How do you hack your subconscious? Just as simple as me saying when I was an active alcoholic,
say, just don't drink today and you'll be recovered or you'll be healthy.
But there's something that could be breaking you
from doing whatever it is that you know you should be doing.
Just like it broke me for those almost 20 years.
So how do you hack your subconscious?
Write these words down. Relationships,
prayer, exercise, meditation, affirmations, visualization, reading, listening to empowering
podcasts, being with people who are going to bring you up, push you, prod you, encourage you, and never put you down. Finding partners that can be able to
help you in life where you're helping them. These are the things that when you implement these
things will change your circumstance. This is what helps you break through that ceiling of achievement
that's holding you back. By the way, we lead our lives through our subconscious.
So if you think about your conscious, your conscious programs your mind, okay? Your
consciousness programs your mind. Your subconscious is what you do, okay? Just like my conscious
would not program in my mind at once upon a time to say, I'm going to not drink today, or I'm going to be empowering, you know, healthy, loving thoughts.
And my subconscious reached for that beer at the end of the day, 10 o'clock.
And then another, another, another, another, another, until I passed out.
So this is what breaks, what gets in your way.
And to be able to break that cycle, you look at
the programming. So those things that I mentioned to you, those are all programming.
So remember your circumstance you get through your five senses. When you program yourself through
your five senses, through your visualization, your prayer, your meditation, your affirmations,
you're reading your podcast, the No Broke Months podcast, for example. When you embrace healthier relationships, now you're in a position that you're programming
yourself so that you make better decisions subconsciously when you're on autopilot.
So if you want to break the cycle of suck, and if you want to get something different, you simply have
got to program yourself so that you have different thoughts. And then those different thoughts
lead to different feelings. And then those feelings lead to one to three hours of lead
generation. Or those feelings lead to you spending time with your girls or your daughter or your daughters or your son or whoever the case may be.
Those feelings get you to the gym.
Those feelings get you to take healthy actions rather than actions that will sabotage you.
And I know that you want to take healthy you. And I know that you want to take
healthy actions because I know that you want to have healthy results. And when you take those
healthy actions, you get the healthy results. And when you have the healthy results, it programs you
for a different circumstance that you perceive through your five senses. So if right now you're not doing what it takes to be able to be
successful in your career, start at the root, start at the programming, change your circumstance,
stop doing things that are holding you back. If you binge watch news, stop it. You can go on your
newsfeed on your, on your phone. It's still going to be biased, but at least you can go on there and
you can manage it so you can be in there five, 10 phone. It's still going to be biased, but at least you can go on there and you can manage it

If you talk crap about other people, stop it.
Eleanor Roosevelt, before her, Socrates says that high-minded people talk about ideas.
Low-minded people talk about people.
And medium-minded people talk about people and medium minded people talk about things. So instead of talking
about people, if that's what you do, let's talk about ideas. Let's talk about how we can impact
