I learned this lesson when I had 150 people in an organization that I led.

Why was that a mistake?
It's not possible because you run out of time.
So what I learned, if I want to make an impact on 150 people,
I have to make an impact on 150 people, I have to make an impact on five people.

What I want you to do is I want you to magnify who you are.
I learned this lesson when I had 150 people in an organization that I led. And what I recognized was that I was making a huge mistake.

The huge mistake was I tried to pour into 150 people.
I tried to love on 150 people.
I tried to lead 150 people. I tried to care on 150 people. I try to lead 150 people.
I try to care for 150 people.
Why was that a mistake?
It's not possible because you run out of time.
So what I learned was I learned my first,
one of my first lessons in leadership,
which was if I want to
make an impact on 150 people, I have to make an impact on five people. And then influence,
inspire, demand, persuade, whatever the appropriate word is for those five people
to make an impact on five people. So that those five people make an impact on five people.
And that's how you influence the world.
Not one-on-one with 150 people,
one-on-one with five people, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
Now, I hope that you're tying the gap in between that
and Teach to sell
because when I get you to understand how to do this,
maybe you'll teach it to another.
And if you don't, that's okay.
But when you do, you'll become a teach to sell agent
that will elevate yourself
so that you have no broke months.
