And then you're, them control it and then you're and then it's like oh crap well i don't even have the next i don't have the next step book or you don't trust in yourself most likely because i know you trust in the process or you weren't skilled enough to get them to say yes look at the perspective of each of those three options you agree with those three options as if you don't get to the next step, it's one of those three? Right. Now let's look at those three and let's look at the responsibility of each of those in which direction is it pointed? I'm not aware of the process and I'm just going through this absentmindedly. Who's responsible for that? Me. Or I don't believe in myself. Who's responsible for that? Me. Or I don't have the skill enough to get them to say yes. Who's responsible for that? Me. All right.
Starting point is 00:02:16 And so this is what I want you guys to understand because I'm observing this on my own sales team in real time right now where I'm observing these steps being missed. And now you just let $10,000 just fly away. Let me ask you guys a question. What's the most amount of homes that you've ever shown to a single buyer? Eight. Wow. That's actually pretty damn good, Diana. Jeff is more than eight. Three. I've never shown more than three. Not a single client has ever asked me to do more than three. And 100% of the clients that I work with write an offer that gets accepted. All right. So for those of us who have written more than eight, and even at eight, that's still more
Starting point is 00:02:55 than what we want, then understanding that following the process allows for us to do this in five or less, six or less is really what we're looking for. So what conversation in the 80-20 buyer consultation prevents that from happening? So we call that conversation two showings or less.
