The process of what you're going to be doing is you're going to learn what to do, you're going to commit to doing it, and then you're going to do it. And so we're instructing on what to do. And I understand it's like right now you may be like, I don't know what to do. I get it. You just got to be patient to be able to get the education that you need to be able to do it. Because I can't just zap it all into your brain in a nanosecond, right? It's going to take us a little bit to learn it.

embark on your journey to mastery with Dan in the latest No Broke Months for Salespeople episode. Here's my method to success. Number one is to learn. Number two is to commit. Number three is to do. Number four is to teach to sell. And so the teach to sell aspect of that is once you learn it and you

commit to doing it and you do it and those three things in of itself is the learning because the committing to doing it and the doing it is also learning then you take what you what you've learned you take what you've committed to do you take what you've done and then you teach that to another person so that they can do the same. So when you learn how to do the open houses, you teach that to sell. When you learn how to request of what I just said, hey, can you help me with a problem? Who do you know who's in the market to buy a home, sell a house, or invest in real estate? Somebody from your kid's school, somebody from your church, somebody from your workplace?

Who comes to mind now do you guys think that when i when i need that script i'm able to deliver it expertly and get results yes what causes you to believe that you just did you to believe that i have mastery in that you just did it because i just did it and i'm able to teach it to you got you okay so that's the level that we want you to be it's not just being aware of what i'm teaching you it's not just having a vague awareness like, oh, yeah, that makes sense. Nobody here has any doubt whatsoever that I can't be in a situation and deliver that script to effect and get a result.

I can do so, and you know I can do so because I'm teaching it to you right now. So as I teach you on a daily basis, and as you learn this coming week in the CPI baby steps, your intention is to learn this stuff to the level that you can teach it to another, you can teach it to your kid. Because when you embrace what you're going to learn at that level, nothing can stop you. The process of what you're going to be doing is you're going to learn what to do. You're going to commit to doing it. And then you're going to do it.

Okay. And so we're here. We're instructing on what to do. And I understand it's like right now you may be like, I don't know what to do. I get it. You just got to be patient to be able to get the education that you need to be able to do it. Because I can't just zap it all into your brain in a nanosecond, right? It's going to take us a little bit to learn it.
