Every game wasn't on TV like it is now. It wasn't hype. They didn't have segments on ESPN like they do now. There were no podcasts that were talking about the WMBA like they are now. So it's a different time. So the method in which someone becomes great or is because, consider great, the trajectory is gonna happen a lot quicker because they got this thing called promotion.

it takes all the stabilizers out of it. Yeah. Because a part of being able to lift weight is being able to control it. Yeah. It's hard to lift a weight that you can't control. So that means all the, you know, when you benching and so it brings all the front delt and the scapulas and all those muscles around there, the lat, you got to, you know,

squeeze the lats, you know, you got to squeeze the lats. you know, the chain muscles in the backs, the erectors. But yeah, but that was back of the day, you know, you know, back then, I was, you know, I was hell. I was, I tried to, but I was hell. I try to stay in some good shape, okay, Ocho, you know what I mean? I try to keep my body right, keep me tight, you know what I mean? Hey, whatever you need to do. What are I talking about?

Early 20s worrying, I won't reach my goals battling self-doubt after a mistake that hurt loved ones. How do I stop overthinking and handle criticism better? Bro, that's already done. Worry about something that's already done doesn't change anything. All you can do is try not to make the same mistake that you made. that cause your family and or to hurt your loved ones and family. That's what that's all you can do. That's a part that's a part of life.

Yeah. We go through things. We make mistakes. Uh, lessons get learned hopefully. And then we move on and we become better. We grow from it. Uh, after mistakes. And so that means you made more than one.

And most people do is the likelihood of somebody making just one mistake. No. No. No. That didn't happen. No. But you're just going to have, stop overthinking it because you can't change anything. Worry about the things that you can control.

What can you control? Your behavior, the things that you do. But you've already done that. You can't control what you've already done. Right. But we've got to grow. Change is inevitable. Growth that's

choose wisely. You choose, I mean, you got two choices. You can change. Change is going to happen regardless. Next day, I mean, Monday goes to Tuesday, Tuesday goes to Wednesday. You get the fall, you get, you know, you get winter, you get spring, it's back to summer. Change happens. Growth is optional.

Do you want to grow from it? Do you want to learn from it? You want to become a better person or the things that have happened in your past so you don't repeat that? That's on you, bro. But you can do it. But beating yourself up about it. Criticism is going to happen. That's a part of it.

Everybody's gotten criticized at one point in time. Sometimes the criticism might have been harsher than others, but it happens. Yeah. But you are right? Guess what? You woke up today. You had an opportunity to be the better person today than you were yesterday.
