You see, like before I walked across the coals, I was scared.
But on the other side of the coals, I was joyful. I was excited.
I was proud of myself to conquer, to be afraid,
and conquer my fears anyways. What I learned that day
was that on the other side of fear is often joy,
is often pleasure, is often excitement.

by mastering the art of the teach to sell method.
Get ready to transform your approach
and achieve unparalleled success.
Good morning, good morning, good morning.
Hello.
I'd love to see your beautiful shiny faces because when you share your beautiful shiny
faces then you'll be able to get more out of this class.
And when you get more out of this class you'll be able to have, well for today a better foundation
because that's what we're talking about.
And you'll be able to set yourself up for success
You do want to set yourself up for success. Is that correct?
Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. All right. I help real estate agents have no broke months and
That's what we're gonna be doing today. So today
We're learning how to build belief and confidence
Because when you learn how beliefs drive outcomes and sales then you'll be able to
again make more sales and when you practice reframing limiting beliefs using pure versus faith
then you're able to get past like here's the reality of it you're a real estate agent
you have peaks and valleys you got your real estate license because you wanted to have freedom.
You wanted to have money and you wanted to have time.
Yet what you found out was that it's freaking hard.
To succeed in real estate sales.
Yes, true statement. Everything I just shared with you. That is true.
All right. And it's a lot harder than what you ever imagined it would be.
And the number one sales mistake that we see is not good enough.
We talked about this and when you feel as though if your process is not good
enough, your knowledge is not good enough, your belief may not be good enough.
Then you're going to be hindered to be able
to take action. So we're going to learn how beliefs drive outcome and sales.
We're going to practice reframing limiting beliefs using fear versus faith
model. We're going to commit to developing confidence and resilience. I'm
going to go ahead and share with you my screen and go ahead and play a training. Give me one
second. Okay so this is the CPI Inner Circle training that we are
participating in today and today we're gonna go through Fear or Faith but not
both. If you ever know that Tony Robbins unleashed the power within you event I went in
New York City it was actually New Jersey right outside New York City several years ago. And I remember the you know it was a four-day
event it was a great event. I remember I think it was like on the second or
maybe it was the third night I don't remember which night it was. We did the
firework and you can consider if you were there you can imagine that we're
in this dark we're like in this dark like parking garage.
Okay. And it's pitch black out and then outside of the parking garage was where
the embedded coals were.
And there's almost like a herd of people like running, you know, like
going through the, the lines to be able to get up there to expertly walk across,
you know, like this is a smart decision.
And you know, walk across these 1800 degree coals.
And I remember I get up to the coals and I'm gonna be kidding with
you I was scared all right I was like you want me to do that with these feet
that doesn't make sense I was feeling an incredible amount of fear I was looking
at this at these at these fire these stones or these these coals in front of
me and I finally I just said I had this thing in my mind I said just do it I was looking at these stones or these coals in front of me.
And I finally, I just said,
I had this thing in my mind, I said, just do it.
And so I just sat there, I had this switch, just do it.
And I walked across the coals.
Now on the other side of those coals,
I remember I was safe, my feet were fine.
You know, I looked at them, I was like, yeah, I'm good. And I remember
feeling this elation, this joy, this like, oh my God, this is freaking amazing. You see, like before
I walked across the coals, I was scared. But on the other side of the coals, I was joyful. I was excited. I was proud of myself to conquer to be afraid and conquer my fears anyways
What I learned that day
was
That on the other side of fear is often
Joy is often pleasure. It's often excitement as
long as you can get through that fear.
I never from that point, from that day forward, I never worried about making a cold call.
I never worried about making a sales call. I never worried about making a request of somebody,
because I realized none of that was nearly as scary as walking across all those colds.
So now I was safe, and I do want you to be safe
in anything that you might be afraid of.
But what I wanna suggest to you is that you can face fear
and you can conquer it anyways.
You can have something that you are afraid of
and you can still take action.
Because on the other side of that fear,
I promise you, it's very likely a really positive result.
God bless you.
I really hope that you're enjoying the content that I'm sharing with you in this free class.
A lot of times people ask me, say...
All right.
So that's fear or faith, but you can't have both.
So what holds us back is the thought that we're not good enough. And often added on top of that is we're afraid.
Hey, salesperson, are you struggling to close deals
or struggling to gain trust?
Or are you struggling to create consistent
and predictable income?
I'm Dan Groschnead and I've seen it all.
Salespeople stuck in uncertainty, guessing their way through the business
and that's why I created the Consistent Predictable Income
CPI Inner Circle to give you the tools to master,
teach yourself, and finally eliminate the struggle.
Learn how to influence, close, and turn doubt into trust
on repeat. No more trial and error, just results.

We're afraid of getting rejected.
We're afraid of having inconsistent sales.
We're afraid that, you know, we had our best month ever yet.
Can we replicate that?
These are the things that cause us defeat. You are in my opinion, I mean, absent crab boat
fisherman in Alaska, you were in one of the most challenging businesses that you
could ever imagine. For some reason, we all thought this was a good idea and
that's the reality of it. We also thought it was going to be easy.
But in our world, you can be with one individual in the morning that has one set of beliefs and another individual in the evening that has a different set of beliefs that grew up in a completely different part of the world. that drives their motivation, that drives their decision-making process.
Again, I believe that's great,
but it makes our job harder.
These are the things that we realized.
Now, going back to the conversation of fear of faith,
you can't have both.
You've got to have faith.
When I got my license back in 2007,
I was with the Keller Williams Realty at the time and I went to the broker
or the team leader.
This is before I got my license.
I said, but when you see me, you're going to see a lot of me.
And so what I did was I went I read a book called Million in Real Estate Agent by Gary
Keller.
Is anybody here ever read that book?
I read that book 12 times before I got my license.
Why would I read that 12 times?
Because what I did because I was afraid and I said, well, if I
don't have the experience, I can read through this recipe and I
could believe in other people's experiences.
I read the book 12 times. I probably talked to at least 12 people that were featured in that book.
Okay, because in the book, there was many. It was basically a book that was written based off of successful of interviews that Gary Keller, Jay Papasan and God bless Dave Jenks. He passed away.
But by the three of those authors had interviewed.
All the top
performers in the world, or at least the country rather, and they found what is
the things that are the same?
What are the things that are common in these people?
I had a conversation with at least 12 of those people that were featured in that
book and I asked them a question.
If you were a new agent like me, what would you do today?
And they gave me whatever advice that they gave me.
And so then I took what I got from that book, I took what I got from those conversations,
and I sat there and said, what if this works for me? Because what I realized was there was models.
Okay, there was models that I could follow. And then, you know, but I also have my own creativity.
I also have my own entrepreneur spirit.
But by reading that book a dozen times, I realized to say, wait, I'm not going to be
creative as the foundation.
I'm going to follow the models as the foundation.
I'm going to be creative at the top so that I can put my own flavor into this.
And that's what I did.
