Starting point is 00:05:30 they were 2 and 10. 33 by the score of 33 to 13. Drake May was his sensational self as usual, 24, 31, 282 and two touchdowns. But looking at this game, Ocho, I do not believe the giants as far as I could be in the minority. I don't think they're as far off as people might think they are. I think they got to make it over. Is that quarterback? I think he can be special. He just got to be smart. It's better to be smart than tough, trust me. Starting point is 00:07:13 I show hope y'all took my advice last night. Look at that, look at that for a flex play, Ocho. You see it right there on your face? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. Hit it. I want to rock right now. Hey, how much we won?
Starting point is 00:07:25 $25, $125, a little criminal money. Okay. Yeah, that's nice. Every little thing can help. Because I told him Santa Claus got laid off. Ain't no criminal coming this year. Santa Claus, Santa Claus got laid off. But that was a very, uh,
Starting point is 00:07:44 That was a very, uh, uh, 11. Oh, yeah, trivia out here. Oh, yeah, he went over. Because he rushing and receiving. Rush and receiving it. Ocho, as I mentioned before, the Patriots beat the Giants by the score 33 to 15. New England led 30 to 7 at the half.
Starting point is 00:08:01 Giant special teams. Guess what? Marcus Jones, who will be the all pro return of this year? Uh, a 94 yard point return to really break it open. And Christian Ellis, boy, he, uh, oh, Joe, I told you. Yeah, I told you last night. You say he goes, I said, Ocho, he ain't learned his lesson yet. Yeah, yeah, no, no, no, no.
Starting point is 00:08:18 He learned his lesson. You see how he went flying? Yeah. When you see a guy going flying like that, that means he's totally relaxed. He'd embrace himself. So he's right, because when they teach you to spread, what they tell you to do, relax. Relax. So he's totally relaxed.
Starting point is 00:08:34 This is the only time they get, you're a runner. Yeah. They can't hit you like that no other time. Right. They're not going to pull up. They are going to try to unload And boy, he had a Jackson Dart must have an air tag on him
Starting point is 00:08:48 Because boy, when he honed it on him, I don't even know what an air tag is But I hear people talking about it Yeah I hear people talking about air tags And they can find somebody's location Well, when he found his location And then guess what, Ocho?
Starting point is 00:09:02 You see him on the kickoff? Yeah. Go to sleep. Yeah, the according to me. Jackson Dart has to be safe. He has to be safe. He's a special player. He's going to be.
Starting point is 00:09:12 special um what he can do when he has the ball in his hands i being able to extend plays make things happen off a script outside of the scheme that outside of the plays that are called he's going to be good but he has to learn to protect himself and know know when the journey's over no it's okay to step out of bounds it's okay to slide you don't have to be taking on db you don't have to take on linebackers and prove that you tough that team that team is going to be good once they get malik back once they get scatter boat back they're going to don't be nice. They don't be all right.
Starting point is 00:09:44 To make it, maybe get, maybe get a playmaking safety or corner. Yeah, maybe an offensive line, because I think they have the pieces, they do. I do think they have pieces. Yeah. The Patriots are really, really good. The one thing, they're really, really well coach. We know that about Brave. Yes, sir.
Starting point is 00:09:59 We saw that in Tennessee. Tennessee, y'all made a big mistake. Y'all made a big mistake. You should have never let this man out of the building. Coaches like him don't come along often. No. You let Derek Henry out the building. You let A.J. Brown.
Starting point is 00:10:11 Brown excuse me out of the building yeah you you can't keep having turnover like that you can't be personal I mean because you you get if you get to involved as an owner it becomes personal you get rid of the guy and I think that's why the Patriots were so was lasted so long right that Mr. Kraft stayed away he didn't let his personal feel yeah what he thought about coach Belichick get involved and then you can let things blossom the way yes sir but man when you look at them Drake May 24 24 301 oh Joe two 82 two touchdown you've got a 29 carrie a buck 20 a buck 19 hunter henry four for
Starting point is 00:10:46 73 remandre stevenson three for 30 three for 40 excuse me boot take uh had four for 35 and one Kyle Williams had one for 33 and one tuck they're very good very look they ain't got nobody they don't got no big name received that jump off the board at you know they ain't got hey Drake mayas but they got that guy yeah you got that guy oh cho I don't I don't I'm thinking people understand how good Drake May has been. Like, obviously I knew he was good. I didn't know he was this good, huh? Yeah, I didn't know he was this good.
Starting point is 00:11:18 Hey, I agree. I think he's, though, he has a completion percentage of about almost damn near 70%. Yeah, 70% dating back to last year. And I'm not talking about 70% completion percentage throwing screen, not bubble screen, not checkdowns, not throwing to the running back. He puts him down to play over 20 yards. 20 yards are better. And that lets me know, for one, he's not scared to let it rip.
Starting point is 00:11:39 not only is he not scared to let a rip he is insanely accurate with the ball as well and you know what I like about the receiving court you say they don't have a superstar receiver they don't have a true number one but every game somebody else shows up
Starting point is 00:11:54 every game is somebody else huh the guys fit yes they fit he had three completions over 30 yards he had a 36 yard of Hunter Henry a 36 yard to Remandre Stevenson and he had a 33 yard to Kyle Williams. He had one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine. He had nine
Starting point is 00:12:16 completions of at least 10 yards. So that tells me, Ocho, that he's not afraid to push the ball down to the field. Yeah. Look, there's going to be times you screen the ball, Ocho. I get that. You're going to run a screen to the running back. You're going to run a smoke screen or jail break screen, bubble screen, whatever they call them now. You're going to run that. But at the end of the day, at some point in time, you're going to have to take chances down the field. You're going to have to push the ball down the field. And he's unafraid to push the ball down the field. Give Josh McDaniels, extreme credit.
Starting point is 00:12:44 Look, he might not be a great head coach, but he's an unbelievable offensive court. Yeah, very good. He's unbelievable. Very good. He puts guys in the right position, and everybody has flourished under him. Look, I throw Tom Brady out because Tom Brady flourished under everybody.
Starting point is 00:12:58 But when you look at what he's done with Matt Jones, you look at what he did with Jimmy Garapolo, you look at what he did with Jacoby Brissette. You look at what he did with Matt Jones. Now you look at what he's doing with Drake May. his ability to get the quarterback to understand what he's what he's want and the quarterback to be an extension of the offensive coordinator on the field is second to none they're like look Kyle shanahan and Sean McVay and Andy Reed yes but Josh McDaniel doesn't have to take a back seat
Starting point is 00:13:23 to any of them no no absolutely not because he has success with every quarterback he's touched every quarterback he's had to deal with they've had success on the field and like you said the quarterback has always been an extension of him and outside of you know the goat being Tom Brady. The fact that he's been able to do it with everyone he's been a part of says a lot about him being the quarterback whisper. Yeah. And wasn't he the guy?
Starting point is 00:13:46 Was he, was he the OC with Matt Castle? You know, I'm not sure. Was it, was it him? It was him because then he went up going to Denver. If I'm not mistaken. Oh, and he was the head coach in Denver. Because Charlie Weiss left and went to Notre Dame. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:06 Okay. wasn't what that'd have been 2000 and they lost the Super Bowl in 07 you sure were you sure wasn't him was he or bill O'Brien which one I'm saying it might have been him it might have been him or Bill O'Brien right but he left and went to the Broncos and with the he might went to the Broncos in nine though oh eight was like that so it was him that lost that the Super Bowl who who lost the Super Bowl Bill O'Brien okay yeah okay so it's uh he his ability to to to have a vision of what he he want his offense to look like and to communicate that with the quarterback and get the
Starting point is 00:14:55 quarterback on the same wavelength so they see things out of eye yes he's he's he's unbelievable like i said he's had he's been a lot of places as a head coach and yeah his it doesn't work But play calling when he's just responsible for one thing, the offense, Ocho. Yeah, he, listen, he's one of the best. He's one of the best. Ocho. Yep. We saw something tonight, Ocho.
Starting point is 00:15:22 I hadn't seen this since Peanuts. The last time I see somebody miss a ball like this, it was Charlie Brown. But Lucy moved it. Wait a minute. What happened? Did you see the kicker? Oh, you talk about my dog, young ho? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:35 Hey, hey, I'm not sure, but you got to keep your eye on the ball. You got to keep your eye on the ball. Now, listen, me, me as a kicker, you know, I understand. The one thing you do, you should never be able to miss a kick. You should never be able to stub your toe. It's all about the foot hand. I'm talking about the foot and eye coordination. Like, you do that so often.
Starting point is 00:15:58 How does that even happen? Not by Ocho, okay. Because we've seen guys, they get too much of the ground and they kick the ball and it doesn't. go through. We didn't see nobody missed the whole damn ball and just don't, don't it. Hey, and the holder looking back, the holder like, hold on. You got me down to this down position. They're about to tell my ass up. Let me get up out of here. Yeah. Hey, hey, I don't, I've never seen that, uh, listen. In all my years of playing football, I've seen him, I've seen him hit
Starting point is 00:16:24 the dirt like, like, like, you know, when you, when you, when you swing the tea and you, you catch the dirt before you, you hit the ball. Yes. Yes. I've seen. I've seen that. Yeah. Stub your toe and not even make contact with the ball at all. That's the first. I saw, look, I've seen guys kick the ball low and kicked the guy in the ass that's snapping the ball to him. I've seen guys get hit in the head with the ball that's kicking it. But I've never seen, he missed the entire ball.
Starting point is 00:16:48 Oh, Joe, he wasn't even close to kicking the ball. No, not even close. Not even close. And I'm with Jackson Dart. Jackson Dart, like, what the, yeah, that's what I said to. That's exactly what I said. Yeah. What the F?
Starting point is 00:17:00 I'm like, bro. I'm hoping that, I'm hoping that that doesn't cost him, that doesn't cost him his job. he lost his job in Atlanta yeah yeah for missing kicks he went somewhere else and shanked some kicks yeah damn man you know what it's you look
Starting point is 00:17:17 you have to have mental toughness to play a professional sport and to be good at it yes but when you get them demons as a kicker right it's like a golfer you get the gifts David Duvall Ian Baker Finch you see guys you see got second basement Chuck Loblobloc they couldn't throw the ball to second first base
Starting point is 00:17:33 they play a second base yeah they couldn't throw it Rick A. Kiel, he was a pitcher. He had to move to the outfield on Joe because he couldn't get... Starting point is 00:18:09 For 25 years, I've explored what it means to heal, not just for myself, but alongside others. I'm Mike Delocho. This is Sacred Lessons, a space for reflection, growth, and collective healing. What do you tell men that are hurting right now? Everything's going to be okay on the other side, you know, just push through it.
Starting point is 00:18:31 And, you know, ironically, the root of the word spirit is breath. Wow. Which is why one of the most revolutionary acts that we can do as people just breathe. Next to the wound is their gifts. You can't even find your gifts unless you go through the wound. That's the hard thing. You think, well, I'm going to get my gifts. I don't want to go through all that.
Starting point is 00:18:51 You've got to go through the wounds you're laughing. Listening to other people's near-death experiences, and that's all they say. In conclusion, love is the answer. Listen to Sacred Lessons as part of the My Coutura Podcast Network, available on the iHeart radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast. Hey, what's up everybody? We kick things off with Brian Baudinger, breaking down what really went down on Sunday. It is as good a timing rhythm offense as there is. in the league right now. Ben Rett Lewis joins us for our rookie draft and coordinator of the week, where we highlight the rising stars and the masterminds calling the shots. DJ talked me into Arronday Gadsden Jr.
Starting point is 00:19:44 He had a monster game. A monster game. And you hear from the voices who actually build the game. GMs, coaches, and players who give you insight you won't get anywhere else. High standards and high care. That's the right combination. So whether you're studying tape or just love great football talk, subscribe to move the sticks on the eye heart.

If you're looking to win your fantasy football league, you need to tune in to the NFL fantasy football podcast. It's right there in the name. Every week, Florio, LQ, and I bring you the latest news from around the league. We break down every matchup, give you our analysis and advice so you know who to start, sit, drop, and trade, bring that championship trophy home.
Starting point is 00:20:34 I just want to remind everyone how good Rishie Rice was last season. And there's three healthy games. He was the wide receiver 2 in fantasy. I think Rishie Ryshe goes off this week. The Chiefs come on a flip pass to Rice. Near side, touchdown! Remandre Stevens is my sleeper this week. This is a matchout where I think I can slide in Stevenson
Starting point is 00:20:51 into my flex position and he could deliver double-digit points this week. Drake takes the snap. Hands it off. Remodry running it right and running into the end zone. Touchdown. It's never too late to turn your fantasy. season around. Subscribe to the NFL fantasy football podcast on the IHeart Radio app, Apple podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. If one of us wins, we all win. I'm Ashley Reifeld,
Starting point is 00:21:14 and I'm the host of the women's skateboarding podcast. Good luck with that. Good luck with that is a skateboarding podcast that is part cultural record, part news brief, mostly group therapy, and a place to talk about the past, present, and future of women and gender expansive skateboarding. This week, me and my co-host, Nora Vasconcelos, and Alex White, we have Bobbiana delfino on the show, a professional skateboarder from Florida, whose grit was forged in a family of athletes. Tune in to hear how she broke into the boys club, what it takes to be pro, and why just being grateful you're here shouldn't be the price of entry. Maybe the industry thinks that we just started skating five years ago, because that's when
Starting point is 00:21:50 they maybe started paying attention. It's a no-fluff conversation about putting in the years, stacking clips and receipts, and still having to prove your worth while the industry catches up you break down the door sick now like hold the door for everyone we created good luck with that because we want to share our experience existing in the industry that wasn't always built for everyone so listen to good luck with that on iHeart radio app Apple podcast or wherever you get your podcast but we've got a problem huh you got a you got a problem you have to understand certain positions on the football field certain positions they get chances over and over and over to prove themselves kickers games are one of
Starting point is 00:22:28 and lost on your goddamn leg. Games are one in loss and you can change the trajectory of a game and it's ending on your leg. You don't have opportunity to be making those kind of mistakes. And especially in games of importance. Now, it's a bad thing that the goddamn Giants are 2 and 11. So, I mean, it doesn't make any sense. But coaches want consistency at that one position.
Starting point is 00:22:54 If I have to be able to count on one thing, is having a kicker that can be consistent for me and always give us points once we get in field goal range. They might not be good right now, but I want to be around when they do get good so I get an opportunity to kick. But doing stuff like this here, guess what, Ocho? They're saying, I got to go into the market,
Starting point is 00:23:12 I got to get me a kicker. Yeah. Because the one that we have, he isn't reliable. Right. And I've got to be able to count on you. Because more times than not, these are one possession games. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:23:24 You might have to kick the ball to get us in the overtime, you might have to win it. We don't know. Right. But I need to be able to trust you. I can't go out there, Lord, have mercy. Please let him make this kick every time you go out there. I mean, I'm going to have to pray every once in a while.
Starting point is 00:23:40 But if I got to pray every time you go to kick, I got to pray for the PAT. I got to pray for the field goal. I got to pray you don't kick it out of bounds. That's too much. I mean, you know, I don't mind praying. Lord. Don't, don't take this the wrong way. I don't mind praying.
Starting point is 00:23:54 but I want to use some of those prayers for something beneficial. Yeah, right. You know, you know, it's funny too. Also, when it comes to kickers in the NFL, I know there's 32 of them. They're 32 teams. They're 32 kickers, but they just like
Starting point is 00:24:06 quarterbacks, huh? They're like, they're just like, I'm talking about the good quarterbacks. I'm not talking about you, you know, your regular, your Aubrey's in Dallas, your Cam Willis, your McPherson's, you know, those top dudes, it's hard to find those
Starting point is 00:24:20 that are consistent. Hell, if you play for the goddamn cowboys, you get to the 50, 50 yard line? Wait, you not even, no, you get to the 40 yard line. Not even your 40. Yeah, 16. You're in range. Yep.
Starting point is 00:24:34 You in range. Nick Pearson, Cincinnati kicker, he just hit 65, not too long ago. You get to the 50, you in range. Yeah, Cam Little, kid a 68 yarder. Cam Little, I say, yeah, Cam, that's what I meant, Cam Little. Oh, yeah. Hey, man, come on, man. It's only a few with them.
Starting point is 00:24:51 You're right. But yeah, yeah, that was a, that was a, like I said, I could be in the minority chat, but I don't think the Giants as far as people think they are. No. I think they got guy, I think, you know, Brian Burns and Dexter Lawrence coming along. Fibodeau is out. Philbadoe normally. Was he out today?
Starting point is 00:25:09 Because I didn't see him. I didn't see him. I think he's hurt. And I don't know if he's going to be back. I don't know, I don't know if they picked up his option, Ocho, his fifth year option. So I don't, I'm not sure he's going to be back. And then plus the fact that you got Abdul Carter. you took him with the, what, second pick, third pick in the draft.
Starting point is 00:25:26 So there's a likelihood that you're probably going to move on from Fibito. I'm not sure. Yeah. But you got Brian Burns, who you played a lot of money for. You got a lot of money tied up and got a lot of, he got a lot of sacks too now. Who that? Brian Burns. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, but I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:25:41 Yeah. So you got pieces that you can build around. You got, like I said, Desda Lawrence is the top defensive lineman. Yeah. You got Brian Burns, who's the top edge rutscher. You drafted Abdul Carter with the hopes that he could be, the opposite of Brian Burns, so you have guys that can play off each other.
Starting point is 00:25:56 Like the Broncos got Benito and a Cooper. Or you got verse and you got young at the Rams. You got guys that can play off of each other. And so, hey, you fly the protection one way. I get one-on-one. Hey. Somebody got to.
Starting point is 00:26:09 I just, I think the Giants are really, really close. I just think the quarterback needs to be a little smarter. Live to see another day. You got to know when the journey is over. Right. Everything, hey, everything, I get it.
Starting point is 00:26:21 If it's a situation like in the Super Bowl, where John had to do the helicopter, that's one thing. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But in a game like this here, you're on the sideline, bro. Get out of bounds. I'd rather you go out of bounds and be two yards short as opposed to get the first down and take that shot. Right.
Starting point is 00:26:36 Bro, you're not built for that. You're not built to take those kind of shots. No, not at all, not at all. He's exciting though. He's exciting to watch. Oh, Cho, Mike Kafka was asked why Abdul Carter didn't play the first quarter. It was just my decision not to play him.
Starting point is 00:26:56 This is the second time in three weeks. Yes, sir. Ocho, you got draft the guy the third pick in the draft. Ain't no way you just make a decision to arbitrarily sit him out. Well, obviously something happened. It was discipline. Discipline reasons. We don't know exactly what it was.
Starting point is 00:27:11 Oh, Cho, he got disciplined a couple of weeks ago. Yeah. And what's not resonating to him? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. You know, you know, young players. Remember, he fell asleep and Mr.
Starting point is 00:27:22 Waltz. true. Yeah. Oh, you know, hey, things happen, yada, yada, yada, yada. It ain't going to happen again. Lesson boom, boom. Right. Here we are. Basically, two, three, inside of a month. Yeah. And we got this again, Ocho, what is it that he's not getting? Bro, this is professional football. You're not at Penn State. You're not at Penn State. And you can get away with that at Penn State because you were the guy. There are greater expectations of you, Abdul Carter. Yeah. Ocho. Yes, sir. This is. This man, think about it now. This man say, you know what, I want 56.
Starting point is 00:27:56 Well, if I can't get 56, let me get the double hockey sticks. Let me, let me get, let me get 11. 11. Do he understands what those jerseys mean? And what it would a couple. First of all, 56. You ain't going to name, you can't name, you can't name two. First of all, I think LT is the greatest defensive player ever.
Starting point is 00:28:14 Yeah. I can make a case LT is the greatest football player ever. Just give me a little time. I'll let you debate who you want to debate. Right. You could take Brady. You could take. Peyton, you could take Jerry, and I can make a case that Lawrence Taylor is the greatest
Starting point is 00:28:27 football player ever because he's the guy. He made two positions famous. No other player has made two positions famous. He made the edge rush a famous and he made the left tackle famous. Because if you couldn't get a left tackle to block him, you couldn't beat the Giants. And if you couldn't find an edge rush like LT to rush the quarterback, you couldn't put pressure on the quarterback. He made two positions famous. Go back and start, like I said, I don't look, LT, you know, the drill. You know, the and all that other stuff, and he had some stuff off the field after his career.
Starting point is 00:28:56 Right. But I don't think people realize, because there are a lot of guys, there's one three defensive player of the years and stuff. People don't realize how good LT was. They don't. They do not real, I mean, whoever you think the best foot,
Starting point is 00:29:11 but the best defensive player that you sing with your own eyes, if you're under the age of 40, whoever the best the player is, make a case, and I'll make a case for LT and you, And I'm done, you're like, yeah, LT the best. Yeah. Yeah. Whoever.
Starting point is 00:29:27 And I think there have been some fabulous. I played in the era with L.T. With Reggie, with Bruce, with Tyne, with Ray Lewis, with Mike Singletary, with Leslie O'Neill, Howie Long. I played in the league with some great ones. Yes. But he's different. He different. He set the bar.
Starting point is 00:29:49 He set the standard for that position in the mineral. I tell you what When you name your top five defensive players He ain't never left off that list No, and most of the time he's number one Most of the time he's won You're absolutely right But man, look at Ocho
Starting point is 00:30:05 Watching the Patriots And seeing how disciplined And how well coached they are You know everything is easy When you have a quarterback too, huh? Oh yeah You understand that When you have a quarterback like that
Starting point is 00:30:19 With his decision making is as good as it as good as it is as good as it is me god damn what listen josh mcdaniels i i don't know i don't know what it is like everything fits over there offensively not only do you have a quarterback you have the the pieces the complementary pieces that fit just right you understand how to put each player in in in the right positions to play to their strengths and hide their weaknesses if there are any. But every player has weaknesses. Yeah, for sure.
Starting point is 00:30:54 Yes, and you play to a player's strength and you stay away from his weakness as much as you possibly can. Yeah, and he's, and Josh has mastered that, and Drake May is having a effing ball doing so. Um, them boys, 11 and 2, man.
Starting point is 00:31:09 Drake is in his sophomore year, right? Yes. They won 10 games after losing the pre, after losing the previous year, they lost 13. Only the 99 coats. Because when Payton got there, they lost all those games in the next year. They were the number one seed in the AFC.
Starting point is 00:31:25 Yeah. That's crazy. That's crazy. Yeah. But when you have that guy, when you have that guy, when you have that one foundational piece. Yeah. Hell, I can build anything on a solid foundation. But that's all it is.
Starting point is 00:31:42 That's all it takes. Ocho, Ocho, I bet Hard Knocks wishing they were following the Cleveland Browns around this year. Now? I'm Stefan Curry, and this is Gentleman's Cut. Starting point is 00:34:44 I just want to remind everyone how good Rishie Rice was last season. And there's three healthy games. He was the wide receiver 2 in fantasy. I think Rishie Ryshe goes off this week. The Chiefs come on a flip pass to Rice. This side, touchdown! Remandre Stevens is my sleeper this week. This is a match-out where I think I can slide in Stevenson
Starting point is 00:35:02 into my flex position and he could deliver double-digit points this week. Drake takes the snap, hands it off. Remodry running it right and running into the end zone. Maybe the industry thinks that we just started skating five years ago, because that's when they maybe started paying attention. It's a no-fluff conversation about putting in the years, stacking clips and receipts, and
Starting point is 00:36:06 still having to prove your worth while the industry catches up. You break down the door, sick now, like, hold the door for everyone, we created good luck with that because we want to share our experience of existing in an industry that wasn't always built for everyone. So listen to good luck with that on IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast. It's Dylan Gabriel's significant other jumping into the drama.
Starting point is 00:36:28 Whoa, what happened? What happened? What happened? My fiancé Dylan is not playing. I have thoughts about that, but I'm not going to share it. She then captioned another with Brown's Lost, what's new. but then this is he got into a disagreement with a commenter on a post and wrote actually everyone in the building wants him to play but you wouldn't know because you're never been into the NFL or coach right well you know you I mean listen we see this all the time we see family family members display their frustrations whatever they may be really not understanding how the game works you know the ends and outs of it and you know she wants off
Starting point is 00:37:11 y'all say to be on the field you know he's not on the field uh shadur has been chosen to be the quarterback you know everybody in the building wants him to play i mean um they don't they've been on the news for how long i'm asking you how does she know that unless somebody pillow talking oh come on man i tell you what let charles let when you're in cincinnati yeah let charlie say man my brother ain't getting the ball they need to throw the brother my ball or trade it right what you you tell me what you think the people in Cincinnati and what the bingoes organization is going to think what did that come from oh that that that did that that came that came from you that even if it didn't that's what they're going to believe right that's why i always tell family friends and loved
Starting point is 00:37:58 ones be mindful of what you say because whether they said it or not is going back to them yeah i mean we you know that's his wife you know they have those conversation i'm sure he does of course i want to play of course i want to start you know you go home and who's the one who's the one person you have peace and get vent to when it comes to would you oh honey how is your dead work well shit i ain't starting mm-hmm those are conversations that i had between a couple a husband and wife a fiancee you know i mean that that's that's normal and she's vending and her frustrations about oh damn here we go what's new we don't lost again but you have to be careful not ocho because back then there was no social media that your significant other could go to
Starting point is 00:38:39 now there's this platform called social media that they can go to and disseminate information all across the world and instantaneous so even if you were to send and then hit delete it's gone oh it's too late
Starting point is 00:38:55 it's gone it's too late once you hit sin it's a rap man Lord have mercy I just I just wish people understood that it's a it makes it put Dylan in a bad spot right because I don't believe See, when she said the locker When she said, hold on, let me say.
Starting point is 00:39:16 Actually, the building. When she said the building, I don't think, I think it's from locker room up. I don't think it's the locker room down. I don't think it's the locker room. I think it's from above the locker room up. The building, I think that's the executive. I think that's the front office.
Starting point is 00:39:30 Hold on we already know that though. We already know that. Based on the words versus, based on things that have been said, you know, you know that part. but down below where it really matters the meat and potatoes of the team you you i don't need this i don't need to say no more because i can't i can't throw anybody else under the bus you know like like i slipped up long time ago i don't i don't want to do that again but but you that's what they that's what they won't just be that's what they won't inside that
Starting point is 00:40:00 building the people that's going to war and i'm not telling you what i'm not telling you what i heard I'm telling you what I know what I don't understand is that people need to understand you're not the center of attention if you weren't dating Dylan Dylan Gabriel how many people you think would know who she is that's what anybody unless you Taylor Swift now Taylor Swift is a different animal everybody know who she is even if she does not dating trail right but when you look at it Sierra Russ okay that's a different that's a different that's a different dynamic right but we we're talking about somebody that doesn't have that name that name or brand recognition that you only know oh that's Dylan Gabriel fiance right oh that's such
Starting point is 00:40:47 that's Ocho's wife man that's Ocho significant other so anything to get said out of her mouth that at core that relates back to football right Ocho talking ass that's how it is I'm sorry yeah just like stuff at work with stuff come back to work. Oh, I told you that. I told you that. I've seen situations get messy. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:17 Something got said in the locker room. Somebody went back and told their wife a girlfriend. Uh-oh. Woo-woo-woo-woo-woo-woo. Now. And it got all over the place, huh? All over the place. Damn.
Starting point is 00:41:29 And you know where it came from because we talked about it in the locker room. Locker room, yeah. And ain't none of the, ain't none of the wives girlfriends. significant other, fiancés, or whatever they want to be within the locker room to hear. So one of you, mophos, said it. Running your mind.
Starting point is 00:41:44 And in that group, it ain't but a small group. It ain't like we talking aloud across the, across the room. Uh-huh. We're talking in a small group, four or five. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:56 Oh, so it's easy. Or we're on the practice field. It's easy to pinpoint who says something. Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. I always ask somebody, hey, man, Sean, let me tell you something. I'd be like, okay, who else you told? Man, I ain't told nobody.
Starting point is 00:42:13 Because I don't want you to tell somebody else and then they get out and then you're talking about my shop. I didn't tell nobody but shop you a damn lie. Because if you already told somebody else, don't tell me. Yeah, hold on, hold on. Yeah, it's, it's, Chad, it's just a bad, it's just a bad spot to put your, significant other end in the locker room because I'm telling you how I have
Starting point is 00:42:40 athletes think um be it football basketball baseball when something gets out and if team related they're like what she she must have heard him say that he's saying that even if it's not true she could have just been going out on a whim on her own and saying how she feels Dylan might not have said anything but they're still going to attach it it's just like anything else. If somebody does something, the first place they go look. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:43:15 Yeah. Hey. You see that? Yes, so. First of all, why you got my jersey, Ocho? Why you got my jerseys? Hey, listen.
Starting point is 00:43:28 Hey, when I, hey, let me tell you something. When I, when I, hold on. Let me tell you how I got the jersey. Hold on. Hey, see, we. you was out of town right when you were traveling and you were doing them alcohol hey listen you were doing one of them alcohol signers and i had to break in your house right and i had to steal my trophies dude i i i snatched one of these jerseys up all for you i snatched one these
Starting point is 00:43:48 how about we make a trade huh how about we make a trade nah don't worry about it i'ma keep this i'm gonna keep this i mean i'ma keep this for the rest of my trophies hey this the real deal too look look at the sleeves oh yeah oh though i got the home in the way yeah yeah yeah i like Beach hot tides. I like that. I tell you what, when you send the rest of my wars, I got you.
Starting point is 00:44:12 Yeah. Yeah, I appreciate this. Hey, it's heavy. It's stitched up to this. This is the real deal, right?
Starting point is 00:44:18 Oh, yeah. Hold on, hold on. You see what that's good? Yeah. Yeah. Hey, we look about the same.
Starting point is 00:44:29 See the guns? Yes, sir. Yeah, I appreciate that. The, duh, da, I just
Starting point is 00:44:37 Chad, it's kind of like, Ocho, is somebody in jail and they escape? What's the, where the first, the first place they go is where? They mom and they girl? Mike, he ain't got no, he got to be going there.
Starting point is 00:44:56 Oh, hey, think about, think of, somebody saying something and it has to do with the locker room. The first, even if, even, like I said, Ocho, even if that's her. Even though to her own thoughts And she, I like to believe she's smart enough And she can have her own thoughts
Starting point is 00:45:10 Right But that's not what people are going to believe No, not at all And I don't think she's thinking about it that way Anyway, she was just more so expressing her feelings Based on how she feels about wanting her husband Or husband to be, you know, to actually be out there Actually plan.
Starting point is 00:45:25 But she knows she knows better now Because she's going to get the backlash And then it's going to fall on Dylan Gabriel And he's going to get pissed What are you doing? you can't be doing that you know they they're both new to this they're both new to this and she will understand
Starting point is 00:45:41 you got to be careful before you before you hit sin you got to think because once you hit it it's there for life and guess what else Ocho guess who's going to get asked about this you think they're going to ask 12 about this yeah you think they're going to ask to Fanski about this
Starting point is 00:45:56 of course unnecessary don't really have shouldn't look they should be like okay what do you guys need to do to get a win what do you guys need blah blah blah right i got now i got now i've got to ask answer questions about something some a lady that ain't ain't up ain't only be going to the game to see dillard yeah now i got to answer questions about what she said that ain't got nothing to do that's going to help us win a football game mocho nothing whatsoever yeah hey it just adds to the circus
Starting point is 00:46:28 adds unnecessary unnecessary fuel to the fire so i I just, like, Chad, I would just recommend anybody, young ladies, if you, you, you, you're dating a guy in college or high school and you guys might be together. Just keep that in mind. Everything you say that's related to football is going to be tied back to him. And you might have you, you might be like you, you might be your own person. You have your own thoughts.
Starting point is 00:46:53 You have your own mind. And I get to talk, I'm, I can speak freely. But they're going to tie it back to him. And that's not fair. And that's not fair to him. And you don't want to put that. kind of stress you don't want to put that kind of pressure and you don't want to sign shine that kind of light on him so just be just just be mindful of that that
Starting point is 00:47:14 your actions going to reflect back on him absolutely it's going to tie back to him just like if you do something out oh man that's man oh man you see man you heard what happened to ohcho girl man you heard man man man they say sharp girl was acting a fool in them all yeah it is it's different when you date a celeb entertainer actor actress it's a different set of rules yes you have to move differently you got to buy by like oh i move how you can't do that you can because now you can't just think about you you have to think about that other person and the the possible jeopardy apparel you might put them in and i don't think enough people do that no but you should
Starting point is 00:48:01 I mean, the really ones, Ocho, you ain't never seen, you ain't never seen Peyton's wife or her or her say anything, have you? No, see, that's a, that's a, that's a different type of understanding. I had no idea to, she walked there to me. She said, you don't know who I am. I say, I sure don't. She said, I'm Ashley, man. I say, how are you doing?
Starting point is 00:48:21 Yeah. Had a great. There's, I mean, so many people that you wouldn't even know. That's their wife because they're like, hey, stay in the shadows, do what I do. Well, some understand they have to play the background. Some understand they have to play the background and they're not the main character. I understand I'm not the main character and I know my place and I know my role. There are a lot like that.
Starting point is 00:48:42 Then there are some that want to be front center. Okay, that's my man. But I need to be, I need to be front center right along with him. It's different. Everybody's different. And it also depends on who you're dating. Yes. Some people date you just because they want to be front center.
Starting point is 00:48:59 Yeah. and quarterback first of all quarterback's bar is a different level you basically dating the CEO yes you date the CEO the guy so you definitely you definitely have to be willing to take a back seat
Starting point is 00:49:14 you got to be like like Savannah James oh yeah oh yeah she ain't gonna do a little podcast she got a little whatever she got going on look they try to beat up her Aisha Curry but I understand what she's saying I understand what she said.
Starting point is 00:49:32 But, man, I just, I just, I just hate it. I just, you know, understand. Like they're young, though, Cho. Some things, you know, something, sometimes you have to make a mistake before you understand the gravity of what you're in. Mm-hmm. And then you get a true understanding
Starting point is 00:49:47 of what you're dealing with. Right. So hopefully she learned that, just keep that to yourself. Okay, the building wants them to play. If when that time comes, he gets an opportunity to get back in there, He plays well.
Starting point is 00:49:59 He's over to hold down the spot. But don't you go on social media and act up. Ocho, Shadoor Sanders says he's working hard to build trust with Jerry Judy. Shadoor says it's going to take some time. That chemistry with guys like Jerry, I'm more of a trust person. So we have to spend some time on the task. It's just, it's just. And I told you, Ocho, any time you, anytime you start doing this right here.
Starting point is 00:50:22 Yeah. I mean, listen, Ang, is it disconnect? You know, is it, is it, is it, is it, is it disconnect? Once that Wi-Fi get on point, it's going to be all right. You have to understand, these two ain't worked together, huh? Right. History is very important. I think people, those that have played the game at any level you understand,
Starting point is 00:50:40 it's one thing when you get to the NFL, right, you have to be able to, you have to work with your receivers. You got to work with receivers because just because you have a ball in your hand, you have a guy out there running routes doesn't mean you have an instant connection. True. There's certain little nuances that you have to have, certain rhythm. and timing that you have to know that over a course of a training camp over a course of the off season
Starting point is 00:51:04 that you get to know your receivers I mean it in that right now I understand their frustrations they're not winning Judy wants to get the ball Judy wants to be productive in that offense and things aren't going the way he like right now but the problem that people are going to have is that first of all should do as a
Starting point is 00:51:22 rookie quarterback only in only his second start like you said but what about the previous eight games when Dylan Gabriel was in there and Joe Flack was in there. So how many times did you do, do we see that at that kind of attitude on the sideline? Right.
Starting point is 00:51:39 Because I'm sure Dylan Gabriel sailed a bunch of them. He killed a bunch of worms and hit a cut, knocked a couple of birds out of the sky. And we didn't see this. So people like, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, Joe. The man just got in this on his second game starting.
Starting point is 00:51:56 He's a rookie quarterback. If he's a second year third year guy and y'all still not on the same page right i would get it yeah but in this scenario it's hard to get people to be on your side considering if i'm not mistaken he lead the league and drops and you had a 35-yard completion that you let the guy come from behind you and knock the ball out yeah so that's what people see now last year he had an unbelievable season. James did a great job of throwing him the ball. A crazy work last year. Yes. Crazy.
Starting point is 00:52:33 But you have to, but, Ocho, now we can't take one season and forget about the, the, the, the year that was in Denver before and what's going on right now. Mm-hmm. We're not going to do that. Right. I just won't, I won't, I won't, I won't Jerry to understand that this is a rookie quarterback, in only his second start. How about, I mean, maybe y'all spend some extra time.
Starting point is 00:52:58 after practice Wednesday, Thursdays, Friday, stay out, stay out a little bit longer, you know, listen, hell, me and Uncle, me and Carlson used to do that, used to do that. And I'm not talking about when he first got there
Starting point is 00:53:12 from when he first got there, third year, fourth year, fifth year, we got in that extra timing just to know, boy, we can have a goddamn blindfold on.
Starting point is 00:53:24 He can throw that ball and know exactly what I'm going to be at. Right. Every time. on rhythm regardless of a rush regardless of whoever's in front of me regardless of a defense so when we were out there it was like it was damn near 707
Starting point is 00:53:36 like that's how sharp and on point and precise we were it was like it was damn near like seven oh seven but it but it takes time to build that type relationship you just don't go you just don't go in like okay yeah we got it no it doesn't happen like that you've got to put time in
Starting point is 00:53:53 y'all need to sit in a meeting room okay tell me what you're thinking on this route tell me what you're thinking on display right here. That's how, that's how I was with John. I'm like, okay, tell me what you thinking. Well, if the guy's playing you like this, expect it on the outside. Right.
Starting point is 00:54:05 But like this, I'm going to put it on your back shoulder. Or, you know, hey, like we were talking about when that guy's running and I can't beat him over the top, Ocho, he said, I'm a back shoulder. So just know that the ball's going to come and you're going to have to open your hips and catch it on your back shoulder. And, you know, it's funny.
Starting point is 00:54:21 I like that we talk about this too. And I want to talk about the way, the way I view Jerry Judy and the type of receipt. he is, is they're having problems. They're having problems and issues offensively over there in Cleveland. But I've always seen Jerry Judy is not a problem, but a solution to the problem, especially with the skill set that he has as a receiver, regardless of the drops, regardless of the issues he may have had, understanding what he can do when it comes
Starting point is 00:54:49 to putting people in the goddamn blender, being able to define the mismatches for him offensively knowing that he can beat, he can beat whoever is out there at DB, he can beat like let me say this again he can beat whoever there is out there at dv he's a mismatched but damn there anybody unless we talk about you know one of the top two better dbs in in the nfl his route run is tremendous his ability to separate it tremendous so i don't even understand where the issues are coming from you know especially seeing them with the with the animations and theatrics on the sideline yes yeah let's goddamn easy you know the fact that He's one of those few players.
Starting point is 00:55:28 It's only a handful of them. You know, I don't got to worry about you. Here, I need you to just get open. Just do that for me. Just get open. Oh, Joe, you look at Judy as the number one? Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:55:41 Not even close. You don't think so? No, sir. Hey, um, you, you, listen, can I say something real quick? Yes. I know, I know some of, maybe people in the chat, or maybe you might not be fond of him, but would. No, hang on, I like him. I thought he, I thought he should.
Starting point is 00:55:56 should have been, I said when they came out, he came out that draft with CD, with Jetta, with rugs. I said he should have been the number one receiver. Take it. Yeah. So I, hey, and I was happy that he went, but don't you. Hey, simply, simply this, simply this, being able to get open, beat man to man and create separation, that's, that's all I need. Because the ones that are number two's can't do that consistently. The people that are number two cannot do that consistently. Those all receivers that are number one receivers, my officer coordinator doesn't have to hide me. It's third down. We need you to get open man to man. I don't give a fuck. Ooh, I almost curse. I don't care what it is. Get open. Jerry Judy can do that.
Starting point is 00:56:40 He can do that. I'm just saying. You can name 20 receivers, 25 receivers better than a I mean, he's number one on that team because you got to look. If you talking about a number one because he has to be a number one on that team. But you'll go 25 deep receivers before you take him. So we, we base the thing off skill set. Are you basing off numbers? What are we talking about?
Starting point is 00:57:03 His skills are not conducive. Look at his numbers in Denver. Look at his numbers now. That's why I just said, are you talking about his skill set or we talk about numbers. Well, everybody's the number one if you just look at skill set because everybody can get open. I can stack them a bunch of them.
Starting point is 00:57:18 Yes, they can. No, I'm not, look, let me take that back everybody can't get open but how many how many if we were to have a draft right now and you start taking receivers how long before judy get selected no um you you you you throwing you throwing in different scenarios that i'm not talking about i'm just about he's not a one oh cho he's he's a two he's a solid two a solid two he's not a one receiver Oh, what, what is, what is, what is, let me ask your question. What is your criteria?
Starting point is 00:57:52 Wait, wait, wait, wait, what's your criteria for being the number one receiver? I'm, I'm curious. They build a game plan to stop you. Are they building game players to stop Jerry Judy? You know damn well they're not building no game playing. They built a game plan to stop Ocho Cinco. They built game plans to stop Shannon Sharp. He is not a number one because you know why?
Starting point is 00:58:16 Chat, if he was the number one, Ocho would have said, Hell, yeah! No, I'm, wait, hold on. Are the defensive building game players to stop him? Yes or no? Hold on. So, let's go. We got 32 NFL teams, right?
Starting point is 00:58:31 I ask you a super question. No, no, no, no, you can't do that. No, let me finish. You got 32 NFL teams. So every time every team plays that has a number one receiver, the defense is game playing to stop day number one? Absolutely not. When we come in, when we come in.
Starting point is 00:58:46 Absolutely not. When we come in on Wednesday, is he circled as a guy that we got to stop. If we don't stop him, that's what the number one is. I'm not saying that every week he's going to get that, but we got to focus on him. We don't stop him.
Starting point is 00:59:01 It's going to be hard for us to be. It's only five receiving the NFL that teams have to do that to. Oh, Cho, he's not a number one. It's a lotcho. I get he's from Miami. It's only five. Jamar Chase, Justin Jefferson, A.J. Brown, C.D. Lamb, Pickens, it's only a few receivers.
Starting point is 00:59:20 Nico Collins is a number one. Tyreek Hill is a number one. Brian Thomas Jr. is a number one. The guy, the Giants, is a number one. Picking, CD, is a number one. Terry McLaurin is a number one. The guys, they got two guys in, Drake London, is a number one. Stop this notion.
Starting point is 00:59:39 Oh, Cho, don't do that. Come on, AJ, you're just throwing anybody name out there. Top of cone. Are they number one? Yes or no who are they number ones yes or no yeah you oh so hold on so when you play the Atlanta Falcons the focal point is stopping Drake London is Drake London I'm asking is that what I'm asking yes he's their best receiver okay he's not the best receiver okay JSCN JSC is not a number one okay now now we're talking no no he's not we talking now we're talking now we're talking now we're talking now we talking now we're talking now we i like i like that now we're talking about oh joe no i just hey i'm i'm basing it off what you're able to do i need skill set if we know what joe he's had one year so what about those years that he didn't do nothing what did so all of a sudden so he just acquired this
Starting point is 01:00:39 skill set last year the previous three years he lost it and he lost it now but he had it last year? Nah. I'll tell you what, you take Jared Judy or DeVonte Smith. You take Jared Judy or Jalen Waddle. I'm just, I'm just asking. Those are guys that play two. So would you take them?
Starting point is 01:01:03 Would you take, would you take, would you take Jerry Judy or would you take Devonte Smith? Would you take, would you take Jerry Judy or Jalen Waddle? Would you take, would you take, would you take? take him or you take Pierce would you take uh Pierce in uh in Indy or would you take uh Michael Pitman Jr over Judy which one you take it I'm giving I'll give you I'll give you every chance to take Judy so listen I you hear you hear everything all the all the comparison and teams and and how you doing and how you doing that right you see what you're doing what you talk about you talk
Starting point is 01:01:38 about you talk about players that are all on competent offenses that get that get balls with quarterbacks you see you see what you're doing with right are you try are you try to know no no you try to compare the goddamn shit circus he got to fucking deal with it cleveland and you name in the dolphins you name in daniel jones over there throwing the ball looking like goddamn tom brady reincarnated like come on man what about belique neighbors how was he what was the jazz last year oh you he were gangstab oh what what were gangstead and he were gangster and he was you mean that That rummage sale that they had up in the Giants last year, that he had a hundred and something catches?
Starting point is 01:02:20 Yeah. Yeah. They threw that thing to him like crazy. I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, this is, this is a great, this is, this is a great, I like this conversation. I like this conversation, but let me tell you something. Also, situations matter. Where you are matters. Quarterback matter.
Starting point is 01:02:41 It's so many factors that come into play, especially when you. start naming other receivers on other teams that are in totally different offenses with good quarterbacks and great offensive systems that that's all so it's like it's it's almost unfair they have that conversation in comparison but let's let's let's let's let's move on well 90% of the chat disagree with you 90% of the chat say he's not number one hey 90% in the chat can't can't cover me 90% no matter of fact hold on 100% of the chat can't cover me and tell me nothing about playing receiver. Maybe 15 years ago, you had a very compelling argument.
Starting point is 01:03:25 Uh, Jerry, uh, Jerry, uh, Jerry Judy leads the NFL and drops and drop percentage with qualified on target pass and dropped by receiver, uh, Judy has dropped almost 19%, 6% higher than any other receiver. They, oh, chill. Hey. Man, Ocho to be the hell of attorney, y'all. Ocho, no damn way, y'all guilty. Ocho, whatever it is, the weapon, Ocho don't give it to the lawyer. Oh, man, look at my client, he didn't do this. Hey, you got me hot, man, talking about the check.
Starting point is 01:03:59 Hey, you got me hot talking about the check and cover me, man. I'm hot. Ocho, hours after the Eagles lost to the Bears on Friday, Philly O.C. Kevin Petula was a victim of a house getting egg. Petula has been heavily criticized this season for the, underperformance of the Eagles offense. The team ranks at the bottom third of nearly every offensive category. Ocho,
Starting point is 01:04:21 consider how much egg costs. Man, like, $8, $9 a dollar. Hey, listen, they told me we were in a financial crisis. They told me the economy was bad. And we got people out here wasting eggs to eggs in my house. Listen, I love the Philly fans.
Starting point is 01:04:37 Philly fans are very passionate, a very passionate fan base. They travel well. They support their team through thick thin they ain't really had too much thin but god damn this is the same fan base that through snowballs that santa claus years ago i hear that story all the time he deserved it he ain't bring no gifts so something like this doesn't surprise me being how serious they are about their football team they won the super bowl last year things haven't been the same the offense doesn't look the same
Starting point is 01:05:10 so who is the blame whose name keeps coming up over and over over and over, listen, that they're going a little too far. They're gone a little too far. They didn't have 24 hours security at Kevin to Lowell's house. So he doesn't have this issue anymore. They don't, they, they don't do the players like that. I mean, I mean, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I get that, you know, fans get upset.
Starting point is 01:05:39 They want to win. I mean, they're so passionate, you know, fan is short for fanatic. And when you fanatic about something, you saw, Sometimes, you know, you go over the edge and you get fanatical about it. Yeah. That's not to excuse. I don't want, I don't want you guys to take this the wrong way to say it's because they're upset. They have a right to be upset.
Starting point is 01:05:56 Boo, all that you want to. Yes. Don't, don't damage the man property. Yeah, yeah. Come on. That's too far. That's too far. Don't damage the man's property.
Starting point is 01:06:05 That's what I'm saying. Look, they need to get this thing fixed. It was, it was a lot easier for Jaylor Hurst to play quarterback last year because, oh, Joe, he was the wide open windows because you know it was single coverage uh because we got to get this eight guy down to stop sayquine got to stop sayquine look he's not the the greatest throw of the football and that's not a knock there are a lot of guys that's been able to to make in the league without being great throws of the football everybody look everybody going to be erin rogers everybody going to be a patrick mahomes in some of these great throws of the football some
Starting point is 01:06:41 Some people are going to have to win games a different way. Right. And so, you know, we, we, I think the thing is with Jalen is that we look at him. And it's, um, it's not as aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Is he as great a throw in the football as that? No, absolutely not. You might say that, well, he won a super, okay. If that's your only measure, take off.
Starting point is 01:07:07 But there have been a lot of great, there have been a lot of players that have won Super Bowls, that's not as good as some of the players that haven't. Right. But they need to figure this out and what's going on. Jalen's going to have, they're going to have to trust Jalen. Jalen's going to have to trust them, and he's going to have to take some risk. Mm-hmm. He just is.
Starting point is 01:07:26 Yeah. Listen, I, because I just don't see a scenario now, Ocho, where this running game, this running game ain't even close to what it was last year. No, absolutely not. And the fact that it hasn't got going this late to the, season is probably not going to show up it's probably not going to show up i mean i mean this this far into the season but one thing i do know is i wouldn't count jalen out honestly on
Starting point is 01:07:50 regardless of whether we could run the ball regardless of how people feel about him being able to throw the ball i think they have they have they all have a win winem mentality and that goddamn that quarterback he has the worst the worst when it comes to just it's football football football owner. He don't smile. He don't make no jokes. He's locked in and he's been locked in since they win that Super Bowl. So if they're going to win, I think he's going to have to be on the shoulders of him and on the arm of that quarterback. And I think having A.J. Brown, having Devarte Smith, I feel they're going to be okay. Kevin DePoole, I mean, Mr. Petulow, he's still going to be calling the plays. He's still going to be calling the plays.
Starting point is 01:08:35 So it's going to the onus in winning those games since you can't run and going to have to come from Jalen I think the thing is for me Ocho I'm gonna see if he's gonna be the offensive coordinator next year because I remember when they went through that law yeah and he said he believed in him right that quarter he wasn't the court he wasn't the coordinator the following year right and uh that's when they brought Kellyn Moore in they got called the place they went to the Super Bowl and they won it so we'll see I mean everybody said oh yeah we know we win in the team we lose the other team but we'll see How much are you willing to take losing as a team before you make changes?
Starting point is 01:09:14 Right. Because we'll see. Listen, they're going to make them. But, you know, the coaches, you know, Seriana going to say all the right stuff publicly. He's going to say all the right stuff. They do everything is always politically correct when they speak. But he knows their issues because jobs, you know, jobs are at stake. I know you're just coming off a Super Bowl win last year.
Starting point is 01:09:34 But, I mean, hell. I mean, what's going on this year is unacceptable. You know, by their standards. by not just the team standards, not the organization, hell, by the fan standards as well. That's why they're egging the goddamn coach house. We're not, we're not, man, what's all? Man, you better get it, you better to get together, dickhead.
Starting point is 01:09:55 Better figure it out. Yeah, it's tough. Because, like, when you win the Super Bowl, that's the expectation. Yes. And people think Super Bowl's easy. People think, oh, once you win, you just keep winning and winning and winning and winning. No. People don't realize, like, when Tom, when Tom, they, like,
Starting point is 01:10:09 okay, they won in 01. They missed the playoffs in 02, and then they won three and four. They didn't win in five. They didn't win in six. They got back in seven. They didn't get back in eight. They got back in 10. Then they missed 11, 12, 13.
Starting point is 01:10:25 They got back in four. It's, bro, it's hard. It's hard to repeat. That's why they have only been a handful. They've been, what, 59 Super Bowl winners? Only a handful of those are repeated. It's hard. It's not something.
Starting point is 01:10:39 something that's easy to do because you have so much turnover as far as like you get your fridge you can only sign a few and then people come steal some of your best players that you can't resign some of your best coaches they get other jobs oh cho they go to college they get the jobs in the NFL and then you are this is the biggest problem that you have yeah you get guys wanting to do more with what they did last time was enough so every Everybody wants to be the reason why. So now I need to do more. Ocho, you called 85 Pauls last year, man.
Starting point is 01:11:14 I need to catch a hundred now. No, 85 was plenty. Yeah. Yeah. But I think the thing is it's like, hey, what, we're in week 14, right? Yes. God damn, Unk, but a season is over?
Starting point is 01:11:30 What? It is. It is. Two months. Two months. They got a chance to turn it around. What do you think? If it ain't turned around at least, at least show signs of.
Starting point is 01:11:42 I think it's going to be incumbent on Jalen. I don't think they're going to be able to run the football. I don't because the offensive line isn't the same. Your center's banged up. Your right guard is not very good. Your right tackle is not Lane Johnson. Right. Dickerson is injured.
Starting point is 01:11:58 You know, he had his knee operated on before the season. So he's basically out there on one leg, just gutting it up. They're not the same offensive line. They're not the same offensive team. Yeah. I got you. listen listen for for too low sake i hope things turn around you know i think he needs to have 24 hours security outside his home uh from this point on i mean it's it's unfortunate that it has
Starting point is 01:12:22 it's come to this but i think he also needs to understand how serious the fans of philly take their football this ain't no joke unc the fans of philly they beat up santa claus man they hit him with snowballs like you know you know you know how serious that is I do we took Santa many people in Philly don't play
Starting point is 01:12:48 man they do not play there's a certain standard that you must live by as a coach as a player and we don't meet that goddamn standard what happens you get egged you get snowed
Starting point is 01:13:06 I mean, no disrespect, you know, I'm not trying to be funny. I'm just saying, like Philly men, I'm saying, they don't play.
