I recently received a blessing from a person that I've known for quite some time, and it's a very generous blessing, and I'm very grateful. Good. You're welcome. All right. Terry, tell me something good. In the whole Easter scenario, I woke up with a new perspective on life and business. By the way, I'm down another four pounds.
Starting point is 00:01:35 Hey, congrats. Life is good. What caused you have a different perspective on life and business? A couple of things. The realization that if not me then who? That saying just hit me yesterday like a ton of bricks and I just have goals that I still want to accomplish and I've got to work hard to get them to be accomplished. Okay. Just a couple of minutes of quiet reflection. Alright. Quiet reflection after the hoards of people left my house yesterday.
Starting point is 00:02:12 Yes. I have quiet reflection time and then the team hates me after I have quiet reflection time. Don't kid yourself. They hate you all the time. They'll say stop with that quiet reflection. They quite reflected me the buzzer work Cindy will not be here today. She is at the hospital with her father. Starting point is 00:02:54 I happen to know the content. I was going to just teach it. In building a business, there's four components to it. So there's the belief piece, which we've already gone through. There is the lead generation piece, the organizational piece, and then there's leadership. We're going to go into leadership in another course. And so for you to be able to scale yourself, you're going to have to be able to figure out how to hire the right people. And right now you may have doubt about your ability to hire the right people.
Starting point is 00:03:31 And I want to, if that is you, for you to picture yourself standing in the shadows of your past, confronting the fears that have haunted you. And I want you to consider that this is your moment of truth. So whatever those things are that's holding you back from your ability to scale, and maybe it's something along the lines of the words, I'm not good enough, or I'm not smart enough, or I can't find the right people or I don't have enough money to pay the right people.
