Habits that will build your successful life. Real estate coach Dan Rashan from No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents delves into the transformative power of habits and how they can lead to success.
Dan shares motivational tips for staying on track, even when faced with setbacks,
and emphasizes the importance of patience and
persistence. We also explore the role of accountability and support systems in maintaining
new habits. In the new No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents episode, tune in to learn how to
turn everyday actions into powerful, life-changing habits. What is a habit?
A habit is something that you do through time.
And it's something that I want you to consider that it creates your life.
Your habits define who you are.
If you exercise, you're more likely to be fit than if you don't.
If you read, you're more likely to have knowledge than if you don't.
If you seek to enjoy life, you're more likely to have fun than if you don't.
Whatever that may be for you.
Spending time with your family. If you spend time with your family,
you're more likely to have a good relationship with them than if you don't. And when you
lead generate, you're more likely to have business than if you don't. So a habit is really truly what creates our world, what creates who we are.
And if you want to have an outcome of financial, personal, spiritual, business, relational success,
then you may want to consider what is it that I'm doing on a day-to-day basis to be able to create and define that.
Because whatever you're doing on a day-to-day basis will create your outcome.
The seven habits that I went through is to lead, generate each day, time block, provide massive values to others,
ask for referrals, consistently start early, have the right mindset, and take planned breaks.
Here are the habits that I did not go through in the video.
These are habits as well.
An ability to prioritize the most critical activities.
Everybody right now, I want you to consider, everybody that's listening to me, am I effective
at prioritizing the most critical activities? And if not, what could I do
about it? And if you don't have an understanding of what the critical activities are, what could
I do about it? Do I allow people, tasks, email, or other distractions get in the way?
And most people do.
99% of people do, including myself, though I am pretty damn disciplined about not.
But I can tell you, 99% of people really, really let things get in their way.
And if somebody comes and says, got a minute? That's the kiss of death.
Waiting until later to act.
The people who succeed are those that take action now.
They don't wait until later.
Looking at life from a negative perspective.
Resisting others to help you seek solutions.
Allowing chaos in the environment.
Not taking ownership of their actions or life.
These are the habits that you could embrace that would not serve you.
Thanks so much for listening to the No Broke Months podcast today.
Until the next show, I invite for you to be grateful, make good choices, help someone,
have the best day of your life, and go find a listing.
