The only thing that matters is how can I get this outcome?
And then the actions that I'm taking, is that serving me or not serving me?
Making somebody else bad and wrong does not serve you ever.
Because not only does that give you negative energy,
but it also stops you from finding solutions.
Because if somebody else is wrong,
then why do I have to find solutions if they're wrong?

And thank you very much for having this conversation today
because you just told me how to deal with a selling broker.
I need for him to provide information to the questions my buyer is asking. And I emailed
that to him last week and he said, I'll get this to you tomorrow. And now we're two days after
Easter and I don't have it. So I was thinking, how am I going to say, Hey, not what I'm going to do
is say, did you get that? Did you get the information? Because the buyer is asking me
for the answers to his questions. And then I'm not making him wrong, but he is.
But I'm ultimately responsible for his getting the information.
May I make an observation?
Please.
You are making him wrong.
Okay.
Well, he is wrong.
He should have answered.
Now, how do I clear that?
All right. Does that serve you for making somebody else wrong?
No.
Okay. Would you rather do actions and have thoughts and beliefs that serve you or don't serve you?
Well, obviously the first. go through life um experiencing point zero zero zero zero zero zero zero zero zero zero zero
one percent of whatever it is that we could all experience probably a whole bunch more zeros than
that which means that essentially we have zero experience in life was traveling this past weekend
um rachel was traveling this past weekend. Rachel was traveling this past weekend. Those
people in Virginia Beach are still there right now. And you're not even there. Think of all
the different trillions and trillions and trillions of different experiences that are
happening simultaneously in this instant. So once you understand that, then you can
consider that it doesn't serve us to make somebody else wrong because they also have trillions and trillions of different experiences.
And everyone's doing the very best that they can
given the tools and resources that they have available to them.
I'm not suggesting he's not wrong.
I'm just suggesting that I wouldn't focus any attention to that
because that doesn't serve you.
I just want to get the information.
Gotcha. So just ask.
Okay.
And take responsibility that is your responsibility, not his.
I'm going to have trouble with that.
I understand you are.
Most do.
And the reason why we have this conversation is because there's only of those two people,
one of which you have ultimate control over.
And so if you have zero control over somebody
and ultimate control over the other person,
then you may want to figure out the person
who you ultimately control,
how that person can influence the other one
to increase it from zero to a positive.
It looks to me like it would be in the way that I ask him.
Possibly, yes.
And there's many different ways you can approach that.
And I will try every single different way.
I'll try the sweet way.
I'll try the, you know,
Michael Flanagan is bugging the shit out of me.
Can you freaking help me, please?
Can you help me with this problem?
That's probably the way I would approach it, right?
Like help me solve a problem.
And then you sort of deflect it to your to your
buyer there's different ways many different ways but when you start sitting there saying i'm
ultimately responsible then you start you start brainstorming what are the different ways how can
i get the only thing that matters is how can i get this outcome and then the actions that i'm
taking is that serving me or not serving me Making somebody else bad and wrong does not serve you ever.
Because not only does that give you negative energy, but it also stops you from finding solutions.
Because when somebody else is wrong, then why do I have to find solutions if they're wrong?
