What you have to understand, particularly in our market, particularly in real estate sales,
is that the work that we do doesn't pay dividends until down the road.
I'll give you an example.
I met a young lady named Bl at the hospital i was i was
taking care of a friend she fell she hurt her face and her ankle and her wrist and so she's
in the emergency room for maybe about six or eight hours this was about maybe five months ago
the nurse that was taking such great care of her happened to, you know, so I'm talking to her, we find out she's in the market to buy a home.
This is five or six months ago.
But she's not in the market to buy a home five or six months ago.
She's in the market to buy a home a year from today.
So what did I do?
I got Blossom and her boyfriend, Brian, and I've consulted them two or three times over
the last five or six months. Now I know that they're not ready to buy a home, but I also know
that at some point in the future, they will be. So this is the piece right here that most miss.
They'll get a name and a number at the hospital or whatever at the club or at the gym or wherever
you you know wherever you are hopefully you're not hanging out at the hospital unless you know
right because that's not a good thing right but they'll get a phone and name a number right and
then that's it nothing we're still buying a home a year from now the difference is and it's going
to be a 750,000 hour home is it me that's going to help them or somebody else?
I can tell you at this point right now, I give you a greater than a 95% shot that if they do buy a home, it's going to be me.
I'm not going to give you 100%.
Things can happen, right?
But I'm going to give you a really really really high percent because i've already consulted
them on video several times i've talked to them several times and i'm in touch with them frequently
what's frequently maybe at the beginning a couple times a month then maybe after two months and then
the last time i talked to them was on last past friday right So they're just one person that's in my mind of people
that are not long-term follow-up.
Thanks for listening to the show today.
