How you doing today, Joe?
Doing great, brother, Debo.
doing great, great weekend.
You know what I'm saying?
Had a blast.
Drop the kids off today.
They just started a little summer camp, football.
Okay.
Camp of commanders, football camp, flag football jump.
So yeah, feeling good, feeling good.
Feeling real good.
That's good.
That's good.
That's good. Look here, brother.
Go ahead.
Go ahead.
Well, anyway, people didn't know.
But, hey, we were going to go fishing.
Yes, we were.
We had a surprise set up for y'all.
We was going to go fishing tomorrow.
We was going to be.
live on Lake Erie out there to need on the lake in the land.
Walite fishing.
Get Joe up out there, get him some walleye fishing.
That's why I got my bucket hat on right now because this is what I was bringing out there.
Listen, the problem, it's a problem.
It's going to be a problem.
Tomorrow's going to be a problem.
Yes.
From the time, we're supposed to go.
They're talking about 30 miles an hour wind.
Now, listen, if you don't know nothing about Lake Erie, you don't want to be out there.
No, no, no.
know. And nothing, you know, that small. And I mean, it's not considered small. You know,
it's probably like, you know, I'm like maybe 20 something, 26, 28, something like that feet.
Okay.
Lake here, you don't want to be out there in 30-mile-n-hour wind, Joe. You would have went fishing.
If we went then, you would have never went fishing again in your life.
I appreciate you, Debo. I appreciate you. Because I need my first experience out there on that
boat to be nice and smooth so we can be chilling. You can be, you know what I'm saying?
showing me the way and I don't have to be worried about getting thrown off.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
That would, no.
You know what I'm saying?
I appreciate you, brother.
When you sent that text this morning, I was like, come on.
I got my hat.
I'm ready to go.
I know Debo got me, but I'm appreciate you because, you know, my travel, the boats and
everything be going crazy.
Thank you, my brother.
Yeah.
Thank you, my brother.
Captain hit me up this morning and say, hey, tomorrow,
it's going to be it.
They got a small boat advisory.
That means if you ain't out there on something that ain't like 40, 50, 60, 70, 70, 70,
they're big.
They got rogue waves out there, man.
Nope.
We, see, we, nope.
30 foot boat, chill.
30 mile and out wins, I ain't got time.
You ain't got time for that, man.
I'll tell you, I've been out there when it was like 15, man.
Hey, some of them things kick over the little splash over the top, you know what I'm saying?
A little splash over the top.
You got to make sure you stand up under that thing, you know what I'm saying?
But, you know, that's for me.
If it was 15, I ain't going to lie to you might have had to stretch you out there, though.
The 15 mile now wins?
I might have had to stretch you out there.
I ain't going to lie.
I ain't going to lie.
You might have had to take a chance.
Debo, I'm, damn, I know you are avid fisher.
You do this.
So I'm trusting in you to bring me when we can go do it when the elements are right.
We go get it.
We go get it.
We're going to set up another time.
We'll set up another time to see if it don't work out, you know.
I got some good news, though, Debo.
What you got?
We won.
You know, I told you my team, we won.
At least we won last game.
Who did y'all play, though?
Man, don't work.
We played another team in the league.
We played another team in the league.
Did they have a win before they played y'all?
Nope.
Exactly.
I knew it.
I knew it had to be so.
Listen, my intuition is good.
But look, I'm going to keep it honest with you.
They was on two, we was on two.
But we were still, we won by seven.
We balled out.
we lost this is the only so they they the they the most trash y'all the second most trash in the league is what to come down to
until we play the next team that has another win we go we we but why you always worried about the wins
we yet we played a team yesterday you asked me did we win and i wanted to let you know we won
okay but i want i want to know the quality of the win too it's still early in the season
so only some teams some teams only played they only played two games so they was on two and we was
on two.
But I know you don't look at who they played.
Who did they play?
Okay, they played.
See?
Yeah, they played two teams.
One of the teams they played, we haven't played.
And the team that they played.
Then who else?
And another team they played, we did play.
Okay, so y'all got one more loss coming from a team that they played, that you didn't
play.
How bad they beat them?
I thought they beat them by like 30.
No, only like 13.
Oh, only 13.
Y'all beat them by seven.
We beat them by seven.
That played to a loss of me.
Because of sad, no, because a sad.
And you all lose to them by,
this is what I'm realizing, too.
This is what I'm realizing too, though.
It is legit.
I want to give prayers out to one of my players, Debo.
Because it is legit.
It's real.
What happened?
What happened?
One of my men, he, um, blew his Achilles, brother.
Brough?
I told y'all had your old ass out here like y'all playing, bro.
My man, Pitt, but shout out of the pit.
Yes, man.
He know because he played football.
He played for Illinois back in the day.
He knew he was going with a calf strain.
So, yeah.
Shout out the pit.
Out there, playing, already playing hurt.
He was already out there.
He was already nursing.
He was already nursing.
So that's what made it even worse.
So shout out to pit.
But shout out to my brother Ziggy.
He went out there and gave us 30 yesterday.
He looked like Tracy McGready.
He dropped 30.
My brother Ziggy dropped 30.
He dropped 30.
He got only gone by six.
That's crazy.
That's crazy.
Don't worry about you.
Me?
I had about 15.
I had 15.
I had 15.
I have 15.
I have 15.
I have 15.
I have 15.
Yeah.
My man, yeah, for sure.
Was it a double double or was it just, you just shooting?
No, that's why I only had 15.
I had 15 and like 12 assists.
I was running.
I was getting everybody involved.
For the 30, I gave me at least five of those assists.
Okay, okay.
You know what I'm saying?
So, yeah, I was creating out there, Dibbo.
I'm getting my legs back up under me.
My hip is good.
My legs are feeling better.
I'm doing, you know what I'm saying, stretching, dry-needling, so I'm feeling good.
Oh, you're back to dry-needling?
I'm back to dry needleing.
Okay.
Okay.
So that hip dunk got right.
You ain't got the hip better at least.
It ain't janky his house.
I almost dumped.
Buddy thought I was going to dunk on him when I came through last time.
Buddy thought.
I went here.
You knew you wasn't, though.
And then I turned it.
I knew I wasn't going to dunk, but he didn't know that.
Yeah.
He didn't know that.
He didn't know who you could have dunk.
He said, oh, you could have dunk that.
I was like this.
Yeah.
I just wanted to lay up.
I didn't want to go crazy on you.
I didn't want to go crazy on y'all.
You know what I'm saying?
I didn't want to show too much.
People, you and, you know.
You got your men over there playing hurt.
Just trying to get a win.
Now you got him blowing.
Speaking of playing hurt, hey, Joe.
Yes.
Did you happen to see how that kind of McGregor fight went out?
Did you see, did you watch it?
Brother, did I?
So the crazy part was I tried that.
I was watching the soccer game, Argentina,
and then the fight was kind of happening around the same time.
I was watching.
I ended up trying to watch both
and ended up both of them watching me
and I woke up at 3 o'clock in the morning
sitting on the damn couch
but then I ended up watching it
on a, I like went to the highlights.
Okay.
And I watched the whole fight
because it was a minute and 30 seconds, Debo.
So I didn't miss too much of nothing.
I woke up like, oh, what happened?
And your boy came in the joint
with the flying knee kick
already buckling.
What was that?
Joe.
Do you think he was already hurt?
I'm trying to tell you that's what I was going to get into being already hurt, Joe.
Now listen.
I don't know.
I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't know like exactly like, like, you know, what was going down, how it went.
But I know I did see him in the back.
They had him on camera.
Yeah.
But there's warmups.
He didn't look like he was hurt then.
Okay.
Okay.
I'm just saying.
Now, again, I did.
five years, bro.
No, you're taking five years and then you go, bro.
I took off five months.
It was five months.
I was still working out,
but I wasn't working out like I was getting ready for a season, bro.
Yes.
Okay.
And when I came back, I was dope.
After the first practice, I'm sitting up there and I'm like,
ooh, maybe this was not a good idea.
That was practice one, bro.
I don't, man, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't
took like two, three T-souts for the week, bro, just to get through.
Yeah.
I'm down bad.
Down bad, bro.
And now he took off five years, came back.
Like, your body ain't ready for that, dude.
Debo.
A thousand percent.
And this is what I'm going to say, too.
Connor McGregor, once he ended up doing that fight with Floyd, he ended up getting
the bag and, like, taking that.
That hunt it?
That hunt it?
When you start traveling on, he's on the yachts and he's doing the stuff.
Oh, five million, he's.
he got his he got his uh he got his uh he got his uh little scotch company in business he's making money
and that's what he i'm and kudos to him because when he was the best of the best he's working
out in training every single day because you're fighting you get bopped upside your head like but
it's not a game like those dudes max the dude he fought they fought the last fight i was trying
to see like oh was it a couple it was 13 years ago was the first time they fought and connor
McGregor beat him and then he fought a couple more times, Conne McGregor still got hot.
That was 2013.
He hasn't fought since, he hasn't won since 2020.
You know what I'm saying?
And then in 2021, he got K-O., Connor McGregor.
And in 2021, another fight, he got K-O.
Then he took the break.
So now I'm like, and I'm looking at him like, the energy and the stamina that you have to
have with the training.
It's like, you can't really do liquor and like all that.
You have to literally be like, when I was looking at him, when he was younger in his career,
just the way he was moving, the way that he was just locked in.
Because when you're doing that, you got to be like completely like a little ninja.
I was like, oh my gosh, he's not getting tired.
But the older you get, the more like when you're energy and you start drinking
and you start doing your whiskey stuff, you got $100 million.
You just politicking.
And now you're like, oh, yeah, I'm about to go to train and I'm about to go fight.
I'm like, Max has not stopped since 2013.
No.
He's fighting real dudes.
He might not win all of them, but he's not playing.
He's going in his joint, K-Oing dudes, and he might get Katoed because he's fighting for the belt versus other dudes that are so official that they'll walk around and murder anyone.
So I'm like, Conn McGregor, you had that murder when you was younger, you was chilling.
Not all respect, you got a hundred mill, and now you're walking into this joint in the ring versus another train killer, and you got us to thinking that it's going to be what it was.
Who was drinking? I wasn't thinking. I wasn't thinking, but the way that he was talking and the way that, like, just, I mean, I looked at him like, okay, but.
in my mind, I'm like this.
Connor McGregor, when his last couple
of fights I saw five years ago,
he still was starting to lose a little bit of like that
because you got the brain. You don't have
that energy. You don't have that stamina.
Yeah, he got that paper. That drive to...
That stamina, bro.
Once you start getting tired out there,
there's nothing you can do. You start,
can your hands start falling down? Like, I was, like,
that's what Connor had. He had the energy. He was
sprat, moving. You're 37
with the bag. You're coming back into
the joint, and then when he did land, that knee joint, it looked crazy.
Last time I seen him, his knee buckle.
So it's like, you're not coming.
The knee's not that, I don't know, it's not that strong.
You can't do the flying ninja kick.
And laying the same knee.
I think that's the other knee.
Any knee.
Or same leg or whatever.
That joint just looked crazy.
Don't come in there.
No, it was going to look as expected.
I would hope that it was going to look better because I love Connor.

Look, never I've ever been

I learned about some rad science.
I can make a brain for you and then we can test what draw is the best for your brain,

Here are some hard truths.
I would expect Indians to age faster, but I did not expect it to be almost.
a four to five year acceleration.
And get myself into a world of trouble.
I'd say probably start bone smashing.
That doesn't work.
Make it look more defined.
They say it works.
I don't know.

Mainstream media is full of cruel depictions of the unhoused,
stories that shame and blame and paint the unhoused as a monolith.
We the N-House is the podcast that's changing that.
I'm Theo Henderson, creator, and host.
And for years, I've created a space where the un-housed and their advocates can tell their
own stories.
In the last few months alone, I've interviewed Un-House parents, immigrants, mutual aid organizers,

McGreg, I like the way he's fighting,
but I'm like, the math's not math.
You already think he was going to win.
I didn't think he was going to win.
No, no, no.
But I-
ain't going to lie to you.
When I first heard,
I thought it was fake.
I ain't know he was going to come in there with the flying kick
and buckled the joint off the rip.
I didn't think they was going to like five years off.
I'm like, he's about to actually fight Max.
I'm like, this ain't real.
I'm like, no way.
Like, they think he really go giving something or like,
I'm like, nah, that ain't.
And then, hell, what was it?
A few weeks later, I'm like, oh, shit, it is real.
Like, it's real.
Literally, I found out about it on Monday.
I was like, oh, when he's fighting on this, this Saturday.
that.
Yes.
It was like two weeks.
I was like two weeks.
I was like, it's a fight.
It's a fight.
It's real.
I'm like, it's right.
Not next July, this July.
Right.
Out of nowhere.
Yes, bro.
So I was hoping for the best.
That's what I told you, Joe.
You was like, could you ever, could you come back and do it?
I said, man, I need a whole year of like actual football preparation to get ready for one game.
One game, Joe.
And I already know in my heart and soul, man.
I feel it in my heart and soul.
I'm a tell.
up something. Immediately. Immediately off the bar.
First time I got to move 100 miles an hour and stop and go.
Bruh, it's something coming loose.
Because I'm even-
They're built like that no more, Joe.
No, sir, no sir.
And it's all good.
And it's all good.
And it's all good.
I'd be like, James, you look good.
You look great.
I say, yes.
That's all I'm going for is to look.
That's, and the thing is now too.
They're going to put that feeling.
They're going to put that feeling.
They're going to put them to me on me.
They're going to have my eyes on me.
I'm going to be out there doing this.
I can't even get
above me.
Get it.
That reality strike.
And we like this,
Debo, hold the gap.
I can't.
Hold the gap.
What you mean?
I can't.
My knee just buckled.
My ankle, I think it,
I think it might have just sprang.
Trust me.
Hold the gap.
Trust me.
Mm-mm.
And that's when I'm telling you, like,
when the age starts happening,
when we see like Mike Tyson,
I was telling you, Debo,
no matter what.
Deacon, bro, that age going to hit his ass.
That didn't.
What?
Yes.
I understand what you're saying now.
I understand what I'm saying now.
But I saw him.
No matter how much you feel.
You saw him.
You saw that in a quick, you saw that in a, what's that thing called?
In a little real, in a little real.
It's actually, it's actually keep going.
He did it one time and it showed it seven times.
Listen.
He ain't even give me that one time.
Give me that one time.
And that's, no, man.
That's no, no, no, no.
Ain't no way.
These old heads, me, myself.
I'm talking to myself here too, because I'm playing an over 35 league
and I'm trying to get my growing right for just because I want to be healthy.
Not because I know I can't come back and play versus nobody that can really, really play.
I'm just trying to get caught.
You're playing in a real league.
I'm trying to get cardio.
Me and my boys, everybody are trying to get cardio.
No, you want to get cardio.
Take your ass to the gym and get on the machine.
It's safe.
You don't tear your ACL or your Achilles.
That's going to happen if you just try a burst somewhere.
You know, we could...
You ain't got a burst on the treadmill.
It's called cardio.
It ain't called burst.
Steady, slow.
I hear you, man.
See, we need to go see...
No, our team...
Y'all out there still trying to prove
like we got a little something.
These regular Joe's, they can't really step with us.
We got this.
We can do it.
Look here, man.
Stop it.
It's not about them.
I'm not going in there for them.
I'm doing it for them.
I'm doing it for them.
For me.
For you?
To prove what?
Not to prove nothing.
I just like ball.
You like ball.
I just want to run with the homies.
It's like I'm just like I'm just like we had like we just have like a pickup league.
You can't just do a pick up league.
That's what it is basically.
No, I'm just saying like the pickup game ready to be structured.
Not even a league, just a regular pickup game.
Why I got to be a league?
Because I like to have referees there.
I'm not trying to be filing.
I don't want nobody filing me.
Just so it's more, you know what I'm saying?
Boom.
We got refs.
We got people keeping how many points you get.
It's just more like, okay, it's a legit league.
Hey, hey, hey, hey.
Yes.
You can respect that.
I can't, but I can't.
How do your boy feel about the league that he joined in now that he's sitting over there
to torn Achilles?
He is worth it now.
I would have still been, you know what?
probably probably probably you know now we know we got what do he do for work
what do he did he do for work he's going to be okay for work he's going to be okay for work
okay for okay okay okay so if you do it is good with you it's a trade-off right i mean that's
that's what i say i'll fuck know it ain't good for no injury but yes that's what i signed up for
and he went out there already hurt knowing like yo i'm already
I'm already, I'm strained up already.
Matter of fact, they think that Connor was strained up already.
That's my thing.
He did how he took them shoes off.
He did it for the love of the camaraderie.
That's what I'm wanting.
I was saying, man, they said Connor was already hurt.
Did you see how he took them shoes off?
Yeah, he looked.
He did.
He did look the little gimpy.
Right.
He's seen the thing where it was another one where I think was at the beginning of
when he was in the, when he was in his training room at the beginning,
when he was kicking the bag.
He was giving it.
Now look here.
They cut out.
They cut out.
They cut out.
Now, look, I ain't saying, I'm just saying anything's possible.
But they cut, they ain't go show the whole thing.
Now, say he's doing that, and now he go and do it.
And on one of them, it's like, oh, boop, oh, shit.
I feel something.
Okay?
They didn't see that one because it wasn't on camera.
Now, if you're him, I'm not going to tell somebody that I just did something to my knee
right before I go out on the fight,
especially if I don't know if it's all the way gone,
like he could have did something to it
and it wasn't all the way gone yet.
And you see once he did what he did
and it was all the way gone,
he was limping out there.
So I think it's a possibility
that he might have did something to it in the back
before he came out practicing
while he was practicing in the back.
And then when he did that first tip,
he totally just ruptured the whole thing.
Because you got to think about it, dude,
like this is first time.
line back, like you said, he just got put to sleep the last two times.
It's been a five year. He can't go out here and say, oh, I was in the back warming up and
I might have strained my knee. He got to go out there.
You got, yeah, for sure. And at the end of the day, he was going, he's, he's, he's a, he's a, he is
a performer and he didn't want to go out there. He's not going to go out there and say that his
leg was hurt. No question, bro. You can, especially right as it's going out.
Like, it's going to get paid.
Hey, at the end of the game, I'm going to say that.
I mean, she, hey, that's, I ain't, hey, I ain't, I ain't, I ain't going to let that money go, Joe.
Man, he ain't letting that money go.
If that thing, he's tweaked up, you're going to get in that ring.
Yes, I'm going to tear it off the bone.
Off the bone.
That's, that now, I'm going to do, I'm going to do it for the fans.
I call it, that's what I'm called.
You're going to, like, fool me once because people want to see Connor McGregor.
I was ready to see him instantly.
Would have bought it.
Same thing with like Mike Tyson, the older.
when they start getting up there,
but you're wanting to hopefully see the flash,
but I'm like,
the knee and just the anything of the stamina.
No,
I'm no,
I'm putting,
I'm putting Tyson in there
because you keep going to say,
I'm like this,
yep,
that's the same thing that's happening.
You don't stop talking about Mike Tyson,
girl,
I'm going to lose it.
And I like Iron Mike,
but I'm just saying,
I don't need to see him in the ring no more.
I understand that.
I don't need to see Connor in the ring no more
because you want to say to go see him go over.
Another person that's ready to take a belt
but Connor's not ready for a belt,
but his name is going to get him to not come in there,
fight a young,
somebody that's just chill.
No,
we're only going to want to see Connor fight the best
and that he knows he's going to be able to draw that.
So he's going to get paid to walk in there and minute 30.
That's what I'm saying.
So like for us it's more,
I don't know,
like are we going to go pay to see Mike Tyson go out there again?
I'm going to say it because we want to see Iron Mike
or who we're going to feed, who we're going to butt.
I know Mike.
That just, man.
That just hurt me.
That hurt me.
I was expecting to see at least, you know,
getting one of them things, you know,
like one of them,
un-un-un-un-bap, bop, bop, bop, bop, you know what I said?
Like, just thore.
Man, you know how it is, man.
That it looks, you look,
the training segments can look sweet for flashes.
But as soon as that camera cuts off,
are they, when they gasping for air?
We're not sitting there watching, like, you know,
ha, don't throwing,
now your arm's getting down.
Now you're tired.
Now you get hit in the face.
Hey man
You see
What's the dude's name
Patty Patty P
You see what he did
To Benoit
Was it Benoit St. Dennis or something?
No
Brough
He choked that man out
In like less than a minute
See
Like less than a minute
And I don't even know how he had him
Wrapped up
He had like an arm in between
A leg
Like bro
Squeezed up
Yeah
I don't even know
What they call that thing
Cobra Python
Something
I don't even know what they call that.
Yeah.
Wrapped up fast, bro.
Nothing he could do.
Taped out one minute.
No.
No.
He didn't tap out.
He ain't tap out.
What happened?
Hey, he said I'm going out on my shield.
He let him choke him all the way out.
Until he, like, passed out.
Passed out.
Yep.
Okay.
I had to do the arm.
Yeah.
Boom.
Hey.
Oh.
Yeah.
Okay, yeah.
So, yeah, he definitely.
He ain't cheat.
Hey, you go, you're going to let him choke you out or you go tap out?
Which one you go do, John?
I mean, I've been in that gator joint
So, you know, I'm going to sleep
I'm just wake up
Hey, I gotta go to sleep
I gotta go to sleep
I gotta go to sleep
You fight for the last one
Listen, unless he got me
Unless he got one of my limbs
And something
And he's about to break
If he's about to break my elbow
I gotta go to sleep Joe
I can't I can't tap
I can't tap
I can't tap
I can't
Right
I just can't
I just can't
Like
Yeah
Brother, break my arm.
Break your arm.
No.
You're going to let him break your arm?
No, not break my arm.
I'm tapping.
I'm tapping, bro.
I'm tapping,
I'm going to let him choke you out,
but you ain't going to let me break none.
Yes.
I ain't letting you break none.
I can't get back out there then.
Get them off me.
I'm just fine,
fight,
hey,
I'm sleeping.
You can't be sleep for long.
And that's the thing.
They'd be scared.
They'd be like, man,
what happens if he keeps choking?
I'm like, man,
you know how long you got to choke somebody
to make sure they pass away.
Like,
you got to choke him after they pass out
for like at least another minute or two.
I know.
I didn't.
Anyway, the Steelers.
I didn't say nothing.
But Stillers wire, they dropped the top 10 greatest stillers of all time.
And the list goes, I'm going to start at 10 and go down to one.
Okay.
After I get through with that, we go, we go rap about this.
Okay.
So 10, they got Franco Harris, 9, Lambert, Jack Lambert, 8, Terry Brassshaw, 7.
Troy, six, Mike Webster, five, Mel Blunt, four, Rod Woodson, three, Jack Hamm, two, Ben Ruffisberger,
and one, mean, Joe Green.
Now, all right, so that's what I want to know.
How do you feel about this list?
So my thing is this, everybody on this list to be on this list.
Yes, that's, I ain't mad at none of them.
I ain't mad at none of them.
Everybody's list don't got to be the same.
Right.
but I feel like
it may be some areas where it could
it could adjust I would say
so for me
I'm not going to take
I'm not going to take anybody off the list
I think I would just
I think I would just rearrange
maybe you know
some of it because
when you
I don't know when you look at it and you think about it
if it's like how are you like ranking these
you know how are you ranking these guys like
How are you ranking the greatest?
Like, is it ranked on their, like, their numbers, stats, whatever it may be?
Is it ranked on individual accolades?
Right.
Is it ranked on team accolades?
Yes.
So, like, with that, you know, my thing is at one, me and Joe Green, I got a problem with that.
I think that goes unanimous with a lot of people.
Okay.
You?
You good with that one?
Yeah, I'm good with that.
Okay. So we got, we got Ben at two. Again, I'm not tripping on anybody on this list. Like, if we're talking, you know, numbers and when I look at this list, if we're talking numbers, you got Bradshaw out of eight, then Ben's numbers are far better than Bradshaw's as far as individual numbers. But again, are we talking like team accolades? Are we talking championships? You know, it's a different list or order. For me, if you go,
Matter of fact, if we just go championships.
That's the thing.
That's go champions.
It's because they're going to either go championships or individual players.
Like when you see this person, who's better than the other person, no matter if you bring, if you brought some Super Bowls, I think that adds on.
Obviously, that adds on because that means.
So my thing is this.
I'm going to go Super Bowl.
Let's go straight Super Bowl.
Where are you going to list at with straight Super Bowl?
I got, I'm cool with me, Joe.
at one.
I, because you have two quarterbacks on here.
If you're doing Super Bowls, then you're doing Super Bowls.
I got to put, I'm a switch.
I'm a switch, I'm a switch being the two.
I mean, switch being the eight, Terry the two.
See, that's, that's.
When you rank players, though, Debo, and you, when you rank players, just for you, this is
where it comes where people always like, the, the, the, the, the, you media can say, like,
if they, they won Super Bowls, but you were to end.
individual player. You were a player on the team where it's like, do you say somebody like
Terry Bradshaw and Big Ben are the perfect examples for us to state. When we say Ben's stats,
his numbers and everything, he only had one Super Bowl. Do you say to yourself, Ben, he got two.
Ben has two Super Bowls? Okay. I got two. He got two. Ben got two. Terry has four. Is it,
Do you think, do you think, if you were to rank your list, do you have, do you put super, do you,

I'm Mungesha Chitigula, and I'm back with a new season of the podcast Skyline Drive.
This time I'm diving into a rabbit hole of peptides, organoids, blood boys, blue zones, and brain replacement to try to understand what this longevity obsession is all about and what it really means to live forever for all of us.
I learned about some rad science.
I can make a brain for you and then we can test what draw is the best for your brain.
That's incredible.
A supposed to his brain.
Here's some hard truths.
I would expect Indians to age faster,
but I did not expect it to be almost a four to five year acceleration.
And get myself into a world of trouble.
I'd say probably start bone smashing.
That doesn't work.
To make it look more defined.
They say it works.
I don't know.

You make those Super Bowls mean more than his individual stats and what he did.
Big Ben as a player to Terry Bradshaw as a player.
And that's what I'm saying.
I have, if I'm ranking this list on straight.
I'm going to give you a list right now.
I can give you a list right now on straight Super Bowl.
Okay.
On Team Acculades, who did what?
If that's the case, I got Mr. Green at one.
Okay.
I'm a switch being in
I'm a switch being in Brashaw.
I'm a switch down.
Jack could stay at three.
I guess it could be Jack or or,
well, either Jack.
It could be Jack Lambert.
So I'll pull, I'll pull both Jacks right down here.
So I'm,
I got to move Woody out of there.
I got to move what's an out of there.
So I got, I got Mr. Green.
I got Terry Brasaw.
Then I got Jack Lambert, Jack Ham,
or Ham and Lambert.
you want to look at that.
Either way it go,
I'm cool with that.
From there,
from there, I'm going to go,
I'm going to go blunt.
That's easy.
Blunt's right there at five already.
Yes.
So we got Blunt at five right there.
I'm going to go Franco.
Webster.
I got Ben at 8.
Troy Woodson.
Okay.
Based on the winning of championships.
I don't think
Woody won a championship
so I think he would be at 10
you see what I'm saying
I'm not taking nobody off this list
keeping everybody on this list
because they could be on this list
depending on how you see them
but I'm ranking them based on
championships
okay
and say okay I got you
let's go
I want you
now
just best players in Steeler history
just individual
like individual talent.
Okay, again,
we're going on
individual talent.
Yes.
That's the case.
I mean, sorry.
Mr. Gray?
I'm not tripping on that.
That's just what it's going to be.
Me and Joe Green is who I'm talking about.
But I call him Mr. Green.
You know what I'm saying?
I'm close some respect.
You understand?
When you talk about him, you call him Mr. Green.
My bad, my bad.
Mr. Green.
All right.
All right.
Now from there,
this is where it goes to.
I'm going to.
I'm going to keep.
I'm a,
I'm,
see,
I'm,
here's the issue.
So based on,
I would say,
if we're talking talent,
bro,
like,
like,
like,
like,
like,
like,
like,
like,
I see,
I'm going to have a hard time with not putting
hammer lambert there and then Ben.
I think that's because I am a,
I'm a defense player.
you know what I'm saying?
Yeah, and Debo, this thing is
there's so many great players
that this list
is pick your poison.
You know what I'm saying?
Nobody, you don't have to make somebody else bad
or somebody else like put nobody else down
to put somebody else up.
That's a difficult list.
All of these dudes are all the people.
But here, I tell you what,
because I can't take nobody off.
That's where I'm at.
That's okay.
So listen, we ain't got to stay where he at then.
I would say,
I would say,
Oh man, this is a hard one, bro.
One is easy.
It's just hard because of Terry and Ben.
Like, am I going to keep, am I going to keep, like, you know, Ben where he's at or switch it?
Like, yeah.
Talent, I got to, again, I got to keep Ben where he's at.
I'm going to do that.
I'm cool with him being there.
I'm going to have to flip.
this was you got to look at too debo when you got this you got defense alignment so you got mr green
you know what I'm saying you got then they got some you got bin so you got quarterbacks on here
you got two quarterbacks we got jack lambert we got um and uh jack ham so we got limber and ham dude
that's that's like you know they roll together yeah okay that's what I'm saying then we got D.B
We got Rob Woodson and Mel Blunt.
So we got basically safety and corner.
And then for the linemen, right now,
we looks like we have one.
So we got Mike Webster as the best lineman.
So when you add.
I don't know a lot.
I'm going to have to throw Mike all the way to 10
just because of the position.
You know what?
Let me start backwards.
I think I could do it better that way.
Mike at 10.
Franco.
Let me Franco at 9.
Terry and Ben are going to be eight and two.
However you want to do that, that's how it's going to do.
But my eight and two is taken by two quarterbacks.
Ben is going to put Ben at the two.
Even though Terry got four championships,
them championships is hard to do.
But, dude.
But, like, you know, Ben, he'll go go out there.
He go, he'll go, he'll give you.
What he'll go give you.
He go run around.
He'll get that, like, like, oh, bro.
Who is he?
you think so if I
got some I got some
so this where I have some
honorable
if this goes modern more more like
if I just think of people that I've seen
I test that I think can make this list
there is
A B comes to mind
T.J. Watt
comes to mind
you
come to mind
and Mike Pouncey comes to mind
when I think about
Marquise Pouncy.
Marquise Pouncey comes to mind when I think about centers.
Just about all the years straight pro bowl, straight all pros, consistency.
You know what I'm saying?
He played probably 12, 11 years.
He went probably 10 years to the Pro Bowl.
It was just straight.
So, like, he's Pouncey is one of my guys.
So with my list, when I'm looking at, I didn't, I didn't know Mike Webster.
I don't know.
So when I'm looking at my young list and I'm thinking of distillers, I'm like,
Marquise Pouncey is up there as one of my all-time great.
centers for Pittsburgh Steelers.
He was there with Ben, you know what I'm saying?
During Marquis Pounsey's career, his quarterback was been the entire time.
And they had success together.
It wasn't ever Pouncey's fault.
He was out there, Iron Man really would do what he had to do, constant professional.
We went to school.
He did that in Florida and did the same thing from Florida to go straight to the league.
So with him, I always have a little spot in my heart.
I'm like, man, I can't, don't forget about Pounce.
That was unbelievable.
I got drafted first round, went to the Steelers,
and did what he had to do for his whole career.
You know what I'm saying?
Like a grown-man stuff.
A.B.
There's no receivers on the-
ain't none.
It's not all-time great.
So I'm like this.
Got to be more careful.
And I know when they say the rings knocked down
the greatness of these dudes,
but I'm like, when I look at individual
and I'm like, it wasn't Pouncey's fault.
And like I said, with AB,
the talent on that field and his numbers are undeniable.
That streak of when he was going 100 yards,
100 catches and over 1,500 y'all's and just tutting it.
And then special teams, you know what I'm saying?
He's a spark plug where I was working.
When I was playing for the Browns, I'm like, God, damn, I got AB.
And I knew what time it was.
Him and Ben, it was working together, boom, boom, it was just amazing.
So Antonio Brown never want to put down on what he did.
T.J. Watt, sack numbers.
You know what I'm saying?
Just like everybody stuff is in it.
But number, he got the most sacks.
Like, he's still out there doing it.
And it's right now he had a day.
down year, but TJ's been doing nothing but being the best version of itself.
I'm saying leading by example, being a consistent professional stays.
You don't hear about TJ.
You know what I'm saying?
Unless he got hurt.
Stay out of the way.
He stays out the way.
He does his job.
He's lunch pale brings it to the job.
So with them, then Debo, you know what I'm saying?
Amate stats and just what you brought, the undrafted, that grind, that still grown
man, not being cocky, you know what I'm saying, bawling out Super Bowl, in the champ,
making big plays when they matter.
You know what I'm saying?
Like real live, you did that.
So then you and so that's
with those are when I'm like,
sometimes the championships, those are a couple of players
I will put in there and then some just like
and it's not, who can
like knocking, I'm not trying to knock
like. Right. I can say I didn't
see them play. I didn't, you know what I'm saying?
Like more just, I didn't see it more my era
of my guys and their numbers and what I've seen
them do. I'm like, is, is that
that it was unbelievable. So I would just
put those those guys in there to
Yeah, I understand what you're saying.
And my thing is, man, it's hard.
It's really hard.
Because if you're right, like you totally, now.
When you talk about the feelings?
Most athletes now are faster and stronger.
That's just what it is, dude.
Time has made these athletes faster and stronger than a lot of these guys back then.
And then I'll say it's guys on the list, though, like, hey, they could still touch this error.
Mr. Grain and his prime, he could touch this error.
That's no question about it.
Yes.
And survive, thrive.
Thrive. Thrive.
Thrive.
Right.
You know.
And, bro, it's just hard to even.
And this is the thing, too, Debo.
It makes it a lot for the Steelers and just for organizational wise.
When you've had, when you have players on teams that had that success and have one
super bowl.
It's like, I can't put a guy.
that didn't over a guy that did.
So that makes complete sense.
You know what I'm saying?
So when you say Steelers' all-time grades, there's Super Bowl champions and they have,
there's titles with this.
You know what holy stats.
There's titles with it.
Like that's what we are known for.
We are known for winning championships.
1000%.
You walk into our upstairs.
What's the first thing you see when you cross through them doors, Joe?
You see them Lombardi sitting right there?
You see the Barthys.
You see the Barthys sitting right there.
What's the first thing?
thing that go through your mind
if you see them.
I want to get one.
I want to be on there.
Yeah.
I want to put one in that case, dude.
You get off the airport.
It's hard to take that.
Like, you got guys that's on here
with three and four of them things,
bruh.
It's hard to even
anywhere.
No, because they deserve it.
They deserve it.
They came and did the ultimate goal.
So that's why they shit a thousand percent.
That's why the list.
Gotta be longer.
How can you, that's what I'm saying?
It doesn't matter who you put on this list.
It's going to be right.
And you're going to be wrong.
You're going to be right and you're going to be wrong.
Because somebody's going to say you not.
What about, bro?
And you're going to be like this.
You damn right.
You know what you need to do?
To hell with the top 10 greatest.
Just go with the greatest stealers, not top this or that.
Don't put no numbers on that because it's too much that could be like too much adjustments in there.
Like you said, A, B, I'm 100%.
Like 100%, you know?
Like, dude, how we didn't even got Lynn Swan on?
again
back in that era
that's Lynn Swan
he's a dude
yeah
like
little Woody
he was that dude
Heinz's that dude
how he caught the ball
and put him to sleep
the bussy ain't on here
Bussy that dude
that's when you go to
running backs
It's just so much
when you look at it
yes
you're going to have to have
running backs on there
and you're going to have two running backs
you're going to take off Franco
and put on Jerome
or you're going to have
Verma and Franco and then who else you're going to take off?
I don't know, bro.
Like, you got, like, even when you go to lineman, bro, like, Alan Fanica, bro.
People forget Alan Thanica, bro.
Mm-hmm.
Dog.
All the same.
Yeah.
Like, oh, man.
It's just a lot of players.
Listen, man, hemp ain't even on here, man.
I know Hampton.
I know.
Big Hampton.
Stop thing, bro.
I looked at that.
I looked at another, they had the lift.
Man, how big hamper ain't up there, man.
Throw the horns up.
The list from this.
That's what I'm saying, 11 to 20.
It can't be 10, bro.
I'm done with this.
This list ain't.
No, it is, Debo.
It is.
It is.
That's why I'm saying.
Who is the 10?
Everybody's list could be 100% different.
That's why it's okay because it's your opinion.
It's who you like and who you think is the greatest and did the impact for you.
So, like, all these players, when you get the, when you get the arguing greatness,
you feel like you got to put down some, how am I going to lift up somebody else to put somebody
down, but it's just who you like.
It's on your opinion, who you saw.
You have a connection with them.
And them Super Bowls don't hurt.
Them Super Bowls, bro.
Don't hurt.
Like, who did the steel curtain, bro?
What are you talking about?
The steel curtain with the steel curtain.
We was Blitzburg.
We was Blitzburg.
Like, bro.
Yeah.
I'm going to look like, Mel Blunt,
changed the game to that press coverage at the DB,
and then you got Rob, Rice.
Bro, James Ferrier.
He has 72 picks.
James Ferrier.
Lawrence Tim is.
man, like...
No, no, for sure.
Like, J.G., man, Jason Gilden.
Bro.
Lloyd,
Greg Lloyd, man.
What are we talking about?
Kevin Green.
Now, you just...
Oh, man, bro.
You're going to have to sit down
and really sit down and think
and put it down.
Because it's who do you like.
It's personal opinions.
That's why I'm always with the...
You can't let know
nobody's waiver
who you like.
So when you write down your list...
Boy, Greg Lloyd was my go-toes.
like when I finally gave up them losers over there in Cleveland and went to Pittsburgh
that was my dude great Louis what what you said what you said what when I gave up when I was
you know when I said hey I had to give up childish things to become a man and they left
and went to Baltimore and then they fought to keep those doodle brown colors that's when I was like
I'm out of here I can't keep doing childish things and living in you know in
child as ways. I got to grow up. I got to be a man. And I became a Pittsburgh Stilley fan.
Gotcha. Yeah. Okay. Joe still ain't grew up.
All right, D. Bo. I'm just saying, I was just, I'm not, I'm not saying.
This golf course right here, Oakmont, Pittsburgh. That's one of the best golf course in the world.
Okay. And good old bird. Good old bird, baby. Good old bird.
