So if that's the case, then what is it from the past that needs to influence what do we do today for us to plan for tomorrow so that we can focus on the instant today for me personally it's to be more accommodating of others to listen better and and to understand that I don't have all the answers. That's my instance of what I've learned from the past. And then for me in the business, it's to lean into doing more activity that's going to generate more opportunity. Specifically, it's to complete setting up my chatbots, to complete setting up campaigns to advertise on social media, to scrub my list for the credit monitoring, and to empower those within my organization to be energized to find success.
