You. You. Ooh. Stress less. Okay. stress less okay you know what Ocho yes sir I think me and you both need to do this we're going to be better people I'm a great person

2025, I'm going to be a new me. I'm going to learn a new skill. I'm going to learn a new hobby. And that lasts for maybe a month or two. All these last for a month or two. But it look good written out on paper. You know, Ocho, what I'm going to do, Ocho? Yeah.

I'm going to spend more time with family and friends. You know what? I'm going to be more positive. No, Dan, will you not? We thrive off negativity in general. I think you lost this one too, honestly. No, I think I got this one on check. Jamal Adams is good, man.

Especially around that goddamn box, inside the box. Yes. He was very, very good. Yes. Yes. He could attack the quarterback. Great at run. I mean, look, he's a little stiff in the hips

he wasn't great at pass coverage but that's okay everybody is not everybody is not going to be Ed Reed everybody is going to be Troy Palomaro everybody is going to be that

Ronnie Lott everybody is going to be Woody Rod or Charles as they transition from corner to safety

and that's okay but that's okay. But that's why I'm saying, sometimes, Ocho, and I've got to do a better job of this. Sometimes you got to take the emotion out of a decision. That's the hard part. Listen, being able to make a decision and then compartmentalize,

separating the two emotions. Boom. You over here. Decision. Most decisions are made based on emotion. Hey. What happens when emotions are high? Oh, that's another.

Every, every, what is it? When emotion is high, logic is low? Look, every decision, trust me, I've analyzed everything that I've done

and I've replayed the scenario, what I did, what could I have done differently, what should I have done differently i'm learning shannon take the emotion out of it sometimes people that are saying these things they're saying just to get a reaction look i got shannon sharp to say this i got uncle say that and they they don that they don't root for you and that's

the thing that you have to understand Ocho everybody that show up on your timeline isn't for Ocho everybody that's on my timeline isn't for Shannon Sharp and you have to like you know what a lot of times now like I said y'all they say stuff I see it

heard prayers I didn't even know he was listening to I'm not going to go back and forth with people that don't have Shannon Sharp best interest in mind I know who they are. That's my team. I've surrounded myself with some really good people.

Everybody moving forward has gotten vetted. Ash, she knows that's her responsibility. She does the hiring. CJ has that. I let them run what they're supposed to run. I'm normally the third or the fourth smartest guy in the room,

and I'm okay with that. I'm okay with that. But they know they have the responsibility. I trust them. I sincerely trust them. I said, I hired you for a reason. I said, you're my first hire. Hell, I hired Ash.

She's like, Shannon, what are we going to do? I said, I don't know. She said, well, if you don't know I'm still going she had a job at Fox and she left to come with me I'm paying out my pocket I'm paying out my pocket

CJ the same thing he said he said all I need you gonna give me benefits all I need you going to give me benefits? CJ, I got you. CJ left. I told Jordan, he's like, hey boss, I don't know.

I said, look, you can't take no damn pictures from Cincinnati. So you come to LA, I'm going to have to find somebody else. Yeah. I'm on my way. I don't know how he got there. You drove a U-Haul, didn't you? Oh, you had your stuff.

He had his stuff shipped. But we put this team together, and, hey, it's been onward and upward since. It's been onward and upward since. We've hired a lot of people for nightcap. We have a lot of people that's doing a lot of great things. And so, Ocho, I just had to learn, hey, take it on the chin. Just take it on, hey,

the group turns like, Shannon, you can't. I was just like, Shannon, why you try to fight every battle? Why you try to fight every battle? It's okay. Hey, you know what. Especially in relationships, it's more so the women.

I think things would be much easier if they chose their battles wisely. Everything don't have to address everything. Not every damn thing. Come on. Sometimes, sometimes, even in a relationship, the individual, the female or the male can be paralyzed because they're so afraid that somebody might not out there. What am I going to do? Yeah, I know he don't pay.

I know he beat on me. I know she cheat on me. I know this. But am I going to be able to find somebody else? Yes, sir. You get paralyzed by that because you overthink said situation. I refuse to be in a situation like that.

I refuse to, I am not going to let you hold me hostage. I don't see it right now. Something on the other side, right? Because the jets cannot see well who's the quarterback right now that we could definitively say are you saying that there's somebody out there that can be worse i mean are you telling me you mean to tell me you can't find somebody out there that can go five and eleven i mean five and, that can go six and 10, that can go seven and what, nine and eight?

Yeah. You got to be kidding me. There are no quarterback chat. Tell me if I'm wrong. Do y'all believe that there's not another quarterback out there that can do what Rodgers did this year? Now, if you tell me you're going to give me 2020, 2021 Rodgers, I'm going to bring you there. I am. Whatever y'all say I did, intentional or unintentional, whatever you say, I'm done. My grandma told me, she said, boy, never chase a lie. I just know now. I just see it. I see what y'all write. When I don't comment, it go away. I ain't giving y'all no more content.

Produce all the content you want, but you will not get me following up. I'm done. That's my only resolution. 24 was great for us. 24 was one of the best years. Yeah, I had some setbacks. Yeah, I had some ups and downs,

but it's been one of the best years. 25 is going to be even better because it's gotten off. Ooh, it's already gotten up to a great start. We got shows. We're going to have the tour. We better understand how to do the tours. It's going to be bigger and better. We're going to go cities but that's it that's my only resolution i am not i am not chasing a lot so i let y'all say what all y'all say i see it do i see it if i don't see it somebody

send it to me lie lie lie i ain't chasing it though i'm not gonna respond to it go ahead my new year's resolution is is is to not curse as much. You know, I'm in therapy. I'm in counseling right now for my cursing. I like cursing, Chad. You have to listen to me on why I like cursing. I feel that cursing is a sentence enhancer. You know, it's no different than when you cook and you add seasoning, it gives it flavor. So if I say, you know what, man, you my dog, man. I love you, man. You see? That sounds good.

But if I say, you know what, man, I fucking love you. If there's a difference in meaning and delivery in the way you say things, that's why I think curse words are so important. But I think I'm going to try to trim back on it a little bit. I'm going to trim back on it a little bit. And that's a New Year's resolution.

All right. Good luck with that. We're going to get a lot of money. I mean, Harbaugh's done a unbelievable job. I think that answers your question, Coach of the Year. I mean, he's going to be in the look. I think he's going to be in the running I think he's going to be in the running I think you got to put Kevin O'Connell in the running

who else obviously Campbell he's in the running but this team for what they've been able to do they got 10 wins could possibly get 11 I don't think anybody would be surprised if Jim Harbaugh

won Coach of the Year, but there are some other worthy candidates. Like I said, you look at a Dan Campbell. You look at a Kevin O'Connell. Matt LaFleur. I think Sean Payton deserves to get some credit also for the job that

he's done with the Broncos. But, man, Jim Harbaugh, his ability to coach. You can't deny his ability to coach. You might not. And, Har, it's time, bro. You got that hip replacement or knee replacement walk. You see how you – Right.

I ain't telling you what I'm telling you because I had that walk. My brother had that walk. I saw Sam. You know that walk. If you've had replacement, a knee or hip replacement, you know the walk when you see it. He's going to have to get one of them. He's going to have to get one of them done soon.

Because I know he in pain. And all that standing. Boy, everything hurt when I hit my hip. I'm standing, walking, sleeping. What are you doing? I mean, I'm like, walking, sleeping. Whoa, what are you walking? I mean, I'm like, well, damn. Is there anything I can do that don't... I'm not in pain?

You know what you can do to relieve that now? Man... Anytime you have horizontal activity, you can take a Tylenol. Take two Tylenols. Now, it relieves... I did. I was taking three-4 Advil

what a milligram yeah I don't know how many milligrams it was cause boy I was in extreme pain and I remember thinking to myself man I can see how people get hooked on narcotics with the pain that I'm in right now

oh boy I'm in right now. Oh, boy. I'm talking about, you know, you go to the doctor and they ask you, say, okay, what's your level of pain on a scale of 1 to 10? It's a 10. It's a 12. Boy, Ocho, I'm talking about crying. I'm talking about going

in the bathroom and they think you're cleaning up. You're crying. You're crying because of that level of pain because of your hip. Right, right, right. You know what I'm saying? You know?

You know me. I can't just do it. Hey, make a touch every corner in the house now. You hear me? Hit a knee. come up from there you still shade I have to play that in my head

and do you know who you are let him know let him know baby you okay nah but I will be hell nah and that's the same thing right you know how we talk about

when we're younger the things we can do when we're younger on the football then when you get older and you're mad yeah yeah yeah but you just can't execute it the right way when you get older same concept older same concept no

same concept I mean I'm still as adventurous but I think the world got smaller for me you know what I'm saying I think that's what it is don't you

and they're going to go another six, seven miles, and blink is still back. Cut that blink off. Get your ass out of the way. But sometimes when it comes to that guy, that position, it's the intangibles. Yeah. It's what you cannot see. I know he has the arm. I know

he has legs. I know he can make plays in and out of the pocket. But that's not where Tom Brady was measured. That's not where a lot of the greats are measured. It's the intangibles. It's what you cannot measure because you cannot see it. I ain't telling you what somebody tell you, because I'm really good friends with guys that pick players for a living

and do a damn good job. I don't know if y'all noticed this guy named Ozzie Newsome. Y'all might have heard of him. His first draft pick ever was the first Ballot Hall of Famer. based on the way I did things is I wanted to have kids not only with women that were athletic

but I also wanted to make sure there were women that I knew before I even made it. I need people from where I come from, from my struggle, from my same background, so there were no issues in the understanding that the child came first and if our union doesn't work out there will be there will be no vindictive nature you know in in in in reasoning to to to do the things that you see others that have no true interests or genuine interest in you in general outside of what they can get am i making sense? Yeah. So, I mean, listen, I want an athletic baby. So if we were going to lay down in any way, horizontally or vertically, I need to see some high school footage.

Can you run? Are you athletic? I take you to David and Buster's. Can you roller skate? Did you play volleyball? Were you a cheerleader? Did you run track? Did you do anything athletic? If you did,

that gives me an advantage with my DNA and yours. That gives my child a competitive advantage right away. Well, I guess I should have did that, but they were quick to cut the lights off, so that worked for me. I don't know if they can run around the track on show.

I ain't know if they can hit a softball, shoot a basketball, play kickball, frisbee, whatever else, cheerleader. I don't know what they did, but they were real quick cutting the lights off. So, hell, seems like it. Yeah, he don't charge you $1,200, so add another $1,800 and shoot me my three. Now I know you got it. See, I thought you was hurting a little bit. Now that I know you got it. Oh, you ain't hurting.

NFL game cast reached a record-breaking 65 million viewers in the U.S. I know LeBron said, hey, I know LeBron said he loved NFL football, but Christmas alone to basketball? No, it don't. No, it don't.

You could take Jackson, you could take Jacksonville, the Giants, and you put them on head-to-head against any NBA game, and they're all drawn. For one, with the NBA, it ain't got damn playoff time. Let's start. I don't care if it's playoff time. Ain't nothing touching. No. Ain't nothing touching. Ain't nothing touching.

What was the viewers when Beyonce was performing? 27 million at halftime. That's the biggest. Oh, she did a thing, too, now. You got to tell me. You got to remember now, I used to be a backup dancer for Beyonce about 10 years ago. So I already know what she can do. So I understood what the performance

was going to look like. 27 million, that ain't nothing for Beyonce. You hear me? We talk about the greatest performer. We talk about the greatest live performer since Michael Jackson. And anybody want to argue, we can argue about that.

Now, there are other great performers and entertainers out there, but we talk about the greatest of all time outside of Michael Jackson. And I'm willing to argue the fact. But the thing that I love about Beyonce Ochoa is I know what I'm going to get. I'm going to get consistency. She's going to give me two hours and it's going to be nonstop. And she's going to do what she do.

That's all I can ask for. I don't care if you see her in Sweden. I don't care if you see her in Sweden. I don't care if you see her in the Staples. Well, she can't do Staples. I don't care if you see her at SoFi. I don't care if you see her at Mercedes Benz Dome. I don't care if you see her at Caesars in New Orleans. I don't care

where you see this woman. I know what I'm going to get when I see Beyonce. You know the problem? Most of the time, it don't matter how much Beyonce tickets cost. It don't matter. Because it's worth the price

of fucking admission. Because you know what you're getting. You ain't just getting Beyonce. You're getting, it's all about an experience. It's an experience. It's an experience that you're going to be able to talk to years from now. You'll be able to tell your grandkids

about. When Michael Vick played in Atlanta, it wasn't about no football game, man. We're talking about an experience. When you go watch Beyonce, it's an experience. And you won't understand it watching videos on Twitter. You won't understand it watching

videos on TikTok. You got to understand it watching videos on TikTok. You got to be a person. You got to see her. You got to see her. To understand what it's all about. And until you do that, you'll never get it. Yeah. Yeah. I wish, I wish, of all things I could have done,

I could have seen Janet when she was at her height. Because a lot of people tell me Janet did within her bag. We know Michael. Look, and this is not a disrespect on anybody, but until somebody can come out on stage and don't move a muscle for 13 to 15 minutes and
