by Alex Ramosi. In this episode, Dan explains that in 100 phone calls, only 20 people will answer,

Estate Agents. Alex Ramosi is 32 years old. His annual revenue is $100 million and he's, you know,
self-made by sales. So the reason why I'm studying this book is because right now I'm working on some
marketing for my business. But here's the thing, Hermosi goes through and he talks about step one is before you do anything or hit your
cold outreach.
If I gave you a roadmap right now, how you can be 32 years old and have $100 million
in a net worth, this is the roadmap, right?
Just like anything else.
It's like you got to study it, right?
Like I haven't created $100 million in net worth.
So don't study me, though.
I'm teaching the same thing.
Study Alex.
So the interesting thing about this is, here's his numbers, 100 cold calls.
And of those 100 cold calls, 20 of them you would have an interaction with, 80 you would not.
And then of the 20, one to two would buy.
What's interesting is that happens to be the same numbers that I teach.
So what Alex teaches, he says, well, you got to think about it in 100.
So if you want to have a successful business, then you'd have to sit there and say, I'm going to have a 100 outreaches for 100 days.
So if you're not reaching your goals, he says, I guarantee you that if you want to have success, do this for 100 days and you'll have success.
So of the three things that I talk about, if you're not saying it often enough, you're not saying to the right people, we're not saying the right thing.
Of those three, the one that you can truly control is saying it often enough.
And of those three, the one that's going to give you the most predictable results is saying it often enough. And of those three, the one that's going
to give you the most predictable results is saying it often enough. As real estate agents,
I think that typically we're lucky to get three to five outreaches per day. So if that's true,
whatever number yours is, and let's say it is five, and what that means is it's going to take
you 20 times longer to be able to have success.
And it's probably not even five.
