There you go. And I got gym in the morning, man. Got leg day tomorrow. I did leg today. I don't know what I was thinking doing that. Today, Monday. Today, I had chest, arms, and I just added back so I didn't have to do back Wednesday. Why you do all those big muscle groups together? So, on Wednesday,

I want to do shoulders and shoulders and something else. I forgot what it was. So, I just added that third group. But I'm saying you do realize that's two big muscle groups that you're working together. Yeah, I know. Yeah. Something's going to suffer.

I need to be 200 pounds, all muscle. And you know what I did stop doing? You know, I haven't had no McDonald's since I started. I've been eating three meals a day. Rice, chicken, sweet plant, chicken breast. I drink these booze shakes one in the morning before the workout, one after the workout.

Real has been keeping me on top of my eating because my black ass, I eat one time a day and won't eat again. No, I don't. And won't eat again. So I've don't. And won't eat again. So I've been eating three small meals a day, staying on top of it. The weight is coming on fast. Obviously, you know, once I lock in, I have the discipline to reach any short-term goal I set.

So I'm excited. I'm excited. I do. I do. Yeah, I don't hit those two big, I don't hit two big body parts together like that yeah you got time I ain't got time

I'm trying to get that look back I'm in there uh uh I'm in and out I ain't finna do all that I ain't finna go my days are you know when I was with Rope and we training hour and a half two hours that's new two hours oh no

I'm in there hour and a half, two hours. No. Two hours? Oh, no. What? I'm in there hour and ten minutes. That's it. Recess. Recess everything. That's it. I did.
