So that is what you're going to block your time in business. Yet, it's not the only time to block.
I mean, there's obviously other things that are important. So my recommendation to you is to do
the following. Welcome to the No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents podcast. Working as a real
estate agent can be incredibly rewarding and fulfilling, but it can also be frustrating if you aren't making the money you deserve.

How do you block your time?

What do I time block for? So what you guys see from me is you see me time blocking for my lead
generation, but what you don't see is when I'm with my kid
or when I'm with my friends or I'm with somebody else,
because you know what I'm not doing when I'm with them, I'm not working.
So what I,
what I want you to consider is to have the freedom of time.
You have to block your time.
So now what could you consider to block your time for in real estate sales?
There's five things. What are those five things?
These generation convert to these sort of appointment,
attend the appointment, negotiate and practice scripts.
I love that you had that written down on your wall there.
That's freaking amazing. Amazing. I love that you had that written down on your wall there.

Everyone should have that down.
So that is what you're going to block your time in business.
Yet it's not the only time to block.
I mean, there's obviously other things that are important.
So my recommendation to you is to do the following. Block your time for your vacations first.
And I recommend that everybody take a small trip every quarter,
even if it's a three-day weekend.
I'm going on a small trip on Thursday,
taking my daughter to the Keys Thursday to Monday.
That time was blocked long ago.
So block your vacation time first, then
block your fun time, your spiritual time, your exercise time,
your date night, whatever the case may be.
So when you block those things first, then you can block in your business time.
Because what happens is we try to block in the business time, and then the fun stuff comes,
and we want to get distracted by the fun stuff.
So if we understand that that's the concept of the way we work as human beings and we say, well, why don't we schedule the fun stuff first?
Then we back in the work stuff.
Then we do what we say we said we're going to do.
