In this episode, Dan shares real-world insights on why so many people struggle to follow through
and how embracing a system that works is the key to overcoming this. Tune in to discover
how small, consistent actions can lead to monumental change in this new episode of
No Broke Months for Salespeople. I want to have a brutally honest conversation with you guys.
This past week, I've been working more in my business than normal. And what I've been finding is a
tremendous result. And what that's demonstrating to me is that I've been intending to leverage off
in my own personal business opportunity, and it hasn't worked. And so that's an opportunity, but there's a missing.
And what I believe is that missing may be just not following the process.
And so when I go through and I teach this process and I get, you know, and I, then I
see the results and then the results aren't necessarily where they, you know, where we
want them to be.
And then I tested myself to say, okay, well, is it the
opportunity or is it the system? And then I'm finding that it's, yeah, it is the systems or
the lack of following the system. So I'm saying this with love and care, because what I know for
certainty is I know that the system works. I'm not saying this again for any other reason other than just demonstrating
that this system works, but you have to follow it. And so if you're not receiving the results
that you want to receive right now, then there's something that's missing. And that's just the
brutal honest truth. In this past week, in the last five days, I've had six face-to-face appointments.
I've introduced three people to a lender, and I've gotten hired twice. That's in the last five
days, actually. So six face-to-faces in five days, three introductions to lenders, and two hires.
Now, again, I'm not saying that to be boastful. I'm saying that to demonstrate the outcome of what
this could be for all of us. And I want this to be this for all of us. Okay. And so I want to
hesitate before I go into the process of going through the, you know, like, hey, here's the
stair step, right? But you have to climb that stair step. I can't do it for you. I can demonstrate, I can teach you,
but you've got to take the action. So where we're at right now, if you're looking at a stair step,
we're at a third or fourth story on the building. And what I mean by that is the bottom stories,
if you look at the CPI methods in processes, it starts with you being the best version of yourself.
Then it goes into finding your way. Why do you do what you do and what's important to you about that?
Then it goes into, now that we found your way, now that we know what makes you special,
now it's taking action five days a week. Now that we take action five days a week, it's being able to understand.
I need to get eye to eye with people.
I need to get on a video with them.
If you're not making that happen, that could be a skill opportunity.
I could coach you on that.
But now that we've gotten eyeball to eyeball, like I have six times over the last five days,
and I've got more set up over today and tomorrow, then value, value, value, value, value.
We get them to a lender and then we get hired.
Who cares about me teaching how to convert a seller
if we don't have sellers in front of us?
Thanks for listening to the show today.
