I think it's vital that we start each day off with,
you know, with a little bit of goodness, right? Like that's why I asked for you guys to share
something good because when you have gratitude, you know, you can't have negativity and gratitude
at the same time. They cannot coexist. And I don't know if you're like me, but anytime that I have a challenge,
anytime that I have something that's not going well in my life, I, I freeze and talk about fight,
flight or freeze. Right. And when I freeze it's, it's, it makes it hard for me to be able to
take action. You know, so I don't don't know you know if you have that within
yourself right but what i found is that that frozenness can get thawed when when i find
things that i'm grateful for and then i can get myself into a good emotional state so that then I can make better decisions.
All right. And so it may not change the circumstance if you, if you, if you have a,
a situation that you have challenges with, right. But if you could be at a neutral
or positive state, then anytime that you have something that, um, something that may be working against you then then you're able to then
be able to figure it out you're able to work with your with your brain rather than your heart
and they're both you know thoughts and feelings are equally you know that's who you are
right like we we are made up of this you know human manifestation we have these thoughts and
we have these feelings uh based off of the circumstances that we see, that we observe through our five senses.
And that is who you are as a human being.
That's who I am as a human being.
And so if you have thoughts and feelings and they both drive you, then how do you make it if one is, for me at least, the thoughts are something I have much more control over than my feelings.
OK, but you have to understand that the thoughts come first, the feelings come second.
So if the feelings aren't what you want, then you got to change your thought.
Because the feelings come from the thought. situation where you're having challenges, then the best way to be able to do that is to be able to,
you know, to change your thoughts so that you can get some feelings that are neutral or better.
And you can do that through gratitude.
