Starting point is 00:00:00 Imagine an Olympics where doping is not only legal but encouraged. It's the enhanced games. Some call it grotesque. Others say it's unleashing human potential. Either way, the podcast's Superhuman documented it all, embedded in the games and with the athletes for a full year. Within probably 10 days, I'd put on 10 pounds. I was having trouble stopping the muscle growth.
Starting point is 00:00:23 Listen to Superhuman on the I-Hard Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. American soccer is about to explode. The World Cup is coming. Starting point is 00:02:07 on the IHart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Will Ferrell's Big Money Players and IHart Podcasts presents soccer moms. So I'm Leanne. This is my best friend, Janet. Hey. And we have been joined at the hips since high school.
Starting point is 00:02:20 Absolutely. A redacted amount of years later, we're still joined at the hip. Just a little bit bigger hips. This is a podcast. We're recording it as we tailgate our youth soccer games in the back of my Honda Odyssey. With all the snacks and drinks
Starting point is 00:02:32 and drinks. Why did you get hard seltzer instead of beer? They hit a bogo. Well, then you got it. Listen to soccer moms on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Hey, hey, Twan, you think Lakers got a, they got a chance to win a couple games in this series
Starting point is 00:02:48 against the Thunder? Only way they got a chance, LeBron, got to turn back the hands of time, man. Can Brian go get you 35 or 41 night? If he's not going to do that, they don't have a chance because you don't know how Luca's going to come back. And Luke, this is the- Luke ain't coming back. Luke might not be back,
Starting point is 00:03:04 even if they got to the, Luca might not be back unless they got to the finals. I mean, when I read, Luke ain't even close. Well, I don't think they got a chance then.
Starting point is 00:03:14 They can't score enough to keep up with O KC. No. They can't score enough. And you remember with Magic, when they asked Magic, you're coming back next year, Magic would like,
Starting point is 00:03:22 nah. They can't. I mean, the games hadn't even been close. The games have been 30, 40 points. Yeah. Because on, the defensive end. They force to turn over.
Starting point is 00:03:34 They get easy buckets. It's just, I mean, I mean, Marcus Smart's going to do all he can. We really don't have anybody to do anything. I mean, I guess they put Marcus Martin Vando to try to slow down shape. But they got so many other guys. They kill you on the glass with Chet and Unhardenstein. Yeah, then Austin Reeves is not a great defensive player.
Starting point is 00:03:53 LeBron James is not the same defensive player that he was before. And that's expected at 41. They just don't have enough defensively to stop O.K. When you really think about it. They don't. That's what. make it tough. That's why you need Lucas, so at least you can put pressure on them offensively.
Starting point is 00:04:07 You know, Lucas still kind of demands a double team. You can kind of slow the game down, make it a little methodical, but they don't have enough scoring. I don't think the hang with O'KC. OKC's young, fast. It's going to be tough for the Lakers to keep up. Hey, hey, even with Jaylon Williams being out, you
Starting point is 00:04:24 y'all still don't think they got a chance to win a couple game? Man, they beat, they beat the Lakers by 30 with no shade. I mean, I think they get one, Joe. I think LeBron could get you one. I mean, he can turn back the hands of time and get you one. Well, you know what? I might go to the game on Monday because they got to get,
Starting point is 00:04:42 they play tomorrow, they play Thursday, they play Saturday. Wait a minute, Shaq, can you, can you? Can you get a seat? You good? I'll just tease it. But, look, Like you said, I mean, I mean, think about what you just said. Can LeBron, we're asking a guy Joe, think about this.
Starting point is 00:05:08 Oh, Joe, you see what he said? Can he turn back the hands of time? When have we ever asked a 41 year old to turn back the hands of time? We ain't never had no 41 year old. Who daddy and why not? Because they chose to retire. There ain't got it to know. No, no, father time retired.
Starting point is 00:05:26 They didn't choose too far. The time redidded that. Yeah, but this is what you have to understand. We've never had anyone play in the 41, right? For obvious reasons, injuries, or obviously when you get the 41, you're not able to do it. But we talk about the chosen one, right? We talk about King James.
Starting point is 00:05:41 So we're talking about Gloria James' son. So if he's deciding to play to 41, we will always view him and compare him to his old self. So if he's still playing, that's what's expected in him. We can't use him being 41 as a reasonable. I compare you to your own self. I bet you can't run four five. I compare you to your own self.
Starting point is 00:05:59 I bet you can't get, kick your ass. out there run that comeback, your knees, the one thing's going to be over here, the other's going to be over there, and you look at you. Hold on. Hold on, hold on. I bet you won't bet. I bet you.
Starting point is 00:06:11 You ain't running. Let's bet. I what you want to bed. I bet you. I just ran a four weeks ago. You got a real, oh, you ran four six coming out of college. And that's when you was hungry.
Starting point is 00:06:22 You ain't hungry no more. You ain't running on four six. Oh, I'm hungry because I don't want my kids to be able to be able to be chute your running. Oh, they're going to be there already beach and running. And I trip one of my kids. They think they're going to have me. I mean, and all, you know,
Starting point is 00:06:39 joking aside, they might get a game. They might get a game in LA, but I don't see them going on the road in that environment, because Lakers turned them all over. And what have we seen? Friday night was the only game
Starting point is 00:06:55 that we saw in the playoffs. The third quarter didn't do a man. And that's been their bugger booth for the entirety of the season. You watch the third quarter of the Lakers. They come out lethargic, and if they got to lead by 10, before you know it, the game is tied. And JJ is called a timeout.
Starting point is 00:07:11 Oh, if they're down three to four, now the lead is like 12, 13, because I don't know what it is about the third quarter. And the energy in which they come out in the locker room with is not acceptable. And you play OKC like that. Yeah. Boy, they'll take a 10-point lead and get it to 30. And don't time. If I'm the Lakers, no, Joe, and show.
Starting point is 00:07:31 that? Ocho, I'm playing a lot of zone if I'm the Lakers. I'm going to play a lot of zone. I'm just going, I'm going to try to save LeBron as much as I can, save his legs. I'm going to play a lot of zone and I'm going to make OKC beat me from the three. And we know they got capable three point shooters. I'm not saying that they don't have capable three point shooters. Yeah. But I can't let Shay go on to that ISO, the post-ups and him have his way.
Starting point is 00:07:54 I got to play zone and let's see if they can, if they make 10, 15 threes, we go home. But you have to respect the fact that your age, your best player is 41. He needs to be great offensively. He has to have a monster offensive game. So the only way you can save his legs is by playing zone. You don't want him chasing defensively. So I'm going to play a lot of zone and see if OKC can make 15 threes. Hey.
Starting point is 00:08:20 One thing before you go, Joe, if you look at them twine, you make a good point. Because they ain't guarding nobody to dribble. They can't stay in front of nobody. One defender down there, Mark. smart that's it that's it hey hey but marcus smart now he's been causing hell in this postseason now he's been playing well i think i think he can get shay some problems you know i i i ain't saying he gonna stop him we know say but can he stay out of foul trouble though you know shay bitch that's the problem that's they get to the line 10 12 times uh joe can you keep him out of foul
Starting point is 00:08:51 trouble well look check this out check this out if you okay see who you who you got garden brun you got home with Garden Brun? No, probably Dort or Wallace. Yeah, probably. Nah, I say. It wasn't the guy the left-handed guy.
Starting point is 00:09:03 They'll probably have Blue Dort or they have the left-handed guy. Hardinstein? No, no, no. The guard that came in there for J. Dubb. New guy, they just put him in the rotation.
Starting point is 00:09:18 I know. They put him in the, okay. Yeah. Okay. No, Chad and ain't guard. No, hell no. Chad and Hardinstein ain't gone, Brian. But what I'm saying,
Starting point is 00:09:25 if they start, checking Hardinstein Brum playing the four one of them big guys gonna have to guard him yeah they'll probably guard Rui
Starting point is 00:09:32 yeah and the other guy guard uh, Aton I think we all I think we all I think we all the Grants
Starting point is 00:09:41 well the Lakers will start Jackson Hayes and D.A. D.A. I think we all the grins. LeBron James
Starting point is 00:09:48 got to go have a monster serious for them to have a chance. And I the problem that you have though is that it takes so much out of it. Because if you look at the game three that he had that
Starting point is 00:10:02 monster game, he came back on that short turnaround. It was not interested. Yeah. That body doesn't recover like it was. And I don't care. All the hyperbaric chambers and all the red light therapy and all the acupuncture and the kneeling joke. Man, sometimes I wake up in the morning.
Starting point is 00:10:23 I was like, put my feet on the floor. Like, damn my ankles. My knees hurt. My back hurt. And I don't damn well. I ain't ran up and down no court for no 30 plus minutes. Hey, listen, I agree. I agree with Twan.
Starting point is 00:10:38 Brun got to play great, but he also got to have at least one of them two dudes come along with him, Torn. He can't do it by itself. Even if he scored 35, hell, I don't think that's going to be enough to be OKC. Like, Rui, he's going to have to continue to be solid. I think AR, he's going to have to play great.
Starting point is 00:10:55 Yeah, AR do. He doesn't work, kind of working his way back. Yeah, and you got to hope you get, you get one of them good double-doubles out of 8 and 15 and 17, 15. You know, he's going to have to give you something up in there. Hey, he can't have no gain to where he got four points and eight rebounds. Oh, God, they got out there about him, man. Hey, after what I see, hey, you saw what he did, uh, Friday night, what he did to Shengu,
Starting point is 00:11:20 took him one-on-one. Say, hey, coach, I got this. I got this. Hey, if I catch somebody coming over here to double team, I'm going to stop that. Got you. Right. Get back on your man.
Starting point is 00:11:29 I got this. Yeah. And I don't think. Really the difference in the ball game. Oh, yeah. Okay, see, they bigs are mobile. But they don't post up. Hardinstein is an effig guy.
Starting point is 00:11:39 You know what I mean? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. He gets in late. Yeah, you were running up for him. Yeah. And check hungry, he ain't going to be on no block posting up doing that. Yeah, he'll pick a pop guy. Yeah, he'll pick him pop guy.
Starting point is 00:11:51 So I don't think he can. I think the Lakers got a, I ain't saying they're going to win the series, fellas. Don't get me wrong. But I think they can get a, I'm like, I think they can get a game or two. Who check on post up? At some foot tall, 163 pounds. No doubt. Post it.
Starting point is 00:12:09 Nobody. JJ Redding had praise for the thunder. We saw a, we saw a stat our morning meeting that the team had back-to-back, 10 or more better net rating in consecutive season. You're talking about the 95-96 bulls. Bulls, 96 97 Bulls, 1517 Warriors. You're literally talking about two of the greatest teams all time. I said to a bunch of people yesterday offsite
Starting point is 00:12:31 talking about the series to me. The Thunder is one of the greatest team in NBA history. It's just the reality. They're that good. I think our guys recognize and respect that and we know what kind of task we have in front of us. I agree. Hey, look, when you think about it,
Starting point is 00:12:49 OKC played against that Phoenix team in hell. Green, Booker, and Brooks were putting up 20 plus, and hell, they were still getting their lights cut off. Yeah, they had, what they have, Joe? I think they had like three or four guys. One game had 20 plus and still got the brakes beat off. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:07 So you got to be able to slow Shay down, and not only that, Sha can beat you in most of the ways. Yeah, we know he can go for 30, 40. But when he had them big assist numbers, 10, 15 assists, getting other guys involved, hey, you ain't got a chance. And one thing about this OKC team and this run that they're on, it's like the Bulls run.
Starting point is 00:13:29 They dominate during the season. They make sure they get home court advantage, and they make sure them important games are played in OKC. Even though they're very, obviously they know they're very capable going on the road and winning games, but they make sure they take care of business during the season to be able to have them home games, them important games.
Starting point is 00:13:44 So one and two, they get up too on, you pretty much over with. So that's the thing, too. can the leg is the leg is on top of have to play good they got to they got to win a game in okayc i don't know if they can win one at okayc so it's an uphill battle for them i agree and when you look at it okay c they still one of the youngest teams in the league fellas yeah oh they're they're not going nowhere for another three four years you both they got at least they got at least two to three years in them with this team this roster as if the ownership is willing to pay the
Starting point is 00:14:16 money because they they paying everybody everybody's getting their just do money and they're going to be cool we're not making the biggest cut you know we see these owners when they ain't making their money they just shake these teams up and blame it on something else so yeah yeah because you don't want to be you know you don't you don't want to be in that secretary you don't want to be that repeat offender because now you're paying you're paying more money as a repeat offender than you actually then you actually paying the guys that you actually yeah look at the Celtics look at the celchis they pay two guys and they let them let holiday out the door our Horford went out the door.
Starting point is 00:14:48 Prozingas. And that's why you losing the first round. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Missed some key pieces. Yeah. But I think that, yeah, and the thing is that what I love about, but.
Starting point is 00:15:02 Antoine, correct me if I'm wrong. But when I look at the, when I look at the thunder, they genuinely and sincerely look like they enjoy being around each other. They love playing for one another. They do things together. One does an interview, everybody's standing in the back, and then they go off by themselves. They pouring word on the head. Am I just imagining thing, or does it appear that way?
Starting point is 00:15:26 It does. And I'll take even back further out. The year we won the championship, man, I never hung out and party. And I told you guys the story before. I never hung out on the party so much in my life with my teammates. We had a saying we had a 15 strong was I saying. You couldn't go to dinner without saying seven, eight guys together during that season. And it just reminds me of that those guys are so close.
Starting point is 00:15:46 And then you got a great teammate like Shay. He bought all them Rolex's last year, man. I'd love to have been his teammate to give me a Rolex. He bought everybody in Rolems last year. No, so you know that type. It does make a difference. You know what I'm saying? It really does.
Starting point is 00:16:00 When you don't have nothing, Joe knows this, when you ain't beefing with each other, and you got nothing but love, you play hard for each other. You're not jealous of people's contract. They can't, and it definitely helps that they came up together. Yeah, yeah. Year after year, they're, you know, they trade for She and they get J-Dub,
Starting point is 00:16:15 and they get Chet. They got, you know, the sign Lou Dore, all these young players, and it's like, okay, this is Shayteen. The problem that you run into is that you find a guy, and he starts to believe I'm just as good as Shay. Shit. It happens. I'm just telling you, we've seen it happen.
Starting point is 00:16:36 We don't need, we know, and it's happened recently. We don't need to talk about it, but we know it's happened, and it broke it up. They're on an unbelievable run. I don't know how. longer it's going to last. It's going to last as long as the owners are willing to spend the money and don't mind going to another luxury tax. And if they wouldn't do that, these guys, they got a window next, I like that. They got to wonder the next three, four years to put some championships up.
Starting point is 00:17:02 Yeah. Yeah. They definitely have the potential to repeat, or maybe even three-peat. The question is, because what happens is that what happens if they lose in between, do you break it up? Because we saw with the Celtics, the Celtics missed, and they did just broken up. Yeah. Yeah, we're done with it. No, I don't think they break it up unless they just getting the doze blown off of them. You know what I mean? And I think another thing, what will keep them being successful is if they can stay away from injuries. That's true.
Starting point is 00:17:30 Yes. You look at the postseason, bro. You look at the postseason because the games are revved up and guys are playing so hard. Every possession is so valuable that we've been having a problem with these injuries. I mean, hell, look at Minnesota. All the key guys, they got missing, even though they won the night. man came back. But man,
Starting point is 00:17:49 these injuries will derail your team. Yeah, that's true. And eventually it catches up with you. Because you got to think about it. You're playing an extra month or extra two months. So that means you get a less, you get an extra month or two less than what the other guys got. That catches up with you.
Starting point is 00:18:05 It's just like football eventually. You know, the guys keep going to the Super Bowl and go and deep, make deep playoff runs on your show. And finally, it catches up with you. You keep players start getting injured. And basketball, it's the same thing.
Starting point is 00:18:17 Because think about it. The season's over in, and what? Beginning of April, second week of April, second week of April. Second week of April. And you're going to the damn the third week of June. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:28 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's true. So. Yeah, because I agree with you on that. Because then if you go to June, you're not touching the ball to probably August.
Starting point is 00:18:41 You're going to go on a vacation. You ain't touching the ball to August. So you're behind on your workout schedule. You know what I mean? So you're coming in season, you're using that first month. And Joe knows this, you got to use that first month of training camp to get in shape. Yes. And that's what you fought.
Starting point is 00:18:56 That's what the injuries happen at. You know what I mean? So that's a great point. You got to take advantage. That's why OKC got to ride this wave. You got it going. You got to ride this wave all the way out. Hey, and think about it.
Starting point is 00:19:08 It's rest over Russ right now for OKC because they've been sitting for so long. They swept their series. Oh, yeah, that's true. They were sitting. They were sitting in kind of. watching. So, you know, with them still being a young team, you think they're going to come out and be, you know, balls to the wall, but you never know how that can work, bro. You know, when you've been sitting out for so long and you ain't really had that bump like the Lakers been
Starting point is 00:19:29 getting, I think, uh, I think the Lakers got a good chance to go in there and potentially still game one. That's probably their best shot of making this series. They need to steal game one. I do agree with you on that. Please get one of these things at home. I, to be honest, I ain't really anticipate them because, okay. Okay, C is a tough place. A whole lot, I mean, unless, what, maybe what the Thunder? I think Boston went in there one, but ain't a whole lot of teams winning there, kick their ass on their home court.
Starting point is 00:19:58 It's like a college town in OKC, bro. Like, they real fanatics in OKC about their team. And they don't want a title, too, and understand that they got a chance to repeat. Oh, you can't get a good steak in OKC, man. You got to eat room service, man. You can't even get a good steak down there. You got to eat room service, man. They ain't got anything.
Starting point is 00:20:19 They ain't got college. It's a college town. So they got OU and they got Oklahoma State. You ain't got no baseball. You ain't got no hockey. You ain't got no football. This is college. College is long gone.
Starting point is 00:20:30 And so this is it. All they got to do is cheer for their team. And they've got something to cheer for. They've got something to cheer about. Yeah. Yeah. They're on amazing run. And they got some years left too.
Starting point is 00:20:42 They're young. They're ready to go. Yeah. Tworan, we're going to get you out of here on this one. Yahoo Sports trade idea. Starting point is 00:25:03 for the Rockets received Jamal Murray. I was talking to Joe and them and I was like, I would not be surprised. I think there's a greater chance that he moves on. You hear the rumblins, and I don't know what's true, the burner phones and this and that. So I don't know what's true.
Starting point is 00:25:20 You know, the guys having to adjust, it was reported that they have to adjust to KD's moodiness. I don't know. I'm just saying what I read and I don't know what's true and what's not, but I would not be surprised if KD moved on. Would you be surprised if he moved on? And where do you think is the ideal landing spot for Kevin Drain?
Starting point is 00:25:38 I would be surprised if he move on because he's 1A. He's the first option with that team. So I think he still wants to have a ball in his hands laid and make decisions. It's hard to say because KD, you would think he would want to win and go join another team where he can actually play for a championship. I can't see a young team taking them. So it would have to be a team that think they need to score to get them over the hump.
Starting point is 00:26:03 Because he's going to have. They're proposing the Nuggets. You see him playing alongside Yolkich. What are you going to give up, though? It depends what they're playing with. Jamal Murray. You don't give up. You give up.
Starting point is 00:26:15 The Nuggets received Kevin Durant and a 2029 first round pick for Jamal Murray. No, I'm not coming off, Jamar. Him and Joker had too much success. I couldn't do it. Hey, hold up. You don't think that kind of ran his course, though, Torn? Well, I don't know if Gordon, if Gordon is not hurt, are we having a different conversation?
Starting point is 00:26:36 Right. But the last two years he's been hurt, John. And you know as you get older, you don't get help you. That's true. I would let to see KD be on a team with a chance to win a championship, but Houston don't have enough pieces. We all know that. They young, your dog is a great coach.
Starting point is 00:26:52 They did a terrific job. I don't know how you guys felt. I felt like they overachieved this year. I didn't necessarily particularly like they roster. You know, Fred VanPen's going to come back from an ACL. Can he give you something? I mean, he was playing great before he tore his ACL. Can he do something?
Starting point is 00:27:06 Yes. I mean, yes. They needed a point guard. They tried a shepherd. Shepherd is not a point. He's a shooter. Armand Thompson is not a point guard. They need somebody that can orchestrate the offense.
Starting point is 00:27:18 When it gets chaotic, somebody that can be calm. Van Fleet was a start was a, I don't know. if he started. I think he did start on that championship team or he played quality minutes in Toronto so he understands it. I think when you look at it, you're like damn, they were just
Starting point is 00:27:36 the number two seed lost in lost in seven and now they come to get KD who's a better player and all of a sudden they lose in the first round. Because you understand, you know how fans are looking at it and how the organization is looking at. Like, well, damn, we get
Starting point is 00:27:52 KD, who's a top 75 player in the history of the game. We give up Greed who's talented, but he's young. Dylan Brooks really found himself because he got an opportunity to show that he was more than just a defensive guy. I think he had the best season of his career. It's like, how do we go from the two seed and losing in seven games to all of a sudden we losing the first round?
Starting point is 00:28:12 I think about this, though, guys. How about if you feel like you can't get over to hump with KD, may you try to put him in a trade package? Because you've got a good nucleus. The nucleus that the Houston got is good. when you think about Reed and obviously Shangoo in the middle, Smith at the wing, they got
Starting point is 00:28:29 some pieces. Yeah, they got some pieces. Put KD the trade. This is going to be a great draft. Get you another young guy. Get you another piece. Hey. But does the young piece get you closer to a championship? You might be some years away. Okay, C's going to be
Starting point is 00:28:46 around for a while. So, you, O.K. C's there going to be a while around. And then Minnesota's not going anywhere. So you got to think about that. So I'm making it, if I can get move up in a draft, that's supposed to be a good draft, maybe get a good pick, somebody that may think Katie got two years left and want a shot with a KD, may look at that direction too.
Starting point is 00:29:06 Because I don't think you're not going to get it in the free agent market. I think it's a little overreaction, honestly. I think you keep Katie, you got to understand, man. If the man don't get hurt in practice before the damn series start, he had 20 in the first half to one. He could score the ball, you know what I mean? outside of that, he didn't have a point guard for real. He didn't have Ben Fleek.
Starting point is 00:29:28 I think you run it back at least for another year. And then if you don't get it, if you don't make no improvements or you don't get it done, then I'll say move on from them. But I just think they underachieved in the postseason because, hell, he never really got to play. Yeah, he was hurt. He played one game, bro. That game won when he had, that when he had.
Starting point is 00:29:47 He had 20 in the first half and then they did a great job of doubling and getting the ball out of his hand. He had three. But here at the point, Twan Lerner. Joe, let me know what you think. For me, just observing and watching, and I've studied the game and watched it, as guys start the age, the impact in the game is not the same. His 25 and 30 points don't hit the same like they did five, six years ago.
Starting point is 00:30:10 I agree. Is it just me or am I imagining things or do how do you guys see it? No, I agree. I agree. I think, I think not only is this 25 a little different, I think he's still efficient Uncle Ocho and Twain, but I think the defensive part of his game
Starting point is 00:30:26 where he used to be pretty damn good. Yeah, it ain't like it used to be. And then the 25, and Joe knows this, if you're not really getting double team, and that means, because if you get double team, that means you're getting other guys shots, you're making other people better. People are playing KD straight up.
Starting point is 00:30:43 So if you're playing them straight up and he gets 25, you'll take that any given night because you ain't running around Dublin letting these other guys get off. So I think when you're not, when you're scoring 25 and 30 and getting a double team, that's when you've been effective in helping the team out even more. But Katie doesn't, nobody double teams them anymore. They take that 25.
Starting point is 00:31:01 They take that 30 from them on the one-on-one side. So if he's not getting the double team, that's what makes it hard. Yeah. And when they do double it because, and we watched the Lakers, and the Lakers did a great job of this, you go back and look at his numbers when he played the Lakers. Look how many turnovers he had. They did the best. job out of anybody. They started trapping
Starting point is 00:31:22 him and he doesn't know with the ball and he's throwing the ball away. He's had seven turnovers, nine turnovers and you're like, damn, KD. Most scores don't like to get double team. It's just like, you know. Well, the thing is it's how you double. Yeah, scores don't like
Starting point is 00:31:38 to get double team, but at the same time it's like, damn, every time I come across half court, you doubling. Every time I run a damn pick and roll, you're doubling. So it makes you want to stay away from it. And it keeps you, it keeps you thinking, and second guessing yourself because you're like, damn, if I go in in my bag
Starting point is 00:31:54 and I mess around and make the wrong move, it's going to be another guy coming in the trap to get the ball out of my hands. So it keeps him guessing while he's on offense. And I think it kind of, it takes him out of rhythm. Yeah. Could you see him, I don't see it, but I've been like y'all to throw it out there.
Starting point is 00:32:12 Could you see him reunited in Golden State? Even though he won championship, that seemed like those were the worst three years the worst three years the worst three years. No, I'll say, man. Dremont, Green, killed that. Yeah,
Starting point is 00:32:26 Drey Bine killed that. Yeah. Hey, and it seemed like that's super personal, too, to the point, I can't see him revisiting that. Not as long as Dremont over there. He ain't going back over there. That's killed.
Starting point is 00:32:40 That's done. He just, you know, he has to accept the fact now, you know, he was always been the one option. You know, it's nothing wrong. And I said he can't be a one option on another team, but he has to go with a little bit better supporting cast. Guys, they get him some shots, some easiest shots.
Starting point is 00:32:56 As you get older, ain't nothing wrong with getting a guy to get you a layup or two. Everything can't be, you know, jump shot pull up, jump shot to the right, jump shot to the left. Everything is real hard for KD. And nothing easy. He just played a whole season without a point guard. It's so tough when you didn't have a point guard the whole season.
Starting point is 00:33:13 So it makes it tough. He just got to find the right niche team. if he wants to win for play for championships. He just want to play Stan Houston. I mean, if he just want to play ball and how these kind of outcomes, Stan Houston. But if not, you got to go join
Starting point is 00:33:27 another star. And we saw him, he played great with other stars. I mean, he got him some rings, some MVPs. I mean, he played great with stars. So it's not like he can't do it. He's played with other great players. I think he's better when he plays with other greats because he don't have to work as hard.
Starting point is 00:33:43 He don't have to exhaust itself offensively. And he can just kind of do what he loved to do. And that's just go out there and who. When you got to carry the load, bro, that's, that shit tough, man. It's tough. When they look for you to score, when they look for you to distribute it, be the playmaker. You got to do, man, that's a lot for a guy
Starting point is 00:33:59 who's 37 years old, bro. But you do realize what comes along with playing with other great players is expectations of heightened. You remember when he went to Golden State and they were the favorite. They're going to win. They're going to win 75 games. At this junction of your career, know, you know, he, he's not the biggest fan of talking to the media.
Starting point is 00:34:21 You know, hey, he much rather get on his phone and tweets. Somebody to say something reckless. I don't know if he has the best relationship. I mean, hey, he does his obligation. You ask him a question, he'll answer. But I just don't know at this juncture. This is what Bill Simmons says. Bill Simmons says LeBron KD. Clay should find a way to team up with the
Starting point is 00:34:43 warrior. I'm all in on LeBron going to Golden State next year. Can I have Kevin Durant, Clay Thompson, join him. Let's go full expendables. And the Golden State ends up with LeBron, Curry, Durant, Clay Thompson, the Draymond Green, and Al Horford.
Starting point is 00:34:56 Even if I'd be rooted for this team, first of all, every game they'd play would be a sellout. Couldn't be harder to get tickets. Half the fans would be rooting for the Warriors wherever they go. Steve Kirk comes back, two more years for him, and we're off. We're ready to go. That ain't happening.
Starting point is 00:35:13 And I don't necessarily like that team. I don't know. That's an old team there. They old. They ain't defending, nobody. Ain't nobody taking that challenge. Hey, nobody. Hey, hey, quick guard.
Starting point is 00:35:29 Because you know that's what give the Lakers problem is fast quick guards. Yeah. That's why they can't do anything with Murray. That's the can't do anything with Shane. Ant man get whatever he wants. Anytime they got. So what you got? You got.

Listen to Superhuman on the I-Hard Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. A win is a win. A win is a win. I don't care which I'm saying.

Starting point is 00:37:49 I'm not worried about Policicic, I'm not worried about Balagan, I'm not worried about McKinney. My only concern is what happens in the back. The biggest decisions. If you're going to look at stats and numbers, he has no shot at making this World Cup team. And the truth about the U.S. national team. It wouldn't be a huge surprise if our team ends up in the quarterfinals or potentially a great run into the semifinals. The World Cup is almost here. Experience it all with us.

Starting point is 00:38:37 And we have been joined at the hips since high school. Absolutely. Now a redacted amount of years later, we're still joined at the hip. Just a little bit bigger hips, wider. This is a podcast. We're recording it as we tailgate our youth soccer games. in the back of my Honda Odyssey with all the snacks and drink.
Starting point is 00:38:54 Sidebar. Why did you get hard seltzer instead of beer? They had a bogo. Well, then you got it. Do you want a white collar or something here? Just take it. What are y'all doing? Microphones?
Starting point is 00:39:02 Are you making a rap album? I would. I would buy it. Cutts through the defense like a hot knife through sponge cake. That sounds delicious. Oh, you're lucky. I'm not a drug addict.
Starting point is 00:39:16 You're lucky I'm not an alcoholic. You are. You are. You're lucky I'm not a killer. I love this team, and I'm really trying to be a figure in their lives that they can rely on. Oh. Listen to soccer moms on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. You're going to be a 42-year-old LeBron, a 38-39-year-old Steph, a 38-year-old Kevin Durant.
Starting point is 00:39:43 Hey, Howard, we saw that movie before when it was Shaq, Carl Malone, Gary Payne. Call him along, yeah. And Kobe Brown, we saw that movie before. One injury and it's over. Carl Malone went down and it was over with it. We saw that movie before. And. Hey, Twan, thanks for joining us tonight, man.
Starting point is 00:40:04 We really appreciate your insight on the games tonight. The Knicks 137, the Sixers 98. And we saw Minnesota Steel Home Court from the, from San Antonio, thanks to a 104, 102 victory. Twan, thanks for joining us tonight. Man, come back again soon. Yes, sir. Yes, sir.
Starting point is 00:40:22 All right, guys. All right, guy. Yo. That's my dude, bro. After blowing a 3-1 lead to Detroit Pistons and Orlando Magic, excuse me, after blowing a 3-1 lead to the Detroit Pistons, the Orlando Magic have fired Jamal Mosley as head coach after five seasons. Mosley led the Magic to two division titles, three consecutive winning season.
Starting point is 00:40:47 The 47 wins he authored in 2024 was the most by the franchise. any season since 2011 and three consecutive playoffs appearances were the most since Orlando reached the postseason six straight times from 20, 2007 to 2012. Joe, was this a fair firing the magic moving on from Jamal Mosley? I don't know if it was fair fellas, but from the looks of it, they was going to fire his ass anyway. Unless his ass won a championship, they was going to get rid of him anyway. But I do, I don't think it helped. the fact that they blew that lead in game six, you know,
Starting point is 00:41:24 to be able to continue to keep playing. Have a 24-point lead. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So, and, and due to, you know, them first round exits over the past, what, two, three years, Uncle Ocho, I think they're ready to move on and get a new voice in that locker room. I really do. The reports are he and Ben Carroll, who's their best player,
Starting point is 00:41:46 don't see out of a lot of things. They've kind of publicly spat it. last month and a half, two months of the season, that's never a good thing. Yeah, no. Most coaches are going to lose that battle. If you're battling your superstar, your best player, your management is probably going to go with the player.
Starting point is 00:42:03 Absolutely. Because they feel they can get another coach. Absolutely. The likelihood of you getting another Paulo Ban caro, not very likely. So more times than not, not always, but more times than not, they're going to side with the player.
Starting point is 00:42:16 Absolutely. Hey, that's typically how it goes, man. That's why you, that's why, you see a lot of these top players and stars on these teams, bro. It's easy for them to get a coach fired. You know, hey, hey, if we don't have the same vision, we're seeing eye to eye,
Starting point is 00:42:32 and I'm a little disgruntled as a superstar, and you voiced that, shh, yeah. They're going to get the coach out of their first thing. Even if you won a championship. Yeah. Because Magic, Magic won a championship with Paul Westhead. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:42:48 But he's like, he wanted to slow it down, the magic one to go. He said he, a doctor, hey, Dr. Bus. Y'all have to move me, man. I can't play like this. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:42:58 No, don't worry about it, man. You ain't got to move. We're going to move him. Right, right. That's how it at work. Yeah. They cater to the stars, bro. Y'all know basketball is a star-driven
Starting point is 00:43:08 league. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. More time than that. Now, unless you are a big-time quarterback, but you got to be really, really big. I'm talking about really, really big with a couple of chance.
Starting point is 00:43:18 Now, you ain't getting coach Belichick fired, I mean No. But probably you're not going to get Andy Reed fired. Yeah. But this situation right here. But you know, if you just like
Starting point is 00:43:33 reading the T leaves, Paulo Van Carroll said one thing, Jamal Mosley saying something different. And you see, I'm like, they really doing this publicly? Yeah. I understand, you know, behind closed doors, you might say one thing, you know,
Starting point is 00:43:46 but we're going to put on a united front publicly. Yeah, that's one thing I don't really rock with you and you know, hey, kick rocks. I want you to do me a favor. I want you to walk down the street. Take your shoe off. And the first rock you come to kick it. Yeah. But publicly, oh man, he's unbelievable tonight.
Starting point is 00:44:04 And this is what we expect from him. We know this is why we select. I'm saying all the right thing. But when they would start to voicing this thing publicly, I'm like, man, this thing is going to end well, bro. No, not all. Not at all. That's a, hey. And typically when you have a star, they're not really going to go to management and be like,
Starting point is 00:44:24 hey, man, you got to get this dude out here. No. It typically comes out doing interviews, doing press conferences. You may hear little things and you have to read between the lines, you know, without without really throwing a coach under the bus. But I do, I do understand what you're saying on because I think Ben Carroll did say something that was kind of, you know, if you read between the lines. Slick?
Starting point is 00:44:45 Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And so I was like, oh. Because here's the thing, hey, man, what you went? So what do you think about the coach? Huh?
Starting point is 00:45:04 Do you like the direction we're going in? Are we going? I mean, we're going somewhere. You know what I'm saying? I'm not giving you. See, if I don't give you an endorsement, that's an indictment. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:19 Because, hey, man, you, hey. Oh, you're an ocho. man yeah, Ocho, all right. All right. So, oh,
Starting point is 00:45:29 that's okay. The ownership, management is going to deduce there's some friction. Yeah. Yeah. Now, eventually,
Starting point is 00:45:37 you're going to come across enough people. You're going to have an athletic trainer or you're going to ask some people that's closed to somebody close. And they're like, yeah,
Starting point is 00:45:44 they'd be going at it. There's no love loss between these two. Yeah. Yeah. And it's best that we move one or the other. we can get another coach.
Starting point is 00:45:55 You ain't go just getting O'Palo Van Carroll. Yeah, no. So, Jamal, and he might go get another job. I thought he did a phenomenal job, but, you know, you have to seize that moment. You have to, when you have that opportunity to slam the door, you got to slam the door. And, and dealing with, having to deal with what Orlando had to deal with this year,
Starting point is 00:46:17 with all them injuries to their top guys, hell, they didn't help neither, man. They didn't help neither, you know. Because I feel like they underachieve Uncle Ocho. They were much better than the A-C. That's why I feel like they gave Detroit such a great run. Yeah, yeah. I think they need to score.
Starting point is 00:46:34 Jalen Sugg is phenomenal talent. But, bro, I told you who they need. They need Darius A-Cuff over there at the point, bro. Ooh. Yeah. A-Cuff, nice point. Yeah, man. Can you imagine having him, man?
Starting point is 00:46:48 Because, see, if you got a scoring point guard, playing pick and roll with Polo, Man, that's going to be almost unstoppable, bro. Because you got Bain that can shoot the ball. What? Franz Wagner, if he can stay healthy, he can shoot the ball. He can also put the ball on the floor and get to the, look, we saw the bag, but Ban caro.
Starting point is 00:47:06 And as we talked about it got, this is what we, this is the expectations. Yeah. Yeah. This is the expectation for him. You can't go back, bro. People saw you drop 45, people saw you drop 38 and back to back games. Yeah, yeah. Bro, you got to realize, now you set the bar up here, bro.
Starting point is 00:47:21 You can never go below this. bar. You got to always clear this bar. You're right. It's tough, bro. I think Ben Carroll got to get in the lab. He got to get in the lab this summer, Uncle Ocho. I'll say getting a little better shape because I expect him to be an all-NBA player next year, bro. Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:47:42 You know, with this type of performance that he had, you know, from the play-in, all way to his last game against Detroit, seven games, bro. he got the potential to be a real big-time superstar in this week. Big time. Yeah, he should be an all-star for the foreseeable future. Yeah, yeah. And when they talk about historically great magic, when they talk about Shack,
Starting point is 00:48:04 and they talk about Peter Hardaway, they talk about Dwight Howard. Yeah. Hey, he should be, hey, y'all remember Paulo Van Carrow? Yeah. That's how they should be talking about him. One of them ones.
Starting point is 00:48:18 He should be a Mount Rushmore Orlando Magic. Yeah, I agree. Magic and Dwight Howard. I agree. I agree. And don't let them, hey, don't let them add enough talent to where they can end up contending for a title, bro. Makes me noise.
Starting point is 00:48:38 Ocho, Joe, I've been wanting to talk about this video for a minute. Take a look at this. What happened, man. I'm not sitting in the back seat. You need to get out. You go sit in the back seat. You need to get out. I'm not sitting in the back seat. My mom is coming soon. I have a few and have a good back. What do you mean? What's your name? You're not coming. It's not that deep.
Starting point is 00:49:17 Just sit in the back seat. All right. You're not married anyway. You're not. We just go out from where you act like you got to sit in the back seat forever. Okay, bye. That's real crazy. Like, you're just going. What? Hey. If it's not that deep, why she's in the back? Hey, listen, it's that, is that, it's that. You shouldn't have to tell your woman if your mom is coming in with you, that your
Starting point is 00:50:06 mama sitting in the front seat. Hey. That woman said, that woman always comes first. Hey, no matter what. That means, so if she sits in the back, that means she's not first. Man, me, please. Hey, hold on. I wish you would try to get Hurricane Paul to sit in the goddamn.
Starting point is 00:50:20 Go ahead, Joe, what you think? The hell you say? I'm just keep it 100. My mama wouldn't trip like that. Fight! My mama won't a trip like that. Thank you, Joe. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:50:30 Like, it seems to me that the mama, she ain't really feeling short in no damn way. That's it. Yeah. You can tell. I can hear it in the tone of her voice. Yes. She's about sick of her shit in a damn way. She wasn't best in the first place.
Starting point is 00:50:44 She don't want her son to be with her anyway. There you go. There you go. I'm just keep it real, bro. bro, like I, I ain't think it was deep. I felt like moms could have sat in the back, and it made me think about my mother, my mom wouldn't, she wouldn't act like that.
Starting point is 00:50:59 She wouldn't be true. But Joe, even if your mama wouldn't say none, even if your mama wouldn't say none, your girl should know out of respect if your mother's coming with her somewhere, she needs to be sitting in the front seat. That's just etiquette in general. Even if your mama wouldn't trip.
Starting point is 00:51:16 My mama, she's going to cuss out. That's my mama. She don't crush your ass out if you even attempt to sit in the front seat. Well, now even though your mama wouldn't trip, whoever you're dating at that time should know and understand that my mom tell them from the jump. Get in the front. Why the hell I'm, hey, I don't want to sit up there with it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:51:37 I understand. Honestly, and I've never had my girlfriend sit in the back and my mom sitting in the front. My mom has always wanted to sit in the back. That's just me. And I'm not saying, hey, to each is on and how you handle it how you want to and the tone in which she talked oh, it's not that big of a deal.
Starting point is 00:51:58 If it's not that big of a deal, why you didn't sit in the back? Right, right. You made it a big deal. You tried to show out and a son. I forget what he said, bro, you got a handle of that. Come on now. If your mom not feeling that, don't even bring her around. Don't bring your, don't put your girl in that situation.
Starting point is 00:52:17 and don't put your mom in that situation. Man, y'all, you're all tripping. What do you mean? I don't care. What my old girl going? Boy, if Paula Antonin Johnson going with me and my lady, somebody I'm dating, she already knows she's sitting in that front seat.
Starting point is 00:52:34 Period. Case closed. Because you're going to get left. This one here going to always be here. Hey, man, please. Hey, I agree with Joe. I'm with Joan, this one. This dude, like I said,
Starting point is 00:52:46 but my mom is not that big of a deal. My mom would never have tripped like that. It was almost like you said, Joe, she's not feeling her, and she wanted an opportunity to shine on her. I congratulate the old, the lady to say, you know what, hey, I just get my car and I'll follow y'all up there.
Starting point is 00:53:01 Yeah, yeah. It ain't no big. Hey, hey, you can tell in the tone of her voice, bro, from listening to, I'm listening to Mom talk. That's a tone that sound like, I, you're on your last damn straw with me. You know, you're tripping by this damn front seat. That's what it sounded like,
Starting point is 00:53:16 me. I'm gonna tell I'm I'm I will say this and I've all and I've learned this for my grandfather and my grandmother don't nothing come between them to yeah not the kids not your family not her family Bernie and Mary Porter was he not in front if Bernie said no don't you take your ass to marry and ask if Mary Porter said no don't you take your ass to Barney's and that's it right so the Bible speaks don't nothing come between them because if I guarantee you if you let somebody if you You let mama, you let daddy, you let kids come in there, it won't be long before you were here.
Starting point is 00:53:51 Mm. It won't be long. Yeah. Yeah. Mm. Yeah. Damn, hey. But yeah, that's what it sounded like to me, fella.
Starting point is 00:54:02 And like I say, hey, every woman that I've dated, when my mom would come, my mama, hey, my mom in the back seat. She's already there. Yeah. So she's not going to give you. And they would say, uh, uh, uh, Ms. Mary, you know, Ms. Mary, you want to sit up? No, I want to sit in front. I want to sit right back here. Right. Right. Right. that's just the people that I've dealt with.
Starting point is 00:54:30 Everybody doesn't deal with it, but I'm just saying it just came off as nasty. It came off as mean-spirited. That's what it came off to me. Because she could have said, well, you know, baby, I want to sit in the front. She could have said it in such a way, but the tone lets me know that, hey.
Starting point is 00:54:46 And like I said, bro, if this is not the first time something like this has come to it, it came to this joke. Yeah. Oh, so we know this is not the first time. If it's going to continue to, Don't put the lady that you're seeing if you're not married. Don't put her and don't put your mom in that situation.
Starting point is 00:55:03 Don't put them in that situation. Just don't. Yeah, I don't know. My mama would have been gladly to sit back there with her grandchild. Boy, that's just how she was, bro. Absolutely. Like I said, Joe, hey, everybody, hey, Ocho say, hey, Paul. Hurricane going to be in the front.
Starting point is 00:55:25 Hey, hey, Ocho. Hey, I'm going to make sure she in the front because anybody that ain't wearing no ring and all I'm doing is taking you on dates and fucking you anyway, you get your ass in the back. Because you probably ain't going to be here for the long haul anyway. Half of the people we dating during this time
Starting point is 00:55:42 of when we were outside like that, man, them people seasonal. But did you got your kid? You thought enough of it to have a give a kid. Hold on, Mama gonna be here forever. You thought enough of that woman, you say she was seasonal, so you gave a seasonal of a kid. Mama's going to be.
Starting point is 00:55:56 Like I said, Mama gonna be here forever, kid or not. So if she don't ride in the front, that means Mama's not here now. What did I just say? Mama gonna be in the front no matter what. I don't care who it is. And whoever it is, no better. Well, you, like I said, you know your mom. My mom is kind of, I guess, be a joke kind of like this,
Starting point is 00:56:19 because my mom getting in the back. She's just going to get in the back. That's just the way it is. See, my mama, you see how Shorty got in the front first. and the mama looked and was looking like hold on I know this ain't in the front like my mom wouldn't have done that sure they would have got in the front my mom would have got right in the back got right in the back no question yeah hey um wife comes first they ain't they weren't they weren't married the situation so we got to stick to the situation no either just women that we're dating or girlfriend I didn't say my wife I said
Starting point is 00:56:51 anybody that I'm just saying I'm just saying in general someone that we dating has no authority to be sitting no goddamn front seat, especially when your mama going somewhere with you. It's just going to be dating now. Now, if it was my wife, now that's a completely different story. What? Your wife always comes first. What you're talking about?
Starting point is 00:57:12 But you said, hold on, you just said Paula is always going to come first. You just said that, even with wife. I said in the person that all of we're doing is dating, the title was nothing but a girlfriend. My wife, in the Bible as a brother of the cloth, you know the wife comes first.
Starting point is 00:57:30 Oh, Joe, honestly, I'm going to be honest. I don't believe you would. I don't believe. I'm thinking if your mom was alive and even if you married, you're going to put your wife in the back. If, for one, the woman I'm married, no, my mama coming in the front anyway. We wouldn't be married. Let's say it.
Starting point is 00:57:47 Thank you, Joe. So it doesn't. You didn't. You know, you didn't listen to the right. I just said, the woman that I'm marrying and jumping the broom with is already going know that my mama going to front anyway. But you just said your wife would come first. As a man of the cloth, your wife would, Joe, did he not just say that?
Starting point is 00:58:06 Yeah. See, you, you, you, you're not understanding. The woman that I'm marrying is going to understand even though I put the ring on your finger. And even though we've made that vow before God, you understand in that situation that my mama is still going in the front. You just said as a man of the cloth, the Bible. I'm listening to me. You hear you hearing me, but you're not listening.
Starting point is 00:58:31 I'm listening to what you said. Joe, hold up with her. Joe, what did he say? He says she basically going to have to get in the back regardless. His mama going to come first. Thank you. But he said that's not my wife. That's seasonal.
Starting point is 00:58:45 But if I had a wife, it doesn't matter. She would have an understanding to anyway, let my mama go in the front anyway, whether we marry or not. I thought you said, Joe, I thought you said nobody comes in front of your wife. She would understand. Why does she have to understand? Why your mom can't understand?
Starting point is 00:59:06 The same way does she understand why I put a ring on the finger because she understands certain things even though we're married now. What are you talking about? But that's not what the Bible teaches us. The Bible? That's what you said, you're a man of the law. Stay, stay with me real quick now. Don't do that.
Starting point is 00:59:20 Don't do that. Who following all 10 commandments? So don't reach the Bible. You're not a man of the law. You don't know what a matter to clothy. And I'm okay with that. You're saying. You see what I go through.
Starting point is 00:59:36 Y'all see what I go through with this bed here. But like I said, me, in the relationship that I've had, my mom is never, my mom is always just getting the back. Because my mom is going to be, hey, my mom is always going to be ready. She's already in the truck.
Starting point is 00:59:53 By the time I get downstairs and get in the vehicle, Because my mom, my mom is asking what we drive, what are we going in? We're going in the truck. My mom already sitting in the back seat. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:06 That's mine. She doesn't got in, turned the car on, got the air conditioner running, she's in the back. Yeah. Even if one of my girlfriends would try to get in the back. She's like, nah, get up there in the front. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:19 Yeah, you're sitting back here for. Yeah. That's, hey, to each is on. I mean, look, they're going to be varying the opinions. It sounds like Hurricane Paula ain't played no game this year, Joe. I'll tell you one thing. It wouldn't have to be with my mama.
Starting point is 01:00:34 I don't care who I'm with. Yeah, it's going in the back regardless. Although you put your girl in the back in front of the kids? The kids go out in the front? The kids. Oh, no, the kids always go in the back. They look badass. They always touch in the AC.
Starting point is 01:00:48 They're touching the radio. I'm going to say, you're showing out. You're showing out. And I got one right here, man, look at this one. Let me see something. Hold on. Where she at? You can see, you see her?
Starting point is 01:01:05 She's on that couch? Yeah, on the little, on the little bed when I be- You get that pretty far? And you'd be taking your little nap right there. Yeah, how you know? Yeah. So I lay down there on the couch, it's a little fold up, the sofa bed on the on the pole,
Starting point is 01:01:23 and I watched TV right above my head, right? No. But like I said, I mean, It's just like, I don't know. I guess it's just like, I don't know, my grandmother, like my grandmother never learned how to drive. So it wasn't up for her. She's getting the back quick.
Starting point is 01:01:42 I'm like, I ain't no taxi, granny, get in the front. My grandma would be moving. You know, the old people go jump straight in the back, Joe. They don't want to ride the front seat. They get in the back seat. I'm like, granted, get in the front seat. Hey, my grandma, she loves to drive, boy. She couldn't wait to get out and about it.
Starting point is 01:01:57 She couldn't help. She never stayed in the house. I'm gonna keep it real. She stayed on the go. My grandma said, and telling you how to drive, you put your blink on, Granny, you ain't. Right. What you mean done? Put my blink on. Hey, hey, how fast you going? Yeah, right. Slow this thing down.
Starting point is 01:02:13 Yeah. I was like, I'm about to put you out. Hey, I ain't gonna get out. I was like, you up here trying to tell me how to drive. I said, great, you ain't never drove anything. Hey, it's, it's, so, I got, I see people on in the chat, right? What did you talk about? few people all in the chat about, oh, so you're dead wrong. And so for anybody that's already been in this situation,
Starting point is 01:02:36 has had a situation like this where they felt the woman, whoever they're seeing at the time goes in the front, right? If the situation is happening to you before in general, everybody that's talking trash, I guarantee you're not with that woman no more. I bet you're not. Is guys saying that or it's women saying that? I mean, I mean, ain't no telling it.
Starting point is 01:02:54 Probably one, probably guy. Either way it goes, I bet they're not with the man no more. You know, hey, come on, man. Please. To eat, look here, we differ. We got, I mean, look, it's okay. I mean, Joe and I see sometimes, Ocho and I see stuff one way, Joe see it another.
Starting point is 01:03:11 Sometimes Joe and I see things one way, Ocho sees another. Sometimes Ocho and Joe and Joe see something one way, and I see it enough. It is what it is. I mean, to get unanimity on an issue like this is probably not going to happen. I think the background, how we were raised, and an environment that we were in, I think it kind of creates how we view things,
Starting point is 01:03:35 the prism in which we view things now. Yeah. It's okay. I tell you what, I tell you what? If anybody, if Cambodia wanted to sit in the front seat right now, she can, you know why? Yeah, we know why. Your mama, because my mama,
Starting point is 01:03:52 unless my mama come down, unless my mama come down from him and say, baby, I'm from the ride with you all. She's gonna be in the front. Damn, boy. Well, if granted came down, you best believe everybody getting in the back. There ain't going to be nobody with hurry now.
Starting point is 01:04:07 As a matter of fact, if granted came down here, I might not be in the trunk because I'm going to be scared but damn, so she might be in the truck by herself. Oh. Hey, could you, hey, could you imagine that? No. Boy, just a thought of that. Boy, that's scary in here.
Starting point is 01:04:27 You can imagine that. He couldn't imagine it. Imagine an Olympics where doping is not only legal but encouraged. It's the enhanced games. Some call it grotesque. Others say it's unleashing human potential. Either way, the podcast's Superhuman documented it all, embedded in the games and with the athletes for a full year.
