Hello, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for joining us again for another episode of Nightcap.
I am your favorite punk, Shannon Sharp. He's your favorite number 85. Route Runner extraordinaire.
Bengals legend. Ring of Fame
honoree. Pro bowler.
All pro. Into his new
digs, you see his neon sign glowing
in the backdrop that says Nightcap.
He's Chad Ochocinco
Johnson. Thank you so
much for making us so popular so fast.
We're now officially at 1,139,000 subs
and all thanks to you.
Please, please make sure you subscribe
to the Nightcap podcast feed.
You can listen to the Nightcap
through the club Shay Shay feed,
but we would greatly appreciate it
if you subscribe to the Nightcap podcast feed.
I want to thank you again personally
for selling out Shay by La Portia.
Now we do have it in, but we're only doing pre-orders because they've got to go back and fill all the orders that ordered, I think, in December and January.
So we're filling those orders now currently.
And so if you order, it's going to take about three weeks.
They told us it's going to take about three weeks before that order is filled.
But we have pinned the link at the top of the chat.
We're doing pre-orders only.
Pre-orders.
I won the iHeart Club Che Che, not I.
Club Che Che won Sports Podcast of the Year.
So I want to thank iHeart.
And Ocho, I really wanted to win this award, not for me,
but because I understand that when people see Club Che Che,
the first person they automatically think of is Shannon Sharp.
But it's so many more people that make sure that Club Che Che is not only able to be seen, but to be heard.
And so this was my opportunity to thank some of them, to thank the CJs, to thank the Alisas, to thank Shelly for you know booking travel for everyone for Savannah
to making sure you know the advertisers
and doing the reads and all that stuff is
impromptu on time everybody
from makeup to bread and jumpsuit
to do my makeup and sometimes
the guys come in and they want to get part you know
knock some of the shine off them
so this was my opportunity
to thank a lot of people that
make Club Che Che possible so I want to thank i lot of people that make club Shea Shea possible.
So I want to thank our heart for making that possible.
Thank the volume, Colin Believeman and Stephen A.
Because Stephen A., when I first got to first take, he's like, I'm going to build you a graphic.
I'm going to have ESPN to build you a graphic.
So when you see it in the background, not only is it going to say three time Super Bowl champ,
Pro Football Hall of Famer,
it's also going to say Club Shea Shea. So I want to thank
Stephen A. for that. And so,
Osho, I won the award,
I think. I did the interview after
and I came over here. And so while everybody's
over there partying, because they're still over there having a
party, I'm like, you know what? I got
to work with you. Yeah, yeah. We got work
to do. Listen, congratulations well deserved uh you have a great team behind you and i'm happy for you
but this is only just the beginning this is only just the beginning of one of many awards that
you're gonna win that we're going to win yeah and it's gonna uh well we just we just shaken that we
ain't even got we ain't even got to the earthquake yet we ain't got to the earthquake yet it's going to... We just shaking that. We ain't even got to the earthquake yet.
We ain't even got to the earthquake yet.
It's coming.
We're just going to keep putting out great content
and interesting content,
being true to who we are.
This is what you see is what you get with us.
The thing is that
we get to talk about whatever we want to talk about
as long as we want to talk about it.
And so I think that's what the...
Our viewing audience, our listening audience, I think that's what they love so much about us is that we want to talk about it. And so I think that's what our viewing audience, our listening audience,
I think that's what they love so much about us is that
we're our authentic selves and we
get to talk about things that they're talking about
but they get to hear it from us, from
our perspective. Ocho, check this out.
We got a special, special surprise for you
later in the show tonight. Wait,
for me? Yeah, bro.
Wait, hold on. I like surprises, man. I know you do.
You're going to be surprised. You're going to be surprised.
You're going to be surprised. Wait, for real?
But that's coming later.
Yes, that's coming later.
But first, it's time for our first segment of the night,
and it's called News Cap.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Kirk Cousins agrees to a four-year deal,
a four-year $180 million contract with Atlanta Falcons.
That deal includes a $50 million signing bonus,
another monster payday for Cousins,
who gets $110 million guaranteed,
and it's a fresh start for him in Atlanta.
Kirk Cousins has now made $330 million guaranteed dollars.
Oh, yeah.
All the while, he's won one playoff game.
Yeah.
All this notion is about winning and what can – I don't want to hear that.
Because our listening and viewing audience knows that is some good job.
You paid this man $330 million, million Ocho yeah one playoff win so this notion we play
quarterbacks based on what we believe they can do well we we we we got it we got the results right
here yeah well listen it's Kirk Cousins is a very very very very good regular season quarterback
he's been very efficient his numbers has always good. And all the teams when he was in Minnesota,
obviously when he was in Minnesota,
the numbers were very,
very good.
When he was with,
when he was with Washington,
I don't want to,
I don't want to say the commanders.
When it was the commanders,
Kirk Cousins is one of the few quarterbacks that said,
you know what?
I'm going to bet on myself.
I'm going to bet on myself.
And every time he's better than himself. And every time he's come out on the winning end.
He's come out on the winning end, regardless of playoff success, regardless of his record.
He does have a winning record as well, even though he's not a perennial playoff quarterback.
I think he's 78 and 72 in his career. Yeah, that that that that would be somewhat winning. And it's funny, depending on who the person is,
the numbers actually don't matter. They don't matter because, and that's how bad the quarterback
market is because he's so efficient during the regular season. His numbers are really good based
on the supporting cast that he always has around them. He looks great, which is why I think they
continue to pay him because you know what you get when you have him at the helm. He just has no playoff or Super Bowl success.
Well, numbers don't matter if we don't want them to matter.
Ah, it depends on... Listen, the goalposts move depending on the individual you're talking about.
The goalposts continuously move. Hey, we pay you based on what you've been able to do for us.
What have you done for me lately is the NFL motto, correct?
Yes.
Especially at the skill position and especially at the quarterback position.
Right.
For Kirk Cousins, one thing he's always done, he's one of God's child.
He's one of God's children.
Chosen people.
He's one of them chosen ones, and he's always cashed in.
He's a good dude, man. He's a good dude. He's a good dude. ones and he's always cashed in. He's a good dude, man.
He's a good dude. He's a good dude. It's going to be
interesting to see.
I would have
read a pretty penny
that Justin Fields would be
a better fit in Atlanta than
Cousins.
But I know Mr. Blank a little bit.
Different style. Different style.
Very different styles. And I think the thing is that Mr. Blank a little bit. Different style. Different style of the quarterbacks too now. Very different styles.
Right.
And I think the thing is that Mr. Blank and I don't know who the GM is there,
is that, look, it's like we got Kyle Pitts, we got Drake London,
we got B. John Robinson.
We want somebody that can distribute the football.
Right.
You understand what you're getting with him now.
So you're not under no illusions that he's going to rush for 500 yards.
You're not under those illusions.
No.
So you know exactly what you're going to get.
Your expectations is what they are.
Now, so when you look at that division, Ocho,
you look at Tampa, Baker Mayfield,
you look at the Saints, you got Derek Carr,
you look at the Falcons, you got Cousins, you look at the Carolina. You got Derek Carr. You look at the Falcons.
You got Cousins. You look at the Carolina Panthers. You got Bryce Young.
Yeah. I mean,
it's anybody's division.
Except Carolina, because I don't know
if I need to see Carolina. What pieces
that they're going to add?
They got to make a splash.
They got to make a splash in free agency
and they got to make a splash in the draft.
They have to. They have to put some fellas around that young fella, that young bull out there in Carolina, in Bryce Young.
But what I like about the move for Kirk Cousins going to Atlanta is the fact that Drake London watched his numbers this year.
Kyle Pitts, he hasn't had a year.
He hasn't looked like what we think he was supposed to look like up to this point. But this year,
he's going to put up crazy, crazy numbers.
Crazy numbers because one thing
that Kirk Cousins could do is he can distribute
the ball and he's going to sling it.
Right. He's going to sling it.
The thing you got to do,
you got to protect him though. Yeah.
Because he doesn't have his capabilities.
Yeah. So you
got to protect it.
You've got to protect him.
So he's not a guy that has great improvisational skills.
He's not a guy that if you look at guys, let's just say for the sake of argument,
you take a Mahal, you take a Lamar, you take a Burrell, you take Josh Allen,
you take guys that you can throw away to script,
they can get off script and still make plays.
I'm not so
sure that's what he is i think based on his body of work and me watching him he's not a guy that
gets off script very often he's a guy that needs a go here to go but as far as improvisation the
plate breaks down and i need you to make you know chicken salad out of chicken you know what
right that is what he is yeah i think most of the time what we will see from him,
if things get a little haywire, I think he will use his legs.
Now, things are a little bit different now with him coming off that Achilles
injury, but I think he will be able to distribute the ball efficiently.
And the fact with B. John Robinson there,
which I'm sure they're going to utilize even more than what they did last year
to kind of not cover up for Kirk's injury
but to protect him a little bit
based off of it
and just use
the run to open up the pass and I think
they're going to be just fine.
Offensively, man,
they're going to do crazy numbers
now. They're going to do crazy numbers.
I hope so.
I hope so. I hope so.
So now we got Cousins off the market.
He's in Minnesota.
We got Baker Mayfield.
He returns to Tampa.
I just read Jacoby Brissett.
He's signing a one-year deal with the New England Patriots.
So that's three of the quarterbacks that were free agents.
Oh, Garner Minshew.
He goes to the Raiders.
To the Raiders.
Yeah.
And we got and go ahead basically jacoby jacoby brissett is going to win that battle against
zappy so jacoby brissett is basically the starting quarterback for new england um the bears have
reportedly yet to shot justin fields within the nfl free agent friends in full swing because it
opens the league year starts on
Wednesday. The quarterback opening round of the league
has been filled in. Rappaport reported
that the Bears haven't
held serious trade talks involving
Fields. They're waiting and
not yet fully comfortable with Caleb
Williams yet. What are the Bears doing?
Because you hear a lot of different things, Ocho.
That's smoking
mirrors, Uncle. You know that, baby.
You know that.
That ain't nothing but smoke and mirrors.
Caleb is one of the most sought out
after draft pick coming out into the draft.
And that's all smoke and mirrors.
All smoke and mirrors.
You know what the Bears doing.
You know what the Bears doing.
They're not showing their hand.
They know exactly where they're going
with their first pick.
Goddamn Ray Charles can see that.
Stevie Wonder can see that.
And I mean, no disrespect to them.
You know, they're playing game.
They're playing mind games.
They're trying to wait for the right call, the right opportunity,
and to get the right conversation.
But you're harming yourself, though, Ocho.
You think so?
These positions are getting built.
Teams are taking the quarterbacks.
Teams are taking the quarterbacks. But are taking the quarterbacks, but again,
we talk about Justin Fields. I still think
there are a lot of people... Can he go
to Atlanta? No, he
can't go to Atlanta. That's where I thought he was going.
I thought he was going to Atlanta, honestly.
So, now, can he go? Do you think he can go
to New England? Is that
a possibility after the COVID percent?
I mean, no. The Raiders might be still in
play. Regarding Minshew, they still might be in play.
But Ocho, here's the thing.
Yes, sir.
If houses on the market, and I want to sell my house, but all the houses are being bought up, at some point in time, you're like, well, damn, I might be stuck.
Hey, but this is one thing.
Even if the houses are being bought up, there's a house that hasn't been bought yet that might be better than some of the ones that have been bought based on play style and what they can do.
Being able to improvise, you know, being a dual threat, being able to throw, being able to run as well.
So he might even be a better fit, even though that specific house hasn't been bought in reference to Justin Fields. So still, still he had the chance. I think it's very important that his next
move or the Bears next
move and also Justin Fields next move
has to be their best move.
Not just moving him just to move him, but
moving him for a reason with the
cause so we can be successful
because the change of scenery is always good because
you know what you get with Justin Fields.
Look here, if I'm selling you a car,
I don't give a damn if it don't crank tomorrow.
That ain't got nothing to do with me.
You bought it. So you talking about me
trading him where he could be successful. That ain't got nothing to do
with me. Oh yeah, yeah.
Honestly, wherever he goes,
he gonna be successful. He's going to
be able to change the franchise. Now,
am I talking about, is he like
this franchise changing type
quarterback? No, but he's a quarterback that you know that you that you can play with one that can win one that can make plays.
And if he goes to a team, if he goes to a team that has a good running back and a decent receiving core, it can get scary.
It can get nice.
OK, think about the place.
OK, he can't go to Buffalo.
No.
Is he going to the Jets with Aaron Rodgers there? No.
Is he going to Miami with Tua?
No, no, no.
Okay, you don't...
Because they're getting ready to pay Tua, no.
Okay, you don't believe...
He's at Justin Fields. Justin Fields is the starting quarterback.
Okay.
And there's still, what, 28, 27 other teams.
Okay, let's try to fill a few of them.
Okay, you don't believe he can go to New England?
No, because they just signed Brissette.
Pittsburgh an option?
No, because Russell is there now.
Is Cleveland an option?
Absolutely. Deshaun is there.
Is Cincinnati an option?
You know, Dan
will. Is Baltimore an option?
No. Okay, let's
go to that. Okay, is Jacksonville an option?
No, they got Trevor Lawrence and they just bought in Matt Jones. Okay, let's go to that. Okay, is Jacksonville an option? No, they got Trevor Lawrence,
and they just brought in...
Matt Jones.
Okay, is any an option?
They just took Richardson with the third pick.
Is that an option?
No, no, no, no.
Okay, is the Houston Texans an option?
Oh, shit.
Oh, boy, we should get serious now, right?
Okay, Tennessee.
It's Tennessee.
Tennessee might be in play, right?
Okay, that's one.
They got Will Levis.
No, they got Will Levis and the backup.
They got Malik.
Damn.
Malik Willis.
Okay.
Okay.
Let's just set that to the side.
That's a possibility.
Okay, let's go into the AFC West.
Denver.
Ah, now we talking.
Okay.
Now we talking.
We making some noise.
Kansas City.
No.
No, no, no, no.
The Chargers. No. No. Okay, no, no. The Chargers? No.
No.
Okay, we got Denver.
The Raiders in Denver.
Yeah.
Raiders, Denver.
Raiders, Denver, and Tennessee.
Three possible.
Tennessee?
I still believe Tennessee.
I believe Justin Fields is better than anything they have.
That's just me.
Some might disagree.
So you don't like Will Levis?
I like Will Levis. Not more than I like
Justin Fields. Okay.
We know the Eagles are an option.
No.
Washington seems to be in play for one of
these three. Uh-uh. They're drafting a
quarterback. Okay. They're not giving
up that third pick of the draft. They're drafting their
quarterback. Okay. Okay. Cowboys, no
go. The Giants,
maybe. Hey,
even if they did just pay Daniel Jones
all that money, that might be
a good look now.
That might be a good look. That's no disrespect to
Daniel Jones. NFC South,
we just named those quarterbacks. We know nothing
that NFC South is doing. Yeah, right.
NFC North, Green Bay,
Jordan. Absolutely not. Okay. ComeC North. Green Bay. Jordan. Absolutely not.
Okay.
Come on now.
The Lions.
No.
No, no.
No.
Jared Goff.
No.
Jared Goff is playing too goddamn well.
Okay.
The Bears is already in that division, so they're looking to draft a quarterback number one.
Minnesota.
Is Minnesota in play?
Bingo.
Do you trade them within the division?
They're the third team.
Do you trade them within the division? They're the third team.
Do you trade them within the division?
Do you think the teams care about that?
Yes, they do.
You think so?
Yeah.
Normally, they try to put your ass in a different conference.
They ain't trying to trade you within the conference,
let alone within the division.
Well, hell, if you don't want to trade,
if you feel that much about me and think if you value that much,
were you scared to trade me in the conference? Well, god damn,
why are you trying to get rid of me in the first place?
Let me ask you a question.
I know you don't want to lose your lady, but do you want to
lose her to the next door neighbor or do you want to lose
a guy out of another state?
I like that.
That's a good analogy.
Hey, I don't want to lose you,
but if you're going, you got to go.
You can't go next door.
Right, right, right.
You can't go in the same subdivision.
Right.
So I just think the thing is that,
I mean, it's coming down,
and to see, it's going to be very interesting.
I think some of the teams that we name,
they might be in play.
There might be some interest,
but it's going to be very interesting
to see where Justin Fields ends up.

In the fall of 1986, Ronald Reagan found himself at the center of a massive scandal

Did you make a mistake in sending arms to Tehran, sir?
No.
It became known as the Iran-Contra affair.
And I'm not taking any more questions in just a second.
I'm going to ask Attorney General...
I'm Leon Nafok, co-creator of Slow Burn.
In my podcast, Fiasco, Iran Contra, you'll hear all the unbelievable details of a scandal that

The Eagles are signing Saquon Barkley.
They gave him three years, $37.75 million.
Saquon joins the rival.
We've seen this before.
We see T.O. lead the Eagles, go to the Cowboys.
Cowboys.
We see Prime lead the Cowboys, go to Washington.
So, excuse me, this is not abnormal, but we don't see it often.
Often, yeah.
His number places him behind Christian McCaffrey,
who still has the highs at $16 million.
Alvin Kamara at $15 million.
Jonathan Taylor, I think, is about $14 million.
And Saquon is slightly behind that.
The Giants opted not to place the franchise tag on Barkley for the second
straight year, which would have cost them
$12.1 million.
Saquon, here's where
it gets interesting.
Tiki Barber posted
he tore into Saquon
for the decision to sign with the rival
Eagles, saying he's
dead to us now. You're dead to us
Saquon. That's what
Tiki Barber
tweeted. Saquon
shot by at Tiki Barber.
Yo, LOL. Yo,
you're the prime
example of loyalty to a team.
Baker Barkley shot back on
social media. I got the deal I wanted.
Secure more guaranteed money,
which was given to me before, so if the fans
gonna hate me for that, so be it.
But I've never turned my back on
my teammates, and I've
always had theirs.
At Tiki Bar, you've been a bit of a hater
since I got to New York. All
the dead talk to me. Don't smile in my face
when you see me.
Ooh.
First of all, congratulations, Saquon.
Congratulations, Saquon.
He is, he's from Pennsylvania.
So he went to Penn State.
Yeah.
Right back home.
Right back home.
Listen, if the New York Giants
valued Saquon Barkley
the way they should have
for what he's able to do
and what he can do,
I can see the skill set.
Everyone else has seen the skill set.
Philadelphia is going to show you that you shouldn't have got rid of him,
and he's going to show you this season.
You know what you get with him.
Right.
Out the backfield, catching, running, off tackle, stretch,
hit his head off the goalpost from anywhere on the field.
That's the type of player he is.
But, oh, now Tiki want to make noise.
You should have shot shots at the Giants organization
but not taken care of him when he asked the first time.
Talk about you dead to me.
You should have tweeted to the Giants that.
Tiki should have tweeted to the Giants.
You know what?
Y'all dead to me because you're understanding
how dynamic this individual is.
How dynamic
and the game changer
that Saquon Barkley is
is the fact that y'all
don't even want to pay him.
But now Saquon leaves
and goes to Philly.
Now Tiki wants to talk about
you dead to me.
Matter of fact, it's so funny.
Hey, but it was more
in a playful manner.
But the Giants, not the Giants,
the Bengals got stones from Baltimore.
Yeah.
And Lamar said, hey, you did to me.
Yeah.
Hey, that was so funny.
But obviously, they were just playing.
They were just playing.
Two years, seven.
Lamar Jackson also tweeted a picture of Tiki and Saquon.
He said, you're dead to us, Saquon.
Good luck to me.
You're dead to me.
My new quote, you're dead to me.
I guess LJC, that's what he's going to be using.
I don't get it.
I mean, but that's what happens.
So if you see, so imagine, if players feel that way,
how do you think the fans feel when they've been so invested 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50 years?
Now you see why the fans.
Hey, you don't want to pay the guy.
Hey, I'm going to be cool.
I'm going to be cool.
Hey, any of my guys that left Denver or left Baltimore and got more money,
I'm still going to be cool.
I ain't going to be good.
Hey, man, You should have stayed
and took that little bit of money they offered.
Nah. From what I've been reading,
they didn't even offer Saquon.
Nah. They probably didn't. They probably
didn't because if they wanted to pay him, they would have paid him the first time
because you know what you get. You know what you get.
There's no reason to play with him. Right.
Listen, they don't value the quarterback position
the way they once did.
Yeah, my bad. They don't value the quarterback. the way they once did. The running back. The running back. Yeah, my bad.
They don't value the quarterback.
Oh, my God.
What is wrong with me?
I'm talking too damn fast.
Let me slow down a little bit.
They don't value the running back position the way they once did because the game has changed.
It's a passing league now.
But again, he is dynamic.
He is different.
He's in a class of his own along with maybe three other running backs in the NFL.
That's the type of guy you pay.
I have a question for you,
who was the best offer
the threat for the Giants
last year?
Stay quiet.
It ain't rocket science.
But see, here's the thing.
It ain't rocket science.
This is what we know.
Quarterback is the only position that'll get paid
based on what potential,
based on what we think he can do.
All the other positions
got to prove it to your force.
Running back, wide receiver, offensive line,
D-line, corner.
Everybody else must prove it, not the quarterback.
Because what is
Daniel Jones proving?
Listen, in Daniel Jones jones situation you know
when they say timing is everything when they tell you timing is everything that is the prime example
of daniel jones situation where there was no there was nowhere else to go but there was nowhere else
available they had his fifth year option they could have picked up his fifth year option
just guaranteed that and they'd have been home free.
But Aaron DeVay was saying,
nah, we want to lowball you.
Do this. And now, what you got in your hand?
Now you got to make a decision. You might have $40 million in dead cap
space dealing with Daniel Jones
if you don't keep him. And you know what's funny?
They don't have a problem with that. They don't have
a problem with it. They don't have a problem with the dead
cap space. But until the Giants find consistent quarterback play,
nothing's going to work. Nothing's going to work. And I like Daniel Jones. I like Daniel Jones.
And I like the supporting cast he has around him. And he should be fine. He should be fine.
He should be fine. Daniel Jones is what he is. That's not nice is That's not nice That's not nice It is what it is I mean hey
That's not nice
I'm not going to allow
I'm not going to allow you
To put perfume
Lipstick
And a dress on a pig
And tell me she
That's Miss America
I'm not going to let you do it
I'm not going to let you tell me
If we put weapons around
Daniel Jones
All of a sudden
He's going to turn into
This great quarterback
He is what he is
Okay I like what you just said.
Did you hear what you just said?
Yes.
You put great weapons around a quarterback that's mediocre,
that quarterback begins to look exceptionally well.
Excuse me.
You put great weapons around.
Matter of fact, how about learn how to use the goddamn players you got?
Learn how to use Sterling Shepard.
Learn how to use Jalen Hyatt.
Learn how to use some of the
goddamn tools you had to make other people's job around you easy then you wouldn't be in this damn
situation no it don't matter what type of gun i give you if you don't know how to shoot it it's
worthless to you so i can give you all these i can give so what good of cars i can give you a
bugatti i can give you a rose i can give you a range i can give you
a g wagon but if you don't know how to drive what good are they right they nice to look at
you right you right you right look at this look at tyrod taylor and the two games that he got in
there look how he made those same weapons that Daniel Jones looked lost and guys were
frustrated. Look how they look with
Tyrod.
Tyrod is still with the Giants, right?
I don't know. He might be a free agent.
I'm not sure.
That's someone that they need to bring back
just for insurance purposes in case
things don't go well.
Obviously, Daniel Jones
somewhat of a, I don't want to use the word injury prone.
I don't like saying that.
But just coming off that injury, I think having Tyrod Taylor there to be able to be a backup once again if things don't go the way they should.
Right.
The all-in Cowboys lose Tony Pollard, Dorrance Armstrong, day one of NFL free agency. The Dallas Cowboys could have created cap space
by extending Dak, who's entering
the final year of his deal with a cap
hit of $59.4 million.
Instead,
Jerry did nothing in regards
to the cap and watched Tyler Biotis,
running back Tony Pollard, and
edge rusher Dorrance Armstrong
all agree to terms to go elsewhere.
The same is likely
going to happen
to left tackle
Tyron Smith.
Let me ask you a question.
Yes, sir.
How the all-in looking?
How the who?
The all-in that Jerry Jones
said he going all-in this year.
How the looking?
You know what?
The all-in ain't start yet.
I don't know when
he going to crank it up,
but it ain't start yet.
I mean, I'm assuming
he going to make a splash.
When he going to make it, I'm not sure.
Is he going to make the splash in free agency or is he going to make the splash in the draft?
Somewhere, the words all in has to come into play.
We just don't know because he's not showing his hand yet.
He's not showing his hand yet.
Hey, maybe the splash might be all in.
Maybe Derrick Henry would have started on his helmet.
What do you think?
I look at it like maybe he's talking about we've signed.
But there's
no possible way. You're going to
sign CD and you're going to sign
Micah with that
number at 59 million.
You got to do something. CD, listen,
CD, Justin Jefferson, and Jamar
Chase, everybody's playing a game of chicken
because I want to see. Oh, they're waiting.
They're waiting. They're waiting.
They're waiting. You go, then I'm going to get
one of them you got
and then he going to go
and I'm going to get
more than all of them.
So that's what...
Right, right, right.
Nobody was like,
hey, we just sit back
and we're going to see.
See, these like...
Everybody's trying
to get to that Tyreek.
Everybody's trying to get
into that 30 mil bracket.
That 30 mil.
Yeah.
Because Tyreek is out there.
See, they say,
hey, y'all see what I did.
I led the NFC
in catches, yards, and 52nd in touchdowns.
Right.
I'm saying the NFC, not the league.
He led the league.
Tyreek led the league in yards.
And I forget who led the league in touchdowns.
It may have been Tyreek.
But so I'm just saying, how do you sign all of those guys when you got a quarterback that's counting $60 million, don't you?
And you know, hold on.
Did you see what Stone Cold Jones, Chris Jones got?
Oh, yeah.
So what do you think, Micah?
What do you think Micah's thinking?
Well, whoa.
Okay, you're right.
You're right. But I have a question
Well, yes, Micah is on that tier
Let me stop, but that's a D tackle now
D tackle's in
The end, he looking at D
You see, pull up
Pull up Joey Bosa's number
And what's the other one?
Miles Garrett.
Let's pull up their numbers.
That's what he's looking at.
They make 21 a year, right?
Yeah.
Yeah, I think if I'm not mistaken off the top of my head,
I think they make 21 a year.
But that Chris Jones and that Aaron Donald, Chris Jones,
that them D-tackles, that's different type of money, boy.
That's different type of money.
Can the defensive ends and linebackers's different type of money, boy. That's different type of money. Can the defensive ends
and linebackers command
that kind of dollar?
Yeah.
We got to look and see.
Look and see.
Asher's pulling up
a Joey Bosa contract
and Miles Garrett.
Right.
And I think both of those guys
are like 100 million guaranteed.
Yeah.
And you know the funny thing about it?
And Mike is what?
Like 24, 25?
Yeah, this is the cream of the crop too
These is the cream of the crop
So they can command that kind of money man
Yes
Jerry gonna figure it out
I'm not sure how
But you know how owners do
You know how they do
Joey Bolton got 5 years
135 million
105 guaranteed
Michael Parsons says I'm gonna need more than that What did Miles Garrett get years, $135 million, $105 guaranteed.
Michael Parsons says, I'm going to need more than that.
What did Miles Garrett get?
All I know is Michael's going to want
more than $105.
He's probably looking at
$5, $155, $175.
That's Michael.
He's going to reset the market.
For sure.
I think David Muguleta
is his agent. Yes, sir.
He might be looking to get 40
a year.
Miles Garrett got five years,
125, 100 million
guaranteed. Bosa comes behind
him, gets an extra 10 million
with an extra 5 million more guaranteed.
Now, you got to realize when
these deals were signed.
That was two years ago.
Look at where the cap is now.
Yeah.
It's going to continue to grow.
That $105,000, Micah's going to probably look to get $125,000.
And he's going to probably look to get north of $150,000.
That's the great thing about the NFL.
And that's the great thing about the cap. And that's the great thing about the cap.
It's going to always go up.
Now, hold on.
It's going to always go up.
What you going to do with that?
You see, Cousins just got 45 a year.
He just got 50 million to sign,
100 million guaranteed.
What's Dak looking for?
Whisper it in my ear.
60.
60. Okay. 60, and I ain't talking about rolling hold on yeah oh cd
oh he gonna be looking to get 89 and tyree got 77 guaranteed right so he got to reset the mark. But listen, CD Chase
and
Jefferson, they all
sit back like this.
Somebody
got to set it off.
But see, I don't want to sit it off,
Ocho, because I know everybody looking at Ocho.
Somebody got to set it off.
I don't want to be first. I know y'all looking at me.
See, if I let y'all see my outfit, y'all going to run back and change your outfit
and get something better than mine.
I don't want that to happen, Ochoa.
I don't want that to happen.
Yeah.
All right, that's going to be good, man.
I'm excited for them boys, man.
I'm excited for them boys.
So am I.
Check this out, Ochoa.
T. Higgins requests a trade from the Bengals after no progress on a long-term deal.
If he gets his way, T. Higgins will be playing football somewhere else
other than Cincinnati next season.
He requested a trade because the team
has not had any discussion
about a long-term contract
extension. The Bengals placed
a franchise tag on Higgins, which
he said to make $21.8 million
on the tag. But of course, that
only secures
him one year of
financial security.
And also, the Bengals cut Joe Mixon
and signed Zach Moss to a two-year, $8 million contract.
Man, they cut my dog Mix, man.
Yeah, yeah.
He ain't in the mix no more.
Come on, man.
Golly, boy.
Man, he just took a pay cut just to come back.
Mm-hmm.
See?
You see what he did now?
Wait, he just took a pay cut.
Listen, I want to be a team player.
I want to keep the band together so we can make another run.
He took a pay cut just to come back, and I ain't even know that.
I know.
Who on your team?
What do you say?
Team Ocho.
Rail and my kids.
That's my team.
Damn, man.
Fuck, I love Mixon.
I know he's going to land somewhere.
Zach Moss.
I like Zach.
I like Zach.
I like Zach.
Nothing bad to say about him.
They're different backs.
Yeah, yeah.
Completely different.
But T. Higgins' situation, I think one thing that the Bengals always do very well,
they've always done very well,
is they're going to have them some goddamn receivers.
It's one thing about them,
they're going to always have them some receivers
and always come into issues like this.
You got, to me, honestly, this is the way I view Tee,
and this is the way I view Jamar Chase.
The Bengals were very fortunate to have two number ones
on the field.
Very fortunate.
Different styles of play, two different receivers.
No, it's a million ways to skin a cat.
But to me, they had two number one wide receivers in T. Higgins and Jamar Chase.
I mean, not Jamar Chase.
T. Higgins deserved to be paid like a number one receiver.
Sometimes everybody can't stay. No, receiver. Sometimes everybody can't stay.
No, exactly.
Sometimes everybody can't stay.
And what Tee is deserving of
is that number one
got their money.
Now, as much as I love my Bengals,
as much as I love my Bengals,
Tee is deserving
and being paid
like the player that he is.
And that's the number one
because on any other team, because you know how you talk to people, you talk to. And that's the number one. Because on any other team,
because you know how you talk to people,
you talk to casual fans that love the game,
they'll say, oh, Jamar Chase is number one
and he's the number two.
Hell, hell shit, no, you got me fooled.
Them two number ones.
And he deserves to be paid as such.
So I understand his request to be,
you know, ask for a trade
because it's going to be hard.
You just paid Joe. And you know, asked for a trade because it's going to be hard. You just paid
Joe and you know
Chase, shit, boy, they're
going to have to back the goddamn brink truck
up out there in Cincinnati at
pay call for Chase.
You know, everybody can't fit.
T, you can't take no hometown discount.
Oh, no. You can't do that. Not on the first
contract. You got to strike while
it's hot. Yeah, that's something you Not on the first contract. You gotta strike while it's hot. Yeah.
That's something you do on the back end if you choose.
I advise against it, but if you choose
to do it, have at it.
I think the thing is, Ocho, this is why
when you get an opportunity to bite that apple,
which is the Super Bowl, you gotta seize the moment.
You see, now there's a possibility
you lose T. Higgins. You lost
Jesse Bates. Mixon
has gone away. Now, you believe that you
replaced Mixon with Zach Moss,
but the opportunities.
Right. You know, see, if
they were to tear this thing down with Kansas City,
you can't promote them. They're like, bro, we got
three and five years. What more could you ask
for? Yeah, they were there for the four.
They could have had four and five years,
but they got three and five years.
A lot of this had to do with Patrick Mahomes and the money that he didn't get yeah because if if if they would
have paid patrick mahomes said no i want my true value right you got to pay him 60 65 million
and you got to give him 150 200 million dollars Right. But because he didn't do that,
but Clark Hunt assured him,
we'll revisit this in a couple of years.
Oh, yeah.
They're going to keep doing it.
They're going to keep doing it.
But again, this is the one thing I like about the Bengals.
The scouting department, Duke Tobin.
Duke, I know you're going to see this.
They do a great job.
Again, I'll say it again.
When it comes to drafting motherfucking receivers, I'm a curse
just so I can add a little flavor and seasoning
to this statement.
When it comes to drafting receivers,
they don't miss.
They do not miss. You know what Uncle Sam come take
their taxes out to check?
That's the motherfucking bangles when it comes to
drafting receivers. Now, there's somebody that they got
their eye on. I don't know who it
may be, or maybe they work out something with
T. I'm not sure, but I know it's
impossible. I know it's impossible
to pay both of them.
T deserves what he deserves, but I know one thing.
Their goddamn
scouting department with the Bengals, brother Duke,
they're going to draft
somebody that can be able to fill the role. I'm not
sure. Free agency, maybe
through free agency, but I think
more so in the draft. And listen, they
have a great core of receivers that are there right now
that can fill the role. They won't be
T. Higgins, but they are good.
They're efficient. They've showed their ass this year
that they can fill in when T. was out.
The Giants trade
for Panthers
pass rusher Brian Burns gave him
$150 million. Okay, Gave him $150 million.
He just got $150 million.
What do you think Micah looking for?
What do you think Micah looking for?
Yeah, you're right.
Micah is... I'm trying to figure out how to say it
in a respectful way.
Brian Burns is that boy.
You heard me?
You want him or Micah?
Micah, of course,
but the fact that...
We just basically...
I agree with you, Ojo.
First of all, I agree with
I think the fact that he's in Carolina,
the fact that he's in Carolina,
we don't understand
how good and great
Brother Burns is.
Oh, yeah.
Hey, that boy there?
Boy, he could play some ball, man.
He could play some ball.
He could play some goddamn ball
off the edge.
I like him,
which is why he was able to command what he did, because when you turn
the film on, it's one thing the film and the eye
in the sky ain't going to do. It ain't going to lie to you.
No. It ain't going to never lie to you.
Carolina,
they lose Brian Burns.
They get a second and a fifth from the
Giants, but they just played a
guard of $100 million.
Yeah, the left guard,
left guard, right? Yeah.
They got him from the Dolphins, Robert Hunt.
Afterwards, they allowed linebacker
Frankie Louisville to lead
three years, $36 million to the commanders.
Mm-hmm.
Let's let you know they don't know
if they do it. They previously
turned down a pair of
first round picks from the Rams.
They turned down two first round picks
from the Rams for Brian Burns
only to accept the second and the fifth.
Yeah.
So, listen, the fact
that they turned down two firsts, right?
What does that tell you about Brian Burns?
That tells me they don't know the Carolina,
I don't know the F they doing.
They don't know what they doing,
but it also tells you the greatest
and how they felt about Brian Burns
and understanding how good he was.
But at some point, at some point,
you know what, this relationship is just really not working.
It's not working.
We're trying to show you how much we value you
But you know, when you show value
You can show me that with the checkbook
You show me that with the checkbook
Show me how much you love me
Show me how much you value me
As a player in this organization
And pay me what you know I deserve
A lot of me
You know what I'm saying, a lot of me
I don't know if you remember the conversation.
I remember the conversation.
I remember seeing the conversation.
Oh, what you saying?
A lot of me?
A lot of me.
Nikki Giovanni and James Baldwin was having a conversation.
Yes, sir.
And James Baldwin was trying to explain to you.
And she was telling him, a lot of me.
She said, when you go down there to that white man's job, you smile in his face.
You tell him how happy you are.
Right.
Knowing all the why's, you can't stand that man good.
But you come home to me.
Right.
I love you the most and get the least from you.
Ooh.
Brian Burns said, I gave you the most
and you gave me your least.
So lie to me.
Even if you don't feel that way, give me a contract.
Lie to me like you lie to everybody else.
You got to hold that goddamn thought.
Boy, that was a good one.
You hear me?
Baby!
Hey, bring me a pen and paper real quick.
I got to write this shit down.
It's all, it's all.
You got to, look.
You got to say that.
Let me put that in my nose.
That was good, man.
That was good.
Yeah.
Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on.
Listen, I got a book.
I got a book.
I'm saving all the notes you just said.
That was a good one.
I'm going to send you,
I'm going to send you to what you call him.
I'm going to send you the link
where you can hear her having a conversation
with James Baldwin
and how she said that, you know,
she said, and she was telling him,
James Baldwin said,
if I love you, I can't lie to you.
She said, sure you can.
She said, you do it all the time.
Right.
Give it to me again.
Give it to me again.
I'm going to put it in my nose.
What you want?
What you want?
You said, you go down there every time.
She said, you go down to that white man's job and you lie.
You pretend you're smiling.
You grinning at his face.
And you pretend like you're so happy on the job.
You hate it all the
while, but you come home to me.
I love you the most and get the least
from you.
I don't take credit
for that. Nikki Giovanni,
she's
at Virginia Tech.
Her and James Baldwin was having a conversation
in the early 70s, and she was explaining to him.
And she said,
hey,
and she said,
look,
and Billy Holiday,
she said,
hush now,
don't explain.
I don't need you to explain
why you love me.
No,
you don't understand.
No,
that is so simple,
but that's so good.
In my next argument, I'm using that.
And my next argument, I love you.
Wait, I love you.
Damn it.
I love you the most, but I get the least from you.
But I get the least, yes.
I'm using that.
I love you the most, but I get the least.
And I'm going to be very passionate about it.
I'm going to be very passionate about it.
Hey, I know I'm going to win
because most of the time, you know, say happy wife,
happy life. And I always
say my favorite line when we get
into it, I say, listen, you want to be
happy, you want to be right because you can't be both.
But boy, when I
hit it with that line,
I love you the most, but I get
the lease and I'm going to just walk off
and let that shit marinate.
I'm going to let it marinate.
So if you walk off and you don't engage, the last thing that they have to think about is the last thing you said.
Yeah.
You right.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Hey.
Don't worry about it.
I got it.
I'll put it in my notes.
I'll put it in my notes.
Thank you.
Hey, Ram. Hey, Ram.
Hey, Art.
I'm Michael Kassin, founder and CEO of 3C Ventures and your guide on Good Company, the podcast where I sit down with the boldest innovators shaping what's next.
In this episode, I'm joined by Anjali Sood, CEO of Tubi, for a conversation that's anything but ordinary.
We dive into the competitive world of streaming, how she's turning so-called niche into mainstream
gold, connecting audiences with stories that truly make them feel seen.
What others dismiss as niche, we embrace as core.
It's this idea that there are so many stories out there. And if you can find a way to curate and help the right person discover the right content,
the term that we always hear from our audience is that they feel seen.
Get a front row seat to where media, marketing, technology, entertainment, and sports collide.
And hear how leaders like Anjali are carving out space and shaking things up a bit in the most crowded of markets.

In the fall of 1986, Ronald Reagan found himself at the center of a massive scandal that looked like it might bring down his presidency.
Did you make a mistake in sending arms to Tehran, sir?
No.
It became known as the Iran-Contra affair.
And I'm not taking any more questions in just a second. I'm going to ask...
I'm Leon Nafok, co-creator of Slow Burn.

Come on, man.
Hey, this is what I did.
That's why I said I got a process of elimination.
I said Brady was there for three years.
He went to the playoffs all three years he was there. And then
one more year with Baker Mayfield.
So that's four. Right.
The Eagles went to... So
the Cowboys, they missed the playoffs, but
they went... So I just... Process of elimination.
I'm sorry. I ain't buying that.
Somebody in here. Somebody
in here. Somebody in here. You know, it took
all that time. There are so many other teams that it could have been. You could have said in your ear. You know, it took all that time.
There are so many other teams that it could have been.
You could have said the 49ers. You could have said
the Cowboys
because they always getting bounced, but you didn't
say them. All of you just randomly
just went to the bucks of all teams.
Yes! Child, please.
That's why I said
let me do process of elimination.
Listen,
the Buccaneers have made the playoffs
four straight seasons,
longest in the NFC,
49ers, Cowboys,
and Eagles
are all tied with three.
Yeah,
I ain't,
somebody on the back end
cheating over there, man.
Ocho,
when I say Jordan
knows less football
than Real,
I ain't lying.
Listen,
y'all have gadgets and all type of technology over there.
And somebody get a matter of fact, you know, you know, somebody could be doing what they
could be writing the answer down and holding up on a paper for you when you when you when
you ain't got it right.
You know, you got an asterisk.
You got an asterisk by the answer.
So we've had the Super Bowl.
We walk by somebody.
So many NFL players.
He asked me, oh, who that?
Now, he didn't Google. he done Googled what to say.
Alright, next question.
Does that count?
Chat, does that count as an answer?
It took you an hour
to answer.
If this was a game show, you would have been,
the clock would have went out.
I'm going to get 20 seconds.
Plus, you was reading it wrong.
You said the largest. It's the
largest. Largest, longest, you knew it. You knew what I mean.
Okay, come on. I'm going to get it. Come on, let's go.
Question number two.
There have only been two NFL seasons,
only two, with both
a 5,000-yard passer and
a 2,000-yard rusher,
one in 1984 and one in 2012.
Name the quarterback and running back from each of those seasons.
Well, Dan Marino and E.D. did it because Dan was MVP and Eric Dickerson was the offensive player of the year.
E.D. rushed for 21-05.
Dan Marino threw for 5,084 with 48 touchdowns.
Yeah, see, even I remember that.
I bet you know the other two.
I'm going to say...
I'm going to say
Drew Brees threw for 5,000
for the Saints.
I'm going to say Chris Johnson
rushed for 2,000
for the Tennessee Titans.
You got half an answer right, though.
And you know Drew because he threw for multiple 5,000-yard seasons, right?
Oh, no, hell no.
Jamal did that way before the end.
Which Jamal?
Jamal Charles?
No, Jamal Lewis.
Okay.
No, no.
Hold on.
Hold on.
Let me go.
Let's see.
2,000.
ED did it.
Barry did it. TD did it, Chris Johnson did it
Derrick Henry did it
You're missing somebody
DeMauro did it
Barry did it
But Barry did it in 1997
Okay, but listen
You got the first half right
Dan Marino and Eric Dickerson
But remember, the years I said, the key word,
there have only been two NFL seasons with both a 5,000-yard pass in 2000.
Big Ben?
No, listen, stay with me now.
A 5,000-yard pass, a 2,000-yard rusher, one in 1984 and the other one in 2012.
Yeah.
2012.
So remember, Drew Brees, obviously, he's had multiple 5,000 yard seasons
So that's one
So think about the running back
2012
This is so easy
You ain't even name him
He's arguably one of the best backs of all time
Easily
Oh, oh, oh, oh my god
No, actually it wasn't
Yes, yes it was
It was Adrian Peterson.
Bingo.
2000, yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
So you only got half the answer right.
I missed that one.
I missed that one, yeah.
All right.
Okay, here we go.
Number three.
Oh, hey, this that boy too, boy.
It's that boy, both of them.
Which running back has the highest yards per carry average
with a minimum of 750
Russian attempts in NFL
History
Which running back
Has the highest yards per carry
Why you seem so disappointed Ocho
Hell nah man
You don't even know nothing about no running backs like that
to know that answer like that off rip, man.
Yeah.
Nah, hell no.
Is that right?
Was I right?
Yeah, you right, man.
Lift your hands up, man.
I'm here right here.
There's somebody back there helping you, man.
How are we going to play a game of you cheating?
Ocho, why would I cheat?
Hey, answer the question.
The same reason you be telling me I be cheating when I'm spelling,
when I know my words. Because I see you looking down. I ain't looking down. I'm looking right in the camera. The same reason you be telling me I be cheating when I'm spelling, when I know my words.
Because I see you looking down.
I ain't looking down.
I'm looking right in the camera.
You be looking down.
You looking straight ahead and somebody behind your camera
with the sign with the answers.
You think Ash going to give me the answers?
You don't know Ash.
Somebody going to give me the answers.
Man, yeah.
Listen, Jamal Charles with 5.5 yards per carry,
followed by goddamn Nick Chubb with 5.3.
Yes.
Damn, man.
Man, you cheating over there, man.
I wouldn't cheat, JoJo.
Ocho, that's just that knowledge, man.
I'm just telling you, Ocho.
Nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah.
You listen, you don't know more about football than me now.
That's what we not going to do now.
You don't do that.
I tell you what, okay, how about this, Ocho?
Name the wide receivers that's been named Super Bowl MVP.
Jerry Rice.
Damn, what's my dog name?
What's my dog name?
I don't know.
Wait, stay with me.
I'm trying to remember names.
Ward number 84 with the Patriots.
Young Bull, Young Bull. Deion Branch.
Actually, he Ward number 83,
but okay. 83, okay.
83, Deion Branch.
Hines Ward.
Damn, wait.
Santonio? No, Santonio.
That's all I know right now
See, it's easy to remember
Because the Steelers have three
And the Patriots have two
Then it gets to where
Okay, how far can you go back?
Grant Swann
Exactly
Lance Swann
Hines Ward
You're going way back
Santonio Holmes
You heard me say San Antonio right?
Okay so I got four
Deion Branch
Julian Edelman
Oh the Atlanta game
Yup
No not the Atlanta game
The Rams
The Rams in Atlanta
He acted a donkey
Okay that's what I meant
Okay that's what I meant. That's what I meant.
Yeah.
Okay, that's what I meant.
Okay, you're right.
You're right.
You're right for Jerry.
Yeah.
What's the other one?
You never got this one.
Hold on.
Let me think now.
Give me, just give me a year.
Or that's too much.
I think it was 70, I'm going to say.
70?
77, I think. Come on I'm gonna say 70? 77 I think come on man
are you 77?
I'm man
77 I was in elementary how I'm supposed to know that
Fred Belitnikoff

with it too. It was the other one last one
he was the last one
the most recent you should get this one
the most recent? yeah should get this one. The most recent?
Yeah.
Receiver?
Yes.
Oh, Cooper.
Yeah, Cooper.
Yeah, I told you.
See, I told you.
But don't play me.
I got that.
Hey, I know my head's small, but I got something in there now.
Okay, hold on.
I got one more for you.
We can't run like that.
Last one.
Kirk Cousins made news today.
He'll be on the Atlanta Falcon next season.
Who is the Falcons' all-time leading rusher with 6,631 yards?
Ooh, you ain't going to get this one.
Ain't no way in hell you're going to get this one.
Why are you looking to your left?
Don't look to your left.
I mean, you probably got Some type of Alexa gadget
That can hear my questions
You know what
I'm just looking
I ain't got time
Look
I know all the running backs
I remember they had
John Settle
They had William Andrews
I'm gonna go sit with Riggs
You know what

When I ask the question,
the answer pop up
on the little gadget,
the little device you got.
I know,
as soon as I said it,
you look to your left
and then you put your head back up
and then you knew the answer.
I got to think.
First of all, you wanted me to say, you wanted me to say Jamal Anderson.
That's who you really wanted me to say.
No, no, because I said the most rushing yards.
Jamal Anderson done that.
Even I know he wasn't there long enough to have the most rushing yards
in Falcons history.
But you do realize I'm from Georgia, right?
In the Falcons.
You know when you're in a local area,
those games are always going to come on.
See, like when you were in Miami,
you always saw Miami.
No matter who,
Miami good, bad, or indifferent,
you saw the Dolphins.
Yeah, yeah.
That's how it was.
That's how it was.
We saw Atlanta, sorry to tell you.
I ain't buying that, man.
Listen, I ain't buying that.
Hell, hell no. Listen,
some of them answers, and I know the chat,
the chat, I know y'all watching the chat, y'all could agree with me,
like, something ain't right now. Something ain't
right about this.
It's one thing to be
knowledgeable of the game,
but knowing some of this stuff back from the 70s
and some of these just random questions
that I ain't heard, like two of these
I ain't never heard before, but you knew the answer
right off real. Yeah.
Nah, I could.
Nah, I could.
Chat, what y'all think,
chat? Chat,
something ain't right.
Something ain't right.
Damn, that was a good one.
That was a good one. You got one little question.
You got last question, Ocho.
You got one more?
No, that was it.
That was it.
Okay, check this out, Ocho.
Oh, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
It's one more.
It's one more.
It's one more.
True or false?
Has a tight end...
Wait.
True or false?
A tight end has never won Super Bowl MVP.
Is that true or false? No tight end has never won Super Bowl MVP. Is that true or false?
No, he never won.
You sure?
I'm 100%.
Wait a minute.
Remember the ice bowl?
I don't care.
You sure?
Mm-hmm.
So is that your final answer?
Final answer.
True. False. A tight end has never won the Super Bowl MVP. So is that Is that your final answer Final answer True False
A tight end has never won
The Super Bowl MVP

Something ain't right over there, man. I don't know
what it is, man.
Somebody help you cheat.
Something going on.
It's something. Let me sit up in my chair
a little bit. But the Super Bowl has had a losing
player win the MVP.
Who cut a
fool like that and they still gave it to him?
Chuck Hawley.
The Cowboys lost
on the last second field goal
to the Colts.
Right.
But Chuck Hawley wasn't.
He was balling, huh?
Yeah.
Man, look at that.
That was like in the mid-70s,
early 70s, like 74.
I think.
I don't remember nothing
about no football back then.
Hey, that's when
them boys were wearing
Stacey Adams
with the spikes on the bottom.
