I'm not saying any of this to be braggadocious or boasting anything like that.
I'm saying this to let you know that as a formerly drunk waiter, if somebody who came
from a really horrific existence can use these tools that I'm talking to you about today
and create it, they work guaranteed.
Now don't misunderstand me.
What did I say?
I'd say it took me 20 years. Some of us don't have that patience, but here's the reality of it.
I would have lived those 20 years with or without creating these things.

And you may not know that by the way, 1% of 1% of 1% in five different industries.
Imagine that, right? We probably know him
from being an actor. We probably also know him from being a governor, but do we know
him from being a real estate investor? He was a multimillionaire before he started acting.
Right? We probably know him from being a bodybuilder. I forget what the fifth one was, but those
are the four. Right? So here's somebody who consistently created outcomes, right?
He's on my board of directors.
So those are some, some people that I recommend that you consider.
Who else here does some of these things, visualizations, affirmations,
meditations, prayer, reading podcasts, who else can share?
Okay.
So, I do a lot of them.
I read all the time and I have not self-help, but inspiring books in the car.
Some of them are autobiographies, some of them are, one is how to talk to everybody
and to anybody.
And I do pray I am a faith-based person.
I'd like to do more with meditation
and affirmations because I think they will help.
But you really can't do just one of those or two of those.
You have to do as many of those as possible.
Yeah, I agree with you, Terry.
And Les will put in an affirmation or meditation video.
I want to show you something here.
Look at this piece of paper.
I wrote this piece of paper more than 10 years ago, and it sat in my wallet.
I realized it was in my wallet and I pulled it out. And what this was, was things that I wanted to achieve.
I wrote this all down of things I wanted to achieve.
This was more than 10 years ago.
And I started seeing of these, what do I achieve?
Got my tattoos removed, got a smaller fence for my dog, got a dog, got a driveway. I had no driveway on my property. Got a roof, wood burning fireplace.
On and on and on. A Miss Pac-Man. That's right there. That Miss Pac-Man was on my sheet. Lights in the landscape. I haven't done that yet.
Final landscape. Pool. Pool house with steam room. I don't have the pool house yet, but I got the pool, right? It goes on and on and on. So just the fact of writing it out and putting it in my
wallet and carrying it with me for 10 years, not even knowing I was carrying it with me,
helped me to create most of the things that I wrote down on there. So I invite for you to write down what you
want and I say hand write it. I got my new list I'm working on here. This is my new list.
Update the kitchen, finish the master bath, earn $300,000 a month, earn a million a month,
earn $10 million a month, give $1 million a month, travel six months of the year, have
an amazing girlfriend slash partner, have a second home in a tropical area get a hot tub cover I got the pool cover look
I've already since I started writing this down I already got one of them down I already
had scratch through when I had pool and hot tub cover I haven't even finished writing
the damn list yet and I got some of this stuff down so anyways I recommend that you use the power that you have within yourself.

15 years ago I lived in this cramped town home in Alexander, Virginia, and I didn't
like it.
And I every morning would wake up, have my coffee and sit in this only space that I had
available to sit in.
And I would visualize owning a home on multiple acres with its driveway lined by by big massive trees
with a home with a swimming pool and all these nice things and
I've visualized that for years and years and years. I started that maybe 20 years ago
Around maybe 10 years ago. I go on a listing appointment. I'm training a guy named Oscar on a listing appointment.
I go on the listing appointment and Clifton, Virginia.
I roll up to the house.
There's the, there's a beautiful, beautiful neighborhood.
There is the driveway for this property was mud.
The grass was up higher than me all over ground, which just, it wasn't grass.
It was trash, you know, like trash trees is what I call it
wool up to the house the windows were boarded up
they had 19 dogs for a dog rescue in the house
so I did what any real estate agent should do I took the listing
and then I was driving away from that listing I'm like I don't know I looked
at the house I said I don't know how the hell I'm going to sell this house. It looked like, if you remember the Adams family, it made the Adams family house
look nice. And Oscar starts chuckling. He says, Dan, that's your home. And I sat there, I was like,
damn, because it had the bones of everything that I was visualizing. Now it took me a whole price of a whole nother house to be able to get all that
stuff with that I wanted, but because I visualize it, because I sat there and I
shared it with the world, I said, this is what I'm looking for when I found it.
Somebody else said, Dan, you're asking for that.
That is yours.
And I bought the home. I improved it over the last 10 years.
If I, I am confident if I didn't visualize it every single and people come over my home,
like who designed this for you? Like I did. What do you mean you did? Are you designer? No, I created it.
I created it in my mind. Exactly what you're looking for. looking at rather. I built my mama home on my property.
It's cover bridge. She lives right over there connected to mine.
Right. I'm not saying any of this to be braggadocious or boasting anything like that.
I'm saying this to let you know that as a formerly drunk waiter, if somebody who came from a really horrific existence
can use these tools that I'm talking to you
about today and create it.
They work guaranteed.
Now don't misunderstand me.

and communicating to others what I want and what I want to create.
And I could still be living in that cramped town home in Alexandria if I didn't do that.
Either way, I'm going to live the next 20 to 50 years.
So I want to encourage for you to do the same.
Just like what I said, guess what?
It took me 20 years.

And it starts with belief.
What a house do you have?
What observations, what feelings, what thoughts would you like to share? Alright,
let's do it. Done for me. Everything you said like the
house I live in right now. I visualize it when I was like
second year college and every time it snows and I have to
plow my driveway. My wife said he wanted it. Now, you got it.
So, shut up. So, I know that I pray my driveway. My wife said, you wanted it, now you got it. So shut up.
So I know that, I pray for that.
I think I've shied away from that belief.
And being realistic, being my first thing
after my pharmacy degree is kind of harder to do it.
So I just need to find a way to refocus
and believe that I can do it. That's my only thing because if you give me anybody right now, I can talk to them to buy in the home.
All right, guys. I love you guys. I want you to have the best day of your life. Be grateful. Make good choices. Go help somebody and take some time to say a prayer, to meditate, to read, to listen to a podcast.
