In this episode, Dan discusses which habits agents need to do to be able to produce results in their business. Definitiveness of purpose, desire, self-reliance definitiveness of plans accurate knowledge cooperation willpower and habit those are the eight things that will allow for you to be persistent and then what habits do you embrace the habits that you embrace are the 11 cpi time plus leverage time plus manage your money cpi time we generate convert those leads to meet with you,
Starting point is 00:01:46 meet with them to get hired, negotiate, and script your role play. That's your job description. Last is habit. So the habits of CPI time, lead generate, convert leads to meet with you, attend the appointments to get hired, negotiate, script, and role play.
Starting point is 00:02:00 Those are the five steps of CPI time. So your leverage time is to recruit the right people to you, select the right people to you, train them so that they can reach your goals, lead them so that they know how to think to reach your goals and motivate them so that they can reach your goals. That's the leverage time. Eleventh one is manage your money. One of which I sometimes mess up on. That's my Achilles heel. Between those 11, that's my Achilles heel personally. I believe that I do maybe a nine or eight or 10 out of 10 on all of the 10, except for the number 11, not so much.
Starting point is 00:02:32 So that's an opportunity for me. So one of which I'm committing publicly to recover on, to make that a nine or a 10 out of 10. So those are the 11 things that we would provide a habit for. So when you have the habit of doing your job daily, you'll have success because guess what? It's easier to have those habits than it is to have the willpower. The other habits, recruit people to join you and your company. Select the right people to be in business with. That could be vendors, by the way. That could be a showing agent. That could be an assistant. That could be vendors, by the way. That could be a showing agent.
Starting point is 00:03:06 That could be an assistant. That could be a CPI virtual assistant. That could be whoever it is that you want right there to be able to help you get you where you want. That could be a broker, by the way. Somebody that's going to help you get you where you want to go. So recruit the right people to you. Select the right people to be in business with. Train them so they can reach their goals. Lead them so that they know how to
Starting point is 00:03:32 think so they can reach their goals. And motivate them so that they can reach their goals. Those are the 10 habits. Working on your business with CPI time. Working, excuse me, working in your business with CPI time, working on your business with leverage time. And then we tie a bow around those 10, which is manage your money. And that bow looks like an infinity sign when you wrap it around the five to the right and the five to the left. Because when you get those 11 right, you can scale infinitely, or at least as large as you want. Thanks so much for listening to the No Broke Months podcast today.
