Joe?
Talk to Tim.
The squad, show which you could have joined us on Monday night,
got the brakes beat off him at home,
national televised again.
But Jerry Jones kept this big trade promise acquiring Pro Bowl defensive
tackers, Quentin Williams, from the Jets and linebacker Logan Wilson from the Bengals.
Jess gave up a 2027 first round pick, a 22nd,
second round pick, and defensive tackle, Mazzie Smith.
The Jets acquired Williams.
Dallas also acquired Logan Wilson from the Bengals in exchange for a seventh round pick.
How much better did the Cowboys get, Ocho, and Joe, with those additions, Quentin Williams and Logan Wilson.
Hey, I think we got better.
I mean, we've been struggling on the defensive side, Ocho.
Y'all know that.
And you didn't have to bring that up neither of what happened on Monday night.
We could have left that long.
You understand?
But I'm on here rapping tonight.
you know, I got my cowboy star jacket on.
Hey, we got a new start, baby.
It's time for us to, you know, buckle down and see what we can do in this second half
for the season.
I'm excited about the new additions, man.
Let's see if we can string some wins together.
I don't think that's like that's probably not likely, but I understand.
Look, I mean, not a whole lot of teams.
If you're three, five, and one, Joe, at this point in the season,
normally a whole lot of three, five, and one teams aren't giving up first and
second round picks, they're trying to unload.
They're not trying to acquire.
And so it's odd, you know, Jerry must believe.
I'm complete, I guess that means that he doesn't believe in Mazzie Smith.
Mazzie Smith was a former first round draft pick.
Jerry doing all the picking.
You know, Jerry say can't nobody do a better job than him.
Well, I mean, y'all, y'all understand that.
Y'all know he running that shit over there.
He's going to run it how he wanted to be running.
With iron fist.
Yeah, you already know.
They have a 7% chance, Joe, of reaching the playoffs, according to ESPN football power index.
Quentin Williams, four years, $96 million, that he's signed in 2023 with a total of $66 million guaranteed.
The contract runs through 2027.
The Cowboys are not responsible for the remaining payments after they're acquiring him.
The problem is he really doesn't have a whole lot of guaranteed money on that contract.
So you know what that means, Joe?
What's that?
He's going to want another contract.
Hey, look.
Now, you've got Quentin Williams on the books, $20 million.
You got Kenny Clark on the contract, $20 million.
You got a Digi Zua on the contract, $20 million.
You got a quarterback on the contract, $23 million.
You got another DB, Ocho.
Diggs, $19 million.
You got that, $60 million.
CD Lamb, $34 million.
You got George Pinky.
is going to want $34, $35 million,
and you just signed those two offensive linemen.
Oh, Joe, something got to give.
Something is going to give.
Them goddamn trades don't do nothing.
That ain't another decoration.
Listen, come on, Joe, don't play like that.
That would Jerry just want to be a part of the circus.
Where everybody else making moves, well, let me make some moves too.
Does it improve my defense in any way?
No, no disrespect to Logan Wilson,
but you're coming from Bengon team that was ranked 32nd.
and going to a cowboy team that's ranked 31st.
You weren't playing the mangles,
but you're going to go to the goddamn cowboys
and make a goddamn difference.
The likelihood of that happening?
Probably absolutely goddamn not.
You got Kenny Clark, you got goddamn Quinn and Williams,
but to let Michael Parsons go,
who is an impact player on your goddamn defense.
Oh, you need to stop the run.
Well, you also need the goddamn sack the quarterback.
You need to put pressure on the quarterback.
Everybody's going to be able to throw the ball on you.
We're in a passing league.
You need a defense in
on the outside to be able to get to the quarterback.
Stop in the run.
Eh, you got Kenny Clark.
Everybody's still been running on.
You have a thing?
Whoa.
Now you got, you got Quinn and Williams.
It is supposed to be that much of a difference.
It is supposed to be that much of a difference.
You will absolutely see?
Probably not.
But what the Cowboys need to do, if I'm that,
I'm calling the players only beating only for the offense.
Only for the offense, and I'm going to let them know.
Hey, listen, in order for us to win, in order for us to win, in order for us to compete,
week and week out, we have to raise our level of play.
We can't have no mistakes.
George Piggins, I need you to play it all hell out.
C.D. Lamb, I need you to play all out.
Jake Ferguson, don't fumble the ball.
Brother Williams, hold on to the ball because we don't have the type of defense
where we can overcome turnovers in games.
I need your boys locked in.
We three and five with a seven percent.
chance to make the goddamn playoffs i think we can do it this is just me this is just me hypothetically
being back listen man man they ain't doing nothing on hey hey joe hey joe you are you about
delusional as all the goddamn oh joe oh joe oh joe oh joe so you expect delusion
slow down slow down slow down turbo slow down slow down listen sometimes sometimes all you need is a
fresh start man look at least we got a chance to even make the playoffs all right
No, we got a fighting chance.
Joe, let me give you,
Joe, let me get you,
let me get you,
your next six games.
Oh, I've seen it.
At the Raiders.
Eagles at home,
Kansas City at home,
at Lions,
Vikings at home,
charges at home.
Joe,
what you think about that,
Joe?
Hey,
hey, that's a tough slate.
That's a tough slate.
But listen,
I think we can handle it,
man,
I think we can handle it.
Hey, look,
one game at a time,
okay,
Ocho,
y'all looking,
y'all looking, man,
we can't,
That's how y'all got to be three, five, and one.
Losing one game at a time.
Y'all didn't lose.
Hey, Ocho, they didn't lose all five of them at once.
One game at a time.
Hey, look, I know Uncle's feeling good on money.
I'm glad I wasn't on here with y'all.
That was embarrassing.
Oh, my God.
Hey, look, you could just, you could just see it.
That, I mean, your best corner got cooked.
Yeah.
I mean, he got cooked.
your best corner. That is your best, that is your best defense. As a matter of fact, all things
being equal, he's supposed to be your best defensive player. Because guess what? He's the only
player on your defense that's been to the Pro Bowl. So what's he supposed to be, Ocho? Your best player.
You got rid of Micah, digs us out. He's supposed to be your best player. Your linebackers are
terrible. They're out there like a blind dog in a meet house. They just running around. They know
somebody got the ball. They just can't see him in town. Hey, Uncle Joe. I mean,
Both you all know about fashion on, and you know when you put your clothes on, you always got to have a statement piece.
When you have a goddamn defense, you always have a statement piece.
Most of the time, your statement piece, you want to be a defense end and you want to be, excuse me, you want to be a defense end and you want to be somebody on the back end.
There has to be a statement piece in either at the third level, the first level, at the second level, it's a toss up.
You don't have to be a superstar unless you, unless you're Goddamn Fred Warner, you know, but the Cowboys have nothing of that magnitude.
to. Nothing, nothing on that defense that can change and impact the game at all. They just
have, I mean, no disrespect. Just guys. They just have guys. Therefore, their identity is on
the officer's side of the ball and everybody on the office side of the ball has to bring that,
you know what, up a notch. They have to. In order to dig themselves out this hole,
they have to damn near play almost mistake-free football. True. Can't turn it over.
I do. No, hell. No. No.
Not when your defense is that bad.
We saw Cincinnati.
They had two receivers over 100 yards,
the quarterback that got 470 yards.
He got four touchdowns.
But do you turn it over?
Because your defense can't stop anybody.
So you turn it over.
You take points off the board.
You might as well put 3 to 7 on the board for them
because your defense can't stop them.
Right, because Cincinnati ain't even got a chance.
I mean, wait, we got the same chance y'all got.
What are you talking about?
Y'all got the same chance.
We got the exact same chance you got,
the exact same one.
Listen, for us, it's our offense.
It's the same conversation.
If Dak was the call of player only's meeting for the offense,
Joe Flackham and go have that same conversation over here with us.
Oh, Joe, y'all can't stop nobody?
But, Joe, we score on 30, 38, 40 a game.
All right.
Y'all, y'all putting them up.
But the teams, y'all playing, scoring 45-50 at night.
That wasn't necessary.
I didn't need you to bring that part up.
I'm just telling him what we're doing.
I'm just reiterating.
Oh, Joe, does he realize that y'all, y'all,
all in, you know, like y'all talking each, y'all neighbors.
Y'all 31, 31 to other 32, y'all literally the same day, Joe.
I don't know why Joe, I don't know why Joe think he hys and did it, oh, Joe.
It's all good.
It's all good.
Y'all's all good.
What, what, 32?
But look, this is, Jay, I don't know, having played in the league, having been around the league.
I can't honestly say, I don't know if I've ever seen a team that's this deep into the season.
that's only won three games
that gives up a first round draft pick.
Normally you're unloading those guys, Ocho,
trying to get capital in
so you can build like, we're not one player away.
Jerry said, we're not one player away.
But you trade a first round draft pick on a,
let's just say you're 7, 2 and 1.
Let's just say you're 8 and 2.
Let's just say you're 6, 3 in 1.
Okay, I can kind of see that.
You're right there, you lead in your division.
bro how under what scenario would you give up at 3 3 and at 3 5 and 1 would you give up a first round
a second round pick next year and a first round pick in 27 because we we live we we live we we live in we
we can't we don't know what that's going to look like y'all suck right now yeah but i'm saying
we need help right now we need help you bring it in ain't going to make a difference the help you
bring it in ain't go move the needle is not going to
to do anything for you.
It's like a class project, right?
You see everybody else,
everybody else helping with a class project,
everybody putting their two cents
and being a part of the project.
And Jerry just,
Jerry just there for the extra credit.
You know what?
I'm just going ahead and make some moves
just to do what I,
do what I always do,
keep the fans excited.
Yeah, that's,
that's a good people to something to talk about.
Come on, Joe, you know that.
Look at what the same, oh, Joe.
The same saying,
we ain't got no, we ain't going no damn playoff.
Rishie, we love to have you.
Hey, we're going to trade you get draft capital.
Offensive lineman, we love to have you.
You saw what the Jets did.
They traded their two best players.
I don't, yeah.
We ain't going to, oh, Joe.
Why am I paying, oh, Joe, I'm not, we're not going anywhere.
Right.
We got two guys that's eating up 50 plus million dollars, and we're going nowhere.
You know what?
Let me go ahead.
Right.
It's like a car.
I got this car that's valuable.
I ain't going to drive it.
I ain't going nowhere.
And somebody going to offer me top.
dollar for it.
Mm-hmm.
Come on and get it.
And listen, not only do they offer top dollar,
what I don't like and don't understand is how you pay a play in the
offseason, the kind of money they pay Sauce Gardner, right?
As highly viewed as he is, I know he's had some struggles.
You know, so far, obviously, with me believing that defensive back,
obviously is equivalent to playing quarterback in NFL being the most difficult
position to play, probably a little.
Those are the most athletic guys.
Oh, yeah, yeah, most definitely.
obviously having to deal with these receivers running at you full speed these elite fast receivers
it can be very difficult at times so they're going to be ups and downs but to let a player
of that caliber go and i just talked to you know uncle joe about having a statement piece something
that you can build around something that you can lean on that can actually impact and change the
defense and i see sauce in that light in the sense um like like the the pat surteens not not
different different types of players i'm i'm you know you know what joe yeah you do real
you live in a shack
and you got a $30,000, a $30,000
deal to me. I know what you mean. I know
because you won a 7, you want to upload it.
Joe, what's that doing? But,
at least I want to be able to compete.
At least I want to be able to give myself
a chance. Like, what the Jets
did today was like, you know what, forget it, we won
and 7, we won an 8, whatever it may be.
You know what, we get rid of everything. We have
in a yard sale. We're letting
our biggest prize possessions go,
you know, and hoping,
you know, for the unknown.
I don't want to deal with the unknown.
I don't want to deal with the unknown.
Let me ask you a question.
With those two players they gave up,
how many games did they win this year?
Yeah, one.
Let me ask you question.
Last year with those same two players,
how many games did they win?
You know what?
That's a good question.
They weren't very good last year either.
Quentin Williams been an all pro.
Saul's garden, his first two years,
he was an all pro.
Yes, sir.
There has been very many corners
that's coming in the league.
You go back instead of the history of corners.
I'm talking about all these corners
that's in the pro football Hall of Fame.
They've been very few that's coming to league
and their first two years
been first team all pro.
Not only was he first team all pro,
he was a defensive rookie of the year.
How many times they've been to the playoffs, Ocho?
With those two guys, pro bowl players,
defensive player of the year,
all pro players, how many playoff appearances
they got Ocho?
Yeah, they ain't got none.
They ain't got none.
So with that being said,
I can miss the playoffs
and not have to pay $60 million.
Yeah, you're right.
They're going to say, you know what, Ocho,
and you know this joke.
We're rebuilding.
We rebelling.
Right now, we're not good enough to compete.
Right.
So you know what?
Fuck it.
We don't really want to trade Salsga.
Y'all going to give us two first rounders?
So if it takes two first rounders to get Sals Garner,
well, you want Mines Gareth, you got to give up four first rounders.
Three.
I'm just saying, no joke.
Sal's Garde went for two first rounders and a player.
Yeah.
That man right there, a Miles Garrett is a defensive player to your candidate.
effing year
he's going to have another year
with at least 14 sacks
what he's done for the last
five, six years. It's crazy work.
And
like I said, if I
Miles, and I know Miles is loyal,
Miles, you got your money, man.
Say, bro, you want to go somewhere and get traded.
Quinny, I commend
Quinny. Cuinity say, man,
losing just, it's just tough, man.
Yeah.
He said, hey, the money, yeah, I'm getting paid.
But I'm a competitor, man.
No, you ain't got to tell me, uncle, I had to deal with that for years, huh?
You hear me?
I bad.
Hey, listen, I had to deal with that for years.
I had I take it off for you, Joe.
Yeah, man.
Hey, hey, Joe, I had to deal with it for years.
I think I've had maybe one or two in the season.
So to be able to deal with that, you know, I had to make it fun, Joe.
I had to make it fun to come to work.
I had to make Sundays fun.
I had to get the fans a reason or the people watching a reason to, why would we even
to even tune into them?
Well, hell, I got to see what is my, I got to see what this.
motherfucker fin to do today.
Because I was going to do something.
Hey, Joe, Joe and Uncle, I was going to do something.
I had to make that environment fun for everyone else.
No, you need to make it fun for you.
Hey, hey, you got, you got to, you go home and think about, man, what am I, if I score a
touchdown this week, what about it?
Hey, but I'm, but I'm, you know, that was fun for you to give the people something
to come that they came to pay good money to see you.
Yeah, yeah.
They can, man, what are you going to do?
Man, I know Ocho will act a fool, man.
Please, make an Ocho getting the end zone.
So he could act of food.
That's what they're hoping.
Yeah, man.
That's what I want to see.
We're not going to win.
Hey, we ain't win.
But I tell you what, I receive it entertaining.
Yeah.
Yeah.
The Big Take podcast from Bloomberg News dives deep into one big global business story every weekday.
A shutdown means we don't get the data, but it also means for President Trump that there's no chance of bad news on the labor market.
What does a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich reveal about the economy?
Our breakfast foods are consistent consumer staples, and so they sort of become outsize indicators of inflation.
What's behind Elon Musk's trillion dollar payout?
There's a sort of concerted effort to message that Musk is coming back.
He's putting politics aside.
He's left the White House.
And what can the PCE tell you that the CPI can't?
CPI tries to measure out-of-pocket costs that consumers are paying for things, whereas the PCE,
index that the Fed targets is a little bit broader of a measure.
Listen to the big take from Bloomberg News every weekday afternoon on the IHeart
radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

The Colts trade for Saltz Gardner.
The Jets get Adonna, Adonna, Mitchell, 20, 26.
Second round pick.
I think it's, no, oh, it's the first, two first,
because they gave it two first.
That's 20.
A 2026 first round pick and a 2027 first round pick.
So two ones and a player to get Salt Gardner.
In July, they signed Salt Gardner to the highest,
contract ever for deep for a cornerback four years 120 million 30.1 million per year and they trade
what's that about though y'all got to help me on this one i think it's a combination we're not
winning we can't justify paying a corner that is not they don't believe he's playing to the
level that he played his first two years when he's the first team all pro right and that plus
we lose it how can we justify paying that kind of money uh uh joe
and Ocho, and we lose it.
Hey, look, sometimes it's the environment, though.
Y'all know this.
Yeah, because I saw Sam Darlane get up out of there
and look like a, and looked like a competent quarterback.
He's in the MVP discussion.
Yeah.
Oh, yes, you're right.
And it's the environment.
And it starts with, unfortunately, Woody is you.
I'm just saying, guys, guys look competent.
And I think sometimes it's,
quick to give up. I mean, they give up on a young,
ain't no patience no more now.
We're in a society now.
We want what we want because
we can get it. I can order
something in Amazon Prime.
They will get that thing to date.
I say, Shell, I need some lotion.
Man, hey,
they don't took a picture and sit in.
Damn, that's my front door.
That'll drop it off, Ocho.
Yeah.
You want something, you want Uber Ease,
or gruff, or whatever higher to do it now.
guess what you can get it i ain't got to leave i haven't get everything i want right there so that's
that's what football is that's what football and sports are turned into they used to give you time
to develop but the money have gotten so great they don't they don't you got no time i can't
hey i'm you know hey joe what's up i need a return on my investment expeditiously are they want
A return on, huh?
R or I.
Return on investment.
Right away.
That's another reason why.
This is another reason why, especially when players get paid big, I'm speaking for
the receiver position in general, for players that are struggling, especially this
year, I need y'all boys.
I know y'all going to see this.
I need y'all boys to come on down here and see your boy.
All I need you is for a week.
I need you for a week.
If you want to stay longer, I can put you up, I can feed you, you know, I can give
you a stifin.
Is that what you call it, right, uncle?
No, pedium.
Per die a little per diem.
Stiping, per diem, yes.
Yeah, so you'll be able to eat and, but I want to help you with your craft.
I want to help you.
This is for all my NFL receivers.
If you're struggling, if you're not understanding why you're not getting the ball,
why you're not an intricate part of the offense, please, I beg of you, come on
down here with your boy.
Give me a week or give me a month.
I just want to work on your game.
You know, I want you to be able to come back and be able to make a difference, you know?
so your officer coordinator
and have to worry about you.
He can put you in positions.
All you got to do is all you got to do is
let you play through the talking.
But anyway, let's go.
Back on track.
You're going to sit their quarterbacks down to Peyton Manning
or Tom Brady?
No, no.
But see, that's the thing.
That's the thing.
When you get certain receivers right
and you have a certain skill set,
at times, at time, because it is NFL,
you would love to have a receiver
where the person playing quarterback doesn't matter
because you can always get open.
Because you can always get open.
But if he can't get me the ball,
what I'm supposed to do?
Hey, listen, well, whoever's at the helm shouldn't be, shouldn't be, shouldn't be quarterback.
As Jeddah, would he, would he rather have a Sam Darnel back or J.J. McCarthy?
Let me see, when it comes to Jeddah, he's so calm. He's so calm when he talks.
He's so politically correct.
Man, talk your shit. It don't matter who playing quarterback.
Call the play for me. Put me inside. Put me in motion. Put me on outside.
Leave me there. I'm going to get open. He's one of the few. That can get open.
Now, I understand what you're saying.
But when you think about when DeAndre Hoffman was with Houston, Texas, right?
Yeah.
You think about the level of talent, the level of skill, the DNA and makeup of a Justin Jefferson, I mean, night and day.
Nothing wrong with D. Hop, but I'm just saying, we talk about a dude that's on a historic run.
So to me, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, well, to me, an individual like that, man, shh, man, put anybody out there at that quarterback, just get me the ball, put the ball in the goddamn area, put the vicinity where I can reach out and touch it, I got it.
they're receiving
in this NFL joke
and make a bad quarterback
look good
with good separation
if he can create good separation
there are a few receive
I'm talking about a handful
I'm talking about a handful
can make bad quarterback
play look good
just put the ball in the fucking area
that's it
I take care of rest
yeah
you should give me the ball
just give me the ball
give me an opportunity
that I ain't got to jump up
over seven feet
I ain't got to drop 10 feet in the air
and do all that
other stuff and do a pirouette to come down with the ball.
Just put the ball in my hands.
Give me an opportunity.
If I'm going left, just leave me.
If I'm going right, just leave me.
I just want an opportunity.
But man, you skipping the ball to me, like we're skipping rocks on the water at a pond,
but that ain't going to work.
That ain't going to work for me.
But I think that has a lot to do with it.
At one in seven, at one in seven, oh, Joe, we ain't going nowhere.
Yeah.
we're not and if we're not going anywhere it's just hard to justify you know paying the kind of money
that these guys commanding yeah you know what i mean they gave i mean and plus oh joe indy blue
made them an offer they couldn't refuse oh yeah absolutely two ones and a player who won but you know
when i think about the foreseeable future i like what the coach is doing because the old the coach is
man what the hell the coach is saying you know what
We all in.
Yeah.
We are all in.
This is our chance.
We have a chance to do it.
So I don't know poker,
but I understand what put all your chips in is.
And that's what the coach is doing.
We have a chance.
We have an opportunity.
We found the quarterback quarterback of our future.
And right now we're playing really well.
We actually have a goddamn chance to compete for Lombardi.
No matter what people may think in general, we just do.
So where does this trade?
Where did this trade put in it?
Are they at the top of the food chain?
In the NFC, absolutely.
Yeah.
Absolutely.
Now, offensively, defensively, they become really good.
You got, you got Kinney Moore, you got buying them.
Now you add sauce gardener.
When Deavius War comes back, man, hell, that could almost be like a no-fly zone.
Now, it looks like that on paper.
Now, can they play like that as a unit?
Yeah.
If they can play up that unit.
Huh?
They got Buck.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
nine double double nine he nice hey look the coach locked in they said they're going for it this year
they ain't waiting yeah yeah yeah i like ballard ballad a he's like hey this is good this is a good
opportunity that we're going to have we're seven and two we're sitting at top the afc um you know they
beat in denver they beat thember on a walk off uh i mean think about they got they got sacked six
times they had six turnovers and still only lost by seven so now what of what
What happens if they only have three turnovers?
What happens if they don't have any turnovers?
They win the game.
They feel with the way they can run the football
and the skill positions they have.
Now, the right tackle,
Brayton Smith got his ass handed to it.
But the whole offensive line had it got their ass handed to it.
Because T.J. Watt was kicking ass.
High Smith was a defensive player,
the AFC defensive player the week.
So obviously he did his job.
But from sacking him, from force fumbles,
from picking him off,
they did a hell of a job on that offense.
And now what team?
are going to try to do, and it's a lot easier said
than done, let us
neutralize Jonathan Taylor, and
we're going to make Daniel Jones beat us.
That's what, that was
Pittsburgh's philosophy.
Stop Jonathan Taylor,
make Daniel Jones beat you.
Now, if you can't stop JT,
now they're going to play action, it's going to be hard to beat
them. So I don't
have a problem with what Andy did.
But they gave up a steep price to get softs.
Two first rounders, Joe,
and a player? Yeah.
And you see, Ocho,
Mitchell really hadn't,
since he fumbled up all at the Rams,
in the goal line,
they had that long touchdown,
Ocho, and he fumbled, remember?
Yeah.
Hey, had him in the lost and found.
Hey, hey, okay, Ocho,
but they was,
the coach, you know,
they need a help with that DB position, right?
Well, Ward,
Ward was in concussion protocol.
He was out there warming up, Joe,
and, you know, he was backpiling,
he turned and run,
and he ran,
dab into a player in warm-ups.
Wow.
So he was a pre-game.
So it wasn't warm-up like we're on the field
and we're in our uniform.
So he collided heads
and he ain't got no helmet on.
So he's in protocol.
They don't know when he's coming out.
So now you pair him.
With sauce?
I don't know.
Yeah, you put him in sauce.
Now I don't know who's going to play the slot.
Maybe Bynum goes to the slot.
I think they're traded for another.
I think they got added another play too.
Kenny, Kenny, Kenny,
can he more in the slot, huh?
or the nickel.
So, hey, they got a nice,
they got, hey, and they got Frank,
Zaire Franklin,
they got,
they got a bad,
they got a bad squad.
Yeah.
Matter of fact,
you know what?
It's so funny,
we understand who's making the calls
over there with the coast now?
Ballard.
Yeah,
well,
I think Jerry need to take some notes
because I see somebody
that's doing a much better job than he is.
How would you,
what you say by that,
Joe?
Hey,
you got to chill,
man.
I'm not chilling.
I'm just saying.
I'm,
just saying we were seeing someone we're seeing someone you know in the rest of peace to the great
mr ursay and someone actually taking over and in doing what a gym is supposed to do you know
i mean i mean that's just me i'm just saying i mean i can see the daughters run it now
huh the daughters run the team now yeah see they stay out of the way they say hey you do what you
do i'm just going to stay i'm gonna stay i'm gonna i'm gonna i want i want to know i just want to know
when I hear a play and it don't go right, who effed up?
Was it the quarterback?
Was it the offensive line?
Did the receiver not run the right route?
Did the black, was the back supposed to pick up?
I just need to know.
Because a lot of times, you know, you look at a play like, oh, man, what happened?
The forces shaping the world's economies and financial markets can be hard to spot.
Even though they are such a powerful player in finance, you wouldn't really know that you are interacting with them.
And even harder to understand.
Donald Trump's trade war, 2.0, is only accelerating the process of de-dollarization, which in a way is jargon for people turning away from the dollar.
That is where the big take from Bloomberg podcast comes in, to connect the dots.

They are.

Here he else, Isaiah likely.
Right here, right there, what's y'all?
What's that now?
What's up, what's up, Whack?
Hey, Collet, man.
Just chilling, man.
All right.
You went down and took care of business like you guys were supposed to.
You beat the Bears with Hunt, and then you get a Lamar comes back for the dolphins.
And this is how I'm thinking, this is what you thought you guys would go look like when you came into the season.
Not the previous six game, but this is how we're supposed to play.
No, for sure.
And I mean, I feel like that was just.
you know, just everybody's just getting a reset after the by week.
I mean, everybody knew, you know, back against the wall going into the bi week,
what we put ourselves into.
So coming out of the by week, we had just tell everybody, you know,
it's a new season, and let's just be who we are.
I want to listen.
I'm looking at you, and there are probably 25, 26, maybe even 27 other teams.
You're going to get the line's up.
You're going to start.
All ain't no too tight, ain't no eight, ain't no this, ain't no that.
You're going to be catching 65, 70, 80 balls.
You're going to be a big part of the offense.
But for you and Mark Andrews, you guys split a lot,
and a lot of times you guys do play a lot of double-tight-in sets.
But how have you been able to say, you know what?
I'm going to sacrifice.
This is where I am right now.
This is the best situation that I'm in right now.
Let me make the most of it and not let your mind think,
man, I see what Leport's are doing.
I see what Hawkinson doing.
I see what the guys do
I can do that
For sure
I mean that's really just
You know
Just always just remaining
Where your feet are
And understand that you know
God don't put you in no moment
But where your feet are right now
And I feel like this
You know
The circumstance I was
You know just drafted where I was
You know I promised EDC
You know when he took me
Like all the other 31 teams
That passed up on me
They're going to regret playing me
Time in time out
You know
And I was just you know
The motto I had my whole
You know rookie contract
And now I just getting into
You know
The opportunity that I have now
is just really just being that test piece in the offense,
whether I'm out wide in the slot, in the bat field, on the line,
and being able to just run out of the set that we have out of the tight ends.
That's dope.
I mean, you guys, you know, you guys have a long way to climb yourselves out of a whole bit.
But if you can do it, you guys have the offense to do it,
especially with, especially with Lamar Jackson coming, you know,
coming back and you playing well, likely playing well.
And a healthy Lamar gives you a chance to do the unthinkable.
regards to what your record may be and I look at some of the games you have coming up I mean
honestly looking at it you got a nice you got a nice slate of games and you can win most of them
I think the most maybe the most difficult game will probably be the Vikings the Browns is winnable
the Jets is win uh you're probably going to lose the Bengals guaranteed win you're probably
hey hey I put all my money hey Joe hey pull them out of the yellow I just want you at that one
all the rest of these ones you talk about I just want you at that Cincinnati game I want you
Yeah, I want you to come.
I want you to do.
Okay, hey, say less.
I'm going to come.
I'm going to come.
But honestly, you know, when it, outside of the division, you know, you guys could probably run the table, I think,
but the Vikings being the most difficult game for you guys to play, you know, this upcoming Sunday outside of that.
Listen, even as a bang of fan, I know a great team when I see one, you know.
I know you guys have had your walls and your struggles on defense, but your identity has always been your offense and what Lamar Jackson is doing,
what you're doing, what Mark Andrews is doing, the running game, Bateman, Z.
A, so, I mean,
kudos you guys, and I wish you guys luck
climbing out that hole, but I just know when
it comes to November 27th,
it ain't a too. I just want
you there. I just want you there.
That's a Sunday night game.
I don't know why they keep putting them
sorry. What you mean?
Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa, slow down. You two about
sorry? Sorry? We had an 80-year-old
quarterback come in and fiddling for
Joe Burrow and he threw up for 700,000 yards
a game. What you mean? Sorry.
Still losing.
It's not about losing.
It's about us having it.
It's about us to have a...
Listen, we want to win, but he gives us a chance to compete in these games,
and we're scoring enough points.
It's just we've got to get our defense to come around.
That's the only problem.
Man, go ahead and ask the question, Joe.
Right, right.
Hey, hey, likely.
Hey, you know, we talk about the grind, bro.
Probably, what's the hardest part of being a pro that you didn't expect?
I really just say, you know, after you start making a couple of plays,
it's really just like getting really, like, put into that line.
Like, everybody understands, like, when you, especially for me,
coming from like a G5 school where it's like, you know,
you making plays and everything, you know, you're kind of that guy on campus,
but when you get into that big league, it's like, dang, you know,
when you start making plays with the big league, it's like, okay,
you got to watch you say here or you got to take pitches everywhere, here, here,
people start knowing your name, people start knowing, like, who you are around.
And then it's like, you can, you can,
if you could say like a little
team thing the wrong way
and everybody go and spin it
it and like you just like you want to say
something to correct yourself but it's like
damn bro I don't want to keep acting like I'm trying
to egg on a situation I don't really
care for and I feel like that's like
the biggest thing probably since I got
in the pros where it's like you got to watch
what you say or like what you do a little
extra
definitely it's a lot different
nowadays than when
when I played in the NBA
Uncle Ocho play in the NFL
because we ain't have all this social media
You get, y'all exposed
Y'all are exposed to so much, bro.
Like, you know, I can understand
how, you know, sometimes words may get twisted
or, you know, it's just the little things.
Like, any little thing you do,
they're going to scrutinize it
and it's just kind of the times
we're living in, you know?
Yeah.
Like, man,
having been a Raven
and they have that side of
say, play like a Raven.
you know when you come in that building
there is an expectation
because of the greatness
that has walked the halls
of that building
you got an Ed Reed, you got a
Ray Lewis, you got a J-O,
you got a Suggs, you got an
Ed Reed, you got Yandy, you got
greatness that have played
permeated. A lot of it's on
the defensive side. They don't hold out of office.
You got Jay Lou.
Basically you got Jay Lou
Jamal Lewis
and Jonathan Ogden
but you know when you come into that building
having talked to Oz
and having talked to Eric
of what they expect from you
and what they expect
once you get into that building
talk a little bit about that
when they drafted you and you get around
and the players come back
the Ravens do a great job
of bringing their old time
of those players that played
that made that organization great
they do a great job of bringing them back
and the guys do a great job of communicating
of like hey bro hey we have expectations
win, play hard, play physical, play tough.
Talk to us a little bit about that and you being great.
Yeah, for sure.
And I feel like, you know, everybody in the league understands, like,
when you play the Ravens, their mantras play like Raven.
That's just because, you know, how physical, how discipline
and how hard they're going to play snap in and snap out.
But I feel like the first, like, really wake up I had was Ricky Minicamp
on my Ricky year where it was like, we got in there.
And they was already preaching play like Raven.
You run around you.
I'll say like Ricky Miniccan.
get so many plays at one time you just try not to mess up so you over here kind of like
trying to go 60% trying to see like on the other side they run the right concept trying to see
and like the first thing that they told us was like if you wrong fly around and I was like hey whoa
hold on like hold on they were like now like you wrong we'll we'll clean it up later play physical
play fast and like we'll we'll we'll clean a little details later so I'll say like you know
just going into that mindset of understand that like now like when when I'm in the building you
is expected to know your job and you expect it to win games and when you're 11.
I feel like that's just the biggest thing that they tell you while you run in the building
is when you're 11.
And that's everybody's mantra while you're in the building.
Like don't let your player make the play.
Don't allow yourself to get stopped by the player in front of you.
Man, you got, I mean, look, Costa Carolina, a lot of people don't know about the Chanticleer's,
but you had Josh Norman went to Coastal Carolina, Melissa Jackson Wood.
Yeah, yeah.
Carolina.
Y'all got, y'all got a, y'all got, you little star coming out of coastal.
Oh, hold on.
Don't we, you know, a fellow receiver that played with me in Cincinnati, Jerome Simpson.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, that was one that did the end zone.
Yeah, my dog, window went there, yeah.
Man, y'all put some, hey, y'all put some players out there in Costa, Carolina.
What y'all got down there from?
Man, I'm trying to tell, bro.
When I tell you, my junior year, 20-20 COVID, that's probably like when we started, like,
really, like, putting the world on notice.
that like a G5 team could really come up in here.
Obviously Cincinnati had made the playoffs,
but like we was like one of those teams that beat,
we beat BYU that year.
We had a good game at State.
We beat at state that year.
And like we started picking up games, picking up steam.
I mean, we had a great quarterback in Grayson McCall.
We had a great defense.
We got about two other players in the league right now
that's playing currently,
CJ Brewer and Taran Jackson on teams.
And I feel like, you know, just, you know,
that mantra that we had, like always understand
that we're going to be the underdogs.
what you're going to do about it.
And from that aspect,
it was just like every game was going to be,
you know,
a doll fight and we wasn't expected
to win a lot of games.
So just going in there
and showing the world that,
like,
you're going to have to put us above somebody
at some point.
Right.
What's it like playing with Lamar?
I haven't played with a great quarterback
a guy just in the pro football hall of fame.
Do you ever just get in awe
and just like,
how that motherfucker does it?
I'm not going to lie,
it's sometimes, like,
my coach had tell me on film,
especially at like my rookie year,
second year,
you don't really understand the scramble part,
like the two-played quarterbacks.
Sometimes you'll get lost, watching Lamar back there,
you know, get out of sacks and get out of situations.
And he yelling at you, like, trying to move you around.
He's time to make time.
Yeah.
Get open.
I say, like, a big instance was the Cincinnati,
like my Cincinnati touchdown where he,
where he stiff arm, Sam Hubbard.
Like, he had, from a snap.
Yeah, yeah.
Like, a lot of people don't know.
Like, he's the one yelling at me, pointing.
Like, before he threw the touchdown,
he's, like, yelling at me, trying to tell me,
go to the other side.
I'm just in the back of the end zone tired
because we're in tempo offense.
I'm just in the back of the end zone
just throwing my hand up like, hey, bro,
I don't feel like moving.
Just throw it right here, bro.
And he like, scream, like, no, bro.
Like, I did all this work.
You're going to move, bro.
Like, move, going to the other way.
Yeah.
So, like, I'll say like that.
It's just like, you know, it's crazy
because you'll see him doing it in practice
and you'll be like, man, like,
ain't no way.
Like, he just gets out here on Sundays
and do the same thing.
But, like, at this point, it's just like,
man, he's going to do it.
So you might as well get open.
Yeah.
Hey, the funny thing about it, IEL, is being down here in Miami, you know,
being able to watch Lamar Jackson back in the day
and see what he's doing in the NFL and to look exactly like it did in high school
when it was at Boynton Beach.
I used to go, I used to go watch and play all the time
because, you know, you hear the names about the star players down here in high school
and the first thing you want to do is, hey, let me go see what all this talk is about.
and bro he was everything back then and he's still everything he was he was advertised to be
you know especially now so to be able to see what he's doing right now man it's it's unbelievable
um is it i mean it's dope it's dope and again for you guys you guys have a great chance
you're all gonna y'all could have had one game one one y'all could have been the goddamn jess
i'm not gonna say that y'all can be the goddamn jess and if lamar jackson is coming back and he's
healthy y'all got a goddamn chance that's just how good he is that's just how much of impact player
he is so i'm excited for y'all i don't want y'all to beat us but outside of that i wish you're gonna beat
y'all right we going to beat y'all we you're a bronco you are a bronco first of all you are
all i know is that i got i'm a piece i'm a piece of that first person that's in the building yeah
hey did you heard what you said you you were there for a small time it was i was there for two
years, oh, too, damn.
That wasn't but a one-night stand.
Like, come on, man.
Also, I thought I had to...
Hold on.
There was a lot made last week.
All teams have gaming.
All teams have ping pong, pool tables.
They play cards.
They play mad.
They play card.
And all of a sudden, you go to the game room and it's up.
Ain't no pool table.
Ain't no ping pong table.
Ain't no video games.
So you're like, man.
Man, why are games at?
What that ping pong table?
What that pool table?
Who took that inch out of there?
Oh, yeah, good.
We didn't get that.
Nah, that's great.
It's a crazy story because what's crazy is we all play like pig on a little basketball hoop
before practice just to like get, just to get, just to get chemistry going, just everybody
get, you know, layers moving, everybody getting talking around.
And then like, like, Elle, I'll say like one thing about else.
He don't shy away from nothing.
So like he was like, hey, we lose this game.
Ain't nothing going to be in here.
I might turn the Wi-Fi off.
Like the Wi-Fi might be cut.
You know, the iPad, you can use the iPad without the Wi-Fi, as long as you in that building.
So he was like, hey, I'm telling y'all.
So we had ended up, you know, falling short to Casey, show enough.
Everything out of there.
Ain't nothing in there.
Wi-Fi's still on, though.
But he was like, yeah, we came up in there.
He's like, yeah, like, I wasn't playing.
Ain't nothing in here.
We're going to start winning a couple.
We're going to win some games.
And I'll think about it.
He didn't even say it's going to get back.
He said, I'll let y'all know.
Damn.
That's the type of, yeah, that's the type of, yeah, that's the time of me.
Winning is fun.
Losing ain't no fun.
So what hell you play for?
I'm trying to tell you.
What you're excited about?
Nah, hell, nah.
And Eljack knows that the ultimate goal for y'all is to win a Super Bowl, bro.
Yeah.
It's Super Bowl or bust.
So he knows distractions need to be limited.
So I commend him on that.
That was big time.
Y'all got to lock in.
So, hey, look, y'all, if y'all lose a couple more games,
now he's probably going to put that five balls.
You got, we ain't got no more to give.
We didn't, hey, everybody got this.
That's all we had to give.
Hey.
They'll tell us about the 17th annual Jimmy's famous seafood
Tots for Tots for Toc Gala.
Man, you know, just to give back to the kids.
I mean, it's always, you know, a blessing
to be in the position you are to, you know,
have younger kids look up to you like a superhero.
I mean, I remember when I was younger,
the ultimate goal was, you know, get to where I am now.
So, you know, seeing kids, you know,
that might not have it, you know, might be looking forward to it next year,
just being able to, you know, be able to give it to them this year,
be able to look in there, I take pictures, sign autographs,
be able to spend a little time with them, you know,
just to make day Christmas because I remember, you know,
some Christmases where you didn't get everything you wanted,
but if I can give a kid, you know, something, you know, a smile,
a something, oh my God, there's a Ravens player.
I mean, that's just a blessing this guy, for real.
Oh, yeah.
Everything you want to hell, there's some Christmas you didn't get anything you wanted.
man
hey
who took on my
Halloween party
did y'all do
a Halloween party
no
what I record was
what I record is
oh damn
it ain't no fun
I'm trying to tell you
we had last year though
hey
ain't nothing to celebrate
over there
so who hosts the
Halloween party
Lamar
last year
and who it was last year
I want to say
I want to say
I want to say they and another vet hosted last year.
It was lit though.
But this year, yeah, we even, there wasn't even no,
yeah, it wasn't even no talk about this year.
And I left it, I left it to them and they kept it going.
And now y'all don't cut.
Man, hey, look at, like, you got to get that thing.
Y'all got to get that thing crunk back up, man.
Hey, they need to worry about November 12th.
They're talking about it.
First of all, y'all are looking.
Hey, Lamar, tell your family, don't even got to make no turkey.
because y'all playing the turkey
over 27.
Them bobs.
All right.
All right.
Everybody,
man, ain't nobody scared of y'all.
Oh, Joe.
They ain't what you talking about.
He know that.
Hey, oh, listen.
Hey, Joe, hey, listen,
it's a pass happy league, right?
Any team that's putting up
500 points to 500 yards
a game offensively,
there's a reason to be scared.
There's a reason to be scared.
Chicago ran for,
damn there 300 yards on y'all.
Derek Henry might set the NFL record.
Lamar might have the most rush of
yards by quarterback, they might rush for $500 on y'all.
No, I don't know.
Like they're going to have three touchdowns.
I guarantee that I got to, if the Ravens don't score at least 40 points on y'all,
I might come do, I might, I ain't know telling what I'm liable to do.
You know, I tell you what, I'll tell you what, make it light on yourself.
Bet some.
You ain't got, no, I ain't, hell up.
Bet some.
Did we talk about betting our own money?
Well, Joe $100.
Ome $5,900.
Hold on you.
Hold on, hold on, oh, oh, my.
I'm $100 and one up to two, man.
I mean, we're in a whole new season.
That made, that was last season, bro.
Like, we're in a new season.
It's interest on this, oh, Joe.
It's interest, baby.
That's, hey, that's how I feel.
We're going to get you out of this one.
What do you guys need to do?
You know, hey, look, the regular season,
get yourself back into playoff contention
and the win the division, that's fine and good.
But you know how you guys measure.
when you got that guy that's a two-time league MVP,
when you got arguably one of the top three quarterbacks
in the NFL currently playing,
and you have what you have offensively
with King Henry got over 12,000 yards rushing
and he got over 100 touchdowns.
You know you measure by what you do in the postseason.
What is it going to take for the Ravens
to get to another championship
and get to that Super Bowl?
Because ultimately that's how Lamar is going to be measured.
He's got all the individual.
He's been voted.
player, the number one player by the players.
He's been the all pro.
He's been an MVP.
He has all the accolades.
He knows ultimately that's how he's going to be made.
Sure.
And I'll say the first thing that we all talk about is just stop being ourselves.
I mean, that's just, you know, the one thing that I can say at the top of my head that
since I've been on the team, that's just what we've been doing.
And I say whether it's offense, just turn the ball over, mental mistakes, mental errors,
you know, just stuff you can control and allowing the other team to just play their best game.
against our best game and see how that go rather than us you know playing ourselves and playing
the other team and then trying to make miracles happen and I feel like that's just you know
been the mantra last couple of years where it's just like I feel like if we play you know
our style of game play you know mistake free football and then just letting all of our talents
you know offense and defense shine I feel like they ain't a team in the NFL that can play with us
so you just you know just always just harping on the little things and harping on just stop being
ourselves in the post of them.
Well, man,
thanks for joining us tonight, like,
congratulations on everything.
Continue success.
Stay healthy.
Yes, sir.
I want you to stay a Raymond,
but, hey,
going to get you a body going out.
You know 100-cats season out there,
but he tied in.
They catch an 80-9-100-mall, right?
And you're like,
shh.
We're good, though.
Man, continue success, man.
Stay healthy, man.
Hey, y'all win that to be.
Hey, please, if y'all don't do that.
Wait, what?
Y'all got them.
Oh.
I'm trying to tell you, come to the game, too.
If Ocho's going to be out there popping it, come out to the game.
Hey, it's in Cincinnati, right?
No, it's in Baltimore.
No.
I think whatever game, whatever game prime time, you and you're in the bank, Ocho.
All right.
All right.
I'll be there.
Hey, give me a sideline.
I want you out.
Yeah.
Who what?
I just, hey, listen, I want to roam the sidelines of M&T Bank.
I used to own that stadium.
You had owned.
Hey, I used to own that statement.
Hey, that was before, that was, that was, that was after I left.
Because Cincinnati ain't run nothing.
They didn't run nothing but their mouths.
Like, appreciate it, man.
Congratulations on all the success.
Stay healthy, man.
We'll see you down the road.
All right, man.
Appreciate it.
Isaiah likely joining us.
Ocho.
What's happened?
No, that game, that game is at M&T.
Oh, it is?
Yeah.
Okay, okay, okay, okay.
They play, y'all play them on the 14th in Cincinnati.
Oh, November.
Dan, we play them back to back?
No, oh, Joe, December.
Okay, okay, okay, okay, okay.
How did you play them on the 14th?
They play them on the 27th.
You play them on the 27th of November and then you play them on the 14th of December.
Yeah, I was just looking at the schedule, too.
You take ass whipping on both of them, but don't worry about it.
Oh, Joe, Joe, I was after the Coast Acquire Sauce Gardner,
the team announced that Gardner would continue to wear his number one
with his new team.
Josh Downs were number two.
His brother, Caleb, plays for Ohio State.
He also wears that number.
The wire receiver said it was just a little small bit of negotiating between the sides,
the Jersey number handoff.
Yeah, just a little friendly transaction, man, Down said new teammate wanted to make it easy
on it.
We appreciate him being here.
I know he's been number one, and I know that number means a lot.
Ocho, Joe, how much do you think a source had to play to get that number?
I mean, for one, Joe, I mean, listen, we, a, a, a, a, a,
we talk about sauce gardener huh you hear me we we talk about a number that
resonates for the individual with the new york jets 50k at least no he ain't
50k at least no hey if i'm josh down i ain't i ain't really doing him like that i'm not doing
just off of respecting who you you know you you that boy this ain't no just no anybody
now if it just know it's um it's a regular 50 k okay now we're talking you think you out there
Hey, hey, hey, with the kind of money we're making, Joe,
with the kind of money we're making.
It's okay, 50K ain't bad.
Hey, you're here, 50K ain't bad.
That's a good number, huh?
Now, that, I can go with that.
50K, that's a lot, man.
Listen, I know, listen, I know cats in the NBA, man,
who had, you know, exchange numbers,
and they may pay like 10, 15K, but it wasn't no 25, 35, 30K.
Oh, yeah, it's coming up.
Oh, yeah.
That's a good.
good number, Joe. We got to get
sauce on here to see and see what
that transaction was. I don't think he paid
no $50,000. Hey.
Well, he don't want the number then. Yeah,
yeah. Hey, Joe, hey that.
Because you do know in the NFL,
the way it works now, if
you change numbers and you don't give the
NFL a whole offseason to get
all that, because they'll stop. You got to pay for
inventory. You have to pay for all the number
to the ones that got your name on the back on
that's been printed.
Yeah, you got to pay the inventory. But what
if Downs was just being a great teammate.
Yeah, he probably, he took a little, you know,
he took a payment from him,
but maybe he just wanted to get a sauce that number.
50K, that's being a great teammate.
If I have an asshole, it costs you 150.
Hey, I'm for the asking.
Hey, I'm curious.
That's a good question.
Especially today's day and age,
when I think about the 50K,
I remember, hell, when I went to the goddamn Patriots
to get 85, I had to pay Aaron Hernandez.
What you paid? I had to pay, oh, number 25.
It was number 25,000, you know, that was, think about how long ago that's been, Joe.
Yeah, that was, oh, that was, that was 15 years ago, Joe.
Yeah. And Aaron was like, what I'm saying is, uh, and then there's probably, he probably
wanted, he probably wanted his paper. I'm saying Downs was probably willing to give up
that one to go, uh, not with somebody got money.
Depending on who it is, depending on who it is,
it's respecting, oh, this sauce.
I know the number one resonates with everything he's about
based on who he is and all that,
but this is by business.
Yeah, that's all.
It's the NFL.
It's about business.
I need me some money.
I got to make something off of this, you know?
So I know Josh down probably,
I'd say maybe 50.
I bet, yeah.
Man, let me be in Atlanta had that number two.
Hey, hey, Joe, you want that number two?
Hey, you know, hey, Joe, man, I saw this what you call it,
about, like, man, they got this, uh, uh, uh, what they call it?
That, uh, that pickup, that four pickup.
That Shelby, yeah, that Shelby.
Hey, they got one up there and they're going to get that Shelby for you boy.
The one with the black with the gray strap down the middle, Joe.
Man.
Are you talking about like from the movie going to 60 seconds?
Yeah, yeah, but it's a pickup truck.
Oh, oh, a truck.
Oh, okay, my bad.
You're talking about, well, they got a Shelby, but that was Eleanor.
That month's day with Eleanor.
Oh, okay, okay, okay.
Shelby, a, rest your soul, Cal Shelby, those cars, you talk about $3, $5, $7 million.
Wait, what?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Oh, come on, come on, come on, man.
The original Cal Shelby?
Oh, yeah, for sure.
Rewind from me real quick and give me a better understanding.
How's the car, what is what, what,
60s, 1960? What year?
Yeah, 60s. How can a car
in the 60s, made in the 60s, now be worth
$5 or $7 million? Restore.
They ain't made no more of them.
Some of them best if they left alone
because those cars were made for racing.
Okay, okay, okay, okay, okay.
So think about the Ocho. The thing is,
anytime they're not making more or something,
it's really valuable. That's why the Mona Lisa
is so valuable. That's why those
original declaration of independence that
Mr. Ursaid's trust is getting ready to sell.
He has an original copy of the Declaration of Independence.
Damn.
They have like 200 of them.
Original?
Original.
He got one of the original copies of the,
not a copy, the original copies.
He got Prince Guitar, he got Grateful Dead,
he got Jimmy Hendrix, he got Eric Clapton.
Hold on. He got a Jimmy Hendrick guitar
and they're going to sell it?
Yeah, they sell a lot of that stuff, yeah.
Yeah, boy, they're going to get a pretty penny for that.
That was his passion collecting.
Okay, okay, okay.
That wasn't their passion collecting.
Right, okay, my bad, my bad.
So, let, and he, that's what he said.
He's like, look, I understand it's only here, because I'm here, when I'm going, let somebody else enjoy it.
Right.
So, yeah, I totally get that.
But I get it.
Look, look, that one, I mean, it wouldn't even look right, sauce being in another number.
No, it wouldn't.
it wouldn't it wouldn't it just other players can leave team and change numbers and you don't blink eye
you don't bad eye right a player like lamar yeah he can't be nothing a jama chase um a sauce
i mean where the number is is is a representative of who they are and when you see that number
that's what you think about yeah you see the broncos did they talk to the tupucah family
they took 18 out 18 nobody had worn them 18 right
That's what Peyton was like, yes.
I mean, can you imagine Peyton Manning in another number that's not 18?
Yeah, it wouldn't make sense.
Can you see Tom Brady in another number that's not 12?
It wouldn't make sense.
No, I can't.
So, I get it.
Matter of fact, hey, Joe, can you imagine Ocho Sinko and another number that wasn't A5?
No, I can't imagine.
Yeah, see, AJ, uncle, it just don't make no sense.
Well, you can't be Ocho Siko if you got on 83.
free.
Ocho Trace.
So you had
you had to get that Ojo?
Hey, hey.
Ocho, they'll get you
because you pay top dollar for that 85.
Hey, listen, Aaron Hernandez,
when I got the New England,
he showed love.
He showed love and say,
normally, if it wasn't you,
you know, I'm hitched across the head.
But because of you...
He meant that literally, too, though.
Huh?
He meant that literally too, though.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
But, see, I mean, if you, if you, if you, see, y'all, y'all not, you're not on this
in. But if you, if you knew him, if you knew him and how he was moving, like, stuff like that
just doesn't occur because you're in the NFL.
That's stuff that's been.
Oh, he's been that.
Yeah, that's, that's, that's, that's, oh.
A lot of people try to, a lot of people try to get away from there.
Nah, he ran back to it.
Yeah.
But let me take that back.
He never left it.
Right.
See, and that's the problem.
That's where most of the time, you got to have someone else with the,
brains around you when you're the golden goose and the golden goose rather rather try to stay to being real
someone else has to step in nah man you good we don't need you to be real you you're done with this
lifestyle you know but hey hey it takes a village young it takes a village and you got when you got
the right people around you know you'll be all right that's the most important thing having the
right people around you so stuff like that doesn't happen greatness doesn't just show up
