When you start your day off in meditation, prayer, affirmations, visualizations, exercise,
reading, listening to podcasts, whatever the case may be, or just sitting on your couch.
I sat there for about 45 minutes after my daughter went to school with my cat on my
lap and my dog sitting right next to me with that jazz music playing in the background.
And I just chilled.
How productive was that?
Zero.
But how useful is it? Immense. And so that when
you start a peacefulness, and then throughout your day, hopefully get to joyfulness and into
having passion, then you can live a more high energetic life more high energy.

So let's start with how do you start your day with peacefulness?
Affirmations, meditation, reading, listening to podcasts, visualization, exercise, prayer.
These are the things that you could do to be able to start your day off. Because when
you start your day off in meditation, prayer, affirmations, visualizations, exercise, reading,
listening to podcasts, whatever the case may be, or just sitting on your couch, because I said I
did some meditation, but I sat there for about 45 minutes after my daughter went to school
with my cat on my lap and my dog sitting right next to me with that jazz music playing in the
background. And I just chilled. I just chilled. Right? How productive was that? Zero. But how
useful is it? Immense. So my recommendation for you today is for you to pick one activity this week for you
to focus on so that you can place yourself in a state of peacefulness to start your day.
And so that when you start a peacefulness and then throughout your day, hopefully get to
joyfulness and into having passion, then you can live a more high energetic life, more high energy.
Because remember, we are just energetic beings. So my question to you is as follows. What's one
thing you could do this week, four days, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, for the rest of this
week, first thing in the morning, or as close to first thing in the morning as possible
to be able to create peacefulness in your world.
Who'd like to share one thing that you can commit to?
I gave you some options.
Myrna?
Well, I'm being consistent recently for the gym.
I'm working out every day.
And after that, I start doing cold calling.
So I'm being consistent and it's been
10 days like non-stop good good so exercise is what mirna's doing fantastic and robert used to
listen to uh heavy metal and now he's listening to chill now there's a time and energy for the
you know for heavy music when you're when you're lifting you know when you're, when you're lifting, you know, when you're exercising, lifting, whatever the case might be, um,
but was whatever's appropriate. Right.
Because there's some energy and like going hard at it, like, boom, right.
Going hard at it. There's energy in that.
And that's positive energy as well. Right. That's exciting.
That's invigorating. Right. Um, but so is peacefulness.
Peacefulness is where we want to start as a, as a,
as a foundation for our journey.
What else?
Who would commit to doing one activity this week?
I start my day every day
listening to handpan music
and reading my Bible and praying.
Robert, what were you going to share?
No, I hit, so i try to do my
affirmation i found youtube either uh i mean i got a bunch of them saved just some like early
meditation 15 minutes as i get out of bed and then you know if i take a pre-workout or whatever and
then i get hit you know hit the hit the gym in the morning and then if i go for an afternoon walk or
morning walk for for cardio or whatever with a rucksack, I'll listen to like,
there's a Bible recap thing that just kind of gives you,
it's almost like blink, blink list for, for the Bible. Oh, wow.
So that's kind of what I, what I kind of do.
I love it. I mean, you're, you're, you're feeding your brain,
you're feeding your body, you're feeding your spirit. That's, that's amazing.
Like that's, those are now here's the thing. Don't get overwhelmed don't get overwhelmed where it's like oh my goodness i gotta do all this stuff
the miracle more i think how how elrod uh who's a casual friend of mine i think where he got it
wrong was he had suggested that um you gotta do all this stuff every single morning okay and and
if you can great but what i recommend is to say, do a couple, maybe even just one.
Right. Like it's more important that you do some activity to feed, to get yourself to peacefulness than to be like, because when I started trying to do all this stuff in the morning, quite candidly, I felt overwhelmed and it actually had the opposite effect on me.
And so ultimately, you're the you're in me. And so ultimately you're the,
you're in control of your spirit. You're in control of your energy, right? So if it's not
giving you energy, then, you know, do something different, right? But these are some things
that you could consider to do to be able to start your day.
