Clubdick's a nice little game manager.
I didn't, damn, I.
Little sounded insanely condescending.
You're absolutely big dogging him.
That was, that was tough.
There's no way around it.
Nice catch little guy.
Clubnik.
You can't stand him.
Is a nice young man.
Peter said he little broed him.
I'm sorry, Cade.
He didn't deserve that.
What's up, Munchkins?
Finally got to try the red chimichir, and I got to say,
Audric Estim.
Also, who do you think wins MVP?
Matthew 2-yard touchdown, Stafford, or Drake, the schedule.
I'll hang up and listen.
Thanks.
I think Stafford wins.
We don't have a vote.
I think staff.
I also think that.
I think the voters will vote for Stafford.
Yeah.
And I have no problem with that.
I don't really have a strong MVP stance.
I think you should be Stafford.
I would have, I would have voted for Stafford,
but I'm not going to sit here and tell you like it's a,
it's not a great MVP year was what it really makes you think.
Nah, I think Stafford.
I think Stafford, I think he's going to win.
I think it's Stafford.
after that Jags game, I might give it to Josh Allen.
Holy cow.
I mean, he's a man alone.
He's a man alone out there.
My goodness.
Vinny $10 super chat.
Hi guys.
Oh, longtime Jets fan.
What happened to the Cade Klubnick and Garrett Nussmeyer height?
There's one bad year really make them bad QBs.
Would it be solid options for the Jets in the fourth round or later?
I think Garrett Nussmeier might go third round.
Yeah, I was going to say, I'm not out.
And we're going to do the quarterback show actually in the next two weeks.
Yeah, yeah.
But I'm not out on Nussmeyer at all.
I thought Clubnik was awful this year.
Well, I think with both of those quarterbacks,
the problem is an answer to Vinnie's question is the concerns that you had about those
quarterbacks came true in a very, very real way this year.
That's exactly right.
Nussmeier was, okay, he's a gunslinger, but he's a smaller, shorter gunslinger,
and is he going to be able to rein it in when he needs to?
He did not.
He played through pain.
He played hurt.
I understand that, but he did not.
Clubnik was okay
Club Nick's a nice little game manager
I didn't damn I
Little sounded insanely
You're absolutely big dogging him
That was that was tough
Yeah there's no way around it
Nice catch little guy
Club Nick
You can't stand him
Is a nice young man
And I think he's a good game manager
quarterback but when he really needs to push it
I think that's when he really struggles
And it's hard to draft the quarterback
who that's their M.
It's hard to draft the quarterback high, who that is their M.
Yeah.
Well, a much longer combo on these guys in the quarterback show.
Peter said he little brod him.
He did.
I'm sorry, Cade.
Everything I've heard about Kate, he's a great dude.
I'm sorry, Cade.
He didn't deserve that.
Corporate Valhalla, CPT, Valhalla.
Did a Patriots mock draft today,
and Mike McCarthy told me I should have drafted Nussmeyer
instead of Jolie in the third round trick,
May. Yeah, quarterbacks have higher wins above average scores. So yeah.
Mike knows ball. It's why he's about to get another job. That's true.
De Stater. Yeah, go ahead. Go ahead. Thank you for the $5 super chat. Pal. No quippy comment today.
Love y'all in the addicts. Drake May. That's a beauty of a super chat. Yeah, my pet $5.
Some chimpanzees. Okay. All right. Interesting.
After hearing your correct take on Taylor, Taylor, Ham, I know that you'll be spitting great takes on Colson Love one.
Two for two day for us.
There you go.
Wisco, thank you for the Super Chat.
Thanks for getting me on the intro made my day.
You're welcome.
Thanks for contributing to the show.
Yeah.
Chad, $5.
Super Chat.
Sub champs.
Connor is the Kyle.
Menongia.
Monongia of Tom Rinaldi's.
Wow.
Also, Harmon's a lifesaver for the Steel City.
Thanks, Chad.
Lifesaver for their run defense.
That's for sure.
Yeah.
Nice words from Chad.
Arlo, thank you for the $5 super chat.
Good day, Little Engines.
At this moment in time,
would you rather we have Loveland or Warren,
different styles, of course.
I don't know who you're representing
when you say we.
Would we?
Oh, would you?
Would you rather we have the collective?
They're just so different.
Oh, wait, yeah.
Would you have Loveland?
I don't know what team you're talking about,
but I think both teams clearly.
they knew exactly what they needed and both went to the right landing spot.
So I wouldn't swap either of them if that's what you're asking.
Axel's back with a start bench cut.
We always look forward to these.
Start bench cut.
Hungover Barry Sanders,
half blind Walter Payton,
or a one-armed Emmett Smith.
I mean,
I think hungover Barry would be fine.
Barry doesn't strike me as somebody that like,
I think I think the obvious one is to start hungover Barry Sanders.
That's the starter.
And then I think I'm benching half blind.
Me too.
Yeah.
I think he'd be fine.
He seems like he's got, you know, the senses.
Yeah, you're still going to run through your face and scissor kick his way up the skyline.
And then.
Josh, sorry, like, you got one arm right now.
Josh $20 to chat.
$20.
Who appreciate you, Josh?
Thank, Josh.
Connor, are you aware that Smuckers has officially licensed uncrustible apparel?
If we get a full special teams episode, I will send you a shirt of your choosing.
Thanks, Josh.
Maybe we'll do the kickers return.
That sounds like a threat.
It might be.
We don't do special teams, but maybe this is the year.
You know what?
Smuckers should send all of us on across the board.
I saw one of those memes on Instagram where it's yellow's accounts that make the big graphics with the big words.
But it's a joke.
And it was the Colts near the end of the season.
And it was like breaking news.
It was like for week 17.
Like they were still playing.
It was like, the Colts are threat.
to play football again this Sunday.
I just reminded me of that for some reason.
Dude, those are, those are so funny.
Felipe, thank you for the super chat.
Greetings from Brazil.
Yay.
With the promising rookie season of Dart,
Trevor hates him,
do you guys believe that could help Trinidad
become a late first round pick?
I don't think there'll be correlation between the two.
Yeah.
As much as the same school and, you know,
not the biggest guys.
Dart is bigger than Trinidad.
Yeah, yeah.
But it's not like one, six, six, and the other five 11.
I think it's class going to get real interesting.
Yeah, I think the Trinidad combo is going to be,
I don't want to step too deep into it yet until we do quarterbacks.
I agree.
There's so much work left to do for me on Trinidad,
but I think Trinidad is in a, as good of a place as you could ever expect an older,
undersized one year at this level starter.
Yep.
could be.
Like,
it's very optimistic outlook for him.
DC on our $2 super chat.
He said,
I lied.
Connor,
clickbait Supreme Rogers.
What was clickbait?
I think where I started the show being like,
this isn't going to be like,
get up.
We're going to be careful with the grades.
Oh,
oh, oh,
oh.
And then I got accused.
Well,
if you pay us enough,
then it'll absolutely devolved.
Yeah,
I'll give somebody an F
just because.
Totally.
Travis,
thank you for the $5 super chat.
It's squirt world out there.
If Kevin Petulow is,
It's fired.
If Kevin Petulow isn't fired by the end of the week, I'm going to roundhouse kick something.
Yeah, that's fair.
Just not another person.
No, preferably.
Or if they are another person.
Don't break your foot.
But if it is another person, a sanctioned UFC event.
Yeah.
Actually, hell in a cell Thursdays at that bar that I went to in Tampa.
That's the time to break out the round house.
That's the time to do it.
Yes.
$8.5 super chap.
Really grateful that y'all are stopping at pick 32 because then they pick,
next eight picks are the best run of picks in the whole draft, except for, of course, my fans.
Yeah, you had Swessinger.
You had some really good picks in that run.
Jane Higgins was in that one.
Yeah.
Yeah, see what Luther Burton.
Luther Burton.
Man, what a run.
Ooh, baby.
Yeah.
Yeah, good call.
Patrick, thank you for the super chat.
Which senior bowl attendee can you foresee being the biggest riser?
Oh.
My name is Grayson Halton, ranked 241 on PFF.
Do you guys do an episode on it after we do a mock draft after the senior bowl Friday morning?
And we'll do some senior bowl coverage for sure.
I don't know.
I don't have anybody off the top of my head.
Connor, let's look this up really quick.
And then you could bolt and I can do the rest of these here.
You know who can regain his status, Trevor?
Okay, let's hear it.
T.J. Parker.
Oh, okay.
All right.
T.J. Parker was just okay this year,
considering what he was coming into the year.
We're doing the edge rush episode on Wednesday, by the way, guys.
Yes, we are.
So, but keep going on.
I didn't mean to cut you off.
No, no, no, that's really all I had.
That was my answer to the question.
Reiser?
Let's see.
I think that's a good answer.
I think your boy Tim Keenan can earn some fans with him being a boulder in the middle.
Yep.
And you know, a guy I didn't have on the wide receiver show,
but he was a stock up guy for me this year.
And I remember you liked him too during the year.
Kevin Coleman Jr. from Missou.
Yeah.
Like he's somebody that I think will do really well in the one-on-ones.
So he's somebody that'll be very interesting because he's very small.
Yep.
And if he gets bullied in press, we'll know all we need to know.
But if he's like Tank Dell out there, well, all of a sudden,
I think a lot of people are going to be very impressed with how he's going to be able to play one-on-one.
So those are a couple of names and obviously we'll continue to cover this as we get to that in a couple weeks.
All right.
You can chat.
Thanks, pal.
Good stuff, everyone.
See you, brother.
Appreciate you guys.
All right, I'm going to keep going to run through these.
short $2 super chat.
Shmar had zero NCA production and he's bad.
Shocked.
It doesn't always work like that, but.
Unfortunately in this instance, it did.
Okay.
Jay six, no, $10 super chat.
I can't sell him short.
So little tikes with the rise of Parker, Parker, Washington, Washington,
and the trade for Myers, could you see Travis Hunter becoming a full-time
cornerback?
I'll hang up and listen.
Thanks.
I can.
Yeah.
You know, it's, it's, I don't think you draft him.
number two to only play him at one side of the ball.
I'm going to be completely honest with you.
I think he will play both sides of the ball no matter what.
But certainly trading for Jacobi Myers, Parker Washington being who he is,
you get the feeling that the Jags are going to go more towards what I felt like they
should have all along, and that is playing Travis Hunter as a corner mainly,
and then having a handful of special plays for him on offense.
So I could absolutely see that.
P.D, $10 Super Chat.
I know you guys are doing first round picks,
but would you grade Judkins RB1,
given his production,
compared to Gentie and others?
No.
I don't think that I would.
Gentie is tough to like re-rank.
I would still take a healthy
Omari and Hampton from what we saw this year over Judkins.
But that's not to take anything away from how Woe Judkins has played.
He has been fantastic.
He was great for the Browns.
Obviously, he was a mainstay in their offense before he got hurt.
So pre-injury, I think it'd be certainly closer,
but I would still take O'Mari and Hampton,
but Judkins obviously was fantastic this year.
Just because Omari and Hampton,
I think the level of athlete that he is is even a little bit above,
like what Judkins was.
So that's why I feel that way.
Panthers fan, $5.
Some little dogs.
This is the first time I've been able to make it to you guys,
make it to a live, appreciate all the good work you do.
Well, hopefully you enjoyed it.
Glad to have you in this live.
We'll be here every single Monday and Wednesday.
Sad Giants fan, $6.
You could not be happier as the New York Jets.
Trevor Sykima pertinent cold open.
I wasn't even trying to cold open farm that time.
But given the Jets hope, that's what I'm trying to do.
Which Tony Lee, right after this, $10 super chat,
believe Tony Lee is a Jets fan.
What's up, LoBros?
Give me an underrated show that you guys love all time.
Mine's The Leftovers 3, really good seasons,
Episode International Assassin is also peak TV for me.
Man, what's an underrated show?
I'm not a huge show guy.
Does Scrubs count?
I don't know if Scrubs count,
because obviously it's huge.
It was like nine seasons,
and it was on cable TV.
But I think when people think of, like, cable TV like that,
everybody mentions friends,
they'll mention how I met your mother,
Big Bang Theory.
They'll mention a bunch of shows like that.
I don't think that Scrubs gets talked about enough.
Maybe that's not underrated enough.
But I love Scrubs.
I remember growing up watching TV late at night with my mom who was such a night owl.
And she would always be watching Scrubs.
And like that's where I first watched the show.
And I absolutely loved it.
I thought it was hilarious.
Donald Faison, Zach Braff.
John C. McGinley, like all those guys are just, they were so good. Wait, is it Johnson McGinley? Is that his name? I'm not missing it up?
Yes, Johncy McGinley. Yes, yes, yes. They're phenomenal. I love that show so much. So again, I don't know if that's underrated enough. But Paging is saying, I'm not a big show guy. I'm not a big show guy. I'll tell you. Wait, Peter's correct. Oh, no. What's Peter saying? Oh, you got to watch the league. I've watched a little bit of the league.
That's a decent. That's a decent. That's Peter's answer right there.
Venture bros, people are saying in the chat. Fargo. I've seen commercials for Fargo, but playmakers.
Let's see. Banshee. Community bro. Survivor Man. Junkyard Wars.
You guys remember Battlebots? It just reminded me of Battlebots. Fear Factor.
Trevor Switch up, Sigma. Bint my ride, obviously. Watch tires. I've watched tires. I've watched
You better believe that I've watched tires.
I have to think about that an underrated show.
Yeah, now you're going to make me think about that the rest of the day.
All $5 super chat, Trevor and Connor, have some holiday pounds on them.
Whoa, easy, easy.
They need to shape up for the live seven round draft stream, 101 days for the 2026 NFL draft.
Hey, you better watch it.
Although we are going to do the marathon seven round mock draft stream again.
Brady, $5 super chat, day off work.
So I was finally able to catch a live.
stream. Glad you enjoy the estimate photo, Trevor, and thanks Connor for making it happen.
Brady, so cool. I just, again, I was, I was sort of at a loss for, when I opened the package,
I was truly at a loss for words. So cool of you to do that. Extremely thoughtful. We are going
to truly cherish it. And if we ever have an, like an NFLSC studio where we're doing the
show as a person, you better believe that will absolutely be on the wall for everybody to see
at all times. $10 from Trondor.
elite reference for those who get it.
Hello, Trevor and Connor, I guess.
The Badlands Discord demands that you edit the Membo grade to an A++ plus.
Thank you, Brady, Brady, Cook, Cook.
Membo is obviously fantastic.
We talked about that.
Jay, with thoughts on Kiwan Lacey.
I think Keywon Lacey's a stud.
Key one Lacey would be RB2 in this draft.
No question about it behind Jeremiah Love.
He's awesome.
That is a future.
your NFL back who just happens to still be playing college football.
The Ole Miss running back for those of you who don't know.
Trainor daddy, $5, Super Chat.
Just turned a lock that no one else in my office can turn.
And now I know what it feels like to be Connor after eating in HGH uncrustable.
Is it the gym?
Is that what you're locked into?
Or are you busting the door open?
It's got to be one of those two things.
Tyler, $5, Super Chat, long time listener, just finished Air Force Basic Training and have a
ton to catch up on super excited. Tyler, congratulations. That's awesome. Way to survive basic
training. Congratulations, my friend. Glad to be here for you to catch up on all of these episodes
here. Okay, Tyler, just the chef on the fly. There we go. The Armand Membu grade. It's an A plus,
plus, plus, plus. Therefore, the Badlands listeners. So don't say that the chef never did anything
for you guys. Hey, it's Ash. Membu should be rookie of the year for being real, in my opinion.
I would have Membu probably,
God, man.
Membue is awesome.
And playing in the trenches as a rookie playing really was great.
But like, dude, Ted McMillan,
Tyler Shuck, how he played,
how Colson Loveland has played down the stretch.
Tyler Warren was unbelievable.
I think there are so many that are worthy of rookie of the year this year.
So I understand what you're saying.
He's in that conversation.
So many are worthy.
in my opinion.
Dave, $5 Super Chat,
sub-stinkers,
in a band with my buddies,
and an unfinished song I named after prospects
that y'all like.
Working on Justin Jolie right now,
later, Pounders,
whenever you release the track,
you better put it into the Discord.
The Discord better be that
the second you get that master file,
it better go straight into the Discord
if it's titled Justin Jolie.
I used to love when,
I feel like Screamo bands
were really the only bands
to do this, but they would like name songs, things that had nothing to do with the songs themselves.
I kind of missed that creativity.
So I actually love that you're bringing it back here, Dave.
Well done.
Ulog, $2 super chat.
The Steelers run defense was, is Harmon injured or not?
Bad or good?
I can't tell.
Steelers run defense was better when harm was out there.
So that's what I'll say about that.
Jeff, $10 super chap.
Love the Mecca.
Still cannot believe that we didn't.
take Jehad Campbell. Oh, for the, for the Buccaneers, I would have drafted Jihad Campbell.
The whole reason why the Buccaneers, I think, did not draft Jihad Campbell is because he had
that shoulder injury, which got flagged at the combine, and they were worried about, you know,
long-term durability for them. And I can understand that shoulder injuries for a position in which
your job is to, like, make contact with your shoulder constantly, that's, it's tough.
I can understand being skeptical about that. I really do. But Jihad Campbell has been fantastic.
Sports debate arena, $5 super chat. Do you two think that?
that the Booker and Zabel picks helped two teams fix their bad O-Lines
will now affect how interior offensive line is valued.
Will it help Oane stock?
I mean, yeah, I suppose.
It certainly doesn't hurt.
I think that general managers could look at those situations
and look at how those two really helped.
But, I mean, to be honest about those two situations,
Tyler Booker's getting drafted into a situation that already had established guys
along the offensive line.
He was just a new piece and he was good along the long.
with them. And then for Zabel, like, yeah, the interior offensive line wasn't that great,
but you have two really good offensive tackles in Abe Lucas and Charles Cross. You're adding
another good player there. It was still an up and down interior year for the Seahawks,
but it was better because Grable was out there. I think there are a lot of, there are plenty
of teams that are going to need interior offensive line, but they're still going to value that.
But it's never going to be at the level that offensive tackle is. Sad Giants fan and Leaves fan,
seven hour super chat. Connor knows ball. Trevor stop hating. Giants. Yeah, that makes sense.
out. I'm just saying. I'm just saying. I wasn't the biggest Jackson Dart fan of him when he was
coming into a draft. So I'm going to need a little bit of time. I'm going to need to see a little bit more,
especially in the passing game. I really am. The big Drew, $20 super chat. We appreciate you,
Drew. Thank you for the $20. Way late to the show, but Diesel Dart has me thinking about how good Orlando
era shack would have been as a football player. I think you would have been a natural pass rusher or
receiving style tight end. What do you guys think? You don't even have to go to Shaq.
Zion Williamson's playing the wrong sport. Zion Williamson should be playing football.
Be better on his knees, in theory, being hit in the knees.
You get a little bit more cardio in there.
Wouldn't have gotten drafted in New Orleans, we don't think. And so you don't,
you don't have the temptation of New Orleans food, which I get it, my guy. I get it.
New Orleans is probably the best food city in America. Just because you're going to be
honest with you guys for specific location cuisine Zion Williamson should be
should be Russian the passer that's all I'm saying uh gaming time five dollar super chat
couldn't have imagined couldn't have imagined how my devils would play since my last
super chat please save me from this hell I'll do anything including wash my hands go bolts baby
that's all I got to say about that devils are having a rough time not not ideal Brad
$10 super chat.
Miles Murphy, 26, 27,
defensive player of the year bet is going to hit
like red chimmy churry.
Brad, I hope you hit it.
Because if you do,
you'll retire early.
And we support the addicts here.
We only want what's best for the addicts.
Zach, $2 super chat.
What would you do with Bryce if you were the pounders?
Pick up the fifth year option for sure,
but I'm not giving an extension this offseason.
I'm not doing it.
Like, I get that you want to get ahead of the quarterback
thing. I understand that Bryce played well in the last playoff game,
and I understand that there is reason to believe that, like,
Bryce could continue to get better.
We're also not that far removed from him being so bad that you benched him a year ago, right?
I mean, like, that's, that is within the near rearview mirror.
So Bryce has been improving the way that you have wanted to.
The consistency isn't quite there yet.
Next year, let that next year be the do or die year.
Let it be the do or die year with Dave Canales.
And you see, are you ascending?
Are you winning the division again next year?
Are you even in better shape?
Are you winning 10, 11 games?
Bryce is a lot better.
Like, give it another year.
I think a lot of teams make the financial mistake of, yes,
it's very valuable to get ahead of things and get those contracts in early.
But I am still not at the point where I would be giving Bryce Young a major extension like that.
You've got them on the fifth year option, pick that up, play on it next year.
Actually, so next year would be the fourth year and then you would have a fifth year after that.
So yeah, I'm not discussing an option or an extension for him at all right now.
Just let him play next year before you make any sort of contract decisions.
Odin $5 super chat.
First live show.
Love you guys.
We appreciate you, Odin.
Do you think Caleb Ransaw can start for the Jags next year?
Man, hell of an athlete.
But the Jags have so solid safeties now.
Are they both free agents?
Let's see.
Jags Free Agents, 26.
What's your safety room look like next year?
Okay, so Wingeret is a free agent.
Antonio Johnson played really well this year.
I know that those two played really well down the stretch.
But I think that Ransaw could get in there.
Yeah, absolutely.
Jerry and Jones sort of plays that slot role for them as well.
They'll have Travis Hunter in the mix.
Antonio Johnson and Caleb Ransaw,
I could see that being the starting safety duo for them.
Birdman, 10-0-Sheap, which is up, Pipsqueaks, off topic.
Can you all talk about the Oklahoma defense?
Our Mason Thomas, obviously,
but anyone else that you guys are excited about,
appreciate you both.
Somebody mentioned Grayson Houghton a little bit earlier.
He is pretty intriguing.
Man, is there somebody else that I had high on my board?
Let me see.
I'll go almost near his depth chart.
Guys, I've watched.
I don't know if I've watched.
Oh, Robert Spears-Janning, I like as a hard-hitting
rover type of a middle-of-the-field safety defender.
Payton Bowen, I watched a little bit of.
I like him as well.
I think that both of those guys are really solid players
from what I've seen.
Dude, Sammy Omisigo, I think is how you say his last name?
I hope he didn't transfer it.
He transferred?
I'm not sure.
I think he's got some really nice range in coverage.
I think he's an underrated player.
I think he's got some potential NFL ability to him
because of how good he could be in coverage.
Hopefully he didn't transfer.
And I'm ripping up old wounds there.
Chuba Wibuva, $2 super chat.
Name the QB show, the Goatmire special, please.
We will see what I can do.
The chef has now heard your request.
Yul Yong, $2 super chat.
Last Steelers head coach to lose in Monday Night Football at home was Chuck Null.
That's crazy, if that's true to Nol.
That's crazy.
Again, the Buccaneers could never.
Peter, good way to end it here.
Peter, $10 super chat.
What's up, pork rolls?
Watch it.
it's Taylor ham rolls to you.
How much do I need the super chat for y'all to give the Packers an F for the rest of eternity
and ultimately remove them from the mock draft simulator?
Love you guys.
That's a question I'll have to run up the chain to first to Mike McCarthy, obviously the overlord and see what he says.
Obviously with Packers ties, it might be tough to convince him.
And then he'll run it up the chain to the boss man, Chris Collinsworth, who gets obviously all the final decisions there with the MDS.
A plan of the week, folks, sent by Western and Southern Financial Group, a game plan for
your financial future. I'm going to say the game plan of the week, man, probably the Patriots
and just how much they absolutely blitz the crap at that Chargers offensive line. I think I talked
this one talking about this one on Monday, but that's the game plan of the week because it worked
to perfection. I think that that's, that was the best game plan because it was more than the
Patriots have ever blitz anybody before. And they just simply said, hey, these guys can't handle it. So
we're just going to run straight at them. And until they, you know, tell us that they can handle it,
we're just going to keep doing it. Well, they weren't able to handle it.
It's a pretty good game plan.
Just like every team wins starts with a great game plan.
Your future should as well with life insurance built like a championship roster.

Western Southern built to win back by over 130 years of helping.
people protect what matters most.
With more going back, give me Rvel Reese or David Bailey at two,
rebuild this defense.
I think you'll see those names,
including also Caleb Downs and Rubin Bain,
all mocked to the Jets quite a bit of two.
So we should have probably said this in the episode,
sort of been better.
We both watched Arville Reese,
and we both think he's a linebacker.
Yeah, that can give you that,
yes, you know, downhill ability.
but you're not just playing him as a full-time edge.
Right.
I think he is going to be more valuable for NFL teams as an off-ball linebacker.
And I think he is just a freak athlete at that.
And we'll talk about him when we get the linebackers because there's a lot of good ones.
Vinny, $10 super chat.
Hi, guys.
Objectively, the running back class is a week class this season.
Do you see any running an insane 40 time or having a crazy athletic score
and possibly moving up the draft boards at that position?
We got any track guys?
We did the running backs.
I know.
Demogeybourne was a former track guy.
Yeah, he's going to fly.
He was a sprinter.
He can fly.
Yeah, he's going to fly.
He's just smaller.
Yeah, but I don't really see.
No, not right now.
I don't have a guy like that.
We said during the time, like Nick Singleton can rebuild his stock from the combine.
We can rebuild him.
Oh, who's his one?
Oh, Levy on Moss.
Levy on Moss is also a sprinter.
Oh, sub 11,
sub 11 100 meter dash in high school.
Maybe that's one of the,
maybe that's the guy.
All right,
Labion Moss.
Oh, dude.
And then Desmond Reed from Pittsburgh.
Yes,
of course.
Boom.
Yes.
He can fly as well with the 170 way in.
Yeah,
there you go.
Sonder with the second pick,
the jet select tailing green.
I don't think that'll happen.
Sonder.
They don't need a tight end.
Yeah, exactly.
Whiscoll $5 super chat.
Thoughts on Anthony Lucas.
And if he's fit for Green Bay in that expected range,
the F F mock draft simulator,
hasn't been in late 60s,
consensus board around 140.
Yeah, I think that Lucas probably ends up being,
honestly, like in the middle of that.
I feel like he's going to be closer
to like a fringe top 100 type of player,
but definitely feels like a Green Bay Packers type of player
with the size and the length that he has.
So yes, he is, I do think that he is a fit for Green Bay
and the kind of player that they like to draft.
Patrick with the $5 super chat,
do you gents consider discuss character concerns
in terms of potential draft impact for a player such as Bailey,
the photographer issue.
So not in the middle rankings,
unless it's egregious.
Like if like we took a guy going into summer scouting has it.
We talked about Seth Begown a lot, right?
We were transparent with that one and how he's rebuilt his image.
I typically hear more things like that after the combine.
Right, right.
Because the teams meet with all the players and they're going.
all the background work this time for me, Trevor,
and I think it's the same for you,
is really just about the tape study.
It is, yes, yes.
So, like, we, we discuss it, obviously,
if it's something that needs to be discussed once we get into March and April,
but a lot of that happens after the combine and after a lot of, you know,
like we get to talk with team sources and league sources and agents and things like that.
So we do talk about it, but not as much here.
Like you said, it's more about the film at this time of the year.
Jack Fido or Super Chat,
I emailed the Golden Gloves to nominate the podcast, maybe next year, kids.
Is a Giants fan, am I wrong, dreading Joe Shane returning as a general manager?
I'm not as I'm not as big of a Joe Shane hater as I think Giants fans are.
And I can understand why Giants fans don't love Joe Shane because it hasn't been as good as it could have been.
But it kind of sounds like if John Harbaugh is going to take the coaching job,
then maybe Joe Shane is not going to be the general manager anymore.
so I don't even know if he's still going to be the general manager.
I don't, I don't, I'm not as big of a critic on Joe Shane as I think the Giants fans are at large,
but I can understand not being super jazzed about him, still being the GM.
I can understand it.
I don't blame Giants fans.
I think it's, it's well known.
They should have started with a clean slate, but there was also some.
Yes, I will definitely agree with you there.
I felt like they always should have started with a clean slate, yes.
Uh, Moosefer, Moose.
Thank you for the $2 super chat with no text.
And then the $5 super chat, hey little game managers, went to Charlotte this past weekend for the coach's convention, got barbecue.
It only had two sides, first chimicherry now this.
Trevor, what's going on in your, your town over there?
Two sides.
Oh, well, well, hold on.
That's not a, that's not just like a Charlotte thing.
Like, that's a barbecue thing.
You get a plate in two sides.
Like that's a common thing anywhere you go.
You got to order.
You got to go to the extra mile.
You got to do the research.
You got to get the big dog platter.
You got to get the big dog plate.
Three sides.
And it usually says in parentheses shared.
Yeah, yeah.
You don't know me.
Watch this.
Every single time I see that, it's a challenge.
Anything that says family of four, you know, whatever, that's just a challenge.
That's all that reads as to me.
I like it.
Axel.
$10 Super Chap.
All right, Goofy Goof.
Turned it up a notch.
Here we go.
This is the,
every episode,
start bench cut.
Start bench cut.
Aaron Donald,
Brian Erlacker,
Ronnie Lott,
Reggie Wayne,
Ray Lewis,
Champ Bailey,
Bruce Smith.
Reggie White.
Oh,
Reggie White,
sorry,
Reggie White,
Ray Lewis,
Champ Bailey.
Reggie Wade
rushing the passer.
Good.
All fame.
Bruce Smith,
Derek Brooks,
Troy,
Paula,
Oh, man.
Wow.
I'm probably going to go start Reggie White, Ray Lewis, Champ Bailey.
I'm going to bench Aaron Donald, Brian, or Lacker, Ronnie, Lott.
Oh, what?
I don't know.
I don't know.
How do I cut Bruce Smith, Derek Brooks, Troy Palomalo?
That's what I'm saying.
I know I'm starting Reggie White, Ray Lewis, and Champ Bailey.
I'm starting Bruce Smith, Derek, Brooks, Troy, Palomalo.
That's the one that I, I, I,
I think I'd flip it.
I can't believe I'm saying this,
but I'm somehow benching a trio that has Aaron Donald in it.
That's,
that is good.
Nice job, Axel Ron.
I think I'm cutting that one.
I think I'm cutting that one.
I mean,
that's what I meant.
That's what I meant.
How am I cutting an Aaron Donald's trio?
I'm starting Bruce Smith,
Derek Brooks, Troy, Palomalu,
and then benching Reggie White or Reggie Wayne,
Ray Lewis and Champ Bailey.
And then I'm cutting Aaron Donald Pry and her like her.
I'm not a lot.
Sad Giants Leaves fans.
Thank you for the $7 super chat.
With picks 16 and 44,
the Jets bring Mackay Lemon and Dominique Orange
to the big apple where they compete in the fruit salad bowl.
I like that.
Also, two realistic picks for the Jets at 16 and 44.
You know ball.
Sorry, responding to a text really quick.
Joshua, $10 super chap.
Time to start dreaming up a Jets offense of Arch Manning,
throwing touchdowns to Garrett Wilson,
Tate, and McIlley.
Lemon. Just score all the points.
Hope someone wants to come up to two and have a treasure chest of picks for 27.
So Joshua is saying that they're trading back from number two, still drafting high enough to draft Carnel Tate, then also drafting McIell Lemon with, what do they have, 16, 17?
16.
And then Archmanning next year.
They called him a madman.
Yeah, who's laughing when the Jets win a Super Bowl in three years.
Right, right.
We'll go back to the Super Chat.
No one because it won't happen.
I love the Super Chat, Joshua.
I do too.
I do too.
All right, I got to get out of here.
Yeah, I'm going to read a couple more of these and then we'll close up shop.
See, everybody.
Mediocrity Incarnate.
Thank you for the $10 super chat.
Happy Wednesday, my fellow DeAngelo Pounders.
I only follow CFB as it relates to the draft.
Do you guys have insight as to how Indiana is so good now?
Sigelit, Jammyu All-Star is really this nice.
It's both.
Their coaching staff is great schematically from a preparation standpoint.
And they are the pinnacle example of capitalizing on the transfer portal and getting the most out of players.
I think there's, you know, in full transparency, I am a NFL draft college football when NFL draft and NFL, I don't know, personality first.
and recruiting is the furthest away from all the things I do.
But the game has changed where, like, guys, what they are in the portal is not what they were as recruits.
And I think it took a little while for programs to catch up to that.
And Indiana clearly had such a leg up on evaluating portal talent and either knowing what they can give them as a floor,
because they brought some of them from the previous program at JMU,
but guys outside of that program, what their ceiling was.
And you had to remember, like, these guys that are 16 and 17-year-old recruits,
players change so much to age 20, 21.
Some of the transfer guys they get are 23.
And they just, that is such good scouting at the college level from them.
And they're continuing to do it.
They've dominated the portal already this year again.
The UNO-93.
As a panthers fan, we need all the pounders we can get on both sides of the ball.
Special Eddie, thank you for the super chat as well.
donating to Conner's uncrustable fund. Go Raiders. Thank you, special Eddie. Christopher,
of course, when I have a day off on live stream day, I'm about to be in back-to-back movies.
Dead Man's Wire and No, their choice, enjoy addicts. I haven't seen either of those, but enjoy. Thank you for the Super Chat.
Sad Giant Sleeves fan again. Thank you for the Super Chat. Jackson's artist that Kirk Cousin's
wearing chains of Daniel Jones doesn't sound like a B-plus to me, Trevor.
De Sauder, thank you for the Super Chat, as always, and being in the chat. Someone's
tell T.J. Finley to hit the job portal. LinkedIn is screaming his name. Playing for seven
schools should be illegal. That is the most traveled. I think we've ever seen anyone.
Andrew Bailey, thank you for the $5 super chat. Actually, looking forward to the 45-minute drive from
class to gym today because it means I could listen to Trevin Khan uninterrupted. How effed up is that?
I love to hear that because I'm not going to lie. The podcast that I listen to, you know you really love a show
when you're not only looking forward to the next show,
but when a task that you really don't want to do
becomes not only tolerable but semi-enjoyable
because it means during that task you have time to listen to a show.
Like for me, it's anything to do with cleaning, washing dishes, or driving.
I commute to work as well, both by car and train.
And there's nothing better than that.
So that's actually like the highest, one of the highest forms of compliment you can give us
because I can relate to that, and I really appreciate it, Andrew.
Richard Cologne, thank you for the $5 super chat.
Connor, as a fellow Jets and Rangers fan,
is there any hope for us or should we start looking for a pickleball team to root for?
Man, at least the Jets have a ton of draft picks that you're entertained during the offseason.
The Rangers have one extra first rounder next year, but I'm like dying for them to rebuild at this point.
And I just, I don't know if they're ever going to fire Drury.
I can do hockey talk for the next 45 minutes,
but I'll spare our chat.
It really bums me out because I always tell people,
hockey is really the chance where I get to be the biggest version of the fan in me.
Like working in football and a little bit of baseball.
I love the Jets and Mets and I love the Knicks.
But hockey is just literally just the best fan version of me.
So it sucks that it's another loss season.
Lou, thank you for the $5 super chat.
What percent of Kyler's contract with the cards have to eat for you to give up an asset
for him rather than receiving an asset to take him off their hands.
This answer might not be what you want to hear, depending on who you're a fan of.
I'm curious what the chat thinks.
The answer doesn't exist for me.
I would never give up an asset for Kyler Murray because if you're the Jets or a bad team
taking on his contract, you probably have cap space to burn anyway because you're a bad
team. So the whole point you take on his contract is, okay, it gives you a bridge starter who's
not great right now, but you want the asset. That's the point. So cap space isn't at a premium for a
team like the Jets and a lot of bad teams in this league. You know, obviously the Titans have Cam Ward,
but like the Titans are a bad team right now. They have cap space. It's just hard to find.
If you're the Cardinals, it's going to be, I think it's going to be hard unless there's a team out there
that really values him to do that kind of trade that you're looking for.
Like Lippa in the chat says,
I would give up a day three pick and take on half the contract.
Yeah, it's not going to be anything notable at all.
It's not going to be.
So it's, they might have to, honestly,
they might have to eat some money and give up a lighter pick with him
just to be done with the Kyler Murray experience,
which they clearly want.
out of.
Manders Nation, thank you for the super chat.
Which one of these edges will save my stupid commander life?
By the way, I love Jaden Daniels so much, as you should.
Let's see their range for the commanders.
They're picking at seven.
It's Dan Quinn defense.
That's a good question.
I think that's a prime David Bailey spot,
depending on what kind of edge they're looking for.
But yeah, that very well could be a David Bailey spot.
Dirty Birds. Thank you for the $10 super chat.
I was going to watch rookie grades, but had to join the live instead.
JPJ isn't an A minimum from you both.
I'll go nuts.
He should be clear defensive rookie year.
I love the show.
Keep it up, fellas.
Thank you, Dirty Birds.
I will defend my B grade of James Pierce.
The player is an A.
The process to get him was a C.
So I gave it a B.
I hope that's fair.
Wyatt Ruse.
Thank you for the $5 super chat.
Subjabronies, Pounders Forever.
thoughts on Mike Tomlin stepping down. Thank you guys for all you do. Yeah, it seems like he just
wants a year off and probably a fresh start. And with the with the clout that Tomlin has,
you're going to have to trade to get him, which hurts. But with the cloud that he has,
he'll probably have the job of his choice next year. The trade part makes it a little bit more
murky. But man, you can go make a ton of money, not coaching for a year.
doing broadcasting.
Your stock only goes up.
We've seen that, right?
We've seen guys step away.
And then everybody kind of wants them again.
It's like their stock goes up from not coaching.
So I see Mojol saying,
Connor experiencing Verizon Apocalypse.
Hopefully it doesn't, does it seem like it to you guys?
I am not.
Hopefully the connection's been fine.
I haven't been paying attention to that at all.
Don't scare me like that.
But no, no Verizon.
Apocalypse here.
All right.
I lost my place here.
Tony Lee.
Thank you for the $20 super chat.
Tony was pushing for a PR at the gym today.
Almost quit,
but I just remember when I'm a Jets and Leaves fan.
If I could quit anything,
I would have by now.
Yeah, we're stuck in this, brother.
Caleb, thank you for the $5 super chat.
Big fan, even though Connor is a Mets and Knicks fan.
And Trevor is a Bucks fan.
I like y'all, even though I should despise y'all.
Guess which today I'm from?
When, I don't know, because the Trevor Bucks fan thing,
Is the chat have any guesses of where you could be from?
You hate the Mets.
You hate the Knicks, which would make me think maybe you're an older Boston fan
because the Red Sox losing to the Mets in the 80s World Series
and the Celtics and the Nix always going at it.
But the Trevor Bucks fan, I don't know what the correlation is.
Oh, somebody said Atlanta, that is pretty good because you're a Braves, Hawks, man.
I mean this in the least disrespectful way.
Like, I don't think about the Hawks, especially since the only time the Knicks fan really hated them recently is the Trey Young thing.
And now he's not even on the Hawks.
But that has to be the answer.
The Mets and Braves hate each other.
So, okay.
Well, I like you, too.
Doesn't have to be all hate.
He's from Poundown, says Peter.
I think that's the answer.
All right.
Keep it going here, guys.
I got a couple more left.
Wacky Swan,
jet strap, Bain, or Bailey,
and trade JJ for picks.
I think that situation is very much on the table.
They almost traded J.J.
It sounds like,
or at least there was some interest out there
at the deadline.
It didn't happen.
You didn't have a good year.
I think you're on to something.
Jeffie, thank you for the super chat.
Jeff V.
That's right, Trevor.
Send Bailey down the boards
to rig the drafts of the bucks get him.
That's a very Trevor move.
We saw it with Sunny Styles.
NB Law, thank you for the super chat.
Just got in, but have you guys looked at Adame Tucker?
I don't have him on my watch list yet, Western Michigan.
So thanks for the tip.
Like we kind of said, this was the top guys.
I think we each watched like 15 or so.
There was still people on both All-Star games that I had to get through.
I feel like when we do final edge rankings,
it wouldn't shock me if we end up having 30 to 40 players on the list.
I just saw a super chat come in from Nihaha.
Connor get ready to learn Met's emergency pod.
I would think that has to do with Kyle Tucker,
but I highly doubt that he just signed.
And I have to check now in case I have to literally jump off this immediately.
I don't see anything, but that was a good scare.
Thank you.
I would love that.
All right.
Let's keep going here.
Landon, Bain and Messador, the T-Rex, and the Fossil.
I wish we got to read that during the show.
That's excellent, Landon.
J.D. Merrill, thank you for the $10 super chat.
In terms of E.D. rankings, not having E.D. shows some stiffness against lesser rankings,
very well done.
New free, thank you for the $5 super chat.
I love you guys in this community so much.
I'd hate to bring the vibes down, but I just got broken up with for the first time.
Any advice to you?
I'm sorry, man.
Hopefully we can give you a couple laughs.
I don't know how old you are, but as you get older, you learn that just happens for a reason.
You'll be fine.
trust me it's it's it's you'll you'll laugh looking back on it in a couple years that's just how it goes
you'll be okay and thank you for loving this show in this community i saw a lot of people respond to you
positively in the community which is awesome i saw that right away in the chat like everybody's just
very nice and uplifting here which is which is really cool and join the discord for more laughs landed
again thank you for the five dollar super chat keldrick falk is two cash his house in a trench coat
pretending to be a pass rusher yeah he really is almost twice the size of
some of these situational guys.
Sports debate arena.
Why is Falk not just Walker, Shamar, Mike Lel all over again?
Is him as a first rounder, just teams not lessen?
Well, you kind of answered right.
Like the NFL likes these guys.
Now, I think Falk's film is really good.
And he's still young.
And yeah, some of these guys were as well.
It's fair.
And I think the problem is with a lot of these guys,
they're just overdrafted.
They're not bad players.
I know Shamar had a really bad year.
But as much as I kind of pile on Mikel a lot,
I don't think Michael is a bad football player.
I just would never take that player with what,
the 11th overall pick.
I think Falk is a really useful,
good player with room to grow.
I'm higher on him than some,
than I've been on some of these guys.
But to your point, am I drafting him with a top 12 pick?
I don't know.
It depends on the draft, too.
This draft right now is, it's not great where a guy like that probably will go really early.
Odd estimate, about time you showed up.
Thank you for the $5 super chat.
Don't know if you casual saw the league altering in CFB, but Carver Cheeks just transferred to Utep, all-time name team.
Carver Cheeks.
Don't you animals even say it in the chat?
All right, let's keep it going.
Scepter, thank you for the super chat.
Ruben Bain's armlight doesn't matter once he drags you into the darkness.
I would agree.
You're in a phone booth with Rubin Bain, you're the dead man.
A neptu fall, thank you for the $10 super chat.
First time, long time had Chipotle's Red Chimicherry for the first time last night,
totally expecting to tell Trevor how awful it was.
However, I was enlightened to true flavor harmony.
Trevor is out there smiling somewhere.
Andrew McCoy, thank you for the $10 super chat.
Trevor, you reference a lot of hip mobility, ankle range of motion with edge rushers
because of the bend needed to get to the passer.
Do you have objective data or is that all based on film?
I mean, for me, it's based on film.
And a lot of times you can see it in drills at the combine.
I actually think the edge rusher drills are a sneaky, sneaky,
important thing.
All inspiring scout should watch heavily at the combine,
more than the 40s sometimes.
Slam and Sammy.
Peter Wood should be listed.
He takes snaps at D-N, but he also takes snaps at D-Tackle.
He will be evaluated by us as a D-Tackle like he was over summer,
but I get it.
It's a weird gray area, right?
Like Arvel Reese.
We're evaluating him as an off-ball linebacker,
but he takes snap and set edge.
So, all right, guys, I got a jet here.
I'll do, I really don't want to miss any.
We'll just go a little quicker.
Coop, Connor, what is your best guess
and what the pick the Jets will use on quarterback
and who will be?
I mean, now you're going to be in a world
where at 33, you're going to be looking heavily at Ty Simpson.
I mean, is Chambliss in this draft?
Do they like Nussmeyer on day two or wherever?
I would say Ty Simpson is my best guess.
Chipotle, Red Chimicherry, Mount Rushmore of most suffering sports franchises.
Well, you should do one for each major sport, right?
It's weird because the Jets have this awful playoff drought, but the Jets, like I think 12 teams haven't won a Super Bowl.
The Jets have won a Super Bowl.
So I don't know if they're the football team.
Most suffering.
This is insanely hard.
Insanely hard.
Like are the Leafs, the NHL team?
I actually would love...
I think the Leafs are the NHL team.
And it's close.
I'd be curious for the chat.
Raiders haven't won a playoff game since, what,
like 99 or 2001?
Wizards for NBA says D. DeSauder.
Yeah, it's...
The Bills haven't won a Super Bowl,
and they've lost four.
And the Mount Rushmore is suffering.
But the bills have just been so good now for a while with Josh Allen that I don't.
That's a great question.
It's one that deserves more time than this.
You know you ask a good question when you spark the chat.
Neha, thanks again for the two-dollar super chat with no text.
Big, thank you for the five euro super chat.
Is Bain really a fit for Tennessee?
They need a stand-up speed edge and move Simmons everywhere in a 3-4D already.
Seems like an overlap.
I think we'll talk more about that when we do the actual mock draft.
Dark City.
Do you think Green Bay should move on from before?
No, I don't, but they need to get a contract done, but I wouldn't.
All right, last two here.
Oh, Hall, YouTube stopped giving me ED ads for P.A.I is getting smarter.
And Andoy, thank you for the super check.
Guys, thank you so much for sticking around.
Sorry, oh, Big, I didn't mean to screw you there.
I'll expand on it a little bit.
I mean, I think you're right, but it's also one of those ones like in my impact to see how they
kind of move the board on free agency because they have so much money.
So do they feel like they can go get that guy in for agency and then just take who they
think is the better player for their front?
That's why those are always really tricky.
But I think you're on to something.
They need somebody more disruptive is what I think you're saying rather than just more rugged.
I think that's a really fair point.
Appreciate you guys.
Appreciate all the super chats.
Appreciate you watching live.
We love you guys a ton.
Thank you.
If you're not on the Discord, jump of the Discord.
We would love you too.
Oh, hats.
Hats are here.
Like I said last week.
I'm honestly trying to recruit a little bit of help
for people that might be able to help box up
and ship those things individually
so you're not waiting forever for them.
I'm in a little bit of a pickle here
because full transparency,
I've got like family coming to visit next week.
So it's, my schedule is a little tight.
And then the week after I leave for shrine bowl.
So I will try to get the hats up.
And I will try to get as many up and out as possible,
but I got to think about the logistics here.
I want to get you guys these hats,
but I don't want you to feel like you're paying for it,
and then you got to wait like three or four weeks to actually get the hat.
I'm trying to figure out the best way to do that for you guys.
But they are there.
We will update the Shopify.
We will obviously make an announcement here on the show,
and we will do so on social media and everything,
all that great stuff.
