So when you're looking at the vision, the vision, you want to have that to be as big as you can.
The mission, you want that to be as little as you can. So the mission for her can be as simple as
I'm going to have one conversation each day with a high net worth individual or property investor.

episode. What we're doing here is when we talk about the mission and the vision, the vision is
where you want to go and the mission is how you how are you going to get there.
So when you're looking at the vision, the vision, you want to have that to be as big as you can.
The mission, you want that to be as little as you can.
What do I mean by that?
Dorothy, one of your things that you're intending to do is to be able to get into some commercial real estate and you have some connections.
Is that correct?
Some connections with high net worth people and some connections with real estate investors.
Yes, sir.
All right.
So without defining the vision, and hopefully you did that, right?
When we open up the group discussion, we can maybe talk about that.
But the vision is going to be wherever she wants to go. The resources that she has are those high net
individuals and those people that are property investors already. So a mission for Dorothy could
simply be, remember the vision is big, the mission is small. So the mission for her can be as simple
as I'm going to have one conversation each day with a high net worth individual
or property investor. And that's it. Now, can you imagine when you have 240 conversations a year
with a high net individual or property investor that you would do transactions from that.
Can everybody see that you would do transactions from that?
Who thinks they can't have one conversation?
And this is for Dorothy's mission.
Your mission may be different.
All right.
And she has the ability to be able to do much less
because in a real estate sales,
we don't have a targeted prospect like Dorothy does.
The people that she's talking, I'm much more likely to be candidates to buy an investment
property because of who they are, because they're either already doing it or they have a ton of
money. If they have a ton of money, they're probably going to be interested. Does that
make sense to everybody? Do you guys see how you get your mission as small as possible and
your vision as big as possible? And then you focus on your mission not your vision do that daily
