And so my intention with sharing that story with you is just to give you an awareness
of how significant the practice of this can be able to allow for you to persuade in life.
It can really truly be that deep of a level.

How important rapport is and how it can influence the people around you.
Real estate coach Dan Roshan from No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents discusses establishing rapport.
In this episode, Dan shares a story on how significant rapport is for real estate and, generally, to persuade and truly connect with your client or the people around you.
In the latest No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents episode, learn why rapport is the most important thing to make successful sales.
Let me share with you guys, when I was getting my certification in hypnosis,
one of the things that was an exercise for us to do was to mirror and match, basically.
And we had a house guest at my house. And this is a girl, a lady that used to belong to my BNI group.
And she moved away.
But then she had to do some things in Northern Virginia.
And I've got, you know, I've got a big home.
So, you know, there's plenty of place for people to stay.
So she was staying with us.
It was later at night.
And we're in my kitchen upstairs.
And I'm in the middle of
the class and one of the exercises was to sort of dance metaphorically and so i'm with a cup of
perro which is like this coffee that's not you know non-caffeinated it's um i drink that at night
and we're standing up and i'm literally intending to be in rapport with her.
She's standing like maybe five feet away from me. And during the conversation, I was able to almost I wasn't almost I was able to control her movements from five feet away. Okay. And the way that I did that was I got into this
ultimate, ultimate rapport. And then I started to mirror her movement. And then I started to
change the movements. And it was really crazy. I would cross my legs, she would cross her legs.
Okay. And, you know, I would open, you know, uncross my legs, she would uncross her legs. Okay. And, you know, I would open, you know, uncross my legs, she would uncross her legs.
And it was the first time in my life that I really dove deeply into rapport into like an exercise to
do this. Now, I haven't trained you guys yet on, you know, that level of this. But I want to give
you that example, so that you can understand how deeply that this stuff actually works.
And so my intention was sharing that story with you is just to give you an awareness
of how significant the practice of this can be able to allow for you to persuade in life.
And so that's whether that's real estate sales or being a mama or being a dad or whatever the case may be, or a husband, wife, partner.
It can really truly be that deep of a level.
The subconscious is amazing.
So how do you think that you could use rapport better?
How do you think that you could focus more so on paying attention to other people
because i i wasn't able to to get her to move and you know i wasn't able to get her to move
without me paying extraordinary attention to her first okay and then it was really freaky i was
able to get her i like i was literally moving her from five feet away, like physically moving her body and she had no awareness of it. So just remember this. And I'm
going to again, encourage for you to again, just pay attention to the energy of the other person.
