So some ways that you can handle this is when you think about it, I'm sure that you're going to realize the commission is a powerful marketing tool. And what I mean by this is that when you offer a reasonable rate of commission, it gives an incentive to my team
Starting point is 00:01:39 to work overtime to market your home, which causes the buyer's agents to put your property at the top of the list. You do want it at the top of the list, right? Will you reduce your commission? Now, again, repeat, affirm, isolate, handle the objections. Well, I'm curious, what caused you to ask that? You know, if I were you, I would probably ask the same question. You're smart for wanting to get the most amount of money. Repeat, affirm, isolate. Is there anything besides compensation? Starting point is 00:02:16 to list your house today? No. So that's all the setup. That's what we just went through. So now we take it from there. Now we're handling the objection. All right. Starting point is 00:03:17 Who'd like to go first? Basma, go. Okay. So when you think about it, you realize that compensation is a powerful marketing tool. So when you offer to pay a reasonable amount of compensation, that will make my team work more to market your property and will make the buyer agent player property on the top of the list. So you do want your property on top of the list, right? Absolutely. Richard.
Starting point is 00:03:52 When you think about it, you'll realize compensation is a powerful marketing tool.
