Starting point is 00:04:28 Network together with our roaming partners covers 99% of the U.S. population. 5G speed not available in all areas. Men are a little bit more now focused on just themselves, you know, focused on work and getting
Starting point is 00:04:43 to the bag and allowing the woman to be the last choice of importance, as opposed to how it was before, you know, chasing the woman, chasing, chasing, applying pressure, doing all that. And most of the time, what you have to understand too, is, is women put up such a front with the chasing and applying pressure as if there's something that's so different about them as opposed to anyone else that you could deal with. But then when you actually get a hold and you get to learn that individual and you're allowed access, you come to find out, well, goddamn, I've been doing all this chasing for this,
Starting point is 00:05:25 but you ain't no different than nobody else. It's all the same. You know, at the end of the day, I think men's focal point has changed from chasing women, the more focusing on themselves, work, family, if that comes into play and it's just, it's. And it's just different now. It's just different now, especially in today's era where we have a lot more women that are in, I hate using the word alpha positions,
Starting point is 00:05:54 but they are the men now. Does that make sense? Women are the men, you know? Yeah, I think the thing is, Ocho, Women are the men. Yeah. I think the thing is, Ocho, a lot of women... Yeah. But see, when you keep saying, I don't need a man, I don't need a man,
Starting point is 00:06:15 then you convince yourself. And then you want to be masculine because you think you can talk to... At the end of the day, that's still a man. And I'm not saying, look, right. I'm old and know how my grandmother and how I saw everybody raised.
Starting point is 00:06:32 See these women today, they talk about, Oh, I want to be treated like my mom and my great grandma got to treat, but y'all don't behave like that. Y'all ain't cooking. Y'all ain't cooking no meal every day. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:43 My, my grand, when my grandfather got home at lunch, meal on the table. He got home at dinner, meal on the table. He ate first. It wasn't no arguing back and forth. When my grandfather
Starting point is 00:06:56 said they can, they did. When he said they couldn't, they couldn't. But y'all, oh, I'm going to do me. Okay, we'll do you. I don't have to be a part of it. And so I think the thing is that they've convinced themselves they don't need a man until they need a man. And then you're 24.
Starting point is 00:07:16 Now you're 45. Now you're 50. You know, I don't think. Now your options are limited. I don't think women understand that the options are limited, especially today, especially for what they want. When you look at their expectations and what they expect and what they're looking for,
Starting point is 00:07:29 it's very hard. It's very hard to get. No, Ocho, it's not hard, but here's the thing. What you want, gotta want you. See, that's the problem. Okay, you want a guy. Oh, he need to be over six foot tall. Oh, he needs to make six guy. Oh, he needs to be over six foot tall. Oh, he needs to make six figures.
Starting point is 00:07:47 Oh, he needs to do this. Well, every time you throw out something that he needs to be, you drop a percentage, 15%, 20%. So now you're down to 5%. That 5% of the man that you want that's over six foot tall, that has a nice body, that makes six figures, that's well to do, does he want you? And most of the type of men that they want, you know, it's part of the 1%, huh?
Starting point is 00:08:12 Yeah. It's hard. It's hard for something to add value, to increase in value. Yeah, say it again. Say it again. That constantly gets used. Listen to what I said, Ocho. Name something that increase in value that's constantly get used.
Starting point is 00:08:27 You told me about my Ferrari. You said, buy that Ferrari, but put it up. A bottle of wine. Right. 1942. Philippe Rothschild, Petrus, Camus. Wait a minute. I don't even think the chat heard you.
Starting point is 00:08:42 Do me a favor. Say it. I'm just saying. Let me get my pen and paper. Because that, man, hold on. You don't even think the chat heard you. Do me a favor. I'm just saying. Man, hold on. You're going to have to bring that to me again. Hold on. I'm not going to use that. Hold on.
Starting point is 00:09:00 I'm going to have to use that. I'm going to use that at Sunday service. Boy, you just dropped in the gym right there. I don't even think the chat was paying attention. Come on. Yeah, because
Starting point is 00:09:19 everything, you know, Ocho, I want somebody at least six foot tall. I want somebody at least 200 pounds. I want somebody to make at least Ocho, I want somebody at least six foot tall. I want somebody at least 200 pounds. I want somebody that make at least six figures. I want somebody that go to church. I want somebody that like to travel. So you name six things that you like. Okay, you find that guy, but he's only probably in the 1%.
Starting point is 00:09:40 So that 1% of the men that you're looking for, is he looking for the 15% to 20% of the women that's looking for him? So now if he's not, so now, you're like, oh, I'm valuable. Oh, I'm this, I'm that. They know they're worth. They know they're worth. Tom Brady wants...
Starting point is 00:10:02 Worth is when someone is willing to pay for something. Come on now. Tom Brady can list his house for $150 million. But after I guarantee you after six months
Starting point is 00:10:19 over a year that house ain't sold I guarantee you he dropped the price. So now, if somebody comes in and says, Tom, he want $150 million. I give you $100 million cash.
Starting point is 00:10:33 Okay, I take it. That's what the house is worth. See, you don't get to determine your worth if somebody's not paying for it. Boy. That's what women gotta understand you keep saying are you buying yourself are you purchasing yourself
Starting point is 00:10:52 so where's the value value is only something is only valuable if somebody will purchase it I want $600,000 for this tube of lip therapy. It's worth $7.
Starting point is 00:11:12 They got to stop this notion talking about, I know my worth, I know my worth. Your worth is what someone is willing to pay for it. That's what worth is. Look up worth in addiction.
Starting point is 00:11:21 As a matter of fact, I'm going to Google it. Wait, you preaching today? What? Google it, Wait, you preaching today? You, you, what? My damn self. What?
Starting point is 00:11:30 You know, I, I, you know, you know, you know what also, when I, when I think about is,
Starting point is 00:11:35 is in general, uh, women, uh, they put themselves in unwinnable positions at times, you know, uh, they, they play hard to get. They're very difficult.
Starting point is 00:11:47 They create this perception that all the work the man is going to put in, in the end, they're just getting this, oh, my goodness, this is so much different than everybody else. When in hindsight, once you are gained access to it, it's no different than anybody else. When, when in hindsight, once you are gained access to it, it's no different than anybody else. That's why they play the difficult game in the beginning. That's why they make you jump through hoops and make you jump through obstacles because there's really nothing at the end of that light or at the
Starting point is 00:12:19 end of that tunnel, you know? And it's not, it's not a bad thing. We're all human there. What do you do that's so special than the next person? Ocho.
Starting point is 00:12:33 Cook? Can you cook? Hey, can you cook some oxtails? I need to know, can you cook oxtails? What am I saying? Can you cook breakfast? Grits, eggs, sausage, bacon,
Starting point is 00:12:44 French toast, pancakes. Okay. What about eggs, eggs, better than that? what about saying can you cook breakfast grits eggs sausage bacon french toast pancakes okay what about eggs make make hollandaise sauce
Starting point is 00:12:51 okay you can't do that okay what can you do what's the this value that you speak of what is it
Starting point is 00:12:58 because I just want you to know a little something everything that you do I can pay somebody to do it cook clean get my dry cleaning hey or something. Everything that you do, I can pay somebody to do it. Cook, clean, get my dry cleaning.
Starting point is 00:13:09 Hey, I don't pay them to sleep with me. I pay them to leave. So I'm just trying to say, it's a word to value. What can you do for me that I can't have somebody do? Everything that you do. So if I'm with you,
Starting point is 00:13:20 I really want to be with you. So hold on. You pay them, you sleep with them, you pay them to leave, you're not paying them to stay. Hold on, hold on. Let me write with him. You pay him to leave. You're not paying him to stay. Hold on. Hold on.
Starting point is 00:13:27 Let me write that down. Let me write that down. I ain't paying for the sex. I'm paying you to get out. Right. So I just want to know, if I'm with you, I ain't playing no games with you. Do you understand that I'm not? I jump on a plane to come see you.
Starting point is 00:13:51 You just flew somebody before? You mean something. Man. So all this, all this, all this stuff. Oh, this. I don't I don't I
Starting point is 00:14:05 I'm just I'm just keeping a file with y'all so all this going back and forth I don't care
Starting point is 00:14:13 nothing about that cause all I know you keep saying you you worth this you worth that that property that property
Starting point is 00:14:22 been purchased in a long time been huh but they have to wait for a buyer to come along look like you look like you gonna have to drop the price Yes. That property ain't been purchased in a long time, you know. But they have to wait for a buyer to come along. Look like you're going to have to drop the price on it. That's life.
Starting point is 00:14:30 That's the way it works. I understand. And you know what? Something about our beautiful women, something about our beautiful women in this world,
Starting point is 00:14:37 we can't live without them. We can't live without them. There's always somebody for everybody. And just at what point is your person going to come along that's willing to buy or pay
Starting point is 00:14:49 whatever you feel that worth may be? That's it. And but Ocho... Nah. And my thing is, Ocho, I don't even feel like I'm the prize. I don't tell no woman I'm the prize. But you better... I don't know who... I don't know who told you
Starting point is 00:15:06 that it told you wrong. If you think you the prize... That's a great topic. Women... Women feeling like they are the prize and understanding what they bring to the table,
Starting point is 00:15:15 I think some of them might be. Despite us being the providers. I think some women... Some? What? Might be the prize. You don't think so? What?
Starting point is 00:15:30 No, we're both the prize. I want to be with you. Hopefully you want to be with me. I think you're special. I wouldn't be with you if I didn't think you were special. Because you can't get that back. You can't get that time back. I'm not going to waste your time.
Starting point is 00:15:41 More importantly than that, I'm not wasting mine. Oh, I like that. I can't buy to waste your time. More importantly than that, I'm not wasting mine. Oh, I like. I can't buy it back. Yes. So that's, that's, I just think the thing is sometimes like,
Starting point is 00:15:51 man, let's just be real here. I'm going to treat you. I'm going to treat you with the ultimate respect. If you got a kid, I'll treat that kid as if it was mine.
Starting point is 00:16:00 I'll never be disrespectful to you. I'll never call you out of your name. I'll never do anything. But these women, I mean, they quit. They quit. I'm surprised.
Starting point is 00:16:13 I know my worth. You know, I know. It's so many. You know what I don't like? Do you know how many women look good? Why do women always feel because they look good? Because we base everything off of looks
Starting point is 00:16:29 because obviously men, we're visual. We're visual creatures. Why the first thing, if you do mess up, the first thing people say is, oh, he fumbled. We're very visual creatures.
Starting point is 00:16:39 Yes. Fumbled. Right. No, actually, no, no, no, no. Fumble is a situation where I'm running and somebody knocks it out of my head. fumble right no actually no no no no fumble is a situation where I'm running and somebody knocks it
Starting point is 00:16:49 out of my hand I punted you I punted yeah it wasn't a fumble yeah boop right
Starting point is 00:16:56 yeah I realized I couldn't get any more yards boop let somebody hey let the next guy
Starting point is 00:17:04 catch it hopefully he fair called it I don't know man he might have he might have let it go yards. Let somebody, hey, let the next guy catch it. Hopefully he fair caught it. I don't know, man. He might have let it go over his head and into the end zone. We can't live without them. They can't live without us. It's all about finding your person. It's all about finding your person. And if you have, if you, sisters,
Starting point is 00:17:20 if you're watching, ladies, if you have a standard, whatever that standard may be, whatever that value or worth you may think you have, you stick to it. You stick to it until your guy comes along. I don't care how long it takes. You know, I'm going to make sure you go. You're going to win. Matter of fact, ladies, if you in the chat, you don't have a man right now.
Starting point is 00:17:43 The holiday is coming up. Valentine's is coming up. Send me a message on Twitter. I guarantee you, I have you a man and some gifts and dinner before Valentine's Day. I'm playing matchmaker. Because I know your value. I know your worth.
Starting point is 00:18:01 I'm going to make sure you get your man. I admit it. Then you go. Yeah. I hope everybody, like you said, there's somebody for everybody. I hope they find that person. But I'm just tired of hearing every time I be, oh, I know my value. I'm this and that.
Starting point is 00:18:18 Look here. I guarantee you. Go scroll on IG. They got on YSL. They got on Tom Ford. They got a Gucci bag they got a gucci bag they got a louis bag they got a chanel bag they got a birkin bag they got a g wagon or they got a range rover they got this so i'll tell me what's the differentiating factor and whether you got fillers whether you got a bbl when you got boo i i don't and i'm not judging i don don't care. That's your body. That's your money.
Starting point is 00:18:46 I just ain't paying for it. I'm just saying, you want lip filler, you want Botox, you want BBL, you want lipo, get it. That's your body.
Starting point is 00:18:55 I don't tell nobody what, I've never told a woman what to do with her body. I just want you to know I'm not paying for it. I remember that one. Because I'm not fighting for another snake to eat. So I'm just saying,
Starting point is 00:19:08 take off. If y'all want whatever you want, whatever that you think is going to enhance, I go to the gym because I want to feel, I want to, it makes me feel good. But if y'all want to go, hey, if y'all want to do whatever y'all want to do, I'm all for you ladies. I'm never going to, oh, I can't
Starting point is 00:19:23 believe you. That is your body. Right. That is your temple. You do whatever as you see fit. That's just not me. Damn, we leaving already? Now it's time for our last segment of the evening. It's time for Q&A. When it ain't getting good, you were preaching tonight. It's almost two hours.
Starting point is 00:19:40 Ooh, that was a good one. Made for This Mountain is a podcast that exists to empower listeners to rise above their struggles, break free from the chains of trauma, Oh, that was refuse to identify. The thing that you refuse to say, hey, this is my mountain. This is the struggle. This is the thing that's in front of me. You can't make that mountain move without actually diving into that. May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to conquer the things that once felt impossible and step boldly into the best version of yourself to awaken the unstoppable strength that's inside of us all. So tune into the podcast, focus on your emotional well-being, and climb your personal mountain.
Starting point is 00:20:27 Because it's impossible for you to be the most authentic you. It's impossible for you to love you fully if all you're doing is living to please people. Your mountain is that. Listen to Made for This Mountain on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. A lot of times the big economic forces we hear about on the news show up in our lives in small ways.
Starting point is 00:20:52 Three or four days a week, I would buy two cups of banana pudding. But the price has gone up, so now I only buy one. The demand curve in action. And that's just one of the things we'll be covering on Everybody's Business from Bloomberg Businessweek. I'm Max Chavkin. And I'm Stacey Vanek-Smith. Every Friday, we will be diving into the biggest stories in business, taking a look at what's going on, why it matters, and how it shows up in our everyday lives. But guests like Businessweek editor Brad Stone, sports reporter Randall Williams,
Starting point is 00:21:22 and consumer spending expert Amanda Mull will take you inside the boardrooms, the backrooms, even the signal chats that make our economy tick. Hey, I want to learn about VeChain. I want to buy some blockchain or whatever it is that they're doing. So listen to Everybody's Business on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. I'm Michael Kassin, founder and CEO of 3C Ventures and your guide on Good Company, the podcast where I sit down with the boldest innovators shaping what's next. In this episode, I'm joined by Anjali Sood, CEO of Tubi, for a conversation that's anything
Starting point is 00:21:58 but ordinary. We dive into the competitive world of streaming, how she's turning so-called niche into mainstream gold, connecting audiences with stories that truly make them feel seen. What others dismiss as niche, we embrace as core. It's this idea that there are so many stories out there, and if you can find a way to curate and help the right person discover the right content, the term that we always hear from our audience is that they feel seen. Get a front row seat to where media, marketing, technology, entertainment, and sports collide. And hear how leaders like Anjali are carving out space and shaking things up a bit in the most crowded of markets.
Starting point is 00:22:41 Listen to Good Company on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. In the fall of 1986, Ronald Reagan found himself at the center of a massive scandal that looked like it might bring down his presidency. Did you make a mistake in sending arms to Tehran, sir? No. It became known as the Iran-Contra affair. And I'm not taking any more questions in just a second. I'm going to ask Attorney General... I'm Leon Nafok, co-creator of Slow Burn.
Starting point is 00:23:21 In my podcast, Fiasco, Iran-Contra, you'll hear all the unbelievable details of a scandal that captivated the nation nearly 40 years ago, but which few of us still remember today. The things that happened were so bizarre and insane, I can't begin to tell you. Please do. To hear the whole story, listen to Fiasco, Iran Contra on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Ocho, check this out. We're about to do a toss to a Terrell show on Netflix. Let's take a chat. Take a look at this.
Starting point is 00:24:14 I got somebody I grew up with. Goddamn, Ocho, she just got here. I've been sitting here like the fifth wheel for 30 minutes. You ain't say that to me all night. I got somebody I grew up with. Good dude, good dude. Where my man? Who is it?
Starting point is 00:24:26 I have to find something to do while I'm here. Not something to do or someone to do something. No, no. He's not here. He's busy. Oh, okay. But it'd be perfect because he ain't gonna be all in your space. What's his name?
Starting point is 00:24:35 Shannon. Shannon Short? Oh, okay. Oh, okay. Oh, come on. You know who Shannon Short is? No. Shannon Short.
Starting point is 00:24:43 He's a well-known retired. Yeah, well-known. Yeah. He got Short is? No. Shannon Short, he's a well-known retired. Yeah, well-known. He has been. He got a lot of roles. You know, tell me one rule. Let me see if I'm about this light. One rule, when you use the bathroom, you have to go downstairs.
Starting point is 00:25:00 Yeah! Look. I'll tell you, I plugged you in like a Dyson vacuum. You ain't plugged me in. Why you had to bring that up? You could have brought that up a little later. It's hard. The part about, oh, he got a lot of rules.
Starting point is 00:25:13 You ain't have to mention no rules. No, no, see, you don't wanna lie to him at the beginning. That's the one thing that you wanna do. That's exactly what I wanna do in the beginning. No, you wanna set a precedent early so you don't waste your time. No, hey, hey, you know, hey, I was going to break. Let me break.
Starting point is 00:25:28 Let me spring that on them after we, you know, we're at the table. So what are some of your biggest pet peeves? I don't like someone being late, burping or passing gas. That's how you break that in the whole show. Damn, you don't ruin it. I ain't ruin the mood. I only told her. She's still interested.
Starting point is 00:25:44 Did she call you? No. No? Well, I probably gave her the wrong number. You changed the number? Yeah, because what happened was you done gave her the rules. Hey. She probably drank milk, eat cheese, eat all them vegetables,
Starting point is 00:26:00 just be blowing it up. Sometimes you got to sacrifice if you want something. You know that, huh? Oh, no. Oh, sometimes you have to compromise if you want something. You know that, huh? Oh, no. Sometimes you have to compromise if it's something that you really want. You can't always, if you have a set of rules, and obviously sometimes it's something that you like,
Starting point is 00:26:12 you know, it's in the Bible. Sometimes you have to sacrifice and compromise if it's something that you're actually interested in. I can't do that. I can't do that. You don't like it like that. Hey, hey, hey. Hey, hey, hey.
Starting point is 00:26:27 But that's always been my thing. So it's not something new. I mean, it's the first time that probably people that I've said it publicly. But if you've been around me, all my teammates broke. No, hell no. But hey, it is what it is. Hey, I appreciate you looking out for me. I'm going to always do that. I'm going to always make sure you're good because
Starting point is 00:26:47 at that time when we were filming, I didn't like the space you were in. I didn't like not really having someone. Obviously, this was before the Michelle debacle and when I was trying to plug and find
Starting point is 00:27:04 people that you can date and they could they can feel that void in that space. And then and I think I failed to this point because I haven't I haven't, you know, I don't really get it. You know, you know, if I don't want to have a balloon where they pop the balloon, she don't pop the balloon. Wow. Hey, hold on. I'm glad you just mentioned that. I should do a 20 versus 1, huh? What you think? You know where they pop the balloons?
Starting point is 00:27:33 No. You don't think so? Bad real will pop your skull. Bad, hey, look at them playing real. Real ain't what to play with like that Ocho. You could joke about a lot of things. Look, you know real better than me, but the way I've been around real, real don't play like that.
Starting point is 00:27:52 No, no, no, no, no, no, no. You don't play like that. See, real got real like, real more like values kinda like me. She old school. She's from Alabama. She ain't from New York she ain't from Cali and stuff like that Real got southern
Starting point is 00:28:09 rules southern upbringing and some stuff ain't gonna jive with her hey Real Real Real head right now but what she's seen and viewed as the mean girl she's viewed and real head right now, boy. About what?
Starting point is 00:28:25 She's seen and viewed as the mean girl. She's viewed and seen as the villain. And I told her, name you one person in history, name you one person that made history, you know? No. Well, hey, everybody can't
Starting point is 00:28:41 everybody can't be the hero. No, you can't be the hero. No, you can't. Sometimes, what I always say about embracing being the villain in what you do. Always. You know? I can name. I'm going to give you some examples.
Starting point is 00:28:56 I'm going to give you one example. What's that? Housewives of Atlanta. Even if you don't watch the show. Yeah, because I know most of them. you don't watch the show yeah cause I don't I don't watch the show I can tell you who the villain is and I can tell you who made the most money from the show
Starting point is 00:29:13 Miss Nene huh come on now people are tuning in for oh they ain't tuning in for kumbaya kumbaya moments kumbaya moments. Shit, kumbaya moments to get you fired. You won't have no goddamn show.
Starting point is 00:29:30 Exactly. You know what? I'm going to leave it at that. Y'all make sure y'all go check it out. Let me know what y'all think. I want you guys to watch it and come back and let me know if they portraying Real in the right light. Make sure you go watch Wags to Riches on if they portraying Real in the right light. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:47 Make sure you go watch Wags to Riches on Netflix. It's out now. Wags to Riches. But Ocho, you didn't do your boy no favor. I did your great favor. I did. Chad, do y'all think Ocho did me a favor? Bro.
Starting point is 00:30:02 The fact. Ocho, you got to go slow. The fact that I didn't do you a favor, the fact that I even mentioned you, period, is a favor. Ocho, if you're going to mention me and say, hey, he got all these rules. I said the only issue that you might have is that he has rules. Now, everyone has a set of rules. Everyone has boundaries. Everyone has things.
Starting point is 00:30:28 They're non-negotiables. I thought it was important for me to let her know about just one rule. And she was okay with that. So that means your foot is in the door already. Your foot is in the door already. See, she's going to compromise. She don't have it to her. No, he do me no favor.
Starting point is 00:30:45 When you say Shannon Sharp, certain things go out the window. Certain boundaries go out the window. Certain things that you wouldn't tolerate from somebody else, they'll tolerate from you. Let me tell you how I would do it. I say, hey, and I got this partner. I say, man, I say, you know, he played in the NFL, had a great career. Hey, wait a minute.
Starting point is 00:31:03 You got to say I'm shy. He's about six foot tall. He still work out. Hard working. I said, funny, great sense of humor. Now, if you want to laugh, he's the guy. He's the guy. I mean, he's got great personality.
Starting point is 00:31:19 He loves to do. He'd fly off the cuff. Whatever you like to do. You want to go bungee jumping? He's right there. You want to go go-karting? He's to do. You want to go bungee jumping? He right there. You want to go go-karting? He right there. You want to go horseback riding?
Starting point is 00:31:28 There is nothing that you could possibly want to do that he'll say no to. He's that kind of outgoing, fun-loving guy. He's the guy that whatever your adventures are, he right there with you. See, that's what I'm going to do. I say, now, hey, you want something? Now, the thing I know about it, he love hard. I say he loves hard. There is nothing that he wouldn't do for you.
Starting point is 00:31:53 Once y'all get to that point where he's like, okay, we're going to do this, he all in. All in. If you want the son, I go get that bitch. That's what I'm saying. So now, I'm going to say, I just got one facet. Look, that's my boy. I say, we ain't brothers.
Starting point is 00:32:12 I say, but we close. The only difference is, we ain't got the same blood. All I ask is this. All I'm going to ask you is this. If my boy fall, will you catch him? See what I did for you?? See what I did for you? That's what I did for you. Hey, that deserves an Emmy right there, boy.
Starting point is 00:32:34 Yeah, it's all. I appreciate it. You see, that's all you had to do, old child. You got me hyped right there, boy. Listen, I couldn't do the presentation like that. I couldn't do it in that manner, obviously, because we're on camera. They're filming. I was sort of sick to a certain, you know what?
Starting point is 00:32:56 And I went off the script and what we were supposed to be talking about just to plug you in. I appreciate that. I appreciate that. I appreciate that. Tom Brady is looking to sell his Florida mansion. Oh, yes. It happened to be down the street from June. That big one in Miami, that $35 million,
Starting point is 00:33:15 the one he got all them big cranes like it's a downtown highland. How much you want? How much you want? I mean, what is it, like $35 million? I think it's in billionaire bunker, billionaire row, isn't it? Where is it? Yeah. He's received bids over $150 million.
Starting point is 00:33:36 Damn, I was going to try to get that bids too, man. With what? Huh? You ain't going to even pay the light bill. Who ain't? Man a light bill. Who paid? Man. What, with this good credit? 150 bills?
Starting point is 00:33:50 I got good. With this credit I got? Yeah, all right. Man, you need Bezos credit to get that one. Matter of fact, you know what? It don't matter how many bids he got. If I hit, if I call, man, I call Tom right now. You got if I hit if I call Matt call time right now you think the answer if I call hang up hang up on you Oh Joe man look
Starting point is 00:34:14 at me personally I want to look I think I might I might I might be willing to go to TI for a hundred million what that's for that's a to TI for a CREO. $100 million? What? That's for a different type of person that's bringing in a different type of revenue. It's different. There are people... You ever been to South Island?
Starting point is 00:34:37 I still don't understand. I don't understand. The people don't even live in Miami. They don't come here until the goddamn summer. For the winter. How you got a $38 million, $50 million house that you only come for
Starting point is 00:34:53 two months out the year? What do you do? Normally, no, they come down there during the winter. That's what I mean. They come here in the winter. Because where they live, it's cold. How you got a summer house for $50 million.
Starting point is 00:35:10 And here I am. Nah, bro. I'm catching balls, getting my head... Pause. Pause. Yeah. I'm getting hit. Wow. Wow. Hey, Chad. I'm going to step back and I'm going to let him handle that one.
Starting point is 00:35:25 Y'all go ahead on your own. I'm just saying. When I played football, I was catching the pigskin, getting hit, getting knocked over, scoring touchdowns. You know, I think when I played, I think the totality of my contract at that time was what, maybe $35 million? And you got a house? A house that you only come see for two months for $50?
Starting point is 00:35:55 I mean, that's neither here nor there. I'm happy with everything that I made, and I'm still blessed beyond measures, and I'm thankful for that. But what do you do? Sometimes I go around and look at the house on Star Island. You know, like what do you do? Hey,
Starting point is 00:36:14 I've been to a house that was like 80 million. I couldn't, I can't even imagine. Oh, let's stop there. But you know what? Hey, I might hit him up because I got his number. I might hit him up and ask him to let me hold that thing. We could do the show.
Starting point is 00:36:31 We could do a live show from now. I'm done with the live shows. But anyway, you know what I'm saying, Ocho? I got something else in mind. I got a show in mind. Okay, I see what you mean. Man, hey, you hit a button, Ocho, and the whole wall disappears.
Starting point is 00:36:48 About 3,000 square feet of wall just go into the floor. That's a different kind of money. It got a fireplace that just wrap around. The fireplace probably 30, 40 feet.
Starting point is 00:37:06 And they got those outdoor couches, those big old couches. If you ever want to impress one, if she ain't impressed with that, listen, they walking through the door of an $80 million house. Matter of fact, your clothes just fall off when you walk in.
Starting point is 00:37:31 Yeah, yeah. Your clothes just fall off when you walk in. That's a different level of... Listen, you talk about an $80 million house or a $35 million house? You ever been to the boat show? You want to be angry?? You want to be angry? You want to be angry and understand you've seen the price of a
Starting point is 00:37:51 mega yacht? Man. And this is... Like all the owners, that's the new thing now, Ocho. The owners are getting them. Mr. Blade got one. Jerry has one. There are several owners that have purchased them.
Starting point is 00:38:09 Obviously, Larry Ellison and Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates, all those guys got about $300. This Russian got a little that's longer than a football field. The funny thing about it
Starting point is 00:38:24 is these mega yachts for them, that's longer than a football field. The funny thing about it is these mega yachts, for them, that's their toys. Our toys, you know, Ferrari, Cullinan, BMW, old school, exotic cars. They don't do nothing with the cars. Cars don't move them. Yachts, planes
Starting point is 00:38:39 move them. A hundred million, two hundred million. Or private jets in mega yachts. Yes. It's a different level. I don't fly enough. Would I love to have shares? I'd like to get like 100 hours or 150 hours in a jet.
Starting point is 00:38:57 But to own it? Oh, no. Nah. Oh, no. And a yacht and a boat. Boat. B-O-A-T. Bust out another pound.
Starting point is 00:39:06 You're around. You're paying the crew even though it's docked. You got to keep that salt water up off it. So you're paying for maintenance even though it's docked. Nah. You have to have multiple streams of high revenue
Starting point is 00:39:24 when you're doing that plane yeah I don't want to own what I like to access I like the access to be able to go hey hey we're gonna leave it this time on show a but I won't XYZ on the plane you know we have you had a little fan you know as it was kicked back on the plane oh you gonna ask here we a little thing, you know, Ash was kicked back on the plane. Oh, you gonna ask him we go on the plane? Oh,
Starting point is 00:39:47 so now you don't want to fly, you don't want to fly, you know, Delta, you above Delta now. Delta's beneath. Yes,
Starting point is 00:39:55 you. But yeah, that's, Tom's like, nah, you know what? I want to see the kids but I'm a boo to a different side of the island and it's crazy man hey Brady I bring if
Starting point is 00:40:12 you I know you don't see this you know the fact our relationship goes beyond anybody goes beyond anybody that's put a bid in for your house if you want to sell it to somebody come holla at your boy. Come holler at your boy. No, don't holler. Yeah. And no. You know what? That way, you know, if I have my only, if I have my plane, you know, I go
Starting point is 00:40:37 to the bathroom when the plane is. I only want to do one thing. I want to do one thing on the airplane. And they got here in Vegas. They got a little run for 825, Ocho. You can become a member of the Mile High Club. They got a pilot. You saw it? I saw it every time.
Starting point is 00:40:59 Don't be surprised. I heard about that. Don't be surprised, Ocho. You look up in the sky and you see legs. That's your boy Yeah, what I'm saying, oh Joe that that'd be great content right there now Yeah, that'd be great. Con that'd be great content matter of fact Cuz I ain't about I'm trying to figure out who fit in them who fit in an airplane laboratory. I
Starting point is 00:41:26 Mean every time I'm knocking two paper towels off the wall, I mean, soap, water run, I'm like, ain't no pain. Right, right, right. But hey, it all depends how bad you want to make it work. It's all that comes down to right there, man. Hey, one of my favorite things, you know, when you say, listen, you can't take two people to tango. I don't want to spar. I don't want to spar by myself. I don't want to shadowbox.
Starting point is 00:41:54 I want to spar with you. You hear me? I mean, you can fit in there. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Most definitely. Most definitely. I mean, look at you, Ocho. Any man that can look through a keyhole with both eyes?
Starting point is 00:42:07 Come on, man. I know you feel it. You gotta understand. You don't understand how big I've gotten. I'm not small no more, man. I'm rocked up right now. I'm sitting right. Hey, look at the size of my arms right now, man. Hey, Chad, y'all see how big I done got? Let me tip my camera down some so the Chad can see.
Starting point is 00:42:30 I just moved up. I'm glad they didn't hear him in the thing. He was in the room barking. Hey, Chad, look at the size of my arm, Chad. I see you, buddy. I see you. I'm going to give you credit, man. I might be.
