ideal landing spot for Smith?
I think Las Vegas Raiders, Jeremiah Smith has a nice ring to it.
How many of the QBs do you think go ahead of Jeremiah Smith?
Today, maybe one.
Today, one.
Yeah, today one and only one.
Yeah, one.
I think.
And then, I mean, where would he land?
who has what's the what's the biggest odds i mean yeah the raiders would be awesome am and mendoza together
bro say the jets i'm giving you the opportunity to say it yeah i would love that but just say the
i can't no i can't always be that guy i'll be it for you the jets that's why you're the best
jeremiah smith in new york yes with kade clubnick with kate clubnick and garret wilson
if you thought
Antonio Williams and Brian
Westco and T.J. Moore was sick.
Now Kate Klovenik has Garrett Wilson
and Jeremiah Smith and Omar Cooper.
Ian said
Clarifying him for the previous chat.
Do you think any non-quarterbacks
go ahead of Smith? Simmons, Stewart,
Moore are the guys I mainly see.
I haven't watched Leonard more yet.
People talk about him like he's a top five
lock. So I mean like maybe.
But I have a hard time thinking
even like the greatest corner you've ever seen
going ahead of Jeremiah Smith
just because it's not the day and age.
I think the only players that have a chance
are Colin Simmons or Dylan Stewart,
to be honest with you.
I think those are the only guys
that have a chance to go ahead of them.
I don't know what's going on here.
Somebody sent 6-7.
And then somebody sent an uncle alert.
Yeah, and then Jonathan sent an uncle alert.
Is that currency?
Can I go to the...
bodega and use uncle alert to get like a pack of modello what's the what's the porn exchange on
this what's the exchange rate when i show up on my paris vacation can i use the corgi at the exchange
center i'll give you one uncleard sir could you imagine that conversation bro we were not that far
away from it with like where all the early metaverse stuff was going and like the way that people
talked about NFTs and like all that stuff we were not that far away from it but society put their
foot down yeah that would have been just the wild west like you go to get a sandwich and you're
like okay i can give you this percentage of my bitcoin for this sandwich i'll give you this i'll give you
this screenshoted picture of this monkey oh that sandwich yes you were bringing up top shot
was that not the dumbest idea in the history of bad ideas here's the thing though
somebody out there got very rich from it that's always and for them it wasn't a dumb idea
but in the grand scheme of things i was trying me trying to explain nfts to my parents
was was was a was just a it was it was it was a time it was a time not even i'm not even going to
open that,
I'm anything to crack that door.
No,
absolutely not.
Tony Lee gave us another super chat.
If you can go back and watch
any college player in person,
who would you choose?
Reggie Bush.
Reggie Bush.
It's not even,
yeah,
all day.
Or honorable mention
Pat White and Steve Slate.
Oh, man.
It's one of the sickest highlight tapes ever.
Truly.
Trinidady,
Nick Harbour is the Mike Evans of Usain Boltz.
That's actually incredible.
Yeah.
Yeah.
sports debate arena gave you one for the next one.
Connor, the Jets are picking early and choosing Jeremiah Smith or a quarterback.
Which quarterbacks would you take over Smith if available, which wouldn't you, let's say the Colts,
picks 11.
Okay, so he's saying the Jets picks the worst one, but the Colts pick 11.
So you're getting Smith and then a quarterback at 11?
Yeah.
What quarterback would I take over Jeremiah Smith?
I mean.
Oh, oh, oh, oh.
I guess ours.
Maybe Arch.
But like I'm not, I don't feel great about it.
Right, right.
I'd rather just take Smith and then can I get C.J. Carr who I really like or we'll see what Mestemaker does this year at 11.
Turned Ed Chambley.
Oh, yeah, 11, yeah.
Well, maybe not at 11.
Yeah.
Hey, maybe at 11.
You never know.
Uh, no Oregon duck wide receivers.
Nope.
Did not have any Oregon.
Yeah, we talked a little for you in there.
Um.
Let's see.
I'd have 10 beers a piece with the NFL head coach.
Who would it be?
That's from the football frauds.
Oh, who?
Which head coach we want 10 beers with?
Dude, Jason Lights.
I know I know I'm biased here with the box thing, but like, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, you're
right, right, sorry, sorry.
Jason Light's not calling plays.
Dude, Jason Light is just, I mean, he'd be the coolest dude to get 10 beers with,
let me tell you.
I think he'd be the GM to pick.
Yeah.
Head coach, I mean, it's a chalky answer, but I would say McVeigh.
Who would be the...
But 10 beers is a long,
is, that's a long time.
Like, did you read drink?
Do you get a little burnt out with McVeigh?
Yeah.
Ten beers, ten beers you've also,
you kind of got to like get a head coach
that you get into mischief with, you know?
Because like 10 beers, a lot of beers.
But only a certain amount.
Yeah, just a very limited amount of mischief.
Like, I don't want to be in the news.
I just want to have a good time.
Can you imagine how fast McVeigh would talk after 10 beers?
That's my fear that it's like,
beer seven and it's just it's just 900 miles an hour and you're like oh my god yeah somebody else sent us
a corgi by the way so now we've got two corgis well next vacation i have a lot to exchange
hello good sir the trade the trade meme um you receive two digital corgis i receive nine million
euros uh blake said um how high are you on dallas and vb three go gators treb i mean yeah
those two are awesome.
I mean,
Connor,
these are two underclass
and wide receivers,
Dallas Wilson
and Vernel Brown
the third.
They're very,
very talented.
I'm obviously pumped
to see them again
this year, but they were
freshmen last year.
They're sophomores this year
so they're not even draft eligible.
Kevin said the Mike Evans of currency
is the corgis,
which makes...
I love it,
which puts a bow on all this.
So I appreciate everybody
with the Super Chats.
Appreciate everybody watching the episode.
We will be back with you
for defensive tackles.
Next week as we're
trying to round out
this summer scouting
series before we get to college football season, the NFL season. It's going to be here before we know it.
Thanks, folks.
