What you can do is you can change your perspective on it.
You can change the way you look at it.
Because when you change the way you look at it,
then the things that you look at change,
and then that will trigger you to start looking for opportunity rather than challenges.

There's less transactions today than there were two years ago.
That's objective.
Now, looking at that, I can then start making stories up. There are legal
challenges in our environment. There's technology that is amplifying the opportunity
and putting some out of business. There's artificial intelligence that has not yet really, really entered into our place,
but it will.
It will very, very soon, not only will somebody's phone tell them,
hey, Mr. Buyer or Mr. Homeowner, you're thinking to sell.
And their phone's going to tell them they're thinking to sell before they know they're thinking to sell and their phone's going to tell them they're thinking to
sell before they know they're thinking to sell and their phone's not even going to tell them
that they're thinking to buy but their phone's also going to tell them hey not only are you
thinking to buy but here's what you're thinking to buy here's the color of the living room of the
home that you're thinking to buy and here's's where it is. In a very short period of time,
artificial intelligence will be doing that. What will allow artificial intelligence to do that?
Big data. We've got artificial intelligence, we've got big data, we've got technology,
we've got the economy, which gratefully seems to be stabilized. And we've got legal challenges.
Those are all circumstances.
You can't do anything about those circumstances.
What you can do is you can change your perspective on it.
You can change the way you look at it. Because when you change the way you look at it,
then the things that you look at change. And then that will trigger your reticuling
activating system to start looking for opportunity rather than challenges.
Just like in 2008, when I said, oh, goodness, here's the circumstance.
Well, what's the opportunity?
And I found the opportunity.
