11 things you need to do to build a successful business. Real estate coach Dan Rashan from

things. So this is working in the business, making money is lead
generating, converting the leads to meet with you, attend the appointments to get hired, negotiate,
practice your description role play. That's how you make money. You want to build a business to
support yourself, then do these next five things. Because if you don't do these next five things,
and the first five things
are impossible to do as a real estate agent because of the million things that are going
to distract you. Doing CMAs, doing brochures, doing flyers, posting on Facebook, all that other
stuff. Has anybody ever seen me on Facebook? Thank RZA for that.

Now, why do I say that?
I say that because I focused on my leverage time to find the leverage of RZA to be able to make me look good on social media.
You guys follow me on that? So, I could take the time to make myself look at social media. You guys follow me on that? So I could take the time to make myself look at social media. I
do from time to time, of course, and it's all my content, but they, the team makes me look good.
They'll take something that I'm saying right now and they'll produce it. Right. Look at Leslie,
for example, who helps us with all that. And Gideon who helps us with all that and Gideon who helps us with all that
okay like these are the things that you can leverage so then this is how you make money
but if you want to have some some sort of life then you got to do the next five which is
recruit talented people to you select the right people to be in business with train those people
so they can reach your goals lead those people so you, train those people so they can reach your goals,
lead those people so they know how to think so they can reach your goals,
and motivate those people so they can reach your goals.
So recruit them, select them, train them, lead them, motivate them.

So I looked you up on social media and I was overwhelmed.
I went, oh my God, he's everywhere.
Yes.
This guy is a killer.
Yeah.
Now I know what you do.
You have a team and you delegate it to them.
That's right.
Uh-huh.
Do you know how much time I'm personally on social media?
No.
Very little. Very, very little. Almost none. Uh-huh. Do you know how much time I'm personally on social media? No.
Very little.

Almost none.
Almost none.
I'm challenged by social media. I really try.
I understand.
I understand.
But here's the thing.
Just focus on the first five, right?
We're all in different places, right? Yeah. Focus on the first five, right? We're all in different places, right?

Focus on the first five, right?
That's why I only gave you the first five, the first run through this, right?
So, but if you want to get like that, then you got to go to the second five as well.
Okay.
All right.
So now, so the first five, lead generate, convert to leads to meet with you, go on appointments,
you got hired, negotiate, practice, script and role play.
The second five is recruit talented people to you. select the right people to be in business with train them
so that they can reach your goals lead them so they know how to think to reach your goals
motivate them that so they can reach their goals oh by the way i want you to be able to rattle that
off yourself because when you can teach that to somebody else you're implementing the teach to
self philosophy right you guys see like how well like I don't need any notes to do this. Somebody asked me a
question. I'm like, Oh, right. Cause I just memorized the frameworks. That's all I've done.
Okay. So I want you to memorize the framework because when you memorize the frameworks,
it becomes internalized. And now you have that guiding post and now you know where to go and what to do and it becomes easy the 11th thing
to do is to manage your money so those are the 11 things to be able to do to run a business
