Dan explains that getting creative and adding little additional offers will make your buyer
offer seem unique and stand out from the rest. Learn how to draw more attention to your offer
in this new No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents episode. Hey, I want to throw something
out there for you guys. So who here is having some challenges getting buyer offers accepted?
So there is a very, very low inventory right right now and something that you could consider to do
is to take that inventory and um when you write your next offer you can get really really creative
on uh extra things that you can add into your offer to make it fun and to make it attractive.
If you have a $500,000 listing price and there's an offer for 510 and you're at 510 and you've got good financing and the other one's got good financing,
maybe consider to,
to encourage for your buyers to throw something in like a free or not a free,
but I'll pay for your Netflix for the next 36 months okay there's
nothing there's nothing that says you can't do things like that okay so I want you I'm going to
encourage for you guys to be creative about the way that you can approach these transactions
because when all other things are said and done you know it's a the very least it's a you know
it's something that will catch their eye okay now to be able to do that you may um you may if they've got a nice car for example they've got like a
i don't know a corvette or something sitting in the garage you can say hey i'll i'll add in a
a free year of car wash or something like that or um you know so you just notice like what you know
what types of people are the sellers and you can hopefully figure out
something that would be just sort of a unique, you know, a unique thing that you can add into
the offer. So I'm going to encourage everyone here to do that. Okay. I have a question. So
how would you know, a buyer generally doesn't know anything about a seller or they don't know
who the seller is generally. Well, first of all uh you can pick up
on clues like so the clue i gave you is like a corvette in the in a driveway right like that's
you can see that right i i said netflix because it's a sort of a it's a sort of a universal type
thing but i i get the meaning of what you're saying then there's actually a classmate of mine from real estate school. He offers surfing lessons. He also has a power washing business that he does on the side. So he offers two power washings hey, you know, you're doing anyways, right? So you can get you can get resourceful. But again, things that are general, like everybody wants a massage. I mean, I would
say to everybody, some people maybe they don't want a massage, but I would say, you know, more
times than not, you know, just go with things like that. Thank you so much for listening.
