All right.
Well, I want to start off the day by sharing with you something for you to consider.
Something I want you to consider as you develop yourselves, as you develop your business,
as you develop personally, professionally, is that people have lived before us.
Success leaves clues, and so does failure. So if you want to consider like the pathway moving forward for you to achieve whatever it is in your life that you want to get, whether it's achieving
a goal or solving a problem, the easiest way for you to do that, look in the past. Because the problem that you're intending to solve right now,
or the goal that you want to reach right now, somebody else has already done that.
And I want you to consider that if somebody else has already done whatever it is that you want to
do, just study them, follow the directions.
And now you've got your plan of attack.
So that's just something I wanted to start the day off to be up for you guys to consider.
And whether you share something good or share a thought or a feeling or a comment
about what I just said, I'd like to hear your feedback whether
it's about what i just shared with you that people live before us success leaves clues and so does
failures what does that mean to you or share something good who'd like to go first yeah i'll
go there i like that because uh i found myself having an older sister, but she has mastered in North Carolina and South Carolina real estate to where she's averaging about $2 million to $3 million a year per state.
And so I've stepped back, taken everything I've been taught by you, and then looking at how this goofy sister of mine can do this.
And she's my favorite sister.
Don't get me wrong, but she's goofy.
I mean, I don't know how she does it, but how she's doing it.
Because she doesn't pay for leads.
She doesn't do any of that.
Yeah, I like that thought because that's what I've been trying to do.
Yeah, it's
something that i mean we should really consider success leads clues and so does failure right and
so that's the challenge if you want to look at like the future the biggest predictor of the future
is the past right like so if you want to sit there and say like let's say you're in a new relationship
you know well ask your girlfriend you, tell me about your past relationships.
Now, that's not to say that that's completely, like, indicative of the future, right?
But it's something to say, well, now I'm looking for patterns.
And maybe that's something just for you to consider.
Or if you're hiring somebody, same deal.
You know, the first thing that I look for when I'm hiring somebody is I look for, say, are they smart?
The second thing I look for is are they humble and hungry?
The third thing that I look for, are they, do they learn?
Do they like to learn?
And then now at that point,
if I believe that those are all true,
now I look as what's a record of success.
What have they done in the past?
I consider all those things before I hire somebody.
Because the past is what's going to be able to dictate the future.
