you're going to act or you're going to take an action.
And then when you take an action, what's going to happen is you're going to have a result.
Many of us go through life getting the same results over and over and over again,
because we find ourselves in the same circumstance. And then we find ourselves having the same thought.
And then we find ourselves having the same feeling. And because we have a certain feeling,
then we're going to take certain actions.

Today I want to teach you about the self-coaching model.
And what the self-coaching model is, is a scientific hack for you to be able to get
more out of life, to be able to break the cycles that are holding you back so that you can stop
getting the same results over and over and over again, unless you want to get those results.
But if you're getting results over and over again that you don't like, I'm going to give
you a hack right now on how to change that.
So first of all, let's talk about life.
What is life?
How do we experience life?
Most of us experience life through our five senses.
And something happens in our circumstance. Something happens in our environment.
And you're looking at it, you know, like right now you're watching this video, you're hearing my voice,
there's probably other things in your environment right now that you could be aware of.
But that's the circumstance, so you're experiencing it.
So your life comes in through a series of circumstances,
or said otherwise, through a series of experiences.
And then when those circumstances happen, when those experiences happen,
what happens next is that we have a thought about them.
And so right now maybe you're having a thought about,
you know, I'm really grateful to be able to be a part of this training.
I'm happy I was able to find this training that Dan's providing to me.
And this is pretty cool. Maybe that's a thought that you're having.
And then you're going to have a feeling about that thought.
And then when you have a feeling about that thought,
at that point, you're going to do something.
You're going to act, or you're going to take an action're gonna act or you're gonna take an action.
And then when you take an action what's gonna happen is you're gonna have a
result. Now what I want you to realize is that these five pieces of your world
are connected to each other. And this is the reason why many of us go through
life getting the same results over and over and over again.
Because we find ourselves in the same circumstance.
And then we find ourselves having the same thought.
And then we find ourselves having the same feeling.
And because we have a certain feeling,
then we're gonna take certain actions.
What I'm teaching you today is to have an understanding
that you can always change your circumstance. You can change your circumstance by doing certain things to
program yourself so that you can have better things coming into your world,
into your awareness. The way that you can do that, and we're gonna talk more about
through the course here, is through affirmations. Saying powerful things that
you believe about yourself. Through visualization, having crystal clear visualization
about where you want to be and seeing it as though
if you're already there.
Because the mind can't tell the difference
between a crystal clear visualization and reality.
It can't tell the difference.
Through reading, through listening to podcasts
like the No Broke Months for Salespeople podcast,
through your relationships.
Maybe you have some relationships right now that are okay, maybe some aren't great.
If you can get out of the ones that aren't great, you should, or maybe you consider that
you should.
But either way, you can always add better relationships on.
You can always add more empowering relationships on.
You can find people that are there to support you.
Communities like the CPI community to be able to be there to have your back.
Other ways that you can be able to change your circumstance includes exercise and prayer. So
these are some of the things that you can do. Exercise, prayer, meditation, affirmations,
visualization, podcasts, relationships, these are all
things that you can do to change your circumstance. And what I recommend that
you do is you consider one of the things that I just suggested and that you add
that to your daily habits. Because your daily habits are going to create your
life. And if your daily habits are empowering daily habits such as what I
just shared with you, some examples, then you're going to change your circumstance.
And when you have better circumstance, you're going to have better thought, better feelings,
take better actions, and have better results.
Have the best day of your life.
Be grateful.
Make good choices.
Go help somebody.

All right. So who here has ever practiced any of the methods that I talked about?
Visualization, meditation, affirmations, prayer, reading, podcast, exercise, grounding.
That's something I don't, I got a grounding tree.
It became a grounding tree because grounding is like when you walk on the grass and you
just sort of like pay attention to you know the earth and you and for me I consider you know that I'm
grounded to each one of you we're all connected you know by the earth somewhere or another
but we all are you know 99 percent of the population is on the earth right now more
than that and we're all grounded. You know, we're all
connected and it helps me to
sort of get that peace with
with things but anyways who
here has done one of these
practices visualizations
affirmations, meditations,
grounding prayer, reading
podcast, paying attention to
your relationships. What
comes to your mind? Who's ever done any of these? Go ahead. So I love like reading,
especially mindset books, you know, especially we talked a lot MREA book, a lot of those just
best version of yourself type of books. I think that's that's probably my one thing that gets me
in that right mind when we go through those ruts that we go through.
Yeah. I'm gonna make a recommendation and this recommendation about reading
comes from Napoleon Hill, Think and Grow Rich. Who here's ever read Think and Grow Rich?
A few of you have maybe. Surprise it's not within reaching distance but I don't see it.
Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich, he goes through,
he describes what he calls as a board of directors.
And who a board of directors are is somebody
who he consult with in his mind.
And I have a board of directors that I talk to as well
that I go through and I consult in my mind.
Okay, so some people, for example, on that board of directors include.
Andrew Carnegie include PT Barnum.
Include Walt Disney if I'm in a situation where I'm maybe building something in my business and I want to say, what would what can I do to be able to amaze and delight the people that I'm serving?
Then I may ask Walt Disney, what would you do?
Okay, because when he was alive and creating, you know, his products and services, he was a master of it.
If I'm thinking about how do I get out to the world, so maybe now I've created that
thing that's going to amaze and delight people and now I've got to get that out into the planet,
then I talked to P.T. Barnum, who's a genius marketer. You probably heard his name, but you
probably don't know a lot about him. He had a bunch of museums and one of the things he had was a
museum in New York City that nobody came to. And he went out to this guy and he hired this guy. He got a pile of bricks, like 20 bricks,
and he hired this guy and he says, I want you to go, this was on the corner of a block in New York
City, and I want you to go from this corner to this corner to this corner, and I want you to go
back and forth. I want to take you, I want you to take this pyramid of bricks, and I want you to go back and forth. I want to take you, I want you to take this pyramid of bricks
and I want you to come pick it up one by one and bring it from this corner of the
of the road to this corner.
And I want you to go back, pick up the next block and bring it over here and keep
doing that until the pyramid's done.
And then what I want you to do is I want you to come and build a pyramid back over
on this side of the street.
And so this guy all day long, he's going back and forth building a pyramid and he says the rules are you say nothing to anybody.
You keep your mouth shut.
Well, guess where that guy was walking back and forth all day. And this was well before the times that we'd have the distractions in our world that we do today.
Okay, right? So guess
where he was building those that pyramid right in front of in front of the museum that P.T. Barnum
had that nobody was going into. So what was happening was the audience, you know, the people
on the crosswalks would stop and they'd see they're like, what's this crazy dude doing?
And they tried to talk to him. He wouldn't talk. And he tries to say, dude, what's going on?
And he wouldn't talk.
And then these big crowd of people started crowding
right in front of PT Barnum's museum.
And then suddenly people are like,
oh, wait, maybe I should go in here.
And then he had the highest attendance, you know,
that he ever had by making that one marketing move.
So anyways, so the point being is I have all these people in my board of directors and
I got this again from Napoleon Hill that I will ask advice of.
