By his 26th birthday, he's going to be earning $35,000 every single month.
Ali, what will you give to be able to achieve that?
I give up sleep.
So waking up in the mornings,
I make sure I have a consistent sleep schedule,
which that's my overall health.
I make sure I make at least 60 calls to potential clients.
Okay.
And I'm making sure my calendar is booked up.
So like kind of how you said it
your calendar will show you your future so like how my weeks are set up throughout like the month
so just okay i'm blocking so alicia said your calendar will show your outcome war Warren Buffett says that the change of habits are too light until
they are too heavy to be broken. So for those of us that, for those of you that are embracing
new habits, such as Elise saying, okay, 60 conversations a day, 60 outreaches,
every single day I'm going to have, And I'm going to manage my calendar.
I'm going to block for the priority type things.
What are those priority things?
That's CPI time.
I'm going to block for my lead generation, lead conversion.
I'm going to block for my appointments I'm going to go on,
whether I have them booked or not.
And I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to block for negotiations
and my description role play.
And if that's a new habit,
you want to embrace that habit until it's too heavy to be broken.
Ali, have you always gone to the gym?
No, honestly,
I was like a chubby kid growing up all the way to like first year of college.
When'd you start going to the gym?
I started going to the gym like COVID time.
Like as soon as COVID hit, I mean, I didn't go to the gym. started going to gym like covid time like as soon as covid hit i mean i didn't go to the gym i started like working out i started going on runs and stuff but i started
going as soon as like the gym started to open up like in 2022 okay and do you believe that at first
it was the habit of going of working out running um going to the gym was lighter than what it
is for you today the habit it was heavier like for sure just heavier now or heavier heavier
when i first was starting out it was like just getting up and going make it a routine was it
was a lot harder yeah we're saying the same thing. We're saying from different perspectives. I'm talking about the
chains of the habit.
Oh.
The chains on the habit, are those chains
stronger today
or were they stronger
then?
Stronger today.
It's almost like it's too heavy
today to be broken when then
it was fragile. Would that be said accurately? Yeah, it's like a it's too heavy today to be broken, when then it was fragile.
Would that be said accurately?
Yeah, it's like a part of my life now.
Love it. So until you get the habits to that level, you're still positioning yourself that those habits can still more easily be broken.
But at some point, those habits become too heavy to break
it becomes a lifestyle boom so just like aliyah's had a lifestyle and that's relatively recently
right over the last four years or so of chubby kid to i'm going to the gym regularly, daily, mostly.
And if I, and I feel like I'm not, I don't feel good if I don't go to the gym.
So that's the habit. And then he has the clarity that, do you have goals with your body?
Yeah. I set myself like not necessarily with my body with like
the weights and stuff like how much i can do more in a given month like next month i have a goal to
hit a certain weight okay right so now he's got clarity on i'm going to be able to hit a certain weight. The same way of that with our physical sense, with our well-being,
can also be the same way as we approach our real estate sales business.
So if you could consider that placing things into your time blocking and then doing those until they become a habit,
then you could consider that when that happens,
you will create the outcome that you desire.
Thanks for listening to the show today.
