When you get above the lead generation, it's building an organization. When you build an organization, you have the opportunity to make more money. Where we're at in the curriculum today

The reason why I go through this with you is because I feel as though if I just teach you how to hire, you're going to tune out from me because you're going to say, I'm not interested in that. That's not where I'm at in my business. Okay. But I recognize that if I say to you,
Starting point is 00:02:22 who here wants to make some money consistently? Who wants to raise their hand on that? Do you guys all want to have consistent predictable income? Okay. Who wants to have more consistent predictable income without working more hours? Everyone
Starting point is 00:02:40 say yes to that? That's building an organization. That's what we're talking about today by the way if you want to make an infinite amount of money then it's about being a leader it's about leadership now because i don't have a better symbol than money, for me, leadership is having a greater impact. For me, being a more effective leader is about creating a greater impact in the world, creating a better impact in people's worlds. When you're able to create a better impact in people's worlds, naturally you make more money. It's just by default you make more money. Okay?
Starting point is 00:03:27 It's just by default you make more money. But it's not about putting the money in the forefront. It's about putting the impact in the forefront. Now, guess what? If you want to have an impact that's an infinite impact, then you're going to study leadership. What's the definition of leadership? What's the definition of leadership? The definition of leadership is to teach somebody else how to think so that they can get what they want. For some, it may mean directly communicating. For others, it may mean repeat, repeat, repeat, repeating your communications. For others, it may be empathetic.
Starting point is 00:04:09 For most, it's about having them to discover for themselves, and they've got to get it.
