Hey, Adex, Trevor Sikkimah from the NFL Stock Exchange show.
Just wanted to update you guys on some things and really wanted to address the future of NFL
Stock Exchange.
So anybody who's been listening to the show really over the last month, month and a half,
whatever it has been, knows that we used to be under the PFF Pro Football Focus umbrella.
And as of about a month and a half, two months ago, that is no longer the case.
I am no longer with PFF and the show is no longer at PFF as they changed a lot of stuff
that was going on on the media side of that company.
And to be honest with you guys, it was kind of crazy when that news dropped that I was going
to be a complete free agent and that this show was going to be free agents in that regard as
well.
But the outpouring that you guys had, certainly in the moment as draft season was, you know, getting
to its peak and we were about to have the 2026 NFL draft was pretty incredible.
And I just want to say thank you to guys for really just.
treating this show like family, to be honest with you,
and treating us like family.
And we feel like we know so many of you guys.
And I know that you guys listen to this podcast all the time.
And sometimes people say like,
oh, it feels like we've known you forever.
We hope that you feel that way because that's the whole way that we go about this show.
And with the future being unknown of sort of what was going to happen with stock exchange
and where we're going to be and what we're going to do and all that kinds of stuff,
you guys made sure that we always knew that the future of this show was going to be fun.
that it was going to be bright.
No matter what was going to happen after this,
we were going to continue to rock
and be covering the NFL in the NFL draft
and hanging out with each other.
So I just can't thank you guys enough
for that family feeling that you gave us there.
And just to let you guys know,
I can't share everything.
But there was, man,
such a really cool outpouring
from a lot of different places and companies
and some friends that we have in the industry
saying like, hey, if you guys are looking for
another home for stock exchange,
if you're looking to kind of come under a different umbrella
and join a team,
we would love to talk about that.
We've talked to some of those places and those conversations are definitely underway.
But with that happening, we have sort of had a very open mind about what this show could be.
And you guys sort of know the schedule and what we've had where it's been one day a week
during the summer and two days a week when we get into the NFL and draft season.
But with all of this change has come sort of a blank canvas.
And it's allowed us to really step back and look at things and say, hey, what do we want this
show to be. And I think that we have had our ideas of some changes that we can make and some
improvements that we can make the big make the show even bigger and better. But what we want to do is
we want to get you guys involved as well. We don't just say that this is a show of the people.
We really mean it. So we had a discussion that kind of I'll throw to here in a second where it was
after our Monday show, our trivia show where I kind of just opened it up to a lot of the people that
were live and in the chat at the time to just say like, hey, like what do you guys want to see from
the show? And as we.
had these conversations with some of these other places that could potentially be NFLS's next
home, we have gone into it with an open mind. And a lot of these changes, these potential moves
have been at the forefront. And instead of just thinking about, well, here's what we think the
addicts might want. Here's what we think the listeners might want. We're going to ask you ourselves.
So that's what this episode is. It's a little bit of a short episode. It's sort of set the stage.
It's not just about the conversation that we had in the after the episode part of the Monday episode of the show.
I really want to see you guys.
If you've got ideas for the show, fire them off in the comments.
And we're going to read as many of them and all of them, honestly, as we possibly can, to think about what's next.
And we don't know exactly what's next, but we're entertaining a lot of different ideas.
Adding another show, adding a lot more one-offs, different types of episodes that we would be able to do.
Everything is on the table.
And we would love to hear from you guys.
that's how we want to go into our decision for what's next.
Whether we're on our own,
where we're joining somebody else,
whatever it is,
we want to give you guys the best show.
We want to reward you guys for the loyalty that you have showed to us,
kindness that you have showed to us,
and how cool it is on our side of things to be like,
hey, you know, this kind of happened to the show,
and we don't exactly know what the future of it is.
We know for a fact that the outpouring that you guys had
and how much fun you make this show for us
means that we want to continue to do it
for a long, long, long time.
So our next step, we want to be as in tune with you guys
as we possibly can.
So we appreciate you guys rocking with us
through a lot of different changes.
We'll definitely have some concrete updates
and announcements for you soon.
But before we made our final decisions,
we wanted to make sure that we heard from you guys
about what you want to see from NFL stock exchange.
By the way, if you guys aren't subscribed
to the channel, we would love for you to be.

Hang out with us.
As we talk about all sorts of NFL stuff,
we're going to get into summer scouting in a couple of weeks here,
breaking down every single position and early rankings for the 2027 NFL draft.
We'll have the in-season content as well.
Of course, draft season.
You know, we'll be wall-to-wall with all sorts of draft coverage.
So we have a lot of fun around here.
If you guys aren't subscribed to the channel,
we would love for you to be.
It's a free and easy way to be.
It's a free and easy way to support the show.
So if you've loved anything that we've done here on this show,
we would love for you to be subscribed.
What I wanted to do here for this little mini episode
is I wanted to have a little bit of a little bit of like a town hall here with you guys
because we say that this is a show of the people.
And we really mean that.
And we want to take your feedback seriously because we want to know what you guys
love the most about this channel, what you would love to see more of,
what you're like, eh, you know, I like that, didn't love it,
of a thing because there's only so many,
there's only so many hours, unfortunately, in a week.
With Connor, you know, working a full-time job.
And me potentially working a full-time job as well,
a little bit of a hint.
There's just only so many hours that we have in a week.
So we want to make sure that we're doing the things
that you guys want to see.
Mr. Cole said, I do miss twice a week.
Oh, we are going to twice a week.
The once a week stuff during the season,
that's the schedule that we're on during the summer
because Connor and I take a lot of time off.
We'll take vacations and things like that.
easier for us to either do episodes live or pre-record episodes and things like that when we
are on once a week. So we will definitely be going back to twice a week. We might even have a little bit
more than twice a week for you guys. So Andrew's saying as well, what would I like twice a week?
I need my fix. Dippy also said you successfully tricked me to joining the Discord. God is
ass. So people are saying definitely two times a week. Safeway CEO is the next job.
Um, I, I, I, I just, so what I would love to hear from you guys is specifically,
I like, summer scouting rules a lot of what we do during the summer.
And this summer is a little bit different, you know, with, uh, with a lot of the things
that are just kind of going on with the podcast here this summer.
So we're going to stick with one episode a week here for this summer.
Next summer, there's a world where maybe we're doing twice a week during the summer.
And I think we could talk with you guys about that, about some summer content that you
would like to see we're trying some more evergreen content so i'm very curious to see what you guys
think of that if you want us to do more of that along with summer scouting but summer scouting will
always be our bread and butter but like do you guys want to see more deep dive team previews
before the season comes around like if we were to do a second episode during the summer and
specifically what i would love to hear from you guys is what do you want to see from this channel
during the season.
We've done the power ranking episodes.
We've done sort of the Stockwatch episodes.
Obviously, like the mock drafts,
we're always going to do mock drafts and things like that.
But, you know, we had what matters most,
which were sort of the recaps from every single game.
And then there's the fixture franchise that we threw in.
And we really can't start the fixture franchises
until, you know, October-ish for some of the teams that really suck.
You know, maybe we get into it in October.
I think the way that we did it this year.
But we tried to do it earlier this year and do more of that
because we know that you guys love those episodes.
But during the season,
what kind of stuff would you love to see from us?
I think there's a lot of people, like, for example,
Red Feather is saying,
show us your note-taking process for scouting.
I think that we could probably try to incorporate
a little bit more of that.
That goes along the same lines as like a lot of people say,
like, hey, can you do video breakdowns of like players?
and it's just tricky, right?
Like, we would love to do those
because we love to have a much more like open,
you know, I guess like an open book
to like how we scout and all those kinds of things.
We love to do that with you guys.
But it's hard because you're not really supposed
to show film on YouTube.
And like some people get in trouble for us.
Some people don't.
And we were never able to mess with that.
Like when we were at PFF,
maybe there's a world where we can start to do a little bit more
of that, but it's just tricky.
We would love to do more stuff like that
just to let you guys know we're always thinking about it,
but it's a little bit tricky here on YouTube.
Pab says more team breakdowns in the off season,
less fixture franchises during the season.
Well, okay, if we're doing less fixture franchises,
what would we be doing instead?
PC said live show in Ireland.
We would absolutely love to do a live show in Ireland.
Red Hawk says the Stock Watch,
episodes are super helpful as someone who can't always watch college football.
Okay, that's definitely good to know.
Ryan saying in-season, it's great to do one college-focused episode and then one NFL
episode.
That's definitely the way that we thought about things like when we were doing sort of power
rankings or what matters most on Mondays and then getting to like the Stockwatch
episodes on Wednesdays.
More rookie reports, Drew said the stock up, stock down.
Colin says everyone does power rankings.
I like when you guys talk about draft prospects and rookie performances.
Okay.
So maybe we can do NFL stuff,
but more focus on rookies instead of just general NFL?
Because I agree with Colin.
Like Connor and I and Tyler as well,
like we've talked about this where we don't mind doing the general NFL talk on a Monday
because everybody's kind of talking about it.
But that's the thing is everyone's talking.
talking about that. Now, if you guys really want that from us, we want to be able to give that to you.
But if you don't and you would rather have something, I think that's why we're opening things up to other ideas that we want to hear from you guys.
Charlie's saying film talk, thoughts on the consensus top players from the week.
Charlie's saying
I feel like you guys say what you're in in the notes anyways
Varm is if you guys do deep dive on teams
I feel like it would be a lot of overlap with bootleg
and a lot of us are sub to both channels already
and I totally agree with you there
and they do an excellent excellent job with that
that is one of my favorite series every single year
when they do the deep dive series
um
get you saying talk about prospects
or specific college games
to look at maybe
I always feel like people don't
really love preview content though you know like they love review content i don't think a lot of people
love preview content but i'll i'll take that as something to think about conrad saying in the
off season more nfl centric stuff would be really cool draft centric content is obviously the heart
and soul of this but i love to hear power rankings team breakdowns things like that okay so we did
we started to get into power rankings but that's a good that's a good note there um analyzing
think historic drafts for better or for worse.
You guys could go as far back as you want.
Love and Life in Alaska said,
what could have been to a series on team lineups and what could have been.
Okay.
Talk about rookie contract players.
I love, Mr. Colts said,
I'd love for Monday to be college football base and then Wednesday to be NFL based.
Unfortunately, I think that that's always going to have to be flipped.
Just because like the NFL happens on Sunday and everybody's going to want to talk about the
NFL stuff, even if it's not like game recaps.
I feel like college football is always going to be more of like a Wednesday thing.
But, you know, if enough of you kind of talk about wanting that to be switched, we would think about it.
Fix your franchise is a staple.
Let's see.
Why?
Because says Trevor, the Discord desperately wants you to start a second let's play channel and do a play through of disco Elysium.
What is this?
What is this?
I don't even know what this is.
Maybe.
I've seen some people in the game in the NFLLSC Discord talk about like the,
like more gaming stuff.
I don't even know what this is.
Now I've got to look this up.
I think all those things cover your bases.
It keeps everyone up to date on college and NFL storylines and the narratives.
I would keep Stockwatch.
what matters most,
etc., things like that.
I'd love to see you guys
take a look back at old positional rankings
that reflect what you were right and wrong on.
Yeah, stock up, stock down, stock watch.
I love the draft stock episodes.
Okay, so a lot of people are...
So like rookie reports, okay, I like that.
Every Thursday's got to be hell in to sell Thursday.
Agreed, wholeheartedly, we got to be able to mix that in,
no question about it.
Rookie performances would be good.
rookie rookie reports would be awesome okay all right we're getting a lot of love for rookie reports
so stock watching rookie reports on a monday wednesday could be more fun stuff uh like draft
reviews mocks feature franchises things like that okay all right so it looks like the yeah
the rookies of the younger players midway through the season grades on the previous draft so we
actually did do that this year for the first time and and it seemed like you guys really enjoyed that
so I like that.
Dressed to
WWE characters
and break down
the performance
of your favorite match.
That's a funny one.
Could lean more
into the stock exchange aspect
of the channel
like a biweekly taking stock episode
we were looking at teams
players moving up and down
if you and Connor
are buying or selling.
So we did a little bit of that
with the power rankings
part of things last year
which I don't mind
we might be able to do some buying and selling of like the rookie report or like the rookie contract report type of guys
I think we might be maybe we mixed some of that in maybe during the summer do like historic team breakdowns like 2002 bucks and why those players work so well in that system okay all right so there's some more like one-off evergreen stuff there hmm I'd rather have something more unique to you two uh not the band you two is in me and Connor maybe out of
UDFA section at the end of rookie update episodes.
Okay.
All right.
Would be cool during the season for teams that are surprisingly good
and do breakdowns of their prior draft picks that helped get them to that point.
Draft grades.
Okay.
All right.
A weekly college football sort of like what to watch.
Sometimes I get overwhelmed with the college football slate.
That's a good shout out.
Oh
Rocomara said
At the end of the day
I'm going to watch both videos a week
So anything that you make
We appreciate you guys
Thank you.
That definitely means a lot
But we do want to tailor a lot of what we're doing
You guys have
You guys have a lot of loyalty for the show
And we always want to repay that loyalty
With what you guys are
interested in honestly
analyzing play calling
More X and O stuff would be awesome
How to Scout episode
Where you go through the little things
that you look at
I like the how to scout stuff
but that I feel like that could be a really good like evergreen offseason content that we could do
ideas for billboards or businesses for NFLS even take down
prospect matchmaker segment would be interesting okay I like that like that shout out
top 15 seniors each week by performance oh so guys that are guaranteed to be sort of draft
eligible in the draft stock segment doesn't need to be the whole episode
Okay, all right, maybe being a little bit more segmented
and kind of what we do with the stock watch,
maybe just have a little bit of different ways
that we go about it.
Rookie report, NFL-centric stuff on Monday,
power rankings, fix your franchises, things like that.
I don't think it's too far-fetched, but coaches that you like.
I'm not sure you guys have opinions on coaches
that can make the jump to the NFL.
Okay, interesting.
Also, seconding at rookie reports,
perhaps just tracking the first contract players could be cool.
as well as a focus on the first and second year guys.
Rookie reports are nice because sometimes I'm not watching the O-Lignment.
Rookie from non-divisional teams,
it would be nice to know how they are performing.
I don't mind this.
This is good.
I think that rookie report is sort of a big standout here.
Yeah, Matt saying I would love rookie reports,
but also reports on the second and fourth-year players too.
Okay.
So just Wings Wednesday.
Love it.
Great with me.
Need the offensive and rookie,
offensive rookie and defensive rookie of the year drafts.
We didn't do that this year,
but maybe we'll have time to be able to get it
before the season starts.
NFL is he Destiny 2 raids.
Never did a Destiny 2 raid,
but I can run you through Destiny 1 raids.
Charlie said Destiny's dead.
I begged to differ.
I played control on Destiny 1 last night
with a good friend of mine.
Nothing like having 1,000 yards stare
with Firefly. Let me tell you.
Nothing like it.
I still play.
Movie Mondays, make Trevor watch classic movies that you haven't seen and analyze them.
Oh, what could have been serious would definitely go hard.
All right, all right.
Matt St. Trevor would be in a blender playing disco, this game that you guys are asking me to play.
Simply put a live show, we would love to do a live show.
In person.
Yes, in person, clearing that up.
Okay.
All right.
I like this.
I think this is good.
This is a really good start.
So, so I think this is a really good start of things and it's a really good way to sort of set the table.
And for everybody who was in the show and in the chat live, obviously we heard a lot of your ideas there.
I shouted out a lot of them, the ones that I was seeing, seems like like a rookie report and not just a rookie report,
but maybe like a rookie contract report for a lot of those guys on a Monday could really be what you guys are looking for with this channel specifically.
And if there's some other major news, maybe we could do that as like one-off stuff potentially.
but that on a Monday and then the stock watch, but just maybe reimagining that on a Wednesday.
So more college football and prospect focus when it comes to the Wednesday shows and more NFL-centric on the Monday shows.
We definitely leaned more into that last year, but honing in on that, I think it's a conversation that'll continue throughout the summer.
If you guys are watching this after the fact, please, please comment on the show.
We would love to hear all of your suggestions on what you would love to see from NFL stock exchange moving forward.
We are going to have a ton of flexibility on what we are.
able to do the amount of shows that we will be able to do all of that great stuff now that we are
not under the PFF umbrella anymore. Not that they were, you know, holding us down from that,
but we would just have a lot more flexibility. And NFLSC is definitely something that we want to
prioritize and we have so much fun going live with you guys and getting to do this show throughout the
season. So this is great. This is great. These are good notes. I would encourage you guys to keep
thinking about them. Fire them off in the Discord as well. Let us know in the comments of this episode.
We would love to hear from you guys, but it's a conversation that we will
continue to have throughout the entire off season as we head towards the 2026 NFL regular season,
the 2027 draft cycle. And we're just trying to make sure that we repay the loyalty that you guys
have with us with the type of show that you always love to come back and listen to and all that
great stuff. Shout out to everybody who got involved in the trivia that we had earlier today.
Shout it to everybody that is new and joined the NFLSD Discord.
Keep firing out your ideas of what you want to see from this show.
We will keep listening to you guys.
Thanks for listening.
We'll see you on the next episode.
