So if you want to be the best in the industry, what is the best in the industry?
It means you're willing to follow and take guidance and teach others that will follow you.
Okay.
I love it.
It's a great definition of leadership.
Most leaders, the most effective leaders, when they are willing to follow,
they're willing to lead and they're willing to develop their leaders into leaders are the ones that really make an impact in the world. What else would describe the best in our industry?
What would that, what would that description mean to you? Unparalleled service. Unparalleled service, unparalleled service, above and beyond whether it hurts or not.
And that can mean a lot of different things.
Above and beyond whether it hurts or not. I love it, Dawn.
You know what I love most about what you're saying, Dawn,
even more so than the words,
it's the tonality and the spirit behind the words,
because if you read those words on page,
I don't know if you would get the same, the same impact as hearing you read those words on page, I don't know if you would
get the same impact as hearing you say those words. And so what I know is that you have it
within yourself, within your psyche, just by listening to you state that, that I'm going to
give you unparalleled service no matter what, even if it hurts me. A lot of times in business,
we look at production and that's necessary because
without production, we can't do anything else. Yet, once you begin to hit your production goals,
that's really not sustainable through time because it just gets tiring, right? You just
get worn out at some point. It has to mean more than just production, more than just units. When it means more,
when you're contributing to others, when you're adding value to the world,
that's when you make a difference. That's when you wake up in the morning, you know that what
you do is meaningful. Okay. That's what my intention is. My intention is to help each one
of you to have no broke months. Is that something
that is altruistic? I don't know. But I know that when you have no broke months, you have choices.
And I know when you have choices, I hope to be able to influence you to make choices that make
a difference in the world. And when you make a difference in the world, I know that I've done
my little bit of piece of helping.
