So if you're receiving something that seems like failure to you, it's feedback.
And what's the feedback? The feedback is the choices that you're making on creating that
outcome. That's it. That's all it is. So if you don't like the feedback or if you perceive
yourself as failing, take a look at what is the habit? What is the activity that you're embracing?

And we know the obvious reason, you know, the obvious answer to that.
But here's the thing.
Do you recognize that you have a choice or are you allowing to go into your
subconscious and just get distracted?
Because that's where we get screwed up.
Our lives are made of our consciousness.
We consciously program our subconscious, but we activate through life subconsciously.
Are you aware of that?
You're aware that the majority of your life is lived subconsciously.
And so when you're in that subconscious being and that subconscious state, that's
where we sometimes get in a position where, well, gee, I didn't lead generate
today, but what caused you not to lead generate today?
Well, because I didn't acknowledge it as important.
Things got sort of groovy.
I got sidetracked.
But the reality of it is, is the basic premise of our business is that simple
and will you
spend one to three hours a day finding business?
You know, the reason why I'm in my car right now is because in eight minutes, I'm going
to be having coffee with a probate attorney.
That's a good way for me to build my business.
I have three coffees lined up this week, although with probate attorney.
I have chosen to say, there's one new path of the way I'm going to get business, and I've taken massive action on it.
And I will continue to do so for the next 12 months.
I will choose to have two appointments a day, every single day for the
next 12 months, five days a week.
Those appointments can be either with somebody to recruit them into the company
that I have to lay with, the XP, or it can be for the purpose of a buyer or seller.
And it's got to be face to face.
Ten appointments a week.
And I'm choosing to do that for the next 12 months.
Why do I say 12 months?
Because I know I could do it.
And I know that that's enough effort to be able to allow for me to never have
to do it the rest of my life if I chose to do that.
What do you guys think about that?
Choosing to do something for a committed period of time so that you didn't have
this choice to never have to do whatever the heck you want to do for the rest of your life for only one year.
What would your life look like if you made the same choice?
Well, maybe you don't, you're like, wow, that seems good.
I don't know how to implement that.
I get that.
If you want to make a choice, similar to the one I'm making and you
don't know how to implement it, let's have a one on one.
I can coach you through that, but that's going to be unique to you.
So I can't necessarily teach that in a group context.
So the day's conversation was about choice. And what I want you to understand is that when you
have true choice, you will always make the best one. And you've got to recognize what that choice
is. And when you make good choices, you'll have good outcomes. And there is no failure. There is
only feedback. So if you're receiving something that seems like failure to you, it's feedback.
And what's the feedback?
The feedback is the choices that you're making
are creating that outcome.
That's it.
That's all it is.
So if you don't like the feedback
or if you perceive yourself as failing,
take a look at what is the habit,
what is the activity that you're embracing.

Today's conversation, I feel like there was a lot
at the end of the day, and I feel like time
is running slow for me right now,
which is really sort of cool.
I like when time runs slow.

That is more.
No, like you said, it's all in the head.
We go through a lot of nos, a lot of denials in this business, you know, and
just staying positive is half the battle.
It's all the battle, but here's the thing.
You may be judging yourself on the wrong thing.
You may be judging yourself on the no.
You may be judging yourself on the rejection.
What I invite for you to do is to merely judge yourself on the habit.
And it's not a tough business.
You and I, we generate one to three hours a day.
That is.
Did I go to the gym today? That is. Did I go to the gym today?
That is.
Did I eat well today?
That is.
Did I sleep well last night?
That is.
And maybe you did all those things
and you're feeling like crap.
Your body's feeling like crap, right?
You don't have to judge yourself on your body
feeling like crap.
Just ask yourself, what choices did I make?
And then judge yourself on the choices you're making,
the habits you're embracing, not the outcome. The outcome will come, I guarantee you.? And then judge yourself on the choices you're making. The habits you're embracing, not the outcome.
The outcome will come, I guarantee you.
And when you judge yourself on, did I lead you another one to three hours a day today?
The business is down top.
The way you judge yourself on that.
I know it's that easy though.
What else?
What other thoughts, what feelings, what feedback?
Well, I'd been feeling like, you know, I was slackened due to just some circumstances
in life, and I actually had a meeting with you recently about using the tools that I
have available to me to go back and ramp up my business with the sphere that I
already have.
So today this is just kind of a reminder for me that I'm doing the right things.
Love it.
Glad that you had the reminder that you are doing the right thing and the faith that when
you do the right thing, the outcome will come.
And sometimes it's not slow.

I feel like you were talking to me and you know, somehow I've been guilty of self sabotaging
whether with, you know, because allowing like circumstances and what I have going on in
my life.
So that's allowed it to take priority because just not seeing, you know,
I understand that.

You're perfect and just take the action.

I guarantee you, whatever it is that you want,
just do the freaking habit.
It may not be fast, and probably won't be fast,
but I guarantee you, you'll reach it.
I guarantee it.

No, hell no.
But I've come a long ways, and I'm still progressing.

This isn't about me, this is about you. I'm just using that fat guy and that drunk guy just to
demonstrate to you that you have a real life example right in front of you. All right guys,

habits you're going to break today, tomorrow, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, next week,
next month, next year.
