All right. But again, that's for you. I hope I'm not pinging anybody, right? I really,
Starting point is 00:01:41 really hope because I'm sharing this with care and love. What you're saying is what we've talked about many times before. As Colin just very nicely put it, you got to do it. And if you're not doing the steps, and I will actually answer your question. I did not hit five of seven. I got four of seven. I'm definitely getting there. And I am one of the worst offenders of this. If you're not devoting yourself to do this and follow the process, it's not on you. It's on us. Yeah. In the past, you were the worst offender, just to reframe that affirmation. All right. So question being, if over the last five out of seven days you did not lead generate one to three hours then you know that's the beginning point once we do that then it gets into skill okay so we got to do that as a basic now it gets into skill so the skill being how do i get somebody onto a video i had
Starting point is 00:02:47 yesterday a um not a young lady probably my age she was um not really qualified to be able to figure out video okay and i had to figure out every single different way just to get her on a video she was willing to do it but she wasn't skilled. I was like, hey, can I do a Google Meet? I've never done that before. Then I do a Zoom. I don't have that. I don't know what that is. And so I said, okay, do you have Gmail? Yeah, I have Gmail. Great. Let me send you the link. Sent the link. Nothing. She couldn't figure it out. I said, okay, let me text you a link. Text the link. Now she's got it. Okay. And now this is somebody when she showed up for the scheduled call. So I originally sent as a Google Meet, hold her up front. Hey, we're going to do a video conversation. This way,
Starting point is 00:03:37 I can show you some homes online. That way I can make certain that I'm hitting the bullseye for you. She says, okay, great. But then she doesn't show up on the video. I call her and then we have that conversation I just described to you. I get her onto the video and now I've got a face-to-face. I could have, if I was a less skilled agent, just I had her on the phone and she wanted to have a phone conversation. I could have just like, all right, let's talk.
Starting point is 00:04:04 Okay. But here's the thing. She's going to be looking at two homes a day in Baltimore. She's a cash buyer and she's going to write an offer that is going to get accepted today. And I'm going to use Showami to be able to show her those homes. All right. So it's going to cost me about a hundred dollars or so to show the homes. And my time invested into it was maybe 30 minutes yesterday, maybe 30 minutes a day, maybe another 30 minutes or an hour in the near future. So maybe the three hours max. And I'm able to sell a home in Baltimore. And I live in about an hour and 15 minutes from there ish. Okay. All right.
