Before it happens. Boom. Before it happens. So if you handle an objection? Before it happens.
Boom, before it happens.
So if you handle the objection before it occurs, then you're going to be much more,
you're going to be successful.
So the concern about going homeless,
like I would sell now if I knew I had the right home
for me to buy, right?
So with sellers, where am I going to go?
To handle that objection before it
occurs, Mr. Seller, I have helped tens, hundreds, or thousands of sellers just like you to sell
their house and buy a home. And not one single one has gone homeless. And it's perfectly natural
because 100% of my clients
feel the same way that you're feeling right now.
So what you're sharing with me is completely
or what you may be experiencing is completely valid.
If you're considering like,
I don't know like what's next.
I'm afraid that I may not find that right home
for me to buy.
And in the years that I've been helping great sellers
just like you,
not once has one gone to the wayside. I've helping great sellers, just like you, not once has one

And then they laugh and then you move on. All right. So that's a part of your, your consultation

you know, there's nothing, there's no instructions with that. There's nothing about empathy.
There's nothing about how do I reassure
them? How do I pursue them? How am I showing up in their world? Okay. But that's, you know,
that's going deeper. But if we're, if you're not able to dive deep with a client, there's a hack
