Real estate coach Dan Roshan from No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents delves deep into the nuances of habits and their impact on our lives. Dan explains that habits form the backbone of our daily routines and significantly influence our success and well-being. In the new No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents episode, tune in to learn which habits propel us forward and which hold us back? Ben always thinks that there's always a way in doing things.
Starting point is 00:01:30 So no matter how hard, you know, or whatever circumstance that is, we will always find a way, like how to make it happen. So sometimes it's, you know, it's really challenging. But if you really would like to achieve something, there's always a way, no matter if it's like a hard way or an easy way. Well, typically I'll ask a question, can this be done? And I'll get the answer no. And when I get that answer no, I say stop. Are you saying it can't be done or are you saying you don't know how to do it?
Starting point is 00:02:11 Because those are two different things that sometimes we collapse. So the successful habits are to regenerate. The unsuccessful habits are to lead generate. The unsuccessful habits are to not lead generate. And if you choose not to lead generate, you can have reasons that may be valid and reasons that may be not valid, yet you're not going to have results as long as you allow those reasons to cause you not to do your job. There's no judgment in these statements. There's just reality. Take it for whatever it means to you. And it is completely appropriate sometimes to say there's something in my life that's more important than regenerating. I get it. But just make the decision with open eyes. Don't lie to yourself. Don't make that reason valid when it may be invalid. And recognize before you make it valid or invalid that reason,
Starting point is 00:03:25 recognize that what that reason is going to create is a lack of results in your sales business. So then you ask yourself the question, do I want results in another area of my life more than I want results in my sales business? And that's the question to ask yourself based off of that will allow for you to have a compass of where to go. Because there may be times where the answer to that question is, yeah, I do want something more in my life right now.
Starting point is 00:03:53 That's more important to me right now than my sales business. But in most cases, if my sales business is not successful, I'm not able to serve most other areas of my life. So it's just taking your life and putting it in an order of priorities and order of importance and understanding what impacts the next. Thanks so much for listening to the No Broke Months podcast today.
